[0004] 随着生物学的发展以及生物学与其他联系紧密的学科交织形成交叉学科的增多 , 试剂盒的种类也在不断地增多。 对于试剂盒的生产厂家, 尤其是生产种类繁 多、 应用广泛的试剂盒的大型厂家来说, 对于所生产的试剂盒的管理一直都是 非常具有挑战性的工作。 目前, 大部分生产商使用的管理方法还是由工作人员 将试剂盒的相关信息记录在纸质文档中, 并于需要吋找出相关文档进行核对。 这种通过人工记录和比对的管理模式导致了试剂盒管理的效率低下且出错率高 , 而每年因此产生的用于"纠错"的额外支出高达数百万乃至数千万元。
