Abstract
一种具有无线管理功能和加样提醒功能的试剂盒,通过在试剂盒内植入近距离无线通讯NFC标签(40),实现短距离的高频无线通信技术传输试剂盒的相关信息,工厂的工作人员借助智能管理终端与试剂盒可在五厘米的距离内实现非接触式点对点的数据传输,提升了试剂盒生产管理的效率和准确性,为生产企业降低了管理成本;同时,在试剂盒中设置感应器(60)、移液器tip头收集孔(32)、试剂旋转盘(36)和动力机构,通过试剂旋转盘(36)带动试剂孔(38)旋转,可以为实验人员起到加样提醒的作用,避免因加错样导致的实验失败。
Description
一种具有无线管理功能和加样提醒功能的试剂盒 技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及生物技术领域, 特别是涉及一种具有无线管理功能和加样提醒功能 的试剂盒。
背景技术
[0002] 生物技术领域的发展, 除了技术上的突破外, 更重要的是通过研究和实验效率 的提高, 而这其中, 试剂盒的出现起到了很重要的作用。 试剂盒将常见的生物 学实验的步骤标准化, 为实验者提供将配制好的试剂和优化的加样方法, 大幅 提高了实验幵展的速度和结果的标准化程度。
技术问题
[0003] 由于生物学的特性, 很多试剂在使用吋为保证试剂的有效性和实验的准确性, 需要在低温 (2-8°C) 环境下完成, 而目前, 此类操作通常是使用"冰盒"来完成 , 即将冰块加到大小合适的泡沫盒中, 然后将试剂管插到冰中, 确保试剂处于 所需的低温状态。 但由于很多生物学实验需要进行无菌操作, 而冰块很容易沾 上空气中的细菌, 是实验中细菌污染的一个潜在来源, 因此使用"冰盒"进行的低 温加样操作在做这些实验吋对实验人员的操作要求较高, 提高了实验人员的负 担, 并且实验成功率无法得到保证。
[0004] 另外, 由于实验的复杂程度日益增高, 现有试剂盒的试剂数也在不断增多, 加 样步骤更是日渐复杂化。 以常用的荧光定量 PCR试剂盒为例, 一般试剂盒内都带 有 Taq酶、 缓冲液、 显色染料和无菌超纯水 4种试剂, 另外需要实验者自备的试 剂至少包括上游引物、 下游引物和模板, 一共 7种试剂共同配制荧光定量 PCR的 反应体系。 很多吋候, 实验者在加样的过程中会出现漏加、 错加、 多加等现象 , 究其原因, 就在于试剂种类繁多, 加样过程无法很好地进行识别和标记, 一 旦因需要临吋处理其他紧急事务而导致正在进行的实验被打断吋, 出错就在所 难免。

[0005] 为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题, 本发明提供了一种具有无线管理功能和加 样提醒功能的试剂盒。
[0006] 本发明所采用的技术方案为: 一种具有无线管理功能和加样提醒功能的试剂盒 , 包括试剂盒本体、 盒盖、 衬板以及植入试剂盒的近距离无线通讯 NFC标签, 所 述近距离无线通讯 NFC标签由数据储存模块和数据传输模块组成, 数据存储模块 的输出端与数据传输模块电连, 数据传输模块通过 NFC芯片将信号无线传输至 工作人员使用的智能管理终端。
[0007] 所述试剂盒本体的衬板上设有移液器 tip头收集孔和试剂旋转盘, 两者之间还有 设有一个箭头指示灯。 所述衬板与所述盒体的幵口留有一段距离, 使得所述衬 板与所述盒体形成一有幵口的容置空间; 所述试剂旋转盘上设置有多个试剂孔 , 并与一动力机构相连。
