Description
本发明涉及通信技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换方法、一种嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换装置、一种终端和一种服务器。
在相关技术中,如果用户拥有多个通信号码或订制了多个运营商的服务应用,使用e-SIM(嵌入式用户身份识别卡)技术能够实现在不更换手机等终端和实体SIM卡(Subscriber Identity Module,用户身份识别卡)的情况下,在不同的运营商之间进行通信服务的自由切换,但是在e-SIM卡切换之后,由于系统不能自动加载关联于切换后的运营商的服务应用,无法体现e-SIM卡切换前后的差异化,影响了用户的使用体验。
因此,如何设计一种新的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换方案,以在嵌入式用户身份识别卡切换后自动加载关联的服务应用成为亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明正是基于上述技术问题至少之一,提出了一种新的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换方案,通过在获取到将第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡切换至第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换指令时,将第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息发送至服务器,在接收服务器发送的关联于第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息的服务应用后,加载服务应用,实现了通过切换嵌入式用户身份识别卡获得对应的运营商的服务应用,提升了运营商的服务应用的使用率,满足了用户的差异化体验,简化了终端厂商对服务应用的管理,降低了终端厂商的开发成本。

在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,在获取到切换指令时,卸载与第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息关联的服务应用。
在该技术方案中,通过在获取到切换指令时,卸载与第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息关联的服务应用,使终端只执行与第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息关联的服务应用,节省了终端桌面的空间,减少了停用的服务应用对内存资源的占用,使嵌入式用户身份识别卡切换后差异性更明显,提升了用户的使用体验。
图2示出了根据本发明的另一个实施例的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换方法的示意流程图。
如图2所示,根据本发明的另一个实施例的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换方法,包括:步骤202,在检测到接收终端发送的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息时,查找与标识信息相关联的服务应用并将服务应用发送至终端。
在该技术方案中,通过在接收到终端发送的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息时,查找与标识信息相关联的服务应用并将服务应用发送至终端,实现了终端在切换嵌入式用户身份识别卡时,对与嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息关联的服务应用的获取,提升了运营商的服务应用的使用率,满足了用户的差异化体验,简化了终端厂商对服务应用的管理,降低了终端厂商的开发成本。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,还包括:将至少一个嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息与对应的服务应用进行关联存储。
在该技术方案中,通过将至少一个嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息与对应的服务应用进行关联存储,根据嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息即可查找到关联的服务应用,提升了服务器对关联的服务应用的查找效率,从而提升了嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换效率。
图3示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换装置300的示意框图。
如图3所示,根据本发明的一个实施例的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换装置300,包括:发送单元302,用于在获取到将第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡切换至第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换指令时,将第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息发送至服务器;接收单元304,用于接收服务器发送的关联于第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息的服务应用;加载单元306,用于加载服务应用。
在该技术方案中,通过在获取到将第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡切换至第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换指令时,将第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息发送至服务器,在接收服务器发送的关联于第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息的服务应用后,加载服务应用,实现了通过切换嵌入式用户身份识别卡获得对应的运营商的服务应用,提升了运营商的服务应用的使用率,满足了用户的差异化体验,使终端厂商在出厂前不需要预装运营商定制的服务应用,简化了终端厂商对服务应用的管理,降低了终端厂商的开发成本。
具体地,比如,移动终端能够支持基于中国移动、中国联通和中国电信三个运营商网络的通信协议,但在实际运行中只能基于一个运营商网络执行服务业务,在切换嵌入式用户身份识别卡,以从中国移动向中国联通切换时,向中国联通的服务器发送待切换的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息,以从中国联通的服务器下载关联于标识信息的服务应用,并进行加载,同时得到具有中国联通定制的服务应用图标的终端界面,满足了用户的差异化体验,提升了用户的使用体验。
另外,为了提升切换效率,在通过服务器接收嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息的服务应用并加载服务应用后,将服务应用的安装文件进行压缩并存储在终端,当再次进行嵌入式用户身份识别卡切换时,能够直接解压安装文件进行加载。
嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息具体可以为IMSI码(International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number,国际移动用户识别码),IMSI包括MCC(Mobile Country Code,移动信号国家码)、MNC(Mobile Network Code,移动网络号码)和MSIN(Mobile Subscriber Identification Number,移动用户识别号码),其中,MCC指移动用户所属国家代号,MNC指移动网络号码,比如中国移动的移动网络号码为00,以识别移动用户所属的运营商网络,MSIN指移动用户识别码,用以识别某一运营商网络中的移动用户,比如,在向服务器发送IMSI码后,根据MNC码确定对应的运营商网络服务器,以使运营商网络服务器查找对应的服务应用,在查找到对应的服务应用后,根据MSIN码,发送至对应的终端。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,还包括:检测单元308,用于在获取到切换指令时,检测第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量是否优于第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量;发送单元302还用于:在检测到第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量优于第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量时,将第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息发送至服务器。检测单元308还用于:在检测到第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量不优于第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量时,按照预设的检测频率检测第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量和第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量,以在检测到第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量优于第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量时,将第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息发送至服务器。
在该技术方案中,通过在获取到切换指令时,检测第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量是否优于第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量,以在第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量优于第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量时,将第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息,从而完成对第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息的服务应用的获取,能够在嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息切换之后提升网络服务质量,从而提升用户对于终端的使用体验,同时也降低了由于用户的误操作而切换至网络服务质量较低的运营商网络的概率。
另外,切换指令还可以由终端自动发出,例如,当检测到当前的网络服务质量下降并且不足以支持用户的通话操作或上网操作时,终端自动发
出嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换指令,以切换至网络服务质量更高的运营商网络。
在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,还包括:卸载单元310:在获取到切换指令时,卸载与第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息关联的服务应用。
在该技术方案中,通过在获取到切换指令时,卸载与第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息关联的服务应用,使终端只执行与第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息关联的服务应用,节省了终端桌面的空间,减少了停用的服务应用对内存资源的占用,使嵌入式用户身份识别卡切换后差异性更明显,提升了用户的使用体验。
图4示出了根据本发明的另一个实施例的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换装置400的示意框图。
如图4所示,根据本发明的另一个实施例的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换装置400,包括:发送单元402,用于在检测到接收终端发送的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息时,查找标识信息相关联的服务应用并将服务应用发送至终端。
在该技术方案中,通过在接收到终端发送的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息时,查找与标识信息相关联的服务应用并将服务应用发送至终端,实现了终端在切换嵌入式用户身份识别卡时,对与嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息关联的服务应用的获取,提升了运营商的服务应用的使用率,满足了用户的差异化体验,简化了终端厂商对服务应用的管理,降低了终端厂商的开发成本。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,还包括:关联单元404,用于将至少一个嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息与对应的服务应用进行关联存储。
在该技术方案中,通过将至少一个嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息与对应的服务应用进行关联存储,根据嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息即可查找到关联的服务应用,提升了服务器对关联的服务应用的查找效率,从而提升了嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换效率。
图5示出了根据本发明的实施例的终端的示意框图。
如图5所示,根据本发明的实施例的终端500,包括上述任一项技术方案所述的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换装置300,因此,该终端包括上
述任一项技术方案所述的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换装置300的技术效果,在此不再赘述。
图6示出了根据本发明的实施例的服务器600的示意框图。
如图6所示,根据本发明的实施例的服务器600,包括上述任一项技术方案所述的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换装置400,因此,该服务器包括上述任一项技术方案所述的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换装置400的技术效果,在此不再赘述。
图7示出了根据本发明的再一个实施例的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换方法的示意流程图。
如图7所示,根据本发明的再一个实施例的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换方法,包括:步骤702,根据运营商标识预存运营商应用;步骤704,根据运营商标识配置e-SIM卡列表;步骤706,在用户切换到待切换的e-SIM时,监测到e-SIM卡切换指令;步骤708,根据待切换的e-SIM卡的运营商标识匹配待加载的运营商应用;步骤710,删除已加载的运营商应用,加载待加载的运营商应用。
通过上述技术方案,实现了通过切换嵌入式用户身份识别卡获得对应的运营商的服务应用,提升了运营商的服务应用的使用率,满足了用户的差异化体验,简化了终端厂商对服务应用的管理,降低了终端厂商的开发成本。
图8和图9示出了根据本发明的又一个实施例的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换方法的界面示意图。
如图8所示,终端桌面包括“通讯录”、“电话”、“浏览器”和“音乐”等系统服务应用,“移动营业厅”、“飞信”和“随e行”等基于当前嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息加载的服务应用802,以及“微信”和“微博”等第三方服务应用,当切换嵌入式用户身份识别卡,以从中国移动向中国联通切换时,向中国联通的服务器发送待切换的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息(比如联通),以从中国联通的服务器下载关联于标识信息的服务应用,并进行加载,同时卸载“移动营业厅”、“飞信”和“随e行”等基于当前嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息加载的服务应用,切换后的终端桌面如图9所示,包括“通讯录”、“电话”、“浏览器”、“音乐”等系统服务应用,“联通营业厅”、“沃商店”和
“第一视频”等基于切换后的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息加载的服务应用902,以及“微信”和“微博”等第三方服务应用,满足了用户的差异化体验,提升了用户的使用体验。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案,考虑到相关技术中如何在嵌入式用户身份识别卡切换后自动加载关联的服务应用的技术问题,本发明提出了一种新的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换方案,通过在获取到将第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡切换至第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换指令时,将第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息发送至服务器,在接收服务器发送的关联于第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息的服务应用后,加载服务应用,实现了通过切换嵌入式用户身份识别卡获得对应的运营商的服务应用,提升了运营商的服务应用的使用率,满足了用户的差异化体验,简化了终端厂商对服务应用的管理,降低了终端厂商的开发成本。

Claims (12)
- 一种嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换方法,适用于终端,其特征在于,包括:在获取到将第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡切换至第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换指令时,将所述第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息发送至服务器;接收所述服务器发送的关联于所述第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息的服务应用;加载所述服务应用。
- 根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换方法,其特征在于,还包括:在获取到所述切换指令时,检测所述第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量是否优于所述第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量;在检测到所述第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量优于所述第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量时,将所述第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息发送至所述服务器,或在检测到所述第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量不优于所述第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量时,按照预设的检测频率检测所述第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量和所述第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量,以在检测到所述第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量优于所述第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量时,将所述第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息发送至所述服务器。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换方法,其特征在于,还包括:在获取到所述切换指令时,卸载与所述第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息关联的服务应用。
- 一种嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换方法,适用于服务器,其特征在于,包括:在检测到接收终端发送的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息时,查找 与所述标识信息相关联的服务应用并将所述服务应用发送至所述终端。
- 根据权利要求4所述的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换方法,其特征在于,还包括:将至少一个嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息与对应的服务应用进行关联存储。
- 一种嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换装置,用于终端,其特征在于,包括:发送单元,用于在获取到将第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡切换至第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换指令时,将所述第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息发送至服务器;接收单元,用于接收所述服务器发送的关联于所述第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息的服务应用;加载单元,用于加载所述服务应用。
- 根据权利要求6所述的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换装置,其特征在于,还包括:检测单元,用于在获取到所述切换指令时,检测所述第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量是否优于所述第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量;所述发送单元还用于:在检测到所述第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量优于所述第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量时,将所述第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息发送至所述服务器。所述检测单元还用于:在检测到所述第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量不优于所述第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量时,按照预设的检测频率检测所述第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量和所述第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量,以在检测到所述第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量优于所述第一嵌入式用户身份识别卡的网络服务质量时,将所述第二嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息发送至所述服务器。
- 根据权利要求6或7所述的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换装置,其特征在于,还包括:卸载单元:在获取到所述切换指令时,卸载与所述第一嵌入式用户身 份识别卡的标识信息关联的服务应用。
- 一种嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换装置,用于服务器,其特征在于,包括:发送单元,用于在检测到接收终端发送的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息时,查找所述标识信息相关联的服务应用并将所述服务应用发送至所述终端。
- 根据权利要求9所述的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换装置,其特征在于,还包括:关联单元,用于将至少一个嵌入式用户身份识别卡的标识信息与对应的服务应用进行关联存储。
- 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求6至8中任一项所述的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换装置。
- 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求9或10所述的嵌入式用户身份识别卡的切换装置。
