Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil d'hémostase de type ceinture, par compression de l'aorte abdominale, pour premiers secours, comprenant un corps de ceinture (10) et un module d'application de pression (20), un module de mesure de pression (30), un module de micro-traitement (40), et un module de réglage de pression (50) disposés sur le corps de ceinture (10). Le module d'application de pression (20) est utilisé pour appliquer une pression sur l'aorte abdominale humaine au moyen d'un coussin gonflable (21) fermé. Le module de mesure de pression (30) est utilisé pour mesurer la valeur de pression entre le module d'application de pression (20) et l'aorte abdominale humaine. Le module de micro-traitement (40) est utilisé pour commander, en fonction de la valeur de pression, le module de réglage de pression (50) en vue de régler la quantité de gaz introduit dans le coussin gonflable fermé (21) en vue de maintenir la valeur de pression dans une plage prédéterminée. Au moyen de l'appareil, la valeur de pression entre le module d'application de pression (20) et l'aorte abdominale est maintenue automatiquement dans une plage prédéterminée, l'alimentation en sang du bassin et des membres inférieurs est bloquée, et l'alimentation en sang des organes vitaux tels que le cœur et le cerveau est garantie, ce qui permet de gagner un temps précieux pour un traitement hospitalier.
