技术领域
本发明涉及一种手自一体防水节能手机,改变了传统手机容易进水,而且进水后不能使用的问题。
背景技术
传统的手机的主板与手机屏幕是分开设置的,通常是可以拆卸的,主板与手机屏幕的对接处容易进水;而且听筒、话筒等都是与手机主板连通的,在为了防止进水的时候,需要另行增加带防水功能的手机保护套,使用不方便。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种手自一体防水节能手机,本发明的技术方案是:一种手自一体防水节能手机,包括一体成型的手机主体,在所述的手机主体上还安装有防水机构,该手机主体的听筒、话筒、SIM卡插口、耳机插孔和充电插口均通过该防水机构防水。
所述的防水机构包括安装在手机主体内的微型电机、水平旋转轴、竖直旋转轴、听筒密封板和话筒密封板,所述的水平旋转轴通过微型电机驱动,该水平旋转轴上设置有与SIM卡插口、耳机插孔以及充电插口一一对应的数据通孔;该水平旋转轴的端部安装有主动锥齿轮,所述的竖直旋转轴的底端安装有从动锥齿轮,上端通过旋钮安装有屏显按键,该屏显按键通过连接轴与手机主体的主板连接,所述的连接轴位于竖直旋转轴的内部;该主动锥齿轮与所述的从动锥齿轮相啮合,所述的竖直旋转轴通过轴承转动的安装在手机主体上,在该竖直旋转轴上还安装有听筒密封板和话筒密封板,所述的听筒密封板设置有与手机听筒对应的听筒通孔;话筒密封板上设置有与手机话筒对应的话筒通孔。
所述的手机主体的屏幕包括大屏幕以及设置在大屏幕上部的小屏幕,所述的摄像头安装在小屏幕的一侧。
所述的防水机构通过手机主体的静音按键控制,在静音按键处设置有防水壳,所述的微型电机通过该静音按键与手机主体的电源连接。
所述的防水机构通过智能控制系统控制,所述的智能控制系统包括安装在手机主体上端的正极导电杆和负极导电杆,所述正极导电杆和负极导电杆的外端均位于手机主体的外部,正极导电杆的内端与手机主体的电源正极接通,负极导电杆的内端与微型电机连接,该微型电机还与手机主体的电源负极连接;所述的正极导电杆、手机主体的电源、微型电机和负极导电杆在水中形成一导电回路。
本发明的优点是:用于增设了防水机构,以及将手机主体采用一体设置(将主板和屏幕不在分开设置),提高了手机的防水能力,而且在处于有水的环境中同样还能使用。小屏幕单独显示来电、微信和短信,达到节电想效果。

下面结合具体实施例来进一步描述本发明,本发明的优点和特点将会随着描述而更为清楚。但这些实施例仅是范例性的,并不对本发明的范围构成任何限制。本领域技术人员应该理解的是,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围下可以对本发明技术方案的细节和形式进行修改或替换,但这些修改和替换均落入本发明的保护范围内。
参见图1和图2,本发明涉及一种手自一体防水节能手机,包括一体成型的手机主体1,在所述的手机主体1上还安装有防水机构,该手机主体的听筒20、话筒21、SIM卡插口2、耳机插孔3和充电插口4均通过该防水机构防水。
所述的防水机构包括安装在手机主体1内的微型电机9、水平旋转轴10、竖直旋转轴17、听筒密封板14和话筒密封板13,所述的水平旋转轴10通过微型电机9驱动,该水平旋转轴10上设置有与SIM卡插口2、耳机插孔3以及充电插口4一一对应的数据通孔;该水平旋转轴10的端部安装有主动锥齿轮11,所述的竖直旋转轴17的底端安装有从动锥齿轮12,上端通过旋钮18安装有屏显按键19(屏显按键处同样设置有防水壳),该屏显按键19通过连接轴与手机主体1的主板连接,所述的连接轴位于竖直旋转轴17的内部;该主动锥齿轮11与所述的从动锥齿轮12相啮合,所述的竖直旋转轴17通过轴承转动的安装在手机主体1上,在该竖直旋转轴17上还安装有听筒密封板14和话筒密封板13,所述的听筒密封板14设置有与手机听筒20对应的听筒通孔141;话筒密封板13上设置有与手机话筒21对应的话筒通孔131。
所述的手机主体1的屏幕包括大屏幕6以及设置在大屏幕6上部的小屏幕5,所述的摄像头8安装在小屏幕6的一侧。
所述的防水机构通过手机主体1的静音按键7控制,在静音按键7处设置有防水壳,所述的微型电机9通过该静音按键7与手机主体1的电源连接。雨天使用手机时,将手机旋扭转至静音位置,微型电机转动,驱动水平旋转轴转动,使得数据通孔与SIM卡插口、耳机插孔以及充电插口不再对应,进而实现水平旋转轴对SIM卡插口、耳机插孔以及充电插口的密封,同时竖直旋转轴也发生转动,使得话筒通孔以及听筒通孔不与话筒和听筒对应,实现对听筒和话筒的密封,手机即刻处于防水状态。
所述的防水机构通过智能控制系统控制,所述的智能控制系统包括安装在手机主体1上端的正极导电杆15和负极导电杆16,所述正极导电杆15和负极导电杆16的外端均位于手机主体1的外部,正极导电杆15的内端与手机主体1的电源正极接通,负极导电杆16的内端与微型电机9连接,该微型电机9还与手机主体1的电源负极连接;所述的正极导电杆15、手机主体的电源、微型电机9和负极导电杆16在水中形成一导电回路。如果手机不小心掉入水中,正极导电杆与负极导电杆处于导电状态下,接通微型电机启动,此时手机会自动调节至防水状态。

  1. 一种手自一体防水节能手机,其特征在于,包括一体成型的手机主体,在所述的手机主体上还安装有防水机构,该手机主体的听筒、话筒、SIM卡插口、耳机插孔和充电插口均通过该防水机构防水。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手自一体防水节能手机,其特征在于,所述的防水机构包括安装在手机主体内的微型电机、水平旋转轴、竖直旋转轴、听筒密封板和话筒密封板,所述的水平旋转轴通过微型电机驱动,该水平旋转轴上设置有与SIM卡插口、耳机插孔以及充电插口一一对应的数据通孔;该水平旋转轴的端部安装有主动锥齿轮,所述的竖直旋转轴的底端安装有从动锥齿轮,上端通过旋钮安装有屏显按键,该屏显按键通过连接轴与手机主体的主板连接,所述的连接轴位于竖直旋转轴的内部;该主动锥齿轮与所述的从动锥齿轮相啮合,所述的竖直旋转轴通过轴承转动的安装在手机主体上,在该竖直旋转轴上还安装有听筒密封板和话筒密封板,所述的听筒密封板设置有与手机听筒对应的听筒通孔;话筒密封板上设置有与手机话筒对应的话筒通孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的手自一体防水节能手机,其特征在于,所述的手机主体的屏幕包括大屏幕以及设置在大屏幕上部的小屏幕,所述的摄像头安装在小屏幕的一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的手自一体防水 节能手机,其特征在于,所述的防水机构通过手机主体的静音按键控制,在静音按键处设置有防水壳,所述的微型电机通过该静音按键与手机主体的电源连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的手自一体防水节能手机,其特征在于,所述的防水机构通过智能控制系统控制,所述的智能控制系统包括安装在手机主体上端的正极导电杆和负极导电杆,所述正极导电杆和负极导电杆的外端均位于手机主体的外部,正极导电杆的内端与手机主体的电源正极接通,负极导电杆的内端与微型电机连接,该微型电机还与手机主体的电源负极连接;所述的正极导电杆、手机主体的电源、微型电机和负极导电杆在水中形成一导电回路。
