Description

传输策略的控制方法、装置及系统 技术领域
本公开涉及通信领域,具体而言,涉及一种传输策略的控制方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
图1是相关技术中第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd Generation Partnership Project,简称为3GPP)定义的策略和计费控制(Policy and Charging Control,简称为PCC)的架构示意图。如图1所示,策略和计费规则功能(Policy and Charging Rules Function,简称为PCRF)为业务使用网络资源进行服务质量(Quality of Service,简称为QoS)和计费策略的制订。而PCRF制定上述控制策略需要结合从应用功能(Application Function,简称为AF)接收的业务信息、从用户签约数据库(Subscription Profile Repository,简称为SPR)接收的用户签约信息、运营商配置的策略等。PCRF将为业务制定的控制策略下发给策略和计费执行功能(Policy and Charging Enforcement Function,简称为PCEF)或者承载绑定和事件上报功能(Bearer Binding and Event Report Function,简称为BBERF)执行。与此同时,PCRF可以向PCEF和/或BBERF订阅承载层相关事件,以便当承载层发生上述事件时能够及时感知,并更改控制策略。此外,PCEF以及业务检测功能(Traffic Detection Function,简称为TDF)能够根据PCRF下发的PCC规则(PCEF)或应用和检测控制(Application Detection and Control,简称为ADC)规则(TDF)执行应用检测和控制功能。
为了进一步向第三方应用提供商开放移动网络能力,网络支持向第三方提供传输背景数据提供特殊的时间窗。第三方应用向运营商网络中的任意PCRF提供需要传输的背景数据相关信息(如要传输的背景数据的最大UE数量,每个UE传输最大数据量等)。PCRF根据相关信息决策出传输策略后,将给策略发送给第三方应用,同时PCRF将策略保存在SPR中。 其中传输策略中包括计费费率、最大带宽,时间窗等。当第三方应用向某个特定的UE发送数据数,第三方应用AF向该UE的PCRF发送业务信息,请求QoS授权,这时该UE的PCRF向SPR中获取之前决策的传输策略,并根据传输策略,为该UE提供QoS授权。然而,在上述方案中网络并没有对UE的数据按照传输策略进行控制的方法。针对相关技术中的上述问题,尚未存在有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供了一种传输策略的控制方法、装置及系统,以至少解决相关技术中不存在网络对UE的数据按照传输策略进行控制的方法的问题。
根据本公开的一个方面,提供了一种传输策略的控制方法,包括:接收应用功能实体AF提供的业务信息,其中,所述业务信息携带有之前协商的传输策略的参考标识;在判断与所述参考标识对应的所述传输策略的时间窗过期时,向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示或拒绝授权业务信息的指示。
进一步地,在接收AF提供的业务信息之后,所述方法还包括:向用户签约文档库SPR请求获取与所述参考标识对应的传输策略;在未获取到所述传输策略或获取的所述传输策略中的时间窗过期时,向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示或拒绝授权业务信息的指示。
进一步地,在接收应用功能实体AF提供的业务信息之后,所述方法还包括:从所述SPR获取到所述传输策略;当判断与所述参考标识对应的传输策略的时间窗未过期时,根据所述传输策略制定策略和计费控制PCC规则并提供给策略执行功能实体,其中,所述PCC规则中携带有所述传输策略中的第一计费键。
进一步地,向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示包括:在判断与所述参考标识对应的所述传输策略的时间窗过期时,更新PCC规则,其中所述更新的PCC规则中携带第二计费键;向所述AF发送所述传输策略过 期指示,并向所述AF提供所述第二计费键。
进一步地,向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示包括:在判断与所述参考标识对应的所述传输策略的时间窗过期时,删除所述PCC规则;向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示,并向所述AF提供用于指示资源释放的指示。
进一步地,所述PCC规则中还携带第三计费键以及执行第三计费键的时间,其中,第三计费键执行的时间为所述时间窗过期时间。
进一步地,向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示包括:向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示,并向所述AF提供所述第三计费键。
根据本公开的另一个方面,提供了一种传输策略的控制方法,包括:向策略功能实体提供业务信息,其中,所述业务信息携带有之前协商的传输策略的参考标识;在所述策略功能实体判断与所述参考标识对应的所述传输策略的时间窗过期时,接收所述策略功能实体发送的所述传输策略过期指示或拒绝授权业务信息的指示。
根据本公开的又一个方面,提供了一种传输策略的控制装置,包括:第一接收模块,设置为接收应用功能实体AF提供的业务信息,其中,所述业务信息携带有之前协商的传输策略的参考标识;第一发送模块,设置为在判断与所述参考标识对应的所述传输策略的时间窗过期时,向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示或拒绝授权业务信息的指示。
进一步地,在第一接收模块接收AF提供的业务信息之后,所述装置还包括:第一获取模块,设置为向用户签约文档库SPR请求获取与所述参考标识对应的传输策略;第二发送模块,设置为在未获取到所述传输策略或获取的所述传输策略中的时间窗过期时,向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示或拒绝授权业务信息的指示。
进一步地,在第一接收模块接收应用功能实体AF提供的业务信息之后,所述装置还包括:第二获取模块,设置为从所述SPR获取到所述传输策略;处理模块,设置为当判断与所述参考标识对应的传输策略的时间窗 未过期时,根据所述传输策略制定策略和计费控制PCC规则并提供给策略执行功能实体,其中,所述PCC规则中携带有所述传输策略中的第一计费键。
进一步地,所述第一发送模块包括:更新单元,设置为在判断与所述参考标识对应的所述传输策略的时间窗过期时,更新PCC规则,其中所述更新的PCC规则中携带第二计费键;第一发送单元,设置为向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示,并向所述AF提供所述第二计费键。
进一步地,所述第一发送模块包括:删除单元,设置为在判断与所述参考标识对应的所述传输策略的时间窗过期时,删除所述PCC规则;第二发送单元,设置为向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示,并向所述AF提供用于指示资源释放的指示。
进一步地,所述PCC规则中还携带第三计费键以及执行第三计费键的时间,其中,第三计费键执行的时间为所述时间窗过期时间。
进一步地,所述第一发送模块包括:第三发送单元,设置为在判断与所述参考标识对应的所述传输策略的时间窗过期后,向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示,并向所述AF提供所述第三计费键。
根据本公开的又一个方面,提供了一种传输策略的控制装置,包括:提供模块,设置为向策略功能实体提供业务信息,其中,所述业务信息携带有之前协商的传输策略的参考标识;第二接收模块,设置为在所述策略功能实体判断与所述参考标识对应的所述传输策略的时间窗过期时,接收所述策略功能实体发送的所述传输策略过期指示或拒绝授权业务信息的指示。

通过本公开,策略功能实体判断传输策略的时间窗是否过期,在策略功能实体判断传输策略的时间窗过期时,策略功能实体向AF发送传输策略过期指示或拒绝授权业务信息的指示,即策略功能实体能对传输策略进行控制,进而解决了相关技术中不存在网络对UE的数据按照传输策略进行控制的方法的问题,填补了相关技术中的空白。

实施例1

步骤S202:策略功能实体接收应用功能实体AF提供的业务信息,其中,业务信息携带有之前协商的传输策略的参考标识;
步骤S204:策略功能实体判断与参考标识对应的传输策略的时间窗是否过期;
需要说明的是,该步骤S204为本实施例的可选步骤。
步骤S206:在策略功能实体判断与参考标识对应的传输策略的时间窗过期时,策略功能实体向AF发送传输策略过期指示或拒绝授权业务信息的指示。
通过本实施例的上述步骤S202至步骤S206,策略功能实体判断传输策略的时间窗是否过期,在策略功能实体判断传输策略的时间窗过期时,策略功能实体向AF发送传输策略过期指示或拒绝授权业务信息的指示,即策略功能实体能对传输策略进行控制,进而解决了相关技术中不存在网络对UE的数据按照传输策略进行控制的方法的问题,填补了相关技术中的空白。
在本实施例的可选实施方式中,在步骤S202中涉及到的策略功能实体接收AF提供的业务信息之后,本实施例的方法还可以包括:
步骤S208:策略功能实体向用户签约文档库SPR请求获取与参考标识对应的传输策略;
步骤S210:在策略功能实体未获取到传输策略或获取的传输策略中的时间窗过期时,策略功能实体向AF发送传输策略过期指示或拒绝授权业务信息的指示。
基于上述步骤S208和步骤S210,在步骤S202中涉及到的策略功能实体接收应用功能实体AF提供的业务信息之后,本实施例的方法还可以包括:
步骤S212:策略功能实体从SPR获取到传输策略;
步骤S214:当策略功能实体判断与参考标识对应的传输策略的时间窗未过期时,策略功能实体根据传输策略制定策略和计费控制PCC规则并提供给策略执行功能实体,其中,PCC规则中携带有传输策略中的第一计费键。
基于上述步骤S212和步骤S214,本实施例中步骤S206中涉及到的策略功能实体向AF发送传输策略过期指示的方式,可以通过如下三种方式实现:
方式一:
S206-1:在策略功能实体判断与参考标识对应的传输策略的时间窗过期时,策略功能实体更新PCC规则,其中更新的PCC规则中携带第二计费键;
S206-2:策略功能实体向AF发送传输策略过期指示,并向AF提供第二计费键。
方式二:
S206-3:在策略功能实体判断与参考标识对应的传输策略的时间窗过期时,策略规则功能实体删除PCC规则;
S206-4:策略功能实体向AF发送传输策略过期指示,并向AF提供用于指示资源释放的指示。
方式三:
在该方式中,PCC规则中还携带第三计费键以及执行第三计费键的时间,其中,第三计费键执行的时间为时间窗过期时间。
S206-5:在策略功能实体判断与参考标识对应的传输策略的时间窗过 期时,策略功能实体向AF发送传输策略过期指示,并向AF提供第三计费键。
实施例2
上述实施例1是从策略功能实体侧进行描述,而本实施例2是从应用功能实体AF侧进行描述,两种是对应的。
图3是根据本公开实施例的传输策略的控制方法的流程图二,如图3所示,该方法的步骤包括:
步骤S302:应用功能实体AF向策略功能实体提供业务信息,其中,业务信息携带有之前协商的传输策略的参考标识;
步骤S304:在策略功能实体判断与参考标识对应的传输策略的时间窗过期时,AF接收策略功能实体发送的传输策略过期指示或拒绝授权业务信息的指示。

需要说明的是,上述判断模块为本实施例的可选模块。
可选地,在第一接收模块接收AF提供的业务信息之后,该装置还包括:第一获取模块,设置为向用户签约文档库SPR请求获取与参考标识对应的传输策略;第二发送模块,设置为在未获取到传输策略或获取的传输策略中的时间窗过期时,向AF发送传输策略过期指示或拒绝授权业务信息的指示。

本实施例7中,第三方应用在请求QoS保障时没有超过了传输策略的时间窗,但在应用访问过程中超过了时间窗。图8是根据本公开实施例7的策略控制的流程示意图二,如图8所示,该方法的步骤包括:
步骤S801:AF向PCRF提供业务信息,消息中携带之前协商的传输策略的reference id;
步骤S802:PCRF保存信息后返回确认消息;
步骤S803:PCRF向SPR发送消息,请求签约信息,消息中携带reference id;
步骤S804:SPR向PCRF返回确认消息,SPR返回reference id对应的传输策略,其中携带传输策略的时间窗;

AF获传输策略过期后,AF重新发起传输策略协商或终止业务。

工业实用性:
本公开涉及通信领域,提供了一种传输策略的控制方法、装置及系统,通过策略功能实体能对传输策略进行控制,解决了相关技术中不存在网络对UE的数据按照传输策略进行控制的方法的问题,填补了相关技术中的空白。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种传输策略的控制方法,包括:
    接收应用功能实体AF提供的业务信息,其中,所述业务信息携带有之前协商的传输策略的参考标识;
    在判断与所述参考标识对应的所述传输策略的时间窗过期时,向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示或拒绝授权业务信息的指示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在接收AF提供的业务信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    向用户签约文档库SPR请求获取与所述参考标识对应的传输策略;
    在未获取到所述传输策略或获取的所述传输策略中的时间窗过期时,向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示或拒绝授权业务信息的指示。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在接收应用功能实体AF提供的业务信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    从所述SPR获取到所述传输策略;
    当判断与所述参考标识对应的传输策略的时间窗未过期时,根据所述传输策略制定策略和计费控制PCC规则并提供给策略执行功能实体,其中,所述PCC规则中携带有所述传输策略中的第一计费键。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示包括:
    在判断与所述参考标识对应的所述传输策略的时间窗过期时,更新PCC规则,其中所述更新的PCC规则中携带第二计费键;
    向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示,并向所述AF提供所述第二计费键。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示包括:
    在判断与所述参考标识对应的所述传输策略的时间窗过期时,删除所述PCC规则;
    向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示,并向所述AF提供用于指示资源释放的指示。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述PCC规则中还携带第三计费键以及执行第三计费键的时间,其中,第三计费键执行的时间为所述时间窗过期时间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示包括:
    向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示,并向所述AF提供所述第三计费键。
  8. 一种传输策略的控制方法,包括:
    向策略功能实体提供业务信息,其中,所述业务信息携带有之前协商的传输策略的参考标识;
    在所述策略功能实体判断与所述参考标识对应的所述传输策略的时间窗过期时,接收所述策略功能实体发送的所述传输策略过期指示或拒绝授权业务信息的指示。
  9. 一种传输策略的控制装置,包括:
    第一接收模块,设置为接收应用功能实体AF提供的业务信息,其中,所述业务信息携带有之前协商的传输策略的参考标识;
    第一发送模块,设置为在判断与所述参考标识对应的所述传输策略的时间窗过期时,向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示或拒绝授权业务信息的指示。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,在第一接收模块接收AF提供的业务信息之后,所述装置还包括:
    第一获取模块,设置为向用户签约文档库SPR请求获取与所述参考标识对应的传输策略;
    第二发送模块,设置为在未获取到所述传输策略或获取的所述传输策略中的时间窗过期时,向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示或拒绝授权业务信息的指示。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,在第一接收模块接收应用功能实体AF提供的业务信息之后,所述装置还包括:
    第二获取模块,设置为从所述SPR获取到所述传输策略;
    处理模块,设置为当判断与所述参考标识对应的传输策略的时间窗未过期时,根据所述传输策略制定策略和计费控制PCC规则并提供给策略执行功能实体,其中,所述PCC规则中携带有所述传输策略中的第一计费键。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述第一发送模块包括:
    更新单元,设置为在判断与所述参考标识对应的所述传输策略的时间窗过期时,更新PCC规则,其中所述更新的PCC规则中携带第二计费键;
    第一发送单元,设置为向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示,并向所述AF提供所述第二计费键。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述第一发送模块包括:
    删除单元,设置为在判断与所述参考标识对应的所述传输策略的时间窗过期时,删除所述PCC规则;
    第二发送单元,设置为向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示,并向所述AF提供用于指示资源释放的指示。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述PCC规则中还携带第三计费键以及执行第三计费键的时间,其中,第三计费键执行的时间为所述时间窗过期时间。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述第一发送模块包括:
    第三发送单元,设置为在判断与所述参考标识对应的所述传输策略的时间窗过期后,向所述AF发送所述传输策略过期指示,并向所述AF提供所述第三计费键。
  16. 一种传输策略的控制装置,包括:
    提供模块,设置为向策略功能实体提供业务信息,其中,所述业务信息携带有之前协商的传输策略的参考标识;
    第二接收模块,设置为在所述策略功能实体判断与所述参考标识对应的所述传输策略的时间窗过期时,接收所述策略功能实体发送的所述传输策略过期指示或拒绝授权业务信息的指示。
  17. 一种传输策略的控制系统,包括权利要求9至15任一项所述的装置和权利要求16所述的装置。
  18. 一种存储介质,所述存储介质包括存储的程序,其中,所述程序运行时执行权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法。
  19. 一种处理器,所述处理器用于运行程序,其中,所述程序运行时执行权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法。
