生物识别芯片,与所述触摸按键连接,用于感测用户输入的生物信息,还用于驱动所述触摸按键执行触摸感测。
在某些实施方式中,所述生物识别芯片和所述触摸按键设置在电子设备的同一端。
在某些实施方式中,所述生物识别芯片为一裸片,通过覆晶工艺绑定在第二表面;或,所述生物识别芯片为一封装后的芯片,通过粘着层粘附在第二表面。
在某些实施方式中,当生物识别芯片通过覆晶工艺绑定在第二表面时,所述第二表面上进一步设置有用于连接生物识别芯片与触摸按键的导线;当生物识别芯片粘附在第二表面时,所述生物识别芯片通过软性电路板连接所述触摸按键。
在某些实施方式中,所述触摸按键包括感测电极,所述感测电极形成在第二表面上,或,形成在一软性电路板上。
在某些实施方式中,所述电子设备进一步包括遮光层,设置在保护盖板的第二表面,以限定出保护盖板上的透光区域与非透光区域;所述触摸按键和所述生物识别芯片设置在非透光区域。
在某些实施方式中,所述生物识别芯片包括指纹感测芯片、血氧识别芯片、心跳识别芯片中的一种或多种。
由于本发明的电子设备的生物识别芯片除用于感测用户输入的生物信息,还用于驱动触摸按键执行触摸感测,从而所述生物识别芯片的功能进一步扩展,提高生物识别芯片的利用率。

请一并参阅图1-1b,图1是本发明电子设备一实施例的部分分解结构示意图。图1a是图1所示手机的部分结构截面示意简图。图1b是图1所示手机的部分组装结构示意简图。本发明提供一种电子设备,其可以为可携式电子产品、家居式电子产品或车载电子产品。然而,所述电子设备不局限此处所列的电子产品,还可以是其它合适的电子产品。所述可携式电子产品例如为移动终端,所述移动终端例如为所述手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、穿戴式产品等合适的移动终端。所述家居式电子产品例如为智能门锁、电视、冰箱、台式电脑等合适的家居式电子产品。所述车载电子产品例如为车载显示器、行车记录仪、导航仪、车载冰箱等合适的车载电子产品。为方便理解和说明本发明的技术方案,所述电子设备100以常用的所述手机为例进行阐述。所述电子设备100包括保护盖板10、触摸按键20以及生物识别芯片30。
保护盖板10包括第一表面11和与第一表面11相对的第二表面12。所述第一表面11为电子设备100的外表面,即为用户可直接触碰的表面。所述第二表面12位于所述电子设备100的内部。所述保护盖板10例如为透明的玻璃或蓝宝石盖板,然而,所述保护盖板10的材料也可为其它合适的材料,并不限制为玻璃或蓝宝石盖板,例如也可为薄膜盖板。可变更地,对于不同类型的电子设备100,所述保护盖板10也可为半透明或非透明的盖板。
所述触摸按键20设置在保护盖板10的第二表面12上。所述生物识 别芯片30与所述触摸按键20相连接,用于感测用户从第一表面11输入的生物信息,还用于驱动所述触摸按键20执行触摸感测功能。当所述生物识别芯片30检测到输入的生物信息与所述电子设备100内预存的生物信息模版匹配时,则所述电子设备100对应执行预设的功能或应用程序,例如:解屏功能、支付功能、启动APP(Applicatio,应用程序)、开启文件夹等等。
由于本发明的生物识别芯片30进一步用于驱动触摸按键20执行触摸感测,因此,所述生物识别芯片30的功能得到进一步扩展,提高生物识别芯片30的利用率。
所述生物识别芯片30例如为指纹识别芯片、血氧识别芯片、心跳识别芯片、压力识别芯片、湿度识别芯片、温度识别芯片、虹膜识别芯片中的一种或多种。对应地,所述生物信息例如为指纹信息、血氧信息、心跳信息、压力信息、湿度信息、温度信息、虹膜信息中的一种或多种。然而,本发明不局限此处所列举的生物识别芯片30和生物信息的种类,还可以是其它合适的生物识别芯片30和生物信息的种类。
在本实施方式中,所述生物识别芯片30设置在保护盖板10的第二表面12一侧。然,所述生物识别芯片30也可设置在电子设备100的侧面等其它合适的位置,并不局限在电子设备100的正面。另外,在本实施方式中,所述生物识别芯片30设置在保护盖板10的下方,然,可变更地,所述保护盖板10上也可设置通孔,所述生物识别芯片30设置在所述通孔中。进一步地,所述生物识别芯片30可与实体按键结合在一起,并设置在所述通孔中。
在本实施方式中,所述生物识别芯片30通过覆晶(Flip-Chip)技术工艺设置在保护盖板10的第二表面12,并与所述触摸按键20相连接。较佳地,所述生物识别芯片30为裸片。
当保护盖板10为玻璃盖板或蓝宝石盖板时,所述生物识别芯片30通过COG(Chip On Glass,玻璃覆晶)工艺绑定(bonding)在保护盖板10的第二表面12上。然而,可变更地,所述保护盖板10例如为薄膜盖板时,相应地,所述生物识别芯片30可通过COF(Chip On Film,薄膜覆晶)工艺绑定在保护盖板10的第二表面12上。
所述电子设备100进一步包括遮光层40,所述遮光层40设置在保护盖板10的第二表面12,以限定出保护盖板10上的透光区域101与非透光区域102。所述触摸按键20可设置在保护盖板10的第二表面12上的非透光区域102,也可以设于第二表面12的透光区域101。同样地,所述生物识别芯片30可设置在保护盖板10的第二表面12上的非透光区域102,也可以设于第二表面12的透光区域101。所述触摸按键20和所述生物识别芯片30可位于所述保护盖板10的透光区域101的同一侧,也可以位于所述保护盖板10的透光区域101的任意两侧。
在本实施方式中,所述生物识别芯片30与所述触摸按键20邻近设置,且一并设于所述保护盖板10的一端,即位于电子设备100的同一端。
进一步地,如图1和1b所示,所述非透光区域102上设置触摸标志21。所述触摸标志21与所述触摸按键20对应设置,用于标志所述触摸按键20的位置或所述触摸按键20的功能。
所述保护盖板10的第二表面12的非透光区域101上进一步形成有导线50。所述导线50用于电连接所述生物识别芯片30与所述触摸按键20。所述导线50位于所述触摸按键20与所述生物识别芯片30之间。
所述导线50为多条。所述导线50例如由导电银浆或钼锂钼形成。具体地,当遮光层40形成在所述保护盖板10的第二表面12上之后,通过涂布或刷银浆或钼锂钼于所述遮光层40上形成导线层,然后,在对导线层进行例如蚀刻等操作形成所述导线50。可变更地,在其它实施例中,所述导线50也可直接形成于所述遮光层40上,所述导线50也可由金属或氧化铟锡等导电材料制成。
如图1a所示,所述导线50与所述生物识别芯片30之间形成有异方性导电层60。所述生物识别芯片30通过所述异方性导电层60和所述导线50与所述触摸按键20电连接。所述异方性导电层60可以与所述触摸按键20、所述导线50、所述生物识别芯片30一同设于所述保护盖板10上的非透光区域102,当然,也可以将所述异方性导电层60、所述触摸按键20、所述导线50、所述生物识别芯片30中的一部分设于所述保护盖板10上的非透光区域102,另一部分设于所述保护盖板10上的透光区域101。所述异方性导电层60例如为异方性导电膜(Anisotropic  Conductive Film,ACF)14或异方性导电胶(Anisotropic conductive adhesive/paste,ACA/ACP)。然而,所述异方性导电层60也可为其它合适的能够实现各向异性导电功能的物质,并不局限于本申请所述的ACF、ACA、ACP。
在本实施方式中,所述生物识别芯片30通过覆晶工艺绑定在所述保护盖板10上。然,可变更地,所述生物识别芯片30也可通过其它合适的工艺或方法形成在保护盖板10上,并通过异方性导电层60、导线50与触摸按键20连接。
在本实施方式中,所述触摸按键20包括感测电极22与驱动电极23,所述感测电极22与所述驱动电极23之间形成互电容,基于互电容感测原理感测是否有触摸操作。所述驱动电极23包围所述感测电极22,并与所述感测电极22形成在保护盖板10的第二表面12上。然,可变更地,所述驱动电极23与所述感测电极22的位置也可互换。另外,所述感测电极22与所述驱动电极23也可以形成在其它合适的元件上,例如形成在软性电路板上,再通过该软性电路板与所述生物识别芯片30电连接,所述软性电路板与保护盖板10贴合。
当所述感测电极22和所述驱动电极23形成在保护盖板10的第二表面12上时,所述感测电极22和所述驱动电极23可以由导电银浆或钼锂钼制成。当然,所述感测电极22和所述驱动电极23也可以由其它合适的材料制成。
请参阅图2,图2是图1b所示的触摸按键20一变更实施例的结构示意简图。所述触摸按键20包括感测电极24,所述感测电极24基于自电容式感测原理检测是否有触摸操作。所述感测电极24例如为螺旋式电极。
请一并参阅图1b与图3,图3是图1b所示的生物识别芯片30的电路框图。所述生物识别芯片30包括感测电极阵列31和驱动电路32。所述驱动电路32与所述感测电极阵列31和所述触摸按键20分别连接。所述驱动电路32驱动所述感测电极阵列31执行生物信息感测,还驱动所述触摸按键20执行触摸感测。
所述驱动电路32提供触摸驱动信号给驱动电极23,并接收来自感测电极22的触摸感测信号,以根据所述触摸感测信号获知触摸按键20是 否有被触摸。
所述驱动电路32同时或分时驱动所述感测电极阵列31和所述触摸按键20工作。
请继续参阅图1与图2,所述电子设备100进一步包括后壳70、主板75、和显示装置80。所述显示装置80用于画面显示。所述主板75与所述显示装置80、生物识别芯片30连接,用于与所述显示装置80、生物识别芯片30进行通信。所述保护盖板10与所述后壳70相配合形成收容空间,以收容所述生物识别芯片30、触摸按键20、所述显示装置80、主板75于所述收容空间中。所述后壳70包括侧面72。
请参阅图4,图4是本发明手机一变更实施例的部分结构示意简图。所述生物识别芯片30设置在侧面72。较佳地,所述生物识别芯片30与所述触摸按键20邻近设置。例如图4所示,所述生物识别芯片30设于所述后壳70的左侧面72的下端以方便用户的手指中的小指接触,而所述触摸按键20设于所述第二表面12的下端且邻近所述生物识别芯片30。本发明的所述生物识别芯片30与所述触摸按键20不局限上述的设置方式,还可以是其它的合适的设置方式。
请一并参阅图1、图2、和图5,图5是本发明手机另一变更实施例的部分结构示意简图。所述电子设备100还进一步包括触摸传感层90。所述触摸传感层90设置在保护盖板10的第二表面12,用于感测保护盖板10上未被遮光层40所遮挡的区域上的用户触摸操作。
所述触摸传感层90可层叠于所述显示装置80与所述保护盖板10之间,还可以嵌于所述显示装置80中以形成内嵌式触摸显示装置。所述内嵌式触摸显示装置可为盒子内式(In-Cell)触摸显示装置或盒子上式(On-Cell)触摸显示装置。所述显示装置80例如为液晶显示装置、有机电致发光显示装置等等合适类型的显示装置。所述触摸传感层90可为额外的电极层,也可为复用显示装置80本身的电极结构。所述触摸传感层90可为单层结构,也可为双层结构。进一步地,所述触摸传感层90的感测原理可以为互电容式感测原理,也可为自电容式感测原理。
当显示装置80为液晶显示装置时,所述触摸传感层90例如设置在偏光片与彩色滤光板之间,形成On-Cell触摸显示装置。可变更地,所述 触摸传感层90例如也可设置在彩色滤光片基板与薄膜阵列基板之间形成In-Cell触摸显示装置,等等。
随着触摸传感层90逐渐集成到显示装置80内,形成内嵌式触摸显示装置,用于驱动触摸传感层90的触摸驱动芯片逐渐与用于驱动显示装置80的显示驱动芯片集成在同一触摸显示驱动芯片中。通常,电子设备100的下端(即,靠近话筒一端)内设置天线,为了利于散热,触摸显示驱动芯片一般设置在电子设备100的上端(即,靠近听筒一端),即,触摸显示驱动芯片与触摸按键20位于手机的两端。若采用触摸显示驱动芯片进一步驱动触摸按键20,则在触摸显示驱动芯片与触摸按键20之间需要布设较长的导线,由此造成连接导线占用手机较多的内部空间,另外,如此对手机内部其它元件之间的安排布置以及信号传输存在一定影响。
针对具有内嵌式触摸显示装置的电子设备100,本发明提出利用生物识别芯片30进一步驱动触摸按键20执行触摸操作,从而可使得所述触摸按键20的驱动路径简短,节约材料成本,减少电子设备100内部空间的占用,方便其它元件安排布置,提高电子设备100信号传输的稳定性。
尤其地,当生物识别芯片30设置在电子设备100的正面,并与触摸按键20位于电子设备100的同一端时,连接生物识别芯片30与触摸按键20的导线50进一步缩短,并且可直接形成在保护盖板10上,进一步节省空间,并减少对其它信号的干扰。
进一步需要说明的是,所述电子设备100可进一步增加图示中未示出的元件或减少图示中示出的某些元件或部件,例如增加主板以用于根据所述生物识别芯片30所感测的生物信息对应控制电子设备100执行相应的功能。然而,本发明不局限增加此处所列举的主板,本发明的电子设备100可根据实际需要对应选择增加或减少元件或部件即可。
请参阅图6,图6为本发明手机的又一实施例的部分组装结构示意简图。在本实施方式中,所述生物识别芯片30例如为经过封装后的芯片,其可为包括单一裸片的芯片,也可为包括多颗裸片的芯片。所述生物识别芯片30例如通过粘着层粘附在保护盖板10的第二表面12上,并与触摸按键20均位于非透光区域。所述生物识别芯片30通过连接件50a与所述触摸按键20连接。较佳地,所述连接件50a为软性电路板。然,所 述连接件50a并不局限于所述软性电路板50a,也可为其它合适的元件。
所述触摸按键20可设置在保护盖板10上,也可设置在连接件50a上。当触摸按键20设置在连接件50a上时,所述连接件50a对应设置触摸按键20的位置贴附在保护盖板10上。
所述生物传感芯片30进一步通过所述连接件50a与所述主板75(见图1)连接,与所述主板75进行数据通信。所述主板75根据所述生物识别芯片30所述感测到的信息对应控制电子设备100是否执行相应的功能。
可变更地,所述生物识别芯片30也可通过压印等其它合适的方式设置在第二表面12上。又或者,所述生物识别芯片30靠近保护盖板30设置,与保护盖板30之间并不存在中间连接介质。另,所述生物识别芯片30也可与实体按键装配在一起,保护盖板10上对应设置有收容生物识别芯片与实体按键的通孔。所述生物识别芯片30也可形成在所述电子设备100的其它合适位置,并不局限在所述电子设备100的正面。
较佳地,所述生物识别芯片30与所述触摸按键20形成在电子设备100的同一端,所述生物识别芯片30设置在电子设备100的正面。进一步地,对于具有内嵌式触摸显示装置的电子设备100,所述生物识别芯片30与触摸按键20形成在内嵌式触摸显示装置与保护盖板10之间。
然,可变更地,对于具有内嵌式触摸显示装置的电子设备100,所述生物识别芯片30也可形成在电子设备100的侧面,并不局限于设置在电子设备100的正面。
请参阅图7,图7为本发明手机的又一实施例的结构示意简图。在本实施方式中,用于驱动触摸按键20的电路另集成为一驱动芯片35,并非如图3所示集成在生物识别芯片30中。所述驱动芯片35设置在软性电路板50a上,并与生物识别芯片30连接,通过所述生物识别芯片30输出触摸驱动信号给触摸按键20,并通过所述生物识别芯片30接收来自触摸按键20输出的触摸感测信号。
所述生物识别芯片30例如为裸片,通过覆晶工艺形成在保护盖板10上。所述触摸按键20例如形成在保护盖板10的第二表面12上。所述生物识别芯片30通过导线50与触摸按键20连接。所述导线50形成在第 二表面12上,并位于所述触摸按键20与所述生物识别芯片30之间。然,可变更地,所述触摸按键20也可形成在其它介质(如软性电路板)上,并贴合在所述保护盖板10上。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种生物识别芯片,所述生物识别芯片设置在一具有触摸按键的电子设备中,所述生物识别芯片用于感测用户输入的生物信息,其特征在于:所述生物识别芯片用于与所述触摸按键连接,提供触摸驱动信号给所述触摸按键,驱动所述触摸按键执行触摸感测。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的生物识别芯片,其特征在于:所述生物识别芯片进一步接收来自触摸按键输出的触摸感测信号,根据触摸感测信号以确定触摸按键被触摸与否来对应控制电子设备是否执行相应的功能。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的生物识别芯片,其特征在于:所述生物识别芯片为指纹感测芯片。
  4. 一种电子设备,包括:
    保护盖板,包括第一表面和与第一表面相对的第二表面;
    内嵌式触摸显示装置,设置在保护盖板的第二表面一侧,用于执行触摸感测和图像显示;
    触摸按键,设置在保护盖板的第二表面一侧;和
    生物识别芯片,与所述触摸按键连接,用于感测用户输入的生物信息,还用于驱动所述触摸按键执行触摸感测。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述生物识别芯片和所述触摸按键设置在电子设备的同一端。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述生物识别芯片为一裸片,通过覆晶工艺绑定在第二表面;或,所述生物识别芯片为一封装后的芯片,通过粘着层粘附在第二表面。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于:当生物识别芯片通过覆晶工艺绑定在第二表面时,所述第二表面上进一步设置有用于连接生物识别芯片与触摸按键的导线;当生物识别芯片粘附在第二表面时,所述生物识别芯片通过软性电路板连接所述触摸按键。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述触摸按键包括感测电极,所述感测电极形成在第二表面上,或,形成在一软性电路板上。
  9. 如权利要求4或5所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述电子设备进一步包括遮光层,设置在保护盖板的第二表面,以限定出保护盖板上的透光 区域与非透光区域;所述触摸按键和所述生物识别芯片设置在非透光区域。
  10. 如权利要求4所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述生物识别芯片包括指纹感测芯片、血氧识别芯片、心跳识别芯片中的一种或多种。
