Description

Container with lid
The present invention relates to a container with a lid provided with a container in which an opening is formed, and a lid joined to the container by a closing seal part so as to cover the opening. In particular, the present invention relates to a lidded container configured to deform the container by applying an external force to the bottom surface or side surface of the container, thereby increasing the pressure inside the container, thereby partially separating the closing seal portion. .
Conventionally, there are many containers with lids in which fluid contents such as liquids and powders are stored in plastic containers and sealed with a lid made of a film or the like. Among such containers with lids, particularly small ones are also referred to as potions, potion containers or potion cups. Small containers with lids are used to contain various contents such as gum syrup, coffee fresh, seasonings, concentrated beverages.
As one form of a container with a lid, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, an external force is applied to the bottom and side surfaces of the container to deform the container, thereby increasing the pressure inside the container, thereby closing the seal. A type is known in which the parts are configured to be partially separated. According to such a container with a lid, for example, the closed seal portion can be separated by pressing the side surface or bottom surface of the container with one hand, and the contents can be taken out. For this reason, the contents can be easily taken out as compared with a container with a lid that requires the lid to be removed with the other hand while holding the container with one hand. Moreover, it can suppress that a content adheres to a hand when isolate | separating a closure seal | sticker part. Moreover, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, by setting a container with a lid in which a concentrated beverage is stored in a device such as a diluted beverage production device, by pressing the bottom surface or side surface of the container using the device, A desired concentration of beverage can also be produced.
In the container with a lid disclosed in Patent Document 1, a part of the annular closing seal part for joining the lid to the flange part of the container is a projecting seal part projecting radially inward of the opening of the container It has become. In this case, when the pressure inside the container rises, the protruding seal portion is separated before the other portions of the closing seal portion. For this reason, the user can predict from which position of the opening the contents are likely to be discharged.
Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2015-9051
When an external force is applied to the side surface of the container to deform the container to increase the pressure inside the container, the force for separating the closing seal part is the closing seal part in the direction orthogonal to the direction of the external force among the closing seal parts. It is thought that it occurs strongly at the end of the. For this reason, it is preferable that the protruding seal portion is provided at one of the two end portions where a force for separating the closing seal portion is generated strongly.
On the other hand, the other end of the closing seal portion, that is, the portion of the closing seal portion that faces the protruding seal portion also has a strong force to separate the sealing portion, so this portion is ahead of the protruding seal portion. There is a possibility of separation. As a result, the contents may be discharged from the lidded container at a position not intended by the user.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6. First, with reference to FIG. 1 thru | or FIG. 3, the container 10 with a lid | cover in this Embodiment is demonstrated.
(Container with lid)
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a container 10 with a lid. 2 and 3 are longitudinal sectional views showing cases where the lidded container 10 of FIG. 1 is cut along the first center line L1 and the second center line L2. The container 10 with a lid includes a container 20 in which an opening 21 is formed, a lid 50 that covers the opening 21 of the container 20, and a closing seal portion 30 that joins the lid 50 to the container 20. In FIG. 1, components of the container 20 that are covered with the lid 50, such as the opening 21 and the flange portion 26 described later, are represented by dotted lines. The first center line L1 is a straight line passing through the center point C of the opening 21 of the container 20 and the distal end portion 37 of the projecting seal portion 34 described later of the closing seal portion 30 in plan view. The second center line L2 is a straight line that is orthogonal to the first center line L1 and passes through the center point C of the opening 21 of the container 20 in plan view. The center point C is the center of gravity of the opening 21 and is defined as the center point of a circle virtually drawn so as to circumscribe the outer edge of the opening 21 in plan view in the present embodiment.
(container)
Next, the container 20 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the container 20 includes a bottom surface 22, a side surface 24 erected from the bottom surface 22 so as to spread around the outer edge of the bottom surface 22, and a flange continuously provided on an upper portion of the side surface 24. Part 26. The side surface 24 defines the opening 21 of the container 20 in plan view. The flange portion 26 is connected to the upper portion of the side surface 24 so as to surround the opening portion 21 and extends in the horizontal direction toward the outside. The above-described lid 50 is joined to the upper surface 26 a of the flange portion 26 of the container 20. In this specification, terms such as “side surface”, “upper portion”, “upper surface”, “lower surface”, “horizontal direction” and the like are used for the lidded container 10 and the container 20 so that the bottom surface 22 of the container 20 is positioned below. The positions and directions of the lidded container 10, the container 20, the lid 50, and their constituent elements are expressed with reference to the state where the is placed.
1 to 3 show an example in which the bottom surface 22 and the side surface 24 of the container 20 are configured such that the opening 21 has a substantially circular outline in plan view. However, the shape of the container 20 is not particularly limited as long as the desired contents can be accommodated in the container 20. For example, the opening 21 may have a rectangular or polygonal outline in plan view. Further, the contour of the bottom surface 22 and the contours of the flange portion 26 and the lid 50 may be similar or may not be similar.
As long as it has fluidity such as liquid, viscous material, powder, etc., the contents stored in the container 20 are not particularly limited. One feature of the lidded container 10 according to the present embodiment is that the lid 50 can be partially peeled from the flange portion 26 of the container 20 by pressing the side surface 24 or the bottom surface 22 of the container 20 with one hand. Yes. For this reason, as a content, what is accommodated and used for the container 20 of the small capacity | capacitance which can be pressed with one hand is preferable. For example, contents such as gum syrup, coffee fresh, seasoning, and concentrated beverage are preferably accommodated in the container 20. Further, gel-like contents such as jelly may be accommodated in the container 20. The small capacity container 20 means that the size of the opening 21 in a plan view is 60 mm or less, more preferably 20 mm or less.
As shown in FIG. 1, the flange portion 26 may include a protruding portion 26 c that protrudes toward the center point C of the opening 21 in a plan view. In other words, the side surface 24 may include a recess that is recessed toward the center point C of the opening 21. A protruding seal portion 34 described later of the closing seal portion 30 is at least partially positioned on the protruding portion 26c.
As shown in FIG. 1, the flange portion 26 further includes a protruding portion that protrudes toward the center point C of the opening 21 in a plan view, in addition to the above-described protruding portion 26 c where the protruding seal portion 34 is located. Also good. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the flange portion 26 may include a protruding portion 26d provided at a position facing the above-described protruding portion 26c across the center point C in the direction in which the first center line L1 extends. Good.
Hereinafter, the shape of the container 20 will be further described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5 in addition to FIGS. 1 to 3. 4 is a front view showing the case of the lidded container 10 shown in FIG. 1 along the arrow IV, and FIG. 5 is a side view showing the case of the lidded container 10 shown in FIG. FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the side surface 24 may be provided with a pair of bulging portions 25 bulging outward. The pair of bulge portions 25 are arranged so as to sandwich the first center line L1 and intersect the second center line L2. By providing such a bulging portion 25, the user can easily apply an external force to the side surface 24 of the container 20.
(Closing seal part)
Next, the closing seal part 30 will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the closing seal portion 30 is an annular seal portion that continuously extends over one circumference so as to surround the opening 21 of the container 20 in a plan view. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the closing seal portion 30 is located between the upper surface 26 a of the flange portion 26 of the container 20 and the lower surface 50 b of the lid 50. The lower surface 50 b of the lid 50 is joined to the upper surface 26 a of the flange portion 26 of the container 20 by the closing seal portion 30.
In the present specification, “joining” is a concept including both welding and adhesion. “Welding” means that the closing seal portion 30 is formed by at least partially melting at least one of the container 20 and the lid 50. Further, “adhesion” means that the closing seal portion 30 is configured by a component separate from the container 20 and the lid 50 such as an adhesive. 2 and 3 show an example in which the closing seal portion 30 is formed so as to straddle both the lid 50 and the flange portion 26. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the closing seal portion 30 may be formed only on the lid 50 side, or may be formed only on the flange portion 26 side. In FIG. 1 and plan views such as FIGS. 6 to 10, 12, 15, and 16, which will be described later, the closing seal portion 30 is hatched.
As shown in FIG. 1, the closing seal portion 30 that extends in an annular shape so as to surround the opening 21 includes a main seal portion 31 and a protruding seal portion 34. The protruding seal portion 34 is a seal portion that protrudes toward the opening 21 in the closing seal portion 30. In the present embodiment, the protruding seal portion 34 is at least partially located on the protruding portion 26 c of the flange portion 26. The main seal portion 31 is a seal portion other than the projecting seal portion 34 of the closing seal portion 30, and is provided along the opening portion 21 in the present embodiment.
The main seal portion 31 and the protruding seal portion 34 each have one end and the other end. One end of the main seal portion 31 and one end of the protruding seal portion 34 are connected at a first maximum point 35a. Further, the other end of the main seal portion 31 and the other end of the protruding seal portion 34 are connected at a second maximum point 36a described later. In other words, the main seal portion 31 and the protruding seal portion 34 are distinguished from each other with the first maximum point 35a and the second maximum point 36a as a boundary. The definitions of the first maximum point 35a and the second maximum point 36a will be described later.
The projecting seal portion 34 includes a first projecting seal portion 35 and a second projecting seal portion 36 that are disposed so as to sandwich the tip portion 37. The tip portion 37 is a portion of the protruding seal portion 34 that is closest to the center point C in the plan view of the opening 21 of the container 20.
As shown in FIG. 1, the distal end portion 37 of the projecting seal portion 34 is closer to the center point C of the opening 21 than the main seal portion 31. In this case, when the internal pressure of the container 20 is increased by applying an external force to the bottom surface 22 and the side surface 24 of the container 20, the distal end portion 37 of the projecting seal portion 34 is separated before the main seal portion 31. The lid 50 is peeled off from the flange portion 26 at the position of the tip portion 37.
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 32 denotes a facing portion of the main seal portion 31 that faces the tip portion 37 of the protruding seal portion 34. The facing portion 32 is defined as a portion of the main seal portion 31 that intersects the first center line L1. In the present embodiment, the facing portion 32 is located on the protruding portion 26d facing the protruding portion 26c where the tip portion 37 is located. The symbol W1 represents the width of the facing portion 32. The width W1 of the facing portion 32 is the dimension of the facing portion 32 in the direction along the first center line L1. The width W1 of the facing portion 32 is, for example, 3 mm or more and 20 mm or less.
As shown in FIG. 1, a notch 28 extending from the outer edge 27 of the flange portion 26 toward the opening 21 may be formed at a position outside the protruding seal portion 34 in the outer edge 27 of the flange portion 26. The notch 28 may be formed to be at least partially tapered toward the opening 21. Preferably, the notch 28 intersects the first center line L1 in plan view. More preferably, the portion of the notch 28 that is closest to the opening 21 in plan view intersects the first center line L1.
Next, the protruding seal part 34 will be described in detail with reference to FIG. FIG. 6 is an enlarged plan view showing the protruding seal portion 34 of the closing seal portion 30 of the lidded container 10 of FIG.
First, the definition of the protruding seal portion 34 will be described. In the present embodiment, the protruding seal portion 34 is a distance when the distance from the inner edge of the closing seal portion 30 to the center point C of the opening portion 21 is measured clockwise at each position of the closing seal portion 30. This is a portion showing a change in which the distance decreases to become a minimum value after showing the first maximum value, and then the distance increases to show the second maximum value. In FIG. 6, among the points on the inner edge of the closing seal portion 30, the first maximum point indicating the first maximum value, the minimum point indicating the minimum value, and the second maximum point indicating the second maximum value are respectively denoted. 35a, 37a and 36a. The tip end portion 37 of the protruding seal portion 34 is a portion including the minimum point 37 a in the closing seal portion 30. The first projecting seal portion 35 is a portion of the closing seal portion 30 that extends from the first maximum point 35 a to the tip portion 37. The second projecting seal portion 36 is a portion extending from the second maximum point 36 a to the tip end portion 37 in the closing seal portion 30. The inner edge of the closing seal part 30 means an edge located on the opening 21 side among the edges of the closing seal part 30. Further, the outer edge of the closing seal part 30 is an edge located on the opposite side of the inner edge among the edges of the closing seal part 30.
The difference between the distance d1 from the first maximum point 35a to the center point C of the opening 21 and the distance d3 from the minimum point 37a to the center point C of the opening 21 is, for example, 5 mm or more. The difference between the distance d2 from the second maximum point 36a to the center point C of the opening 21 and the distance d3 is, for example, 5 mm or more.
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the distance between the inner edge of the main seal portion 31 and the center point C of the opening portion 21 is the same as that of the protruding seal portion 34 around the facing portion 32. The first maximum value, the minimum value, and the second maximum value appear. As described above, when there are a plurality of portions where the first maximum value, the minimum value, and the second maximum value appear in the closing seal portion 30, the protruding seal portion 34 includes the distance d1 described above in the closing seal portion 30. It is defined as a portion where the difference between the distance d3 and the difference between the distance d2 and the distance d3 is the largest value.
In FIG. 1, the symbol W <b> 2 represents the width of the tip portion 37 of the protruding seal portion 34. The width W2 of the tip portion 37 is the dimension of the tip portion 37 in the direction along the first center line L1. The width W2 of the tip portion 37 is not less than 0.5 mm and not more than 3 mm, for example.
In the present embodiment, the width W2 of the tip portion 37 of the protruding seal portion 34 is smaller than the width W1 of the facing portion 32 of the main seal portion 31. For example, the difference between the width W2 of the tip portion 37 and the width W1 of the facing portion 32 is 2 mm or more. Further, W2 / W1, which is the width W1 of the facing portion 32 of the main seal portion 31 with respect to the width W2 of the tip portion 37 of the protruding seal portion 34, is 0.02 or more and 0.4 or less.
(Container and lid materials)
Hereinafter, an example of the material constituting the container 20 and the lid 50 will be described.
As a material constituting the container 20, plastic such as polypropylene, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate, or the like can be used. The thickness of the side surface 24 of the container 20 made of plastic is preferably set so that the container 20 can be easily deformed when an external force is applied. For example, the thickness of the side surface 24 of the container 20 is not less than 100 μm and not more than 500 μm, more preferably not less than 100 μm and not more than 300 μm. In addition, the thickness of the flange portion 26 of the container 20 is set so that it can be easily bent starting from a notch 28, a stepped portion described later, a through hole, or the like. For example, the thickness of the flange portion 26 of the container 20 is not less than 300 μm and not more than 700 μm.
Note that the thickness of the flange portion 26 is usually larger than the thickness of the side surface 24.
The material constituting the lid 50 is selected so that the lower surface 50b of the lid 50 can be joined to the upper surface 26a of the flange portion 26 of the container 20. For example, the lid 50 includes a base material layer and a sealant layer that constitutes the lower surface 50 b of the lid 50. The thickness of the lid 50 is, for example, 20 μm or more and 100 μm or less.
As a material constituting the base material layer, a polyester resin such as polyethylene terephthalate, a polyamide resin such as nylon, or polypropylene can be used. As a material constituting the sealant layer, polypropylene, a mixed resin of polypropylene and polyethylene, or the like can be used. A mixed resin of polypropylene and polyethylene is a material having a relatively small bonding force, which is also referred to as an easy peel sealant. When both the base material layer and the sealant layer include polypropylene, biaxially stretched polypropylene is used for the base material layer, and unstretched polypropylene is used for the sealant layer.
(Manufacturing method of container with lid)
Next, an example of the manufacturing method of the lidded container 10 will be described.
First, the container 20 having the bottom surface 22, the side surface 24 and the flange portion 26 which are integrally formed is formed by an injection molding method. Next, the lid 50 is placed on the upper surface 26 a of the flange portion 26 of the container 20. Thereafter, the portion of the lid 50 where the closing seal portion 30 is to be formed is heated from the upper surface 50a side using a hot plate or the like, and the sealant layer of the lid 50 is melted. As a result, the lower surface 50 b of the lid 50 can be welded to the upper surface 26 a of the flange portion 26 of the container 20 via the closing seal portion 30. Thereafter, the flange portion 26 is punched to form a notch 28. At this time, a notch corresponding to the notch 28 of the container 20 is also formed in the lid 50.
In addition to the above-described injection molding method, a known method such as a sheet molding method can be appropriately used as a method for producing the container 20. In addition, the notch 28 may be formed in the flange portion 26 before the lid 50 is joined to the container 20. In this case, the lid 50 may cover the notch 28 of the container 20.
(How to open a container with a lid)
Next, an example of a method for opening the lidded container 10 will be described.
First, the user applies an external force to the side surface 24 of the container 20 so as to sandwich the first center line L1. For example, the above-described pair of bulges 25 on the side surface 24 are pressed toward the inside of the container 20. At this time, the user may press the pair of bulge portions 25 with one hand or both hands.
When the container 20 is deformed, the volume inside the container 20 decreases, and as a result, the pressure inside the container 20 increases. As a result, a force for separating the lid 50 from the flange portion 26 of the container 20, that is, a force for separating the closing seal portion 30 between the lid 50 and the flange portion 26 is generated. “Separation” refers to the case where the closing seal portion 30 is peeled off from the flange portion 26, the case where the closing seal portion 30 is peeled off from the lid 50, and the case where the closing seal portion 30 is partially separated from the flange portion 26 side and the lid. 50 is a concept including any case where the closure seal portion 30 is broken so as to remain in both.
When the user applies an external force to the side surface 24 of the container 20 so as to sandwich the first center line L1, the force for separating the closing seal portion 30 is applied to the portion of the closing seal portion 30 that intersects the first center line L1. It occurs particularly strongly. That is, a force for separating the closing seal portion 30 is particularly strongly generated in the facing portion 32 of the main seal portion 31 and the tip portion 37 of the protruding seal portion 34. Here, in the present embodiment, as described above, the width W2 of the tip portion 37 is smaller than the width W1 of the facing portion 32. For this reason, it can suppress that the opposing part 32 isolate | separates ahead of the front-end | tip part 37. FIG. Accordingly, the distal end portion 37 can be separated before the other portions of the closing seal portion 30, and a gap can be formed between the flange portion 26 of the container 20 and the lid 50 at the position of the distal end portion 37. Thus, the contents can be taken out from the lidded container at the intended position, that is, at the position of the protruding seal portion 34.
When the content is a raw material of a beverage or a cooked product such as gum syrup, coffee fresh, seasoning, concentrated beverage, etc., the content is taken out, for example, toward tableware or a cooking utensil. If the content is something that the user can eat directly, such as jelly, the content may be taken out towards the user's mouth. For example, the user applies a force to the side surface 24 of the container 20 with a portion of the container 20 corresponding to the distal end portion 37 of the protruding seal portion 34 being close to the mouth. Thereby, the user can take out the contents toward the mouth at the intended position.
By the way, when the lid 50 is likely to be in close contact with the flange portion 26 of the container 20, even if the tip portion 37 of the protruding seal portion 34 is separated, the gas filled in the container 20 is not properly discharged to the outside. There is a case. In this case, since the pressure inside the container 20 remains high, the separation of the closing seal portion 30 proceeds from the tip portion 37 toward the outer edge 27 of the flange portion 26. In the facing portion 32 that faces the tip portion 37, the separation of the facing portion 32 may proceed from the inner edge of the facing portion 32 toward the outer edge. Thereafter, when the gap between the flange portion 26 and the lid 50 is sufficiently enlarged, the inside of the container 20 can communicate with the outside through the gap, thereby reducing the pressure inside the container 20. Here, according to the present embodiment, the difference between the width W2 of the tip portion 37 and the width W1 of the facing portion 32 is 8 mm or more. Therefore, before the separation of the closing seal portion 30 proceeds from the tip portion 37 toward the outer edge 27 of the flange portion 26, and the gap between the flange portion 26 and the lid 50 is sufficiently enlarged, the facing portion 32. Can be prevented from completely separating. Thereby, it can suppress that the content will be discharged | emitted from the container with a lid in the position of the opposing part 32. FIG.
In order to prevent the contents from being discharged from the lidded container at the position of the facing portion 32, it is more preferable that the following conditions are satisfied with respect to the closing seal portion 30.
(First preferred condition)
FIG. 7 is a diagram for explaining the first preferable condition, and is an enlarged plan view showing the protruding seal portion 34. In FIG. 7, the portion between the two dotted lines and denoted by reference numeral 40 is the main seal portion 31, based on the direction in which the main seal portion 31 extends at one end 31 a and the other end 31 b of the main seal portion 31. This is a seal portion (hereinafter referred to as a virtual seal portion) when it is assumed that the main seal portion 31 is virtually extended from one end 31a to the other end 31b. Reference sign W <b> 3 represents the distance between the inner edge of the virtual seal portion 40 that intersects the first center line L <b> 1 and the inner edge of the distal end portion 37 of the protruding seal portion 34.
As a first preferable condition, it is proposed that the distance W3 be smaller than the width W1 of the facing portion 32 of the main seal portion 31. Accordingly, before the separation of the main seal portion 31 proceeds from the inner edge to the outer edge of the facing portion 32, the protruding seal portion 34 is separated from the tip portion 37 to the first maximum point 35a and the second maximum point 36a. It becomes easy to advance. Accordingly, before the facing portion 32 is completely separated, the inside of the container 20 can be communicated with the outside on the protruding seal portion 34 side to reduce the pressure inside the container 20. Therefore, it can suppress that the opposing part 32 isolate | separates completely and the content will be discharged | emitted from the container with a lid in the position of the opposing part 32. FIG.
(Second preferred condition)
FIG. 8 is a view for explaining the second preferable condition, and is a plan view showing the protruding seal portion 34 in an enlarged manner. In FIG. 8, reference numeral 38 represents a portion (hereinafter referred to as an intermediate portion) where the distance between the opposing outer edges of the projecting seal portion 34 is S in the direction perpendicular to the first center line L <b> 1. The distance S is 5 mm, for example. The symbol W4 represents the distance in the direction in which the first center line L1 extends between the inner edge of the tip end portion 37 of the protruding seal portion 34 and the intermediate portion 38 of the protruding seal portion 34.
As a second preferable condition, it is proposed that the distance W4 is made smaller than the width W1 of the facing portion 32 of the main seal portion 31. Thereby, before the separation of the main seal portion 31 proceeds from the inner edge to the outer edge of the facing portion 32, the separation between the protruding seal portion 34 on the protruding seal portion 34 side causes the gap between the lid 50 and the flange portion 26. The width of the gap to be formed can be greater than or equal to the distance S described above. For this reason, by setting the distance S appropriately, the pressure inside the container 20 is reduced by allowing the inside of the container 20 to communicate with the outside on the protruding seal portion 34 side before the facing portion 32 is completely separated. Can be made. Therefore, it can suppress that the opposing part 32 isolate | separates completely and the content will be discharged | emitted from the container with a lid in the position of the opposing part 32. FIG.
(Third preferred condition)
FIG. 9 is a diagram for explaining the third preferable condition, and is an enlarged plan view showing the protruding seal portion 34. In FIG. 9, the symbol W <b> 5 represents the distance in the direction in which the first center line L <b> 1 extends between the inner edge of the distal end portion 37 of the projecting seal portion 34 and the notch 28.
As a third preferable condition, it is proposed that the distance W5 be smaller than the width W1 of the facing portion 32 of the main seal portion 31. Thus, before the separation of the main seal portion 31 proceeds from the inner edge to the outer edge of the facing portion 32, the separation of the projecting seal portion 34 proceeds to the notch 28, and the container through the notch 28. The inside of 20 becomes easy to communicate with the outside. For this reason, the pressure inside the container 20 can be reduced before the facing portion 32 is completely separated. Therefore, it can suppress that the opposing part 32 isolate | separates completely and the content will be discharged | emitted from the container with a lid in the position of the opposing part 32. FIG.
In addition, as an example of an element provided in the flange portion 26 in order to facilitate communication between the inside of the container 20 and the outside, a step portion 28a and a through hole 28b can be cited in addition to the above-described notch 28. Hereinafter, an example in which the step portion 28a is provided in the flange portion 26 and an example in which the through hole 28b is provided in the flange portion 26 will be described.
FIG. 10 is an enlarged plan view showing the lidded container 10 in which the flange portion 26 is provided with a stepped portion 28a. Moreover, FIG. 11 is sectional drawing which shows the case where the container 10 with a lid | cover of FIG. 10 is cut | disconnected along the 1st centerline L1. The stepped portion 28a is a portion of the flange portion 26 that has shifted to the lower surface 26b side from the surrounding portion. Similar to the cutout 28, the stepped portion 28 a is provided at a position outside the protruding seal portion 34 in the outer edge 27 of the flange portion 26. Preferably, the step portion 28a is provided so as to intersect the first center line L1 in a plan view.
10 and 11, the symbol W5 represents the distance in the direction in which the first center line L1 extends between the inner edge of the tip portion 37 of the projecting seal portion 34 and the step portion 28a. Also in this modification, by making the distance W5 smaller than the width W1 of the facing portion 32 of the main seal portion 31, before the facing portion 32 is completely separated, the container 20 is connected via the step portion 28a. It becomes easy for the inside to communicate with the outside. Therefore, it can suppress that the opposing part 32 isolate | separates completely and the content will be discharged | emitted from the container with a lid in the position of the opposing part 32. FIG.
FIG. 12 is an enlarged plan view showing the lidded container 10 in which the through hole 28b of the flange portion 26 is provided in the flange portion 26. FIG. Moreover, FIG. 13 is sectional drawing which shows the case where the container 10 with a lid | cover of FIG. 10 is cut | disconnected along the 1st centerline L1. Similar to the cutout 28, the through hole 28 b is provided at a position outside the protruding seal portion 34 in the outer edge 27 of the flange portion 26. Preferably, the through hole 28b is provided so as to intersect the first center line L1 in a plan view.
12 and 13, the symbol W5 represents the distance in the direction in which the first center line L1 extends between the inner edge of the tip portion 37 of the protruding seal portion 34 and the through hole 28b. Also in this modification, by making the distance W5 smaller than the width W1 of the facing portion 32 of the main seal portion 31, the container 20 can be removed via the through hole 28b before the facing portion 32 is completely separated. It becomes easy for the inside to communicate with the outside. Therefore, it can suppress that the opposing part 32 isolate | separates completely and the content will be discharged | emitted from the container with a lid in the position of the opposing part 32. FIG.
The lidded container 10 may satisfy any one of the first to third preferable conditions described above, or may satisfy a plurality at the same time.

Modifications Various modifications can be made to the above-described embodiment. Hereinafter, modified examples will be described with reference to the drawings as necessary. In the following description and the drawings used in the following description, the same reference numerals as those used for the corresponding parts in the above embodiment are used for the parts that can be configured in the same manner as in the above embodiment. A duplicate description is omitted. In addition, when it is clear that the operational effects obtained in the above-described embodiment can be obtained in the modified example, the description thereof may be omitted.
(Modified example of bulge)
FIG. 14 is a view for explaining a modified example of the bulging portion 25 of the container 20, and is a side view showing a case where the lidded container 10 is viewed along the arrow V in FIG. 1 as in the case of FIG. FIG. As shown in FIG. 14, the surface of the bulging portion 25 suppresses the user's finger or the like from slipping with respect to the bulging portion 25 when the user's finger or the like is in contact with the bulging portion 25. An anti-slip portion may be provided. The non-slip portion includes, for example, embossing applied to the surface of the bulge portion 25. For example, as shown in FIG. 14, a plurality of embosses 25a extending linearly in the horizontal direction may be provided. The embossed portion of the bulge portion 25 is formed so as to protrude outward relative to the portion that is not embossed.
(First variation of container)
FIG. 15 is a view for explaining a first modification of the container 20 and is a plan view showing the container 10 with a lid. As shown in FIG. 15, the flange portion 26 of the container 20 may include a tab 29 that protrudes outward as compared to other portions of the flange portion 26. The tab 29 is located outside the protruding seal portion 34.
Also in this modified example, by making the width W2 of the tip portion 37 smaller than the width W1 of the facing portion 32, it is possible to suppress the facing portion 32 from being separated before the tip portion 37. Thereby, the contents can be taken out from the lidded container at a specific position. Also in the present modification, any one or more of the first to third preferable conditions described above may be satisfied.
(Second modification of container)
FIG. 16 is a diagram for explaining a second modification of the container 20 and is a plan view showing the container 10 with a lid. As shown in FIG. 16, the shape of the flange portion 26 of the container 20 may be rectangular in plan view. In this case, the protruding seal portion 34 of the closing seal portion 30 is provided inside the corner portion of the flange portion 26. For example, the first center line L <b> 1 passing through the center point C of the opening 21 of the container 20 and the distal end portion 37 of the protruding seal part 34 intersects with the corner of the flange portion 26 of the container 20. Also in this modification, the main seal portion 31 is provided along the opening 21.
(Third Modification of Container)
As shown in FIG. 15, when the flange portion 26 includes the tab 29, the distance from the tip portion 37 to the outer edge 27 of the flange portion 26 increases in the direction in which the first center line L <b> 1 extends. For this reason, the lid 50 is likely to be in close contact with the flange portion 26 at a location outside the front end portion 37. As a result, even if the front end portion 37 is separated, the contents cannot be taken out.
In consideration of such a problem, in this modification, it is proposed to provide a step portion 28a on the tab 29 of the flange portion 26 as shown in FIG. As in the case of the example shown in FIG. 10 described above, the stepped portion 28a is a portion of the flange portion 26 that has shifted to the lower surface 26b side from the surrounding portion. The step portion 28 a preferably extends in the same direction as the protruding direction of the tab 29.
For example, when the tab 29 protrudes in the direction in which the first center line L1 extends, the step portion 28a also extends in the direction in which the first center line L1 extends.
In FIG. 17, symbol W6 represents the distance between the tip portion 37 and the stepped portion 28a in the direction in which the first center line L1 extends. The distance W6 is 2 mm or less, for example. By setting the distance W6 to 2 mm or less, it is possible to prevent the lid 50 from being in close contact with the flange portion 26 in the region between the tip portion 37 and the outer edge 27 of the flange portion 26. Further, by providing the step 29 with the step 29a, the contents can be guided along the step 28a, thereby pouring the contents from a specific position, for example, from the tip of the step 28a. Becomes easier.
(First modification of seal part)
In the example shown in FIG. 17, the example in which the distance between the tip portion 37 and the step portion 28a in the direction in which the first center line L1 extends is greater than 0 mm is shown. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, the distance between the tip portion 37 and the stepped portion 28a in the direction in which the first center line L1 extends may be 0 mm. In other words, the tip portion 37 and the stepped portion 28a may be in contact with each other in plan view. In this case, as shown in FIG. 18, the inner edge of the tip portion 37 and the inner edge of the flange portion 26 do not have to be in contact with each other. As shown in FIG. You may touch. Although not shown, when the step portion 28a is provided in the flange portion 26 that does not include the tab 29, the tip portion 37 and the step portion 28a may be in contact with each other in plan view.
(Second modification of seal part)
As shown in FIG. 20, the seal portion that joins the lid 50 to the container 20 may further include a pair of restriction seal portions 39 in addition to the above-described closing seal portion 30. The pair of restriction seal portions 39 are seal portions that are provided so as to sandwich the first center line L <b> 1 in a plan view and are connected to a part of the closing seal portion 30. In the example illustrated in FIG. 20, the pair of regulation seal portions 39 extends along the step portion 28 a so as to sandwich the step portion 28 a in plan view. Further, one end of the pair of restriction seal portions 39 is connected to the first protrusion seal portion 35 or the second protrusion seal portion 36, respectively, and the other end of the pair of restriction seal portions 39 is connected to the outer edge 27 of the flange portion 26. Has reached. By providing such a regulation seal part 39, the content extraction direction and the extraction position are easily determined. For example, even when the content overflows from the step portion 28a when the content flows toward the outer edge 27 of the flange portion 26, the content is poured out from an unintended position of the outer edge 27 of the flange portion 26. Can be suppressed.
(Third Modification of Seal Part)
In the example illustrated in FIG. 20, the example in which the pair of regulation seal portions 39 extends along the stepped portion 28 a is illustrated, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, as shown in FIG. 21, the pair of restriction seal portions 39 may extend along the outer edge 27 of the flange portion 26. In the example shown in FIG. 21, the pair of restriction seal portions 39 are connected to the main seal portion 31. The pair of regulation seal portions 39 extend along the outer edge 27 of the flange portion 26 from the main seal portion 31 toward the stepped portion 28a.
20 and 21 can be provided also in the lidded container 10 shown in the above-described embodiment and each modification.
(Fourth modification of the seal portion)
20 and 21 show an example in which there is a region where the lid 50 and the upper surface 26a of the flange portion 26 are not joined at least partially between the regulation seal portion 39 and the stepped portion 28a in plan view. It was. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and as shown in FIG. 22, the restriction seal portion 39 may be in contact with the step portion 28a over the entire area in a plan view.
Further, as shown in FIG. 22, the lid 50 and the upper surface 26a of the flange portion 26 are joined not only between the regulation seal portion 39 and the step portion 28a but also in all other regions except the step portion 28a. May be. In this case, a flat hot plate can be used in the step of welding the lid 50 to the upper surface 26a of the flange portion 26. In other words, there is no need to prepare a hot plate having a convex portion corresponding to the pattern of the seal portion. Further, the accuracy required for the alignment of the hot plate with respect to the container 20 and the lid 50 is lowered. As a result, the cost and time required for the step of welding the lid 50 to the upper surface 26a of the flange portion 26 can be reduced.
(Fourth modification of container)
FIG. 23 is a bottom view showing the lidded container 10 according to this modification. As shown in FIG. 23, a concave portion 24 a that is recessed toward the center point C of the opening 21 is formed in a portion of the side surface 24 of the container 20 opposite to the portion facing the stepped portion 28 a. In addition, a recess 24 b that is recessed toward the center point C of the opening 21 may be formed in a portion of the side surface 24 of the container 20 that faces the stepped portion 28 a. Both the recess 24 a and the recess 24 b extend in the vertical direction so as to reach the bottom surface 22.
Advantages of providing the recess 24a on the side surface 24 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 24 is a side view showing the lidded container 10 in a state where the recess 24a is tilted so as to be positioned below. FIG. 25 is a diagram showing a case where the lidded container 10 of FIG. 24 is viewed along the arrow XXV.
When the concave portion 24b is provided on the side surface 24, a pair of convex portions 24c projecting outward as compared with the concave portion 24b are formed on both sides of the concave portion 24b. In this case, when the container 10 with the lid is inclined so that the concave portion 24a is positioned below and placed on the predetermined placement surface P, as shown in FIGS. 24 and 25, the pair of convex portions 24c and the flange portion 26 are provided. The outer edge 27 can contact the placement surface P. That is, the lidded container 10 can be supported in at least three places. For this reason, the state in which the container 10 with a lid inclines so that the recessed part 24a may be located below can be maintained stably. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 24, after opening the lidded container 10, the lidded container 10 is inclined so that the tab 29 faces upward with the contents 15 remaining on the placement surface P. When placed, the contents 15 can be prevented from leaking out of the lidded container 10.
(Fifth Modification of Container)
FIG. 26 is a plan view showing the lidded container 10 according to this modification, and FIG. 27 is a cross-sectional view showing a case where the lidded container of FIG. 26 is cut along the first center line L1. In the example shown in FIG. 26, the flange portion 26 on which the protruding seal portion 34 is formed is not provided with the tab 29, but is provided with a step portion 28a. The step portion 28a extends along the first center line L1 so as to be in contact with the tip portion 37 in plan view. Moreover, in the example shown in FIG. 26, the protrusion part 26d is not provided in the flange part 26 in which the opposing part 32 was formed.
In this modification, it is assumed that the user can separate the tip portion 37 of the protruding seal portion 34 by applying a force to the bottom surface 22 of the container 20 as a method of using the lidded container 10. For example, as shown in FIG. 27, a recess 22b is formed on the bottom surface 22 of the container 20 so that the user can easily apply force to the bottom surface 22 with a finger. The shape and dimensions of the recess 22b are set so that the user can easily apply force to the bottom surface 22 with a finger. For example, the maximum value of the depth k1 of the recess 22b is in the range of 1 mm to 10 mm, and the maximum value of the width k2 of the recess 22b is in the range of 10 mm to 20 mm.
FIG. 28 is a diagram showing an example of a method for taking out the contents 15 from the lidded container 10 of the present modification. As shown in FIG. 28, the user first places the thumb 61 against the recess 22 b of the bottom surface 22 of the lidded container 10 and the index finger 62 against the lid 50 of the lidded container 10. Subsequently, as shown by arrows F1 and F2 in FIG. 28, the user presses the lidded container 10 inward with the thumb 61 and the index finger 62. Thereby, the pressure inside the container 20 rises. As a result, a force for separating the lid 50 from the flange portion 26 of the container 20 is generated.
Here, also in this modification, the width W2 of the tip portion 37 is smaller than the width W1 of the facing portion 32, as in the case of the above-described embodiment.
In addition, although not illustrated, the recessed part 22b shown in FIG. 27 may be formed in the bottom face 22 of the container 20 shown in the above-mentioned embodiment or each modification.
(Sixth modification of container)
FIG. 29 is a plan view showing the lidded container 10 according to this modification. Also in the lidded container 10 shown in FIG. 29, a recess 22b is formed on the bottom surface 22 of the container 20 as in the case of the lidded container 10 shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 28 described above, when the pressure inside the container 20 is raised with the lid 50 held down by a finger or the like, the pressure acts equally on each part of the closing seal portion 30 regardless of the position. Can be considered. In this case, as shown in FIG. 29, a form in which the closing seal portion 30 does not have the protruding seal portion 34 is also possible.
Also in the example shown in FIG. 29, the closing seal portion 30 includes a narrow portion 37A having a smaller width than the other portions. The narrow width portion 37A has a width W2 that is smaller than the width W1 of the facing portion 32 that faces the center point C. For this reason, when the pressure inside the container 20 rises and the closing seal portion 30 is peeled off, the inside of the container 20 communicates with the outside earliest at the position of the narrow portion 37A. Thereby, it can suppress that the contents are discharged | emitted from the container with a lid in the position which is not intended.
Preferably, as shown in FIG. 29, a step portion 28a, a notch (not shown) or the like is provided outside the narrow portion 37A of the flange portion 26. Thereby, the contents can be guided along the step portion 28a, and therefore, it becomes easy to pour the contents from a specific position, for example, from the tip of the step portion 28a.
In addition, although some modified examples with respect to the above-described embodiment have been described, naturally, a plurality of modified examples can be applied in combination as appropriate.
