在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图2所示,本实施例公开一种摄像机,摄像机包括壳体1,壳体1 内设有电源仓16,电源33设在电源仓16内,电源仓16上设有支撑凸起161,支撑凸起161的上设有控制电路板3,支撑凸起161对控制电路板3进行支撑,壳体1内设有电路板卡槽113,电路板卡槽113从控制电路板3两侧限位固定,控制电路板3与安装到电路板卡槽113中,电路板卡槽113对控制电路板3进行卡紧和限位,使得电路板可以非常好的固定在壳体1上,支撑凸起161对控制电路板3进行支撑和压紧,使得控制电路板3紧贴卡槽的内表面,从而使得控制电路板3固定更加不容易移动,保证控制电路板3良好而高效的工作,同时支撑凸起161非常好的将电源33与电路板进行隔开,保证电源33与控制电路板3之间留有间隙,使得电源33的散热性更好,从而保证摄像机使用的安全性。
壳体1的一端设有摄像头22,壳体1的另一端设有扬声器32,摄像头22和扬声器32之间设有电源33,采用这种结构,摄像机可以实现多功能的使用,可以在摄像或拍照的时候同时开启扬声器32听音乐或广播,同时电源33还可以作为移动电源33使用,壳体1可以非常好的对摄像头22、扬声器32和电源33进行保护,实现MP3播放、摄像拍照和移动电源33等多功能的完美结合,而且摄像机操作简单,适合各年龄层次的人群使用,摄像机小巧精致,非常的便于携带,使用者可以非常方便的携带到户外使用,适用于安防、旅游、骑行、户外运动、公园老人生活等。
壳体1包括筒体11,筒体11能够非常好的对内部的元器件进行保护,使得摄像机更加的耐用不容易损坏;筒体11内设有LED电路板2,摄像头22和扬声器32设在分别设在筒体11的两端,摄像头22和扬声器32设在分别设在筒体11的两端,方便摄像头22和扬声器32的安装设置,使得扬声器32和摄像头22不会形成干扰,而且可以同时使用扬声器32和摄像两个功能,可以一边摄影一边听音乐,方便摄像机的使用;摄像头22设在LED电路板2上,LED电路板2上绕摄像头22设置多个LED灯21,LED电路板2上设置的LED灯21可以用来照明,使得摄像机可以单独作为手电筒来使用,LED灯21让摄像 头22设置多个,这样可以在摄影或拍照的时候对被摄物体进行补光,使得摄影机的拍摄效果更加的清晰,从而得到更加好的拍摄效果,大大提高摄像机的适用性。
筒体11内设有控制电路板3,控制电路板3与扬声器32和摄像头22电连接,通过控制电路板3可以分别单独控制摄像头22和扬声器32,使得摄像机的功能更加的实用,可以单独使用扬声器32听音乐,也可以单独使用摄像头22来拍照或摄像,从而可以更加的节能省电,大大节省摄像机的能耗,更好的保护环境;电路板上设有按键元器件31,筒体11上开设有与按键元器件31相配合的按键孔111,按键元器件31的操作方便对摄像机进行功能控制,方便摄像机的操作和使用,按键元器件31与按键孔111的相互配合,方便使用者对按键元器件31进行操作,使得摄像机的操作和使用更加的方便。
按键元器件31上设有按键34,按键34的设置非常方便使用摄对按键元器件31的操作,按键34增大了使用者原件的接触面积,使得使用者对摄像机的操作更加的方便舒适,从而大大的提高了使用者的操作速度,使用更加的方便简单;按键34与按键孔111相配合安装,按键34上设有按键凸起341,按键凸起341与筒体11的内壁相配合对按键34进行限位,按键孔111非常有效的对按键34进行限位,按键凸起341与筒体11的内壁相配合,这样可以更好的对按键34进行限位,使得按键34的固定更加的稳固不容易脱落。
按键34与按键元器件31之间设有按键胶垫35,按键胶垫35的设置能够很好的对按键元器件31进行保护,能够非常有效的对按键元器件31进行防尘防水,保证按键元器件31的的正常工作,同时按键胶垫35非常有效的减小按键操作时的声音,使得按键34的操作更加安静,大大提升摄像机的使用的舒适性,按键胶垫35包括与按键元器件31相配合的胶垫凹槽351,胶垫凹槽351能够很好的配合按键元器件31,从而对按键元器件31进行很好的保护,及与按键34相配合的胶垫凸起352,胶垫凸起352能够很好的对按键34进行配合,使得按键34可以更好的安装在按键胶垫35上,同时能够和很好的对按键34进行限位。
按键34与按键胶垫35之间设有遮光纸36,遮光纸36能够非常有效的防止LED灯21的灯光折射,使得LED灯21的光线不会从按键孔111照射出来,从而非常好防止摄像机按键孔111漏光,使得使用者的使用更加的舒适;遮光纸36上设有限位凹槽361,壳体1上设有与限位凹槽361相配合的限位凸起112,限位凹槽361与限位凸起112的配合,能够很好的对遮光纸36进行限位,有效的防止遮光纸36移位,从而保证遮光纸36良好的遮光效果。
壳体1包括扬声器保护盖12,扬声器保护盖12能够很好的对扬声器32进行保护,有效的防止扬声器32磕碰受损,从而使得扬声器32更加的耐用,同时扬声器保护盖12也有一定的遮蔽灰尘的效果;扬声器保护盖12与筒体11相配合卡紧,扬声器保护盖12上设有出音孔121,出音孔121间隔设置多个,扬声器保护盖12与扬声器之间形成音腔13,出音孔121的能够很好的优化扬声器32的声音,使得声音更加的悦耳,而且由于出音孔121的直径较小,能够很有效的防止水滴的进入,从而保证扬声器32更好的效果,扬声器32的声音通过音腔13的循环,能够很好的提升银屏的质量,使得播放的音频声音更具有层次感,能够很好的提升音质,使得音频声音营造的音效非常的好。
壳体1包括接口固定座14,接口固定座14能够很好的对LED电路板2进行保护,有效的防止LED电路板2磕碰受损,从而使得LED电路板2更加的耐用;接口固定座14包括固定凸起141,接口固定座14上设有与LED灯21相配合的LED透光孔142,LED透光孔142贯穿固定凸起141,固定凸起141能够很好的对LED灯21进行限位固定,使得LED灯21更加的稳定高效的工作,而且固定凸起141也能好的对LED灯21的照射范围进行限制,非常有效的避免摄像机的其他部位出现漏光现象,使得使用者的使用更加的舒适。
接口固定座14上设有螺纹孔143,螺纹孔143与LED透光孔142相连通,螺纹孔143的设置方便接口固定座14的固定安装,同时也非常方便接口固定座14的拆卸、检查、维修和更换;螺纹孔143与LED透光孔142相连通,这样设置非常方便接口固定座14的开模制造,而且非常的节省耗材,使得摄像机的制 造成本进一步的降低,大大提高摄像机的市场竞争力。
接口固定座14上设有接口装饰盖15,接口装饰盖15的设置可以很好的将接口固定座14进行遮蔽,使得摄像机看起来更加的简洁美观,同时接口摄像头22能够对摄像头22提供保护,有效的防止摄像头22内部进入灰尘或水分,从而使得摄像机更加的耐用。
电源33为可充电的电源33,可充电的电源33的使用使得摄像机的携带更加的方便,可以通过移动电源给摄像机及时的充电,使得摄像机的使用更加的方便,同时可充电的电源更加的环保,可以循环使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种摄像机,其特征在于,所述摄像机包括壳体,所述壳体内设有电源仓,所述电源仓内设有电源,所述电源仓上设有支撑凸起,所述支撑凸起的上设有控制电路板,所述支撑凸起对所述控制电路板进行支撑,所述壳体内设有电路板卡槽,所述电路板卡槽从所述控制电路板两侧限位固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种摄像机,其特征在于,所述壳体包括筒体,所述筒体内设有LED电路板,所述电路板卡槽设在所述筒体的内壁上,所述LED电路板上设有LED灯,所述LED灯沿所述LED电路板设置多个。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种摄像机,其特征在于,所述控制电路板上设有按键元器件,所述筒体上开设有与所述按键元器件相配合的按键孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种摄像机,其特征在于,所述按键元器件上设有按键,所述按键与所述按键孔相配合安装,所述按键上设有按键凸起,所述按键凸起与所述筒体的内壁相配合对所述按键进行限位。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种摄像机,其特征在于,所述按键与所述按键元器件之间设有按键胶垫,所述按键胶垫包括与所述按键元器件相配合的胶垫凹槽,及与所述按键相配合的胶垫凸起。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种摄像机,其特征在于,所述按键与所述按键胶垫之间设有遮光纸,所述遮光纸上设有限位凹槽,所述壳体上设有与所述限位凹槽相配合的限位凸起。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种摄像机,其特征在于,所述壳体包括接口固定座,所述接口固定座包括固定凸起,所述接口固定座上设有与所述LED灯相配合的LED透光孔,所述LED透光孔贯穿所述固定凸起。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种摄像机,其特征在于,所述接口固定座上设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔与所述LED透光孔相连通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种摄像机,其特征在于,所述接口固定座上设 有接口装饰盖。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一所述的一种摄像机,其特征在于,所述电源为可充电的电源。
