Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une composition de fibres de papier, comprenant les étapes de : a) fourniture d'une cuve, b) fourniture de Na2SO3 dans la plage de 12 à 122 kg/bdt combiné avec NaOH dans la plage de 0 à 97 kg/bdt, ou NaHSO3 dans la plage de 10 à 100 kg/bdt combiné avec NaOH dans la plage de 10 à 100 kg/bdt dans ladite cuve, c) fourniture de bois, de préférence des copeaux de bois tendre dans ladite cuve pour prétraitement, d) fourniture de chaleur et de pression à ladite cuve afin de pouvoir contrôler la cuve de sorte qu'il ait une température T comprise dans la plage de 160 °C à 184 °C, e) contrôle du temps de rétention t pour les copeaux de bois, en fonction de la température T du contenu de la cuve, où T est régulé de façon à être dans la plage de l'étape d) et t est régulé de façon à être situé dans la plage de 2 à 27 min, de préférence dans la plage de 2 à 25 min, plus préférablement dans la plage de 5 à 20 min ; f) fourniture d'un dispositif de défibrage couplé à la sortie de ladite cuve, le dispositif de défibrage étant un raffineur, un broyeur, un défibreur, un dépastilleur, ou similaire, g) fourniture des copeaux de bois prétraités dans le dispositif de défibrage, h) fourniture d'une consommation d'énergie de 75 à 1000 kWh/bdt dans ledit dispositif de défibrage. L'invention concerne en outre une composition de fibres de papier préparée par le procédé et sur un papier ou un carton ou une pâte moulée fabriquée à partir de la composition de fibres de papier.
