消息的处理方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,具体而言,涉及一种消息的处理方法及装置。
背景技术
现有终端的应用程序APP已经深入到人们生活的方方面面,例如:娱乐影音类,网购类、饮食类、旅游类等等,而为了推广这些APP经常会弹出的toast消息或者添加到下拉通知栏中。
但是弹出的toast消息一闪而过,有时可能没看清楚,有时可能不知道是哪个应用弹出来的。而对于下拉通知栏中的消息,由于APP的种类和数量过多,而没有进行有序的排列导致排列混乱,在选择一键清除以后,无法回看这些消息,其中,有些消息其实是自己挺感兴趣的。例如,终端在突然弹一个消息提示“网络出错”后,但用户不知道是哪个APP弹出的。
针对相关技术中终端下拉通知栏中消息排列混乱的问题,目前尚未存在有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种消息的处理方法及装置,以至少解决相关技术中终端下拉通知栏中消息排列混乱的问题。
根据本发明实施例的一个方面,提供了一种消息的处理方法,包括:获取终端应用程序的响应消息的属性信息,其中,所述响应消息为所述应用程序响应于触发所述应用程序执行操作的消息;根据所述属性信息对所述响应消息进行分类处理;将分类后的响应消息以友好的方式呈现。
可选地,所述响应消息的属性信息包括以下至少之一:所述响应消息的类型、所述响应消息的归属路径、所述响应消息的响应时间。
可选地,根据所述属性信息对所述响应消息进行分类处理包括:将类型一致的响应消息划分为第一类;和/或,将归属路径一致的响应消息划分为第二类;和/或,将响应时间一致的响应消息划分为第三类。

在本实施例中提供了一种运行于上述移动终端的一种消息的处理方法,图2是根据本发明实施例的消息的处理方法的流程图,如图2所示, 该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S202:获取终端应用程序的响应消息的属性信息,其中,响应消息为应用程序响应于触发应用程序执行操作的消息;
步骤S204:根据属性信息对响应消息进行分类处理;
步骤S206:将分类后的响应消息以友好的方式呈现。
通过本实施例的上述S202至S206,会根据终端应用程序响应于触发应用程序执行操作的响应消息的属性信息进行分类处理,以及将分类后的响应消息以友好的方式呈现,可见,本实施例会对分类后的终端响应消息以友好方式进行呈现,使得响应消息有序的展现给用户,解决了相关技术中终端下拉通知栏中消息排列混乱的问题,提高了用户体验效果。
需要说明的是,本实施例中涉及到的响应消息包括以下至少之一:toast消息、推送消息、通知消息。当然上述响应消息仅仅是用来进行举例说明,并不构成对本发明的限定,只要是应用程序响应于触发应用程序执行操作的消息都是本实施例中所涉及到的响应消息。
本实施例中涉及到的响应消息的属性信息优选包括以下至少之一:响应消息的类型(如该响应消息是旅行类型、或娱乐影音类型、或饮食类型的消息)、响应消息的归属路径(如该响应消息来自大众点评、或腾讯视频、或携程网等等)、响应消息的响应时间(如该响应消息产生在上午9点、或上午10点、或下午3点10分)。
基于上述本实施例中优选涉及到的属性信息,本实施例步骤S204中根据属性信息对响应消息进行分类处理的方式包括:
S204-1:将类型一致的响应消息划分为第一类;和/或,
S204-2:将归属路径一致的响应消息划分为第二类;和/或,
S204-3:将响应时间一致的响应消息划分为第三类;和/或。
下面结合本实施例的具体应用场景对上述S204-1和S204-3进行举例说明;
在该具体应用场景中,将来自大众点评的响应消息划分到饮食类,将来自腾讯视频的响应消息划分到娱乐影音类,将来自于携程网的响应消息划分到旅行类;还可以是将一天24小时划分六个时间段:0-4、4-8、8-12、12-16、16-20、20-24;根据各APP的响应消息的产生时间进行分类划分,如携程网上述9点8分产生了一个响应消息(推送消息),则将该响应消息划分到8-12这个时间段;还可以是根据响应消息的归属路径进行划分,如在产生响应消息后确定该响应消息的来自哪个APP。
需要说明的是,上述三种方式可以单独使用也可以结合使用,如可以将S204-1和S204-3结合之后进行分类,即根据类型和时间一起对响应消息进行分类。
基于上述分类方式,在本实施例步骤S206中涉及到将分类后的响应消息以友好的方式呈现的方式可以是:将分类后的响应消息以列表的形式呈现,其中,列表保存在本地。
也就是说,本实施例中友好方式优选为列表的方式进行呈现,而且该列表是可以保存在本地的;即使下拉通知栏或上拉通知栏被清空后也可以通过该列表查找之前产生的响应消息的记录,由于响应消息是分类后以列表方式呈现,用户能够更加方便快捷的查找到想要的响应消息。
在本实施例的另一可选实施方式中,在将分类后的响应消息以友好的方式呈现之后,本实施例的方法还可以包括:接收用于对列表进行指定操作的指令,其中,指定操作包括以下至少之一:删除、查询。即用户可以对该列表中的响应消息进行删除、查询操作;当然也可以执行其他操作,上述操作是本实施例的优选操作。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如 ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例的方法。
实施例2
在本实施例中还提供了一种消息的处理装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图3是根据本发明实施例的消息的处理装置的结构框图,如图3所示,该装置包括:获取模块32,设置为获取终端应用程序的响应消息的属性信息,其中,响应消息为应用程序响应于触发应用程序执行操作的消息;分类模块34,与获取模块32耦合连接,设置为根据属性信息对响应消息进行分类处理;呈现模块36,与分裂模块34耦合连接,设置为将分类后的响应消息以友好的方式呈现。
需要说明的是,本实施例中涉及到的响应消息包括以下至少之一:toast消息、推送消息、通知消息。而该响应消息的属性信息包括以下至少之一:响应消息的类型、响应消息的归属路径、响应消息的响应时间。
可选地,分类模块34包括:第一分类单元,设置为将类型一致的响应消息划分为第一类;和/或,第二分类单元,设置为将归属路径一致的响应消息划分为第二类;和/或,第三分类单元,设置为将响应时间一致的响应消息划分为第三类。
可选地,呈现模块,还设置为将分类后的响应消息以列表的形式呈现。
需要说明的是,上述各个模块是可以通过软件或硬件来实现的,对于后者,可以通过以下方式实现,但不限于此:上述模块均位于同一处理器中;或者,上述各个模块以任意组合的形式分别位于不同的处理器中。
实施例3
下面结合本发明实施例的具体实施例对本发明进行举例说明;
图4是根据本发明实施例的历史消息的处理方法的流程图,其中,该历史消息包括:toast消息和通知,如图4所示,该方法的步骤包括:
步骤S402:应用弹出toast消息或者发出通知;
步骤S404:记录模块将消息进行记录,包括消息的时间、内容、来源;
步骤S406:数据处理模块对消息的各项内容进行关联和分类;
步骤S408:将处理后的数据,以友好的方式呈现给用户,比如列表的形式,同时每条消息建立可以快速进入到来源应用的快捷通道;
步骤S410:友好界面提供各种查用的删除、查找等基本功能。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种存储介质。可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S1:获取终端应用程序的响应消息的属性信息,其中,响应消息为应用程序响应于触发应用程序执行操作的消息;
S2:根据属性信息对响应消息进行分类处理;
S3:将分类后的响应消息以友好的方式呈现。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
可选地,本实施例中的具体示例可以参考上述实施例及可选实施方式中所描述的示例,本实施例在此不再赘述。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来 执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

工业实用性
在本发明实施例的消息处理过程中,会根据终端应用程序响应于触发应用程序执行操作的响应消息的属性信息进行分类处理,以及将分类后的响应消息以友好的方式呈现,可见,本实施例会对分类后的终端响应消息以友好方式进行呈现,使得响应消息有序的展现给用户,解决了相关技术中终端下拉通知栏中消息排列混乱的问题,提高了用户体验效果。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种消息的处理方法,包括:
    获取终端应用程序的响应消息的属性信息,其中,所述响应消息为所述应用程序响应于触发所述应用程序执行操作的消息;
    根据所述属性信息对所述响应消息进行分类处理;
    将分类后的响应消息以友好的方式呈现。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述响应消息的属性信息包括以下至少之一:所述响应消息的类型、所述响应消息的归属路径、所述响应消息的响应时间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,根据所述属性信息对所述响应消息进行分类处理包括:
    将类型一致的响应消息划分为第一类;和/或,
    将归属路径一致的响应消息划分为第二类;和/或,
    将响应时间一致的响应消息划分为第三类。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,将分类后的响应消息以友好的方式呈现包括:
    将分类后的响应消息以列表的形式呈现,其中,所述列表保存在本地。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述将分类后的响应消息以友好的方式呈现之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收用于对所述列表进行指定操作的指令,其中,所述指定操作包括以下至少之一:删除、查询。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其中,所述响应消 息包括以下至少之一:toast消息、推送消息、通知消息。
  7. 一种消息的处理装置,包括:
    获取模块,设置为获取终端应用程序的响应消息的属性信息,其中,所述响应消息为所述应用程序响应于触发所述应用程序执行操作的消息;
    分类模块,设置为根据所述属性信息对所述响应消息进行分类处理;
    呈现模块,设置为将分类后的响应消息以友好的方式呈现。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述响应消息的属性信息包括以下至少之一:所述响应消息的类型、所述响应消息的归属路径、所述响应消息的响应时间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述分类模块包括:
    第一分类单元,设置为将类型一致的响应消息划分为第一类;和/或,
    第二分类单元,设置为将归属路径一致的响应消息划分为第二类;和/或,
    第三分类单元,设置为将响应时间一致的响应消息划分为第三类。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,
    所述呈现模块,还设置为将分类后的响应消息以列表的形式呈现,其中,所述列表保存在本地。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    接收模块,设置为所述呈现模块将分类后的响应消息以友好的方 式呈现之后,接收设置为对所述列表进行指定操作的指令,其中,所述指定操作包括以下至少之一:删除、查询。
  12. 根据权利要求7至10任一项所述的装置,其中,所述响应消息包括以下至少之一:toast消息、推送消息、通知消息。
