Description
DESCRIPTION
MANUALLY SLIDING CASE SYSTEM TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to case structuring used for the protection of portable electronic devices such as smartphones, tablet PCs and laptops. The invention particularly relates to scrolling of the case cover into slide compartment when the screen is to be used, without any change in the dimensions of the case
while providing full protection against impacts on screen by fully covering the screens of devices such as smartphones, PCs, tablets and laptops for which the cases are to be used. STATE OF THE ART
Today, the use of electronic devices such as smartphones, tablet PCs, laptop PCs etc. is very common. Since these devices are very sensitive, the structuring which are called case are used for their protection.
The diversity of the covers used for the protection of these devices is increasing in parallel with the increasing use of electronic devices such as smart phones, tablets, laptop PCs. The key feature required in cases is the ability to provide an easy use of the phone's functions. While some of the cases only cover the rear and side portions of the device, some are positioned with flip covers to protect the device screen as well.
Flip cover cases of the state of the art do not provide a practical use for users in terms of their appearance and uses. The cover should be left open to use the devices inside of the cases that are manufactured with lids on or the screen data cannot be seen after the use when the lid is closed. The open-use cases look rough, are difficult to handle, are limited in use. If the cases do not have a screen cover, the screen cannot be protected from the impacts and thus the case do not serve its purpose.
Another disadvantage of flip cover cases in the state of the art is that the cover cannot be secured in a particular position after opening the cover on the screen. Once the cover is opened, it is either folded under the device or positioned at the side of the device, at an angle
of 180° with the device. That causes the case to be deformed quickly. It also prevents the possibility of providing an ergonomic use for the user.
In the patents of the present art, in the abstract of the patent application with the application number "2009/08401" and with the title "Touch screen protector full-angle phone case" the invention is summarized as; "the phone case which is specially developed in order to protect the sensitive screen surfaces of touch screen mobile phones becoming widespread with the developing technology, and the phone case with the special design front lid providing use with case without removing the phone from case and the phone case having right, left and bottom holders that prevent the phone to slip and to drop out of the case".
In the aforementioned patent registration as described above, there isn't any structure that the case lid would be positioned after being opened over the screen. The opened lid is either folded behind the device or positioned at the right-left side of the device hanging.
The presence of aforementioned technical problems and insufficiency of solutions to these problems has arisen the necessity of an improvement on cases where electronic devices such as smart phones, tablet PCs, laptop PCs are kept. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The main objective of the invention is to provide great convenience to users by means of scrolling of the case cover into slide compartment when the screen is to be used, without any change in the dimensions of the case
while providing full protection against impacts on screen by fully covering the screens of devices such as smartphones, PCs, tablets and laptops for which the cases are to be used.
The objective of the invention is the scrolling of cover section of the case covering the screen of device into slide compartment section behind the device by applying a slight force according to usage without making any deformation to the top, bottom or sides of the device.
Further aim of the invention is to ensure closing the screen by slightly applying force from section (bottom, top or side sections) where the cover is scrolled and the cover holds easily the magnets that are on the case when the user want to close the screen after using the device.
Another aim of the invention is that the casing is designed in such a way that the parts such as the camera, charging port, etc. of the device to be used are left open.
A further aim of the invention is to prevent the deformations that the cover will incur because of folding of the screen covering part of the case or positioning at the right-left side of the device without any support.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION This detailed description explains the preferred structuring of case (A) that is subject of the invention only intended for better understanding the subject and in a manner that not creating any restricting effect.
In the detailed description to be made, preferably the device (3) used is a smartphone. The case (A) that is subject of invention can be used with tablet computers, laptop computers, other portable mobile phones as well as smartphones.
Demounting illustration of case (A) that is subject of invention is included in Figure - 1. Said case (A) can preferably be produced from plastic and derivatives, leather and derivatives, wood and metallic derivatives. One of the bottom-top edges and side edges of said case body (1) is closed. Other side edge is open. The device (3) is placed into the case body (1) through the open side edge. The side cover (2) is then mounted on the case body (1) in such a way that the mounting chute (2.1) on side cover (2) comes through the side cover mounting holes (1.1) formed on inside of open edge of the case (A). On the upper part of said case (A), the cover (4) is positioned on the area under which the screen of the device takes place. The basic subject of invention relates to easy scrolling downwards and upwards of said cover (4) by applying a force.
Figure - 3 shows the position of the cover (4) which is scrolled towards right-left side of the device (3) in the structuring case (A) that is subject of invention. In order that the case body (1) and cover (4) sticks to each other, there is case magnet (5) inside of the walls of case body (1) and there is cover magnet (6) on the edges of the cover (4). In the space between the device (3) and the case (A), there is a section called slide compartment (7) into which the cover (4) is scrolled. When the screen of the device (3) to be used needs to be opened; the case magnets (5) and the cover magnets (6) are split by means of pushing the cover (4) towards left and right by applying force with finger. Hereby, the cover (4) is scrolled into the section called slide compartment (7) by passing from the spaces that exist in edges of case body (1). If the cover (4) is intended to be placed back on the screen of the device (3), it is pulled back with finger so that the cover magnets (6) hold the case magnets (5).
Figure-4 shows the position of the cover (4) scrolled from the top section of the device (3); whereas Figure-5 shows the position of the cover (4) scrolled from the bottom section of the device (3) into the slide compartment (7) representatively.
Briefly, the operating principle of manual case (1) structuring that is subiect of invention is as follows:
The device (3) is placed into the case body (1) through the open side edge of the case (1). The opened side cover (2) is closed when the device (3) is inside of the case body (1). Then the cover (4) and the case body (1) stick to each other by means of cover magnet (5) and case magnet (6). If the screen is to be used, the magnets are split by slightly pushing the cover with finger. The cover (4) split from other magnet is scrolled by pushing into the slide compartment (7) formed between the case (1) and the device (3) by means of spaces in the edges of case body (1). Thus, the screen cover is opened. This movement is performed by scrolling towards back, sides, bottom and top according to use of the device (3). The opened cover (4) is again pushed by finger such that the cover magnets (6) hold the case magnets (5) positioned in the edges of the case body (1) in order to close back. Thus, the screen of the device (3) is protected by closing back the cover (4).
