Abstract

La présente invention concerne un ensemble d'ancrage de suture comprenant un système d'administration pour un agent thérapeutique, tel qu'un ciment osseux, qui est directement intégré dans un dispositif d'insertion d'ancrage. L'agent thérapeutique s'écoule à travers une tige du dispositif d'insertion dans une canulation centrale d'un corps d'ancrage fenêtré. Des trous situés dans l'extrémité d'ancrage de la tige permettent à l'agent thérapeutique de traverser les trous dans la tige et à travers les ouvertures dans le corps d'ancrage dans la région du site de réparation.
