Description

一种人体脸部皮肤检测仪 技术领域
本发明涉及皮肤检测设备,尤其涉及一种人体脸部皮肤检测仪。
背景技术
传统的皮肤质感检测器通常仅具有单一的测量功能,也就是直接经由皮肤质感检测器测量皮肤质感并得到检测结果。由于单一装置能储存的数据库与逻辑运算处理能力很有限,因此只能做较简单的皮肤质感量测功能,并无法比对大量的基础皮肤质感数据,或是进行较为复杂的特征比对分析。对于一些基于面罩结构的检测设备,缺少对面部敏感部位进行检测的功能,同时,面罩上除了检测传感器,还需配置许多辅助器件,因此通常存在面罩各器件布局不得当等问题,进而影响产品性能。
此外,若采用微距摄像头对皮肤进行照相采样,则需要在面罩上安装微距摄像头,这些微距摄像头通常采用螺丝安装固定,由于微距摄像头的受力强度较弱,所以受螺丝松紧度影响会导致微距摄像头偏移、变形等,进而影响采样效果,此外,上述结构零件较多,在生产时不易组装,进而影响生产效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种布局合理、能够对面部敏感部位进行检测、能避免微距摄像头变形、结构简化、易于组装、稳定可靠的人体脸部皮肤检测仪。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案。
一种人体脸部皮肤检测仪,其包括有面罩,所述面罩上设有三个微距摄像头及一图像处理器,所述图像处理器设于面罩外侧,且该图像处理器靠近面罩顶部,三个微距摄像头分别设于面罩的左脸部、右脸部和眉心部,所述微距摄像头穿过面罩,且所述微距摄像头的镜头朝向面罩内侧,所述微距摄像头通过排线连接于图像处理器,所述排线设于面罩的外侧,位于面罩左右两侧的排线分别向外弯折,以令排线靠近面罩的边缘,所述微距摄像头用于对人脸部皮肤进行拍照取样,以供图像处理器进行数据分析,所述面罩的内侧凸出而形成有用于放置微距摄像头的筒形内壳,所述微距摄像头插设于筒形内壳内,所述微距摄像头的镜头位于筒形内壳的顶部开口处,所述微距摄像头的底部固定有卡簧,所述卡簧的侧部开设有狭槽,所述筒形内壳的底部开口处向内形成有内沿,所述内沿卡设于狭槽内。
优选地,所述面罩的顶部向内凹陷而形成有凹槽,所述图像处理器固定于所述凹槽内,所述凹槽的深度大于或等于图像处理器的厚度。
优选地,所述微距摄像头包括有支架和固定于支架上的图像传感器,所述镜头固定于支架的顶部,所述图像传感器与镜头相对设置,所述卡簧固定于图像传感器底部。
优选地,所述镜头的外侧设有多个卡扣,藉由所述卡扣而令镜头与筒形内壳卡合固定。
本发明公开的人体脸部皮肤检测仪,面罩上设置了微距摄像头和图像处理器,利用微距摄像头采集的皮肤照片可以交给图像处理器进行分析处理,进而得出更加准确的检测结果,同时,三个微距摄像头分别对应人脸的左脸部、右脸部和眉心部,进而实现了对人脸部敏感部位的检测,此外,微距摄像头的排线经过弯折后实现了边缘走线,不占用面罩的主体部分,使得面罩上还可以放 置其他的必要部件,且产品结构布局更加合理,有助于提高面部皮肤检测设备的产品性能。而且本发明在面罩的内侧设置了用于放置微距摄像头的筒形内壳,在筒形内壳内,微距摄像头透过镜头可以对皮肤进行拍照采样,而微距摄像头的底部则通过卡簧卡合于筒形内壳的底部开口处,基于这种结构,避免了因微距摄像头受力而影响其拍照采样,同时,仅需卡簧即能卡合固定,因而更易于组装,有助于提高生产效率。
