获取模块110包括写入单元111和存储设备获取单元112。写入单 元111连接显示界面101,通过语音、手写或显示界面101所属的移动设备的的输入法将用户的健身计划写入,存储为文件后保存到服务器设备103的存储设备。在本实施方式中,用户写入健身计划时,写入单元111提供预设的健身计划模板,用户根据健身计划模板写入健身计划并保存。存储设备获取单元112连接服务器设备103的存储设备,存储设备中存储了其他用户写入的健身计划以及由健身房的工作人员添加的健身计划信息,存储设备获取单元112与存储设备建立信息交互,存储设备将其他用户上传的和工作人员上传的健身计划及相应健身计划的简要信息生成列表展示在显示界面101上,用户通过预览健身计划的简要信息,选定健身计划,存储设备将选定的健身计划的详细信息发送到显示界面显示。健身计划的内容至少包括健身项目类别、每种健身项目的持续时间以及各健身项目的在不同时间的运动强度。在本实施方式中,健身项目为跑步机、脚踏车、侧卧版等。其中,跑步机健身项目的健身计划设定为跑步持续时间为30分钟,速度每3分钟变化一次,跑步速度从5千米/小时开始,每隔3分钟后增加2千米/小时,到第18分钟时跑步速度开始降速,每隔3分钟减少2千米/小时,直至30分钟。用户可根据自身情况设定跑步机的运动情况。
计划模块120用于在用户选定健身计划中的健身项目后,根据选定的健身项目的信息生成运动计划图谱。运动计划图谱是以运动时间为横坐标、运动状态为纵坐标的坐标图,严格按照各种健身项目的健身计划制定的,是设定用户在不同时刻执行不同健身动作计划的图谱。根据健身计划的内容在坐标轴中进行绘制。运动计划图谱为柱状图或曲线图,或者是二者的集合。在本实施方式中,将跑步机的计划运行情况绘制为柱状图。
用户在健身设备上开始运动后,其身体条件可能不适用健身计划,则可手动对健身设备进行调整,因此用户在健身设备上的运动情况可能与健身计划及运动计划图谱不符合。健身设备102均为智能型的健身设备,可根据用户的运动情况生成运动过程图谱,该运动过程图谱与运动计划图谱的设立情况相似甚至相同,但可能因用户手动调整健身设备 102而与运动计划图谱产生偏差。
对比模块130用于实时接收健身设备反馈的用户的运动过程图谱,与运动计划图谱对比,以图谱形式展示所述用户的运动情况。在接收到运动过程图谱后,可将运动计划图谱和运动过程图谱整合到同一坐标系内。在本实施方式中,运动计划图谱以柱状图的形式表现,运动过程图谱则以曲线图的形式表现,在同一坐标系内观察,可准确获知而且的差别,从而为用户推荐更加科学和合理的健身计划。在整合的图片中,将已完成的时间段内的运动情况、正在进行的时间段的运动情况和未开始的时间段内的运动情况加以区分,如图2所示,在表示运动计划图谱的柱状图中,将已完成时段涂为斜杠,正进行时段涂为横杠,未开始的时间段仍为空白。运动过程图谱中,已经完成时段的曲线用加粗的曲线表示。在其他实施方式中,也可设置为其他合理的方式。
进一步,健身设备102根据运动计划信息控制运动部件在对应的时间段以相应的参数进行运转,若监测到用户对健身设备102进行手动控制的信息时,健身器材根据用户发出的控制信息控制运动部件进行相应的运转。健身设备102在用户运动的过程中,收集健身设备的运动参数信息,且用户并未手动改变健身设备102的任何参数,完全依据获取模块110传输的运动计划信息进行运转,绘制用户的实际运动过程图谱,此时实际运动过程图谱的展现形式与运动过程图谱相同。为了便于用户更直观地了解运动实际过程与运动计划过程的区别,可以将二者结合在一起,用不同颜色的图块或者线条以示区分。此外,在用户运动过程中,该运动过程图谱上对于当前时间点的运动特征图块或者曲线进行特殊显示,如当用户运动到5分钟时,则3-6分钟所对应速度图块进行闪烁显示,0-3分钟的已完成的图块已填充色显示,0-5分钟的坡度曲线用特殊颜色或者将曲线线条加粗进行标识。
此外,装置100还包括一视频播放模块140,用于在用户通过存储设备获取单元112在用户获取存储设备中的健身计划时,获取与健身计划匹配的健身开场视频在显示界面进行播放,并在用户选定健身计划中的健身项目时,获取与所述健身项目对应的健身讲解视频在所述显示界 面进行播放。用户可根据视频内容矫正运动姿势,优化健身效果。显示界面101上展示播放视频的区域,选择健身项目的区域以及其他功能性按钮,如开始健身项目的按钮以及接收其他用户发送消息的按钮。
区别于现有技术,本发明的健身计划的可视化执行装置获取用户的健身计划,在选定健身计划中的健身项目后制定运动计划图谱,与健身设备根据用户运动产生的运动过程图谱进行对比,以图谱形式展现用户的运动情况。通过本发明,能够使健身者在健身过程中能清楚知晓器材的使用方法,实时掌握健身计划中各个健身项目在运动过程中的变化以及记录用户实际运动的情况,提高健身者健身的兴趣和体验度。
参阅图4,图4是本发明提供的一种健身计划的可视化执行方法实施方式的流程示意图。该方法的步骤包括:
S201:获取用户的健身计划信息,并将健身计划信息在显示界面上展示。
获取的用户健身计划信息的来源有多种,最主要和常规的来源是用户自己编写以及从服务器设备的存储设备获取。同时将获取到的健身计划中各种健身项目的运动计划信息对应的传输到各个健身设备。
其中,用户自己编写健身计划的方式是通过语音、手写或显示界面所属的移动设备的的输入法将用户的健身计划写入,存储为文件后保存到服务器设备的存储设备。在本实施方式中,用户写入健身计划时,提供预设的健身计划模板,用户根据健身计划模板写入健身计划并保存。采用从存储设备获取健身计划的方式时,存储设备中存储了其他用户写入的健身计划以及由健身房的工作人员添加的健身计划信息,通过与存储设备建立信息交互,存储设备将其他用户上传的和工作人员上传的健身计划及相应健身计划的简要信息生成列表展示在显示界面上,用户通过预览健身计划的简要信息,选定健身计划,存储设备将选定的健身计划的详细信息发送到显示界面显示。健身计划的内容至少包括健身项目类别、每种健身项目的持续时间以及各健身项目的在不同时间的运动强度。在本实施方式中,健身项目为跑步机、脚踏车、侧卧版等。其中,跑步机健身项目的健身计划设定为跑步持续时间为30分钟,速度每3 分钟变化一次,跑步速度从5千米/小时开始,每隔3分钟后增加2千米/小时,到第18分钟时跑步速度开始降速,每隔3分钟减少2千米/小时,直至30分钟。用户可根据自身情况设定跑步机的运动情况。
S202:在用户选定健身计划中的健身项目后,根据选定的健身项目的信息生成运动计划图谱;运动计划图谱是设定用户在不同时刻执行不同健身动作计划的图谱。
在用户选定健身计划中的健身项目后,根据选定的健身项目的信息生成运动计划图谱。运动计划图谱是以运动时间为横坐标、运动状态为纵坐标的坐标图,严格按照各种健身项目的健身计划制定的,是设定用户在不同时刻执行不同健身动作计划的图谱。根据健身计划的内容在坐标轴中进行绘制。运动计划图谱为柱状图或曲线图,或者是二者的集合。在本实施方式中,将跑步机的计划运行情况绘制为柱状图。
S203:实时接收健身设备反馈的用户的运动过程图谱,与运动计划图谱对比,以图谱形式展示用户的运动情况。

此外,在用户获取存储设备中的健身计划时,获取与健身计划匹配的健身开场视频在显示界面进行播放,并在用户选定健身计划中的健身项目时,获取与健身项目对应的健身讲解视频在显示界面进行播放。用户可根据视频内容矫正运动姿势,优化健身效果。
区别于现有技术,本发明的健身计划的可视化执行方法获取用户的健身计划,在选定健身计划中的健身项目后制定运动计划图谱,与健身设备根据用户运动产生的运动过程图谱进行对比,以图谱形式展现用户的运动情况。通过本发明,能够使健身者在健身过程中能清楚知晓器材的使用方法,实时掌握健身计划中各个健身项目在运动过程中的变化以及记录用户实际运动的情况,提高健身者健身的兴趣和体验度。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施方式,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种健身计划的可视化执行装置,连接一显示界面,同时连接至少2个健身设备,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取用户的健身计划信息,并将所述健身计划信息在所述显示界面上展示;
    计划模块,用于在用户选定所述健身计划中的健身项目后,根据选定的所述健身项目的信息生成运动计划图谱;所述运动计划图谱是设定所述用户在不同时刻执行不同健身动作计划的图谱;
    对比模块,用于实时接收所述健身设备反馈的用户的运动过程图谱,与所述运动计划图谱对比,以图谱形式展示所述用户的运动情况。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的健身计划的可视化执行装置,其特征在于,所述运动计划图谱和所述运动过程图谱是以运动时间和运动特征为坐标轴的坐标图,为柱状图和、或曲线图,所述运动特征为速度或坡度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的健身计划的可视化执行装置,其特征在于,将所述运动计划图谱和所述运动过程图谱设置于同一坐标系内,在所述显示界面上展示,其中一者为柱状图,另一者为曲线图。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的健身计划的可视化执行装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块包括:
    写入单元,用于使用户通过所述显示界面将自身制定的健身计划写入并存储到一存储设备;
    存储设备获取单元,用于从所述存储设备获取其他用户传输或系统生成的健身计划。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的健身计划的可视化执行装置,其特征在于,还包括视频播放模块,用于在用户通过存储设备获取单元获取存储设备中的健身计划时,获取与所述健身计划匹配的健身开场视频在所述显示界面进行播放,并在用户选定所述健身计划中的健身项目时,获取与所述健身项目对应的健身讲解视频在所述显示界面进行播放。
  6. 一种健身计划的可视性执行方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用户的健身计划信息,并将所述健身计划信息在所述显示界面上展示;
    在用户选定所述健身计划中的健身项目后,根据选定的所述健身项目的信息生成运动计划图谱;所述运动计划图谱是设定所述用户在不同时刻执行不同健身动作计划的图谱;
    实时接收所述健身设备反馈的用户的运动过程图谱,与所述运动计划图谱对比,以图谱形式展示所述用户的运动情况。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的健身计划的可视化执行方法,其特征在于,所述运动计划图谱和所述运动过程图谱是以运动时间和运动特征为坐标轴坐标图,为柱状图和、或曲线图,所述运动特征为速度或坡度。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的健身计划的可视化执行方法,其特征在于,将所述运动计划图谱和所述运动过程图谱设置于同一坐标系内,在所述显示界面上展示,其中一者为柱状图,另一者为曲线图。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的健身计划的可视化执行方法,其特征在于,获取用户的健身计划信息的步骤包括:
    用户通过所述显示界面将自身制定的健身计划写入并存储到存储设备;
    从所述存储设备获取其他用户传输或系统生成的健身计划。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的健身计划的可视化执行方法,其特征在于,在获取用户的健身计划信息,并将所述健身计划信息在所述显示界面上展示的步骤之后,还包括步骤:
    在用户获取存储设备中的健身计划时,获取与所述健身计划匹配的健身开场视频在所述显示界面进行播放,并在用户选定所述健身计划中的健身项目时,获取与所述健身项目对应的健身讲解视频在所述显示界面进行播放。
