Definitions
- the present invention relates to a portable puff case, and more particularly, to a portable puff case whose structure is improved to enable efficient sterilization.
- cosmetics can be divided into basic cosmetics such as skins and lotions, and color cosmetics such as powders and compacts, and functional cosmetics for anti-wrinkle and anti-aging.
- the contents may be in the form of liquid, solid or powder or gel with a viscosity. Is produced.
- Such cosmetics are stored and used in containers made of plastics, vinyl, synthetic resins, metals, ceramics, and the like.
- cosmetic containers for storing color cosmetics are provided with a separate powder puff for using powder or liquid powder or foundation, such puff is a cosmetic tool used to apply a predetermined amount of powder or foundation to the skin.
- the puff provided in the conventional cosmetic container includes a large amount of water and oil in the process of contact with the skin to provide an environment favorable for the influx and proliferation of bacteria as external contaminants.
- Bacterial contamination of the puff acts as a cause to cause skin problems or promote skin aging, but rather has a problem that adversely affects the skin.
- the puff member can be heated by the heat generated by the heating element, so that a warm texture can be obtained at the time of initial use, and the foreign body feeling is maintained by using a heating temperature similar to the human body temperature. It can minimize the hardening of cosmetics containing puff members and sterilize the puff members due to the heating of the light emitting element, which can prevent the skin troubles caused by bacteria or microorganisms. Puff utensils have been devised.
- Figure 1 shows an example of a puff tool having a conventional sterilization and exothermic action of the above design.

- the connector 40, the first locking portion 41 and the second locking portion 42 for coupling and fixing the cover body 200 to be coupled to the body 10 on the outer surface is formed up and down, A lower portion of the second catching portion 42 is formed with a fitting portion 43 for coupling the puff member 30.
- a circuit board 70 is fixed to the connector 40.
- the puff member 30 can be heated, it is possible to obtain a warm texture during the initial use, Curing prevention of cosmetics contained in the puff member 30 can be said to be possible.
- the light emitting diode 53 Light Emitting Diode
- the heating can sterilize the puff member 30. That is, it is difficult to eradicate the germs in the puff member 30 only by the heat generation of the light emitting element 53.
- the bacteria can be eradicated due to the lighting operation of the ultraviolet light emitting device 54, as shown in Figure 1, due to the installation structure of the ultraviolet light emitting device 54 light emitted from the ultraviolet light emitting device 54 Only a part of the puff member 30 in direct contact with the ultraviolet light emitting device 54 due to the lipid can be sterilized.
- the puff member 30 itself has a sterilizing effect by the ultraviolet light emitting device 54 due to its coupling structure with the connector 40 as well as the structure of the puff member 30 itself.
- the light emitting element 53 also has a structure in which the light emitted from the light emitting element 53 does not evenly reach the puff member 30, only a portion directly contacting the light emitting element 53 may be heated.
- the part where the puff member 30 is heated is also limited. Therefore, it is difficult to obtain a warm texture during the initial use, and the hardening prevention function of the cosmetics contained in the puff member 30 is also limited.
- the conventional puff tool of FIG. 1 has little or no germicidal and exothermic action.
- a compact for disinfecting puffs has been devised by installing an LED that emits ultraviolet light such as the UV light emitting device 54 in a puff case or a cosmetic compact.
- the present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a portable puff case that can be commercialized by enabling efficient sterilization of the whole puff by installing an ultraviolet LED with a minimum quantity. .
- a body having an accommodation portion for accommodating puffs
- At least one ultraviolet LED installed on one side of the body to emit ultraviolet rays toward the puff;
