背景技术
人们出行时,各种行李箱成了人们的首选,贵重物品等都放在行李箱中。然而,现有的行李箱大都仅设置密码锁,来保护行李向内的物品,以防止行李箱内的物品被盗。随着科技的进步,现有的行李箱上已经安装一些电子设备,例如GPS定位器及电子密码锁等,以防止丢失,因此,现有的一些高科技行李箱上均会安装电池为这些电子设备供电。然后,这些带有电池的行李箱在机场等地方过安检时,电池不方便取出,容易耽误出行者的形成。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种电池可拆式智能箱包,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明实施例提供一种电池可拆式智能箱包,包括箱包主体及电池盒,所述电池盒包括一侧敞开的盒体、翻盖及滑扣组件,所述盒体用于收容电池并安装在所述箱包主体的壳体上,所述翻盖的一端与所述盒体铰接,所述翻盖的另一端安装所述滑扣组件,并且在所述翻盖旋转至覆盖所述盒体时,所述滑扣组件与所述盒体卡扣连接。
进一步地,所述滑扣组件包括滑腔、滑扣及至少一个弹性元件,其中,所述滑腔可拆卸地安装在所述翻盖上,所述滑扣位于所述滑腔内并可沿所述滑腔滑动,所述滑扣的顶端设有卡扣,所述盒体的顶端对应设有与所述卡扣开口配 合的卡孔,所述弹性元件夹设在所述滑扣的底端与所述滑腔之间,在所述翻盖旋转至覆盖所述盒体时,所述弹性元件的回复力推动所述滑扣向靠近所述卡孔的方向移动。
进一步地,所述翻盖呈L形状,包括连接板及与所述连接板连接的盖板,所述盖板用于盖和所述盒体,所述连接板的两侧分别设有枢轴,盒体上对应设有与所述枢轴枢转连接的枢转孔。
进一步地,所述滑腔为一侧敞开的方形盒,所述滑腔的顶端设有供所述卡扣穿过的第一过口,所述盖板的顶端设有第二过口,所述滑腔安装于所述盖板后,所述第一过口与所述第二过口对齐并合围成供所述卡扣穿过的穿孔。
进一步地,所述盖板朝向所述盒体的侧面上设有凹腔,所述滑扣组件位于所述凹腔内。
进一步地,所述盖板上设有贯穿盖板两相对面的操作口,所述滑扣组件安装于所述盖板后,所述操作口与所述滑扣正对。
进一步地,所述滑扣正对所述操作口的面上设有操作槽。
进一步地,所述卡扣呈楔形。
进一步地,盒体安装在所述箱包主体的上壳体上,所述上壳体设有开口,所述盒体穿过所述开口容置于所述箱包主体内并通过固定件固定安装在所述上壳体上。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的电池壳拆式智能箱可以通过移动滑扣组件中滑扣,使翻盖与盒体之间解除锁定,在翻盖与盒体解除锁定后可以将盒体打开,方便取出盒体中的电池,方便人们使用。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明提供的技术方案作进一步说明。
请参见图1与图2,本发明实施例提供一种电池可拆式智能箱包,包括箱包主体1及电池盒,电池盒包括一侧敞开的盒体41、翻盖42及滑扣组件43,盒体41用于收容电池并安装在箱包主体1的壳体上。其中,电池用于为箱包主体1上电子元件例如微处理器、GPS定位器,电子密码锁报警器等供电。在本实施例中,盒体41安装在箱包主体1的上壳体上,上壳体例如设有开口,盒体41穿过开口容置于箱包主体1内并通过固定件例如螺钉等固定安装在上壳体上。翻盖42的一端与盒体41铰接,翻盖42的另一端安装滑扣组件43,并且在翻盖42旋转至覆盖盒体41时,滑扣组件43与盒体41卡扣连接。
在本实施例中,滑扣组件43包括滑腔45、滑扣46及至少一个弹性元件。其中,滑腔45与翻盖42例如通过螺钉可拆卸地安装在一起,滑扣46位于滑腔45内并且滑扣46的两侧与滑腔45接触以沿滑腔45滑动,滑扣46的顶端设有卡扣460,盒体41的顶端对应设有与卡扣460卡扣配合的卡孔,弹性元件夹设在滑扣46的底端与滑腔45之间,在翻盖42旋转至覆盖盒体41时,弹性元件的回复力推动滑扣46向靠近卡孔的方向移动,使卡扣460卡入卡孔内与卡孔卡扣配合。
在本实施例中,翻盖42呈L形状,包括连接板420及与连接板420连接的盖板422,盖板422用于盖和盒体41,连接板420的两侧分别设有枢轴,盒 体41上对应设有枢转孔,枢轴与枢转孔枢转连接,以使翻盖42与盒体41铰接。
在本实施例中,滑腔45为一侧敞开的方形盒,滑腔45的顶端设有供卡扣460穿过的第一过口450;盖板422的顶端设有第二过口424,滑腔45安装于盖板422后,第一过口450与第二过口424对齐并合围成供卡扣460穿过的穿孔,以便于滑扣46沿滑腔45滑动。
进一步地,盖板422朝向盒体41的侧面上设有凹腔,滑扣组件43位于凹腔内,以避免盖板422与滑扣46干涉,影响滑扣46滑动。
进一步地,在本实施例中,盖板422上设有贯穿盖板422两相对面的操作口425,滑扣组件43安装于盖板422后,操作口425与滑扣46正对,以便于拉动滑扣46。
进一步地,滑扣46正对操作口425的面上例如设有操作槽,以便于操作滑扣46。
本发明电池可拆式智能箱包的电池可拆卸结构的作动原理如下:
在机场等地方安检时,如果需要将箱包内的电池拆下,此时,使用者可以将手指伸入操作口425内,向下拉动滑扣46,使滑扣46沿滑腔45向下滑动,从而使得卡扣460脱离卡孔,这样就可以旋转翻盖42,使得电池盒打开,然后将盒体41内的电池取出。最后,在旋转翻盖42,使翻盖42盖住盒体41,滑扣46上的卡扣460与盒体41接触,卡扣460受到盒体41的挤压,使得滑扣46向下移动,并压缩弹性元件,在卡扣460与卡孔对齐时,弹性元件对滑扣46提供向上的作用了,使得滑扣46向上移动,滑扣46上的卡扣460卡入卡孔内,使滑扣组件43与盒体41卡扣连接,从而使得翻盖42与盒体41固定。

  1. 一种电池可拆式智能箱包,其特征在于,包括箱包主体(1)及电池盒,所述电池盒包括一侧敞开的盒体(41)、翻盖(42)及滑扣组件(43),所述盒体(41)用于收容电池并安装在所述箱包主体(1)的壳体上,所述翻盖(42)的一端与所述盒体(41)铰接,所述翻盖(42)的另一端安装所述滑扣组件(43),并且在所述翻盖(42)旋转至覆盖所述盒体(41)时,所述滑扣组件(43)与所述盒体(41)卡扣连接。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电池可拆式智能箱包,其特征在于,所述滑腔(45)为一侧敞开的方形盒,所述滑腔(45)的顶端设有供所述卡扣(460)穿过的第一过口(450),所述盖板(422)的顶端设有第二过口(424),所述滑腔(45)安装于所述盖板(422)后,所述第一过口(450)与所述第二过口(424)对齐并合围成供所述卡扣(460)穿过的穿孔。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电池可拆式智能箱包,其特征在于,所述盖板(422)朝向所述盒体(41)的侧面上设有凹腔,所述滑扣组件(43)位于所述凹腔内。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的电池可拆式智能箱包,其特征在于,所述盖板(422)上设有贯穿盖板(422)两相对面的操作口(425),所述滑扣组件(43)安装于所述盖板(422)后,所述操作口(425)与所述滑扣(46)正对。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电池可拆式智能箱包,其特征在于,所述滑扣(46)正对所述操作口(425)的面上设有操作槽。
