Description

Urine pad
The present invention relates to a male urine collection pad.
As a conventional urine collection pad, for example, there is one described in Patent Document 1. The urine collection pad described in the same document is a male urine collection pad that absorbs urine excreted from the penis and has a horizontally long rectangular shape. This urine collection pad is assembled as follows when it is worn. First, the lower left corner is folded back diagonally upward to the right, and then the lower right corner is folded diagonally upward left so as to overlap the folded portion. Next, the folded portions are fixed with double-sided adhesive tape. Thereby, the cone-shaped penis accommodating part is obtained.

In the urine collection pad described in Patent Document 1, it is necessary to perform the above assembling work when mounting. Therefore, there is a problem that it takes time and effort at the time of wearing.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a urine collection pad that can be easily attached.
The urine absorption pad according to the present invention is a urine absorption pad that absorbs urine excreted from the penis, and is provided so as to surround the central part with which the penis abuts and the central part, and has a planar shape when not attached. And the central portion is configured to swell outward while the peripheral portion maintains the planar shape.
This urine collection pad is provided with a central portion where the penis abuts and a peripheral portion surrounding the central portion. And the center part is comprised so that it may swell to the outer side of a urine collection pad. Thus, the center part swells outside, so that a space for accommodating the penis is formed inside the center part. For this reason, the urine collection pad can be mounted only by being applied to the penis and surrounding skin. Therefore, it is not necessary to assemble the urine collection pad when mounting. Thereby, since the trouble at the time of mounting can be saved, it is easy to mount the urine collection pad.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same reference numerals are assigned to the same elements, and duplicate descriptions are omitted.
(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a first embodiment of a urine collection pad according to the present invention. The urine collection pad 1 is a male urine collection pad that absorbs urine excreted from the penis. The urine collection pad 1 is rectangular in plan view. The figure shows the inner surface of the urine collection pad 1 (the inner surface that is the side facing the penis when worn). The length of the urine collection pad 1 in the vertical direction (equivalent to the vertical direction in FIG. 1) is, for example, not less than 10 cm and not more than 30 cm. Further, the length of the urine collection pad 1 in the left-right direction (equivalent to the left-right direction in FIG. 1) is, for example, not less than 5 cm and not more than 15 cm. It is preferable that the urine collecting pad 1 can be poured into a flush toilet.
The urine collection pad 1 includes a central portion 10 and a peripheral portion 20. The central portion 10 and the peripheral portion 20 are connected to each other. The central part 10 is a part with which the penis abuts when worn. In the present embodiment, the central portion 10 has a vertically long oval shape in plan view. The length of the central portion 10 in the vertical direction (long axis length) is, for example, not less than 5 cm and not more than 10 cm. Moreover, the length (length of a short axis) of the left-right direction of the center part 10 is 3 cm or more and 6 cm or less, for example. It is preferable that the center part 10 has air permeability.
The peripheral part 20 is provided so as to surround the central part 10. The entire periphery of the central portion 10 is surrounded by the peripheral portion 20. The peripheral portion 20 has a planar shape when not attached. Here, “having a planar shape” means that the entire peripheral portion 20 exists on the same plane. In plan view, the area of the peripheral portion 20 is larger than the area of the central portion 10.
FIG. 2 is an end view taken along the line II-II in FIG. FIG. 3 is an end view taken along the line III-III in FIG. As can be seen from these drawings, the central portion 10 is configured to swell outward while the peripheral portion 20 maintains a planar shape. Thereby, the recessed part arises inside the urine collection pad 1, and the convex part arises outside. In this state, the diameter d1 (see FIG. 3) of the central portion 10 is larger than the depth d2 of the central portion 10. Here, the diameter of the central portion 10 is defined as the diameter of the smallest circle that can include the central portion 10 in plan view. When the planar shape of the central portion 10 is elliptical as in the present embodiment, the diameter of the central portion 10 is equal to the length of the long axis. Further, the thickness of the central portion 10 is larger than the thickness of the peripheral portion 20. The central portion 10 has higher water absorption than the peripheral portion 20.
FIG. 4 is an enlarged view showing a portion surrounded by a circle C1 in FIG. The urine collection pad 1 has a three-layer structure including an inner sheet 14, an outer sheet 16, and a water absorption layer 18. The inner sheet 14 forms the inner surface of the urine collection pad 1 and has water permeability. The inner sheet 14 is provided over the entire inner surface of the urine collection pad 1. That is, the inner sheet 14 is continuously provided from the central portion 10 to the peripheral portion 20. As a material of the inner sheet 14, for example, a water-permeable nonwoven fabric can be used.
The outer sheet 16 constitutes the outer surface (outer surface) of the urine collection pad 1 and has water impermeability (waterproofness). The outer sheet 16 is provided over the entire outer surface of the urine collection pad 1. That is, the outer sheet 16 is continuously provided from the central portion 10 to the peripheral portion 20. As a material of the outer sheet 16, for example, an impermeable nonwoven fabric or plastic can be used. The outer sheet 16 may have a laminate structure made of the nonwoven fabric and plastic in the center portion 10.
The water absorbing layer 18 is provided between the inner sheet 14 and the outer sheet 16 and has water absorption. The water absorption layer 18 is provided over substantially the entire region sandwiched between the inner sheet 14 and the outer sheet 16. However, the thickness of the water absorption layer 18 in the central portion 10 is larger than the thickness of the water absorption layer 18 in the peripheral portion 20. For this reason, in the urine collection pad 1, as described above, the thickness of the central portion 10 is larger than the thickness of the peripheral portion 20.
As the material of the water absorbing layer 18, for example, a highly water absorbent resin, paper powder, or the like can be used. When a highly water-absorbing resin is used as the material of the water-absorbing layer 18, the highly water-absorbing resin may be contained only in the central portion 10 of the central portion 10 and the peripheral portion 20. It may be contained in both.
Referring to FIG. 5, the method of wearing the urine collection pad 1 will be described. The urine collecting pad 1 is attached so as to be applied to the penis 90 and the surrounding skin. At this time, the position of the urine collection pad 1 is adjusted so that the penis 90 contacts the inside of the central portion 10. Further, the orientation of the urine collection pad 1 is adjusted so that the vertical direction and the horizontal direction of the urine collection pad 1 coincide with the vertical direction and the horizontal direction of the body, respectively. By wearing underwear or the like from above the urine collection pad 1 in this state, the urine collection pad 1 can be fixed to the body. Note that an adhesive tape for attaching the urine collection pad 1 to underwear or the like may be provided on the outer surface of the urine collection pad 1.
The effect of the urine collection pad 1 will be explained. The urine collection pad 1 is provided with a central part 10 with which the penis abuts and a peripheral part 20 surrounding the central part 10. The central portion 10 is configured to swell outside the urine collection pad 1. Thus, the center part 10 bulges outside, so that a space for accommodating the penis is formed inside the center part 10. For this reason, the urine collection pad 1 can be mounted only by being applied to the penis and surrounding skin. Therefore, it is not necessary to assemble the urine collection pad 1 when mounting. Thereby, since the trouble at the time of mounting can be saved, mounting of the urine collecting pad 1 is facilitated. Such a urine collecting pad 1 can be particularly suitably used for mild urine leakage countermeasures.
Particularly, the central portion 10 can swell outside the urine collection pad 1 even when the peripheral portion 20 remains in a planar shape. That is, only the central portion 10 of the urine collection pad 1 can be locally expanded. For this reason, it is possible to secure a space for accommodating the penis (a concave portion inside the central portion 10) while keeping the peripheral portion 20 in close contact with the skin around the penis.
In this regard, even if it is a sheet-like urine collection pad that has a flat shape as a whole, it is possible to secure a space for accommodating the penis by folding the urine collection pad so that a part of the urine collection pad swells outward when worn. is there. However, since the entire urine collection pad has a planar shape, it is difficult to locally bulge only a part thereof. That is, when a part of the urine collection pad is swollen, its peripheral part is also deformed following it. Therefore, there exists a problem that the said peripheral part is hard to stick to the skin around the penis. On the other hand, in this embodiment, since only the center part 10 can bulge outside without accompanying the deformation | transformation of the peripheral part 20, there exists an advantage that the peripheral part 20 is easy to stick to skin.
In the urine collecting pad 1, the central portion 10 has higher water absorption than the peripheral portion 20. The central portion 10 is a portion that directly receives urine excreted from the penis. Therefore, by increasing the water absorption of the central portion 10, the absorption power of the urine collection pad 1 can be increased efficiently. On the other hand, lowering the water absorption of the portions other than the central portion 10 is advantageous for keeping the manufacturing cost of the urine collecting pad 1 small.
The thickness of the central portion 10 is larger than the thickness of the peripheral portion 20. Thereby, the center part 10 which has a water absorption higher than the peripheral part 20 is easily realizable. For example, even when the same material is used for the central portion 10 and the peripheral portion 20, the water absorption of the central portion 10 can be made higher than that of the peripheral portion 20 by increasing the thickness of the central portion 10. On the other hand, reducing the thickness of the peripheral portion 20 is advantageous for suppressing the bulk of the urine collecting pad 1 during wearing.
In plan view, the area of the peripheral part 20 is larger than the area of the central part 10. By increasing the area of the peripheral portion 20 in this way, the area of the portion sandwiched between the skin around the penis and the underwear is increased. This is advantageous for stably fixing the urine collection pad 1 to the body.
In the state where the center part 10 bulges outside, the diameter is larger than the depth in the center part 10. By increasing the diameter of the central portion 10 in this way, the position and orientation of the penis can be easily changed within the space inside the central portion 10. This is advantageous for enhancing the comfort when the urine collection pad 1 is worn.
When the center part 10 contains a highly water-absorbent resin, the absorption power (especially the water absorption amount) of the urine collection pad 1 can be increased. Furthermore, when not only the central part 10 but also the peripheral part 20 contains a highly water-absorbing resin, the absorbability of the urine collecting pad 1 can be further enhanced. As described above, the highly water-absorbent resin contributes to the absorption capacity of the urine absorption pad 1, but has a property of swelling when water is absorbed. The swelling of the superabsorbent resin leads to the bulk of the urine collection pad 1. Therefore, from the viewpoint of efficiently increasing the absorption capacity of the urine collection pad 1 while suppressing the bulkiness, it is preferable to include the superabsorbent resin only in the central portion 10 of the central portion 10 and the peripheral portion 20.
When the adhesive tape is provided on the outer surface of the urine collection pad 1, the urine collection pad 1 can be firmly fixed to the body.
When the urine collection pad 1 can be poured into a flush toilet, the used urine collection pad 1 can be flushed and disposed of in the flush toilet, so the convenience of the urine collection pad 1 is improved.
(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 6 is a plan view showing a second embodiment of the urine collection pad according to the present invention. FIG. 7 is an end view taken along line VII-VII in FIG. The urine collection pad 2 is a male urine collection pad that absorbs urine excreted from the penis. The urine collection pad 2 includes a central portion 30 and a peripheral portion 20. The configuration of the peripheral portion 20 is as described in the first embodiment. The central portion 30 and the peripheral portion 20 are connected to each other. The center part 30 is a part with which the penis abuts when worn. The central portion 30 is configured to swell outward while the peripheral portion 20 maintains a planar shape.
The center part 30 is provided with a planned splitting part 32. The planned splitting part 32 is a part that splits so that the penis can penetrate the central part 30. The planned splitting portion 32 is linear and extends in the vertical direction of the urine collection pad 2. The planned splitting portion 32 is provided over the entire central portion 30 in the extending direction (the vertical direction of the urine collection pad 2). That is, the planned splitting part 32 cuts through the central part 30. Further, the planned splitting portion 32 is provided only in the central portion 30 of the central portion 30 and the peripheral portion 20. A cut may be formed in advance in the central portion 30 along the planned splitting portion 32. Or the center part 30 may be comprised so that the cut | interruption along the said planned cleavage part 32 may be produced only when both sides of the planned cleavage part 32 are pulled. The latter configuration can be realized, for example, by forming a perforation along the planned splitting portion 32 in the central portion 30.
FIG. 8 is a plan view showing a state in which the planned splitting portion 32 of the urine collection pad 2 has been split. FIG. 9 is an end view taken along the line IX-IX in FIG. By pulling both sides of the cut along the planned splitting portion 32, the planned splitting portion 32 can be split as shown in both figures. The other configuration of the urine collection pad 2 is the same as that of the urine collection pad 1.
The effect of the urine collection pad 2 will be described. In the urine collection pad 2, a central portion 30 with which the penis abuts and a peripheral portion 20 surrounding the central portion 30 are provided. The central portion 30 is configured to swell outside the urine collection pad 2. Thus, the center part 30 bulges outside, so that a space for accommodating the penis is formed inside the center part 30. For this reason, the urine collecting pad 2 can be mounted only by being applied to the penis and surrounding skin. Therefore, it is not necessary to assemble the urine collection pad 2 when mounting. Thereby, since the trouble at the time of mounting can be saved, mounting of the urine collection pad 2 is facilitated.
The center part 30 is provided with a planned splitting part 32. By opening the planned splitting portion 32, an opening can be formed in the central portion 30. The penis can be put out of the urine collection pad 2 through the opening. For this reason, even with the urine collection pad 2 attached, it is possible to urinate directly to the toilet.
The planned rupture portion 32 extends in the vertical direction of the urine collection pad 2. In this case, the planned splitting part 32 can be split by pulling both sides of the planned splitting part 32 left and right. For this reason, there exists an advantage that it is easy for the wearer to perform the tearing operation of the planned tearing part 32.
The planned cleavage portion 32 is provided over the entire center portion 30 in the extending direction. Thereby, since the planned splitting part 32 can be largely opened, it becomes easy to take out the penis to the outside of the urine collection pad 2.
The planned cleavage portion 32 is provided only in the central portion 30 of the central portion 30 and the peripheral portion 20. In this case, it is possible to prevent an unnecessary opening from being generated in the peripheral portion 20 even in the state where the planned cleavage portion 32 is cleaved. Thereby, it can prevent that the adhesion degree of the peripheral part 20 with respect to the skin around a penis falls.
In the case where a cut along the planned cleavage portion 32 is formed in the central portion 30 in advance, the planned cleavage portion 32 can be cleaved by simply pulling both sides of the planned cleavage portion 32. For this reason, a penis can be easily taken out of the urine collection pad 2.
In the case of a configuration in which a slit is generated for the first time when both sides of the planned splitting portion 32 are pulled, it is possible to prevent an unnecessary opening from being generated in the urine collection pad 2 before the planned splitting portion 32 is split. Other effects of the urine collection pad 2 are the same as those of the urine collection pad 1.
(Third embodiment)
FIG. 10 is a plan view showing a third embodiment of the urine collection pad according to the present invention. FIG. 11 is an end view taken along line XI-XI in FIG. The urine collection pad 3 is a male urine collection pad that absorbs urine excreted from the penis. The urine collection pad 3 includes a central portion 40 and a peripheral portion 20. The configuration of the peripheral portion 20 is as described in the first embodiment. The central portion 40 and the peripheral portion 20 are connected to each other. The central part 40 is a part with which the penis abuts when worn. The central portion 40 is configured to swell outward while the peripheral portion 20 maintains a planar shape.
The center portion 40 is provided with a planned cleavage portion 42. The planned splitting part 42 is a part that splits so that the penis can penetrate the central part 40. The planned dehiscence portion 42 extends in the vertical direction of the urine collection pad 3. The planned cleaving portion 42 is provided over the entire central portion 40 in the extending direction (vertical direction of the urine collection pad 3). Further, the planned cleavage portion 42 is provided only in the central portion 40 of the central portion 40 and the peripheral portion 20. A cut is formed in advance in the central portion 40 along the planned cleavage portion 42. A portion 40 a extending on one side of the planned cleavage portion 42 in the central portion 40 and a portion 40 b extending on the other side of the planned cleavage portion 42 in the central portion 40 overlap each other in the planned cleavage portion 42.
FIG. 12 is a plan view showing a state in which the planned rupture portion 42 is cleaved in the urine collection pad 3. FIG. 13 is an end view taken along line XIII-XIII in FIG. By pulling both sides of the planned splitting portion 42, the planned splitting portion 42 can be split as shown in both figures. Other configurations of the urine collection pad 3 are the same as those of the urine collection pad 2.
The effect of the urine collection pad 3 will be described. The urine collection pad 3 is provided with a central part 40 with which the penis abuts and a peripheral part 20 surrounding the central part 40. The central portion 40 is configured to swell outside the urine collection pad 3. Thus, the center part 40 bulges outside, so that a space for accommodating the penis is formed inside the center part 40. For this reason, the urine collection pad 3 can be mounted only by being applied to the penis and surrounding skin. Therefore, it is not necessary to assemble the urine collection pad 3 when mounting. Thereby, since the trouble at the time of mounting can be saved, mounting of the urine collecting pad 3 is facilitated.
The portion 40 a that spreads on one side of the planned cleavage portion 42 in the central portion 40 and the portion 40 b that spreads on the other side of the planned cleavage portion 42 in the central portion 40 overlap each other in the planned cleavage portion 42. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a situation in which urine leaks out of the urine collection pad 3 through the cut of the planned splitting portion 42 when the planned splitting portion 42 is not split. Other effects of the urine collection pad 3 are the same as those of the urine collection pad 2.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications are possible. In the above embodiment, the urine collection pad may be capable of being plastically deformed so that the upper end portion is folded outward. Such a configuration can be realized, for example, by attaching a linear plastic member 50 in the vicinity of the upper end of the urine collection pad as shown in FIG. This figure shows, as an example, a case where the plastic member 50 is attached to the urine collection pad shown in FIG. In FIG. 14, two plastic members 50 are attached. Each plastic member 50 extends in the vertical direction of the urine collection pad 1. One plastic member 50 is provided along the left end of the urine collection pad 1, and the other plastic member 50 is provided along the right end of the urine collection pad 1.
According to the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 15, the shape in which the upper end portion of the urine collection pad 1 is folded outward can be maintained. This figure corresponds to the end surface along the line XV-XV in FIG. By hooking the upper end portion of the folded urine collecting pad 1 on the upper end portion such as underwear, the urine collecting pad 1 can be firmly fixed to the body.
In the above embodiment, a pocket for accommodating the water absorbent sheet may be provided inside the center portion. FIG. 16 shows a case where pockets 62 and 64 are provided in the urine collection pad shown in FIG. 1 as an example. These pockets 62 and 64 have water permeability. In FIG. 16, the pocket 62 is provided in the left half region of the central portion 10, and the pocket 64 is provided in the right half region of the central portion 10. The pocket 62 has an opening at the portion facing the pocket 64 (the right end portion of the pocket 62), and the water absorbent sheet can be taken in and out from this portion. Similarly, the pocket 64 has an opening at the portion facing the pocket 62 (the left end portion of the pocket 64), and the water absorbent sheet can be taken in and out from this portion.
For example, as shown in FIG. 17, the pockets 62 and 64 may contain a common water-absorbing sheet. In the figure, one water absorbent sheet 70 is accommodated so as to straddle the pockets 62 and 64. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 18, separate water absorbent sheets may be accommodated in the pockets 62 and 64. In the figure, a water absorbent sheet 72 is accommodated in a pocket 62, and a water absorbent sheet 74 is accommodated in a pocket 64.
According to the above configuration, the absorbent capacity of the urine collecting pad can be enhanced by housing the water absorbent sheet in the pocket. Moreover, one urine collection pad can be used for a long time by replacing | exchanging a water absorbing sheet suitably.
