Description

一种妇科疾病治疗兼经期卫生用海绵 技术领域
本发明涉及妇科疾病治疗技术领域，尤其是涉及一种妇科疾病治疗兼经期卫生用海绵。
背景技术
对于常见的妇科疾病，如宫颈炎、阴道炎及盆腔炎等，由于其生理位置所限，许多药物不能达到病灶。即使经过复杂的操作将药物涂抹在病灶部位，由于运动及内衣摩擦等因素，再加上液体药物具有流动性，且人体的分泌物也会将药物稀释或排出，药物也很难保持，只能再次涂抹，这就使得治疗过程繁复且治疗周期长，从而影响了患者的正常生活。因不能持续、直接地对病灶部位进行给药，还有可能延误病情，加重患者的痛苦。
市面上的妇女经期卫生材料的种类很多，但是个体的生理状况存在差异性，做到完全不泄漏很难，而且可能有部分脱落物及凝血块等会遗留在体内较长时间，进而可能对人体的健康造成不良的影响。
目前医学上对妇科疾病的诊断非常准确，亟需一种妇科疾病治疗器具，使药物能直达阴道内病灶部位，准确、持续地对病灶部位进行有效地治疗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种妇科疾病治疗兼经期卫生用海绵，以解决现有技术中存在的药物难以直接到达女性体内病灶部位，及难以对病灶部位进行持续、稳定地给药，治疗效果不理想的问题。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
本发明提供的一种妇科疾病治疗兼经期卫生用海绵，包括海绵本体，所述海绵本体的形状为圆柱体，其顶部为半球形，海绵本体的表面设有环状、螺旋状、半球状或钩状凹槽，海绵本体为经过压缩的聚乙烯醇医用海绵。
进一步地，所述海绵本体的半球形顶部表面设有涂层，所述涂层为医用凡士林或抗生素软膏涂层。该技术方案的技术效果在于：由于阴道壁并不平，海绵本体的半球形顶部表面设有医用凡士林或抗生素软膏涂层，可起到润滑和消炎的作用，更便于海绵本体的置入，防止阴道壁因摩擦而受到损伤和感染。
进一步地，所述涂层从所述海绵本体的半球形顶部向下延伸，覆盖海绵本体总长度的1/4-1/2。该技术方案的技术效果在于：涂层覆盖海绵本体的1/4-1/2，使海绵本体的置入更加顺利。
进一步地，所述海绵本体底部设有牵引绳。该技术方案的技术效果在于：在需要取出海绵本体时，可通过牵拉牵引绳缓慢地将海绵本体牵引出，也可用镊子将海绵本体拉出。
进一步地，所述海绵本体的直径为10-20mm，长度为40-80mm。该技术方案的技术效果在于：海绵本体的体积较小，更容易置入阴道。
进一步地，所述海绵本体膨胀后的直径为20-40mm，膨胀后的长度为90-130mm。该技术方案的技术效果在于：通常，人体阴道扩张直径在20-40mm之间，长度在90-130mm之间，海绵本体膨胀后的尺寸符合人体实际情况，可支撑起阴道，阴道壁受力也均匀，治疗效果更好。
进一步地，所述海绵本体的设计强度大于1kg/cm2。该技术方案的技术效果在于：海绵本体使用完毕后，由牵引绳或镊子牵引出直肠时，如果操作不当可能会断裂在阴道内，这种情况比较难处理，因此需要海绵本体具有一定的强度，本海绵本体的设计强度大于1kg/cm2，能够满足临床使用的需要。
进一步地，所述海绵本体的断裂伸长率大于100％。该技术方案的技术效果在于：本海绵本体的断裂伸长率大于100％，其弹性能够满足临床使用的需要。
进一步地，所述海绵本体为经过钴60辐照灭菌的聚乙烯醇医用海绵。该技术方案的技术效果在于：本海绵本体经过钴60辐照灭菌，灭菌效果显著，满足临床使用要求。
进一步地，所述海绵本体为双层密封包装的聚乙烯醇医用海绵。该技术方案的技术效果在于：本海绵本体采用双层密封包装，能够保证无菌状态，满足储存和临床使用要求。
本发明提供的一种妇科疾病治疗兼经期卫生用海绵，包括圆柱状的海绵本体，海绵本体为经过压缩的聚乙烯醇医用海绵，聚乙烯醇医用海绵具有极好的弹性，可很好的适应创面，吸液后按照生体解剖形状膨胀，起到支撑组织的作用，创面所受压力均匀，能使愈后生体组织保持原始形态， 还具有很好的液体吸附性，对水性、油性或乳化液都能极好地吸附，吸附药液后，由于浓度差的作用，药物会慢慢地向病灶部位扩散，起到局部缓释给药的作用，同时也具有良好的生物相容性，术后填塞至阴道中不会使创面产生疤痕。本妇科疾病治疗兼经期卫生用海绵还能准确地定位创面，将药物针对性地送到体内病灶位置，治疗效果显著，且在置入和牵出阴道时，由涂层帮助润滑及消炎，能很大程度地避免了对阴道造成损伤，减少了患者的痛苦，且还可作为经期卫生用品使用，防漏效果好，在取出时还能将子宫内膜脱落物及凝血块等固体废物带出体外，相当于清涮一次阴道，方便、卫生，适于进行推广应用。

实施例一：
在本实施例的可选方案中，如图1所示，本实施例提供的一种妇科疾病治疗兼经期卫生用海绵，包括海绵本体1，海绵本体1的形状为圆柱体，其顶部2为半球形，海绵本体1的表面设有环状凹槽3，海绵本体1为经过压缩的聚乙烯醇医用海绵。目前，医疗领域还没有将聚乙烯醇医用海绵应用于妇科疾病治疗，传统治疗过程繁复且治疗周期长，会影响患者的正常生活，病人因此遭受了很大的痛苦。在本实施例中，海绵本体1的形状为圆柱体，其顶部2为半球形，便于置入阴道；海绵本体1为经过压缩的聚乙烯醇医用海绵，聚乙烯醇医用海绵具有极好的弹性，可很好地定位并适应创面，吸液后按照生体解剖形状膨胀，使创面均匀受压，从而使愈后的生体组织保持原始形态，还能很好的吸附药液，起到局部缓释给药的作用，解决了不能准确的定位阴道内创面，压力不均匀，及治疗效果不好的技术问题。临床时，将药液注射到海绵本体1内，再将药液对准病灶位置置于阴道内，实施定点、大剂量、稳定地给药，药物可以直接进入病灶杀死病 变细胞。使用本实施例提供的妇科疾病治疗兼经期卫生用海绵，可使药物不必进入到消化道和血液循环系统，直接对阴道内的病变细胞进行给药，从而更容易杀死病变细胞，极大地降低了药物对人体的副作用，这就给医生提供了更大的药物选择空间。本实施例提供的妇科疾病治疗兼经期卫生用海绵，还可作为经期卫生用品使用，防漏效果好，在取出时，环状凹槽3能将子宫内膜脱落物及凝血块等固体废物带出体外，相当于清涮一次阴道，具有方便使用、安全卫生的特点。
在本实施例的可选方案中，进一步地，海绵本体1的半球形顶部2表面设有涂层，该涂层为医用凡士林或抗生素软膏涂层。在本实施例中，该涂层可起到润滑和消炎的作用，并防止阴道壁因摩擦而受到损伤及感染。
在本实施例的可选方案中，进一步地，涂层从海绵本体1的半球形顶部2向下延伸，覆盖海绵本体1总长度的1/3。在本实施例中，涂层覆盖海绵本体1的1/3，使海绵本体1可更顺利、方便地置入阴道中。
在本实施例的可选方案中，进一步地，海绵本体1底部设有牵引绳4。在本实施例中，在需要取出海绵本体1时，可通过牵拉牵引绳4缓慢地将海绵本体1牵引出；也可用镊子辅助将海绵本体1缓慢地拉出。
在本实施例的可选方案中，进一步地，海绵本体1的直径优选为15mm，长度优选为60mm。
在本实施例的可选方案中，进一步地，海绵本体1膨胀后的直径优选为30mm，长度优选为110mm。在本实施例中，海绵本体1膨胀后的优选尺寸符合人体实际情况，可支撑起阴道，阴道受力也均匀，治疗效果更好。
在本实施例的可选方案中，进一步地，海绵本体1的设计强度优选为1.5kg/cm2。在本实施例中，海绵本体1的设计强度优选为1.5kg/cm2，由牵引绳4或镊子牵引出阴道时，不会断裂在阴道内，能够满足临床使用的需要。
在本实施例的可选方案中，进一步地，海绵本体1的断裂伸长率优选为110％。在本实施例中，海绵本体1的断裂伸长率优选为110％，其弹性能够满足临床使用的需要。
在本实施例的可选方案中，进一步地，海绵本体1为经过钴60辐照灭菌的聚乙烯醇医用海绵。在本实施例中，海绵本体1经过钴60辐照灭菌，灭菌效果显著。
在本实施例的可选方案中，进一步地，海绵本体1为双层密封包装的聚乙烯醇医用海绵。在本实施例中，海绵本体1采用双层密封包装，能够保证无菌状态，满足储存和临床使用要求。
实施例二：
在本实施例的可选方案中，如图2所示，本实施例提供的一种妇科疾病治疗兼经期卫生用海绵，包括海绵本体1，海绵本体1的形状为圆柱体，其顶部2为半球形，海绵本体1的表面设有螺旋状凹槽3，海绵本体1为经过压缩的聚乙烯醇医用海绵。在本实施例中，海绵本体1的形状为圆柱体，其顶部2为半球形，便于置入阴道；海绵本体1为经过压缩的聚乙烯醇医用海绵，聚乙烯醇医用海绵具有极好的弹性，可很好地定位并适应创面，还能很好的吸附药液，起到局部缓释给药的作用。临床时，将药液注射到海绵本体1内，再将药液对准病灶位置置于阴道内，实施定点、大剂量、 稳定地给药，药物可以直接进入病灶杀死病变细胞。本实施例提供的妇科疾病治疗兼经期卫生用海绵，还可作为经期卫生用品使用，防漏效果好，在取出时，螺旋状凹槽3能将子宫内膜脱落物及凝血块等固体废物带出体外。

在本实施例的可选方案中，如图3所示，本实施例提供的一种妇科疾病治疗兼经期卫生用海绵，包括海绵本体1，海绵本体1的形状为圆柱体，其顶部2为半球形，海绵本体1的表面设有半球状凹槽3，海绵本体1为经过压缩的聚乙烯醇医用海绵。在本实施例中，临床时，将药液注射到海绵本体1内，再将药液对准病灶位置置于阴道内，实施持续、稳定地给药，药物可以直接进入病灶杀死病变细胞。本实施例提供的妇科疾病治疗兼经期卫生用海绵，还可作为经期卫生用品使用，防漏效果好，在取出时，半球状凹槽3能将子宫内膜脱落物及凝血块等固体废物带出体外。

  1. 一种妇科疾病治疗兼经期卫生用海绵，其特征在于，包括海绵本体，所述海绵本体的形状为圆柱体，其顶部为半球形，所述海绵本体的表面设有环状、螺旋状、半球状或钩状凹槽，所述海绵本体为经过压缩的聚乙烯醇医用海绵。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的妇科疾病治疗兼经期卫生用海绵，其特征在于，所述海绵本体的半球形顶部表面设有涂层，所述涂层为医用凡士林或抗生素软膏涂层。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的妇科疾病治疗兼经期卫生用海绵，其特征在于，所述涂层从所述海绵本体的半球形顶部向下延伸，覆盖海绵本体总长度的1/4-1/2。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的妇科疾病治疗兼经期卫生用海绵，其特征在于，所述海绵本体底部设有牵引绳。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的妇科疾病治疗兼经期卫生用海绵，其特征在于，所述海绵本体的直径为10-20mm，长度为40-80mm。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的妇科疾病治疗兼经期卫生用海绵，其特征在于，所述海绵本体膨胀后的直径为20-40mm，膨胀后的长度为90-130mm。
