底座1的前端枢接有一多功能架,该多功能架包括锻炼平台31和分别位于锻炼平台31两端的第一支撑部32、第二支撑部33。锻炼平台31两端的第一支撑部32、第二支撑部33三者整体呈“】”形。位于底部的第二支撑部33的两侧各具有一金属连杆332,所述金属连杆332和底座1通过转销机构枢转与底座1连接。由于锻炼平台31需要供用户仰卧其上进行锻炼,因此要求其具有一定的强度,实际生产中,则通常采用塑料外壳包裹金属铁架的方式 来制作锻炼平台1,其中塑料外壳主要起到装饰和保护作用,给整机带来较好的时尚感和现代感,而金属铁架则主要起到支撑作用,底座上的支撑铁架和多功能架上的金属铁架的结构一般是采用横纵交错的金属杆进行制作,具体的结构和连接方式可以参考现有技术的作用,在此不做赘述。且为了减少整机的重量,使得多功能健身器材便于收纳和移动,金属杆一般采用空心管制作。
当用户要将多功能健身器材作为跑步机使用时,仅需将多功能架翻开,使得第二支撑部33的转销机构相对底座1转动,直至多功能架和底座1之间呈直角即可,此时底座1通过其上的第一支脚15支撑在地,多功能架通过第二支撑部33上的第二支脚331支撑在地,第一支脚15和第二支脚331之间相互配合以将多功能健身器材稳定地支撑,从而防止用户在多功能健身器材上跑步锻炼时多功能健身器材晃动或倾倒。且第一支撑部32上还具有的扶手321,扶手321是供用户跑步时进行握持的,可以采用本领域技术人员所知的各种结构。使用时,用户可以站立在底座1上,双手握持住扶手321,而后驱动机构5受控于电控装置6并带动跑步带2旋转,从而带动用户进行跑步运动。
而为了防止用户在多功能健身器材上跑步时,整机的振动过大,第一支脚15分别设置在底座下方的四个角落位置,且第一支脚15可以采用橡胶或者硅胶等弹性材料制成,且第一支脚15一端直接固定在底座1中的金属框架中,另一端则从底座1的塑料壳的通孔穿出并支撑在地。如此一来,使得整机具有较好的减震缓冲作用,且塑料壳不会受到较大的冲击力而损坏。
于多功能健身器材折叠状态时,第一支撑部32与底座1的后端扣合,锻炼平台31受第一支撑部32和第二支撑部33的支撑并位于跑步带2的上方,此时将折叠状态的多功能健身器材进行如图2所示的平式放置时,锻炼平台31通过第一支撑部32和第二支撑部33被稳固的支撑在地面上,用户可以将多功能健身器材当作板凳,坐在锻炼平台31上休憩。或者将多功能健身器材当作桌子,在锻炼平台31上摆放物件。或者将多功能健身器材当作办公桌,在 锻炼平台上进行工作学习。或者将多功能健身器材当作茶几,在锻炼平台31上沏茶品茗。且折叠状态的多功能健身器材也非常利于收纳,用户可以将多功能健身器材立式放置(第二支撑部着地),而后靠墙摆放即可。当然也可以将多功能健身器材平式地塞入家居的存储空间中。
于本实施例中,为了使得多功能健身器材具有更多的锻炼作用,如图3和图4所示,所述锻炼平台31设有固定用户腿部以进行锻炼腰腹机能用限位装置,限位装置包括横向杆311、连接带312和拉伸弹簧313。所述横向杆311设在锻炼平台31外侧的凹槽内且其通过连接带312与拉伸弹簧313连接,拉伸弹簧313的一端固定安装在锻炼平台31内部。其中,拉伸弹簧313主要是提供沿锻炼平台31长度延伸方向的弹性形变。而连接带312则一般采用织布或者皮革等柔性材料制作,其主要用以方便能够多方向地向外拉出横向杆311,避免卡死。所述横向杆311则主要包括金属横杆及套装在金属横杆外的软套。所述锻炼平台31外侧镶嵌有一软质护垫314。使用时,用户可以先坐在锻炼平台31的软质护垫314上,而后拉动横向杆311将其卡在大腿位置,而后即可进行仰卧起坐的锻炼了,此时软质护垫314可以缓冲用户上下运动的时候的冲击力,提高舒适性。而横向杆311则能提供很好的限位作用,方便用户锻炼,且横向杆311上的软套则能够很好的保护用户的大腿,防止用户的大腿被压伤。且横向杆311与连接带312和拉伸弹簧313的连接,还可以起到很好的调节作用,适用于不同用户的体形。另外,用户甚至还可以将横向杆311当将限位装置当作力臂器使用,从而锻炼用户的手臂机能。
为了多功能健身器材能更稳定地立式放置,本实施例将第二支脚331设置为长条形,且其上具有间隔设有多条防滑纹,如此一来可以增大第二支撑部33与地面的抓地面积和摩擦力。
如图2和图6所示,第二支撑部33包括上壳体和下壳体,上下壳体之间具有容置空腔,所述驱动机构5和电控装置6均设置在第二支撑部33的容置空腔内。所述驱动机构5包括电机51和主动轮52,主动轮52安装在电机51输出轴上一端部,所述底座1上设有前辊11和后辊12,跑步带2绕于前辊11和后辊12上。具体的设置结构为,前辊11及后辊12分别 横向跨设在底座1的左右两侧的导轨上,且前辊11的一端上安装有被动轮53另一端则可转动地安装在导轨上,后辊12则两端均可转动地安装在导轨上,主动轮52和被动轮53通过皮带54传动。值得注意的是,电机输出轴和从动轮53用以连接皮带54的地方,均设置有用以防止皮带54打滑的防滑纹。运动过程中,电机51带动装在其输出轴上的主动轮52转动,主动轮52通过皮带带动被动轮53转动,被动轮53带动安装在其上的前辊11转动,前辊11转动则带动跑步带2转动,跑步带2转动则带动后辊12转动。
所述电机51输出轴的另一端部安装有检测电机51旋转角度的光栅装置55。该光栅装置55的表面近周缘,间次环设多数穿透区与遮蔽区,并于光栅装置55表面的临边设置一光源照射器。该光源照射器的光源对应光栅装置55表面近周缘,借由光线射入穿透区与遮蔽区所产生的透射与反射的变动频率,以感应光栅装置55转速,从而检测电极51的旋转角度,并将该检测结果经过处理后反馈至显示装置4上以供用户参考。
为了方便移动多功能健身器材,所述第二支撑部33的金属连杆332的下方设有一支撑滚轮333。移动时,仅需将多功能健身器材折叠,而后提升第一支撑部32至一定高度,使得支撑滚轮333与地面接触,用户就可以拖动多功能健身器材移动,这种结构既满足了用户移动多功能健身器材的需要,又保证了在运动工作时,多功能健身器材的稳定性。
为了更方便多功能健身器材的收纳和移动,如图5所示,所述底座1的后端的两侧各具有一弹性销13,第一支撑部32上具有与弹性销31相适配的销孔,所述多功能健身器材处于折叠状态时,弹性销13穿入销孔内。所述底座1上具有拨动弹性销13伸缩的活动拨块14。如此一来,用户可以方便地将多功能健身器材的底座1和多功能架组合成一体从而方便收纳或者进行跑步机之外的用途。而当要将多功能健身器材当作跑步机使用时,也只需拨动弹性销13将多功能架翻开后直立放置即可作为跑步机使用,操作便捷。
而为了避免多功能架在作为跑步机使用时,多功能架向前或向后倾倒,所述金属连杆332上还设有位于中部的限位孔3321及位于周缘的限位槽3322,限位槽3322的开口是朝向后方 的。所述从动轮53上插设有弹性按钮,当多功能健身器材处于展开状态时,弹性按钮卡在位于中部的限位孔3321中从而阻止多功能架继续向前或向后翻转,并将多功能架与底座1之间的夹角保持在一预设角度,从而方便用户使用。本实施例中的弹性按钮的结构可以是和底座前端上的弹性销13的结构类似,也可以采用本领域技术人员所周知的其他弹性按钮的结构,且从动轮53上相对弹性按钮开始有插槽,弹性按钮的一端与插槽间隙配合,即为从动轮53转动时,弹性按钮并不会跟随从动轮53转动,弹性按钮的另一端到第二支撑部33壳体的外面。当需要将多功能健身器材进行折叠时,仅需要按动弹性按钮使其退出金属连杆332上的限位孔3321,而后翻转多功能架,使其朝向底座1方向闭合,当翻转到位时,底座1前端的弹性销穿入多功能架1的第一支撑部32上的销孔,而位于从动轮52上的弹性按钮则会穿入位于第二支撑部33的金属连杆332周缘的限位槽3322,此时通过第一支撑部32、第二支撑部33分别与底座1的前后端进行限位,可以保证多功能健身器材在折叠状态时更加稳定连接。
于本实施例中,所述显示装置4设置在第一支撑部32上。安装座上安装有显示屏。显示屏是用以实时显示用户当前的运动速率、时长、里程和/或心跳信息。且显示屏还可以具有触控功能,供用户通过显示屏与多功能健身器材进行交互,如进行运动时长的控制、运动里程的控制、难度级别的控制等。显示装置4上还可以配置不同的机械控制键来操作多功能健身器材,如开关电源的按键键等。显示屏外还具有用来保护显示屏的保护盖,保护盖可翻转地设在显示屏的上方。且所述扶手321上设有用于检测用户心率的检测电极,当用户将手搭在检测电极上,检测电极则能检测到人体信号的微弱变化,再将检测信号传送到电控装置6进行通过信号处理,最后再显示装置4上输出人体的心跳频率信息。以供用户实时掌握自身的身体状态,从而合理安排健身时间和健身强度。如有心跳频率异常,则电控装置6会根据预先设置好的预案,通过语音或文字发出预警,严重时通过多功能健身器材自动降低速度、甚至停止运动。
在其他实施例中,所述限位装置的横向杆也直接连接拉伸弹簧,而后拉伸弹簧通过连接 带固定在锻炼平台内部。或者直接采用横向杆连接拉伸弹簧,而后将拉伸弹簧另一端固定在锻炼平台内部。采用该结构也可以满足用户锻炼腰腹技能或者手臂机能的要求。
在其他实施例中,扶手可以包括一个或多个可运动的臂。用户可以在锻炼过程中抓握这些臂,以获得额外的有氧运动或无氧运动。扶手可以由金属、塑料或复合材料制成。
在其他实施例中,金属连杆上的限位孔的数量可以是多个,通过弹性销卡入不同的限位孔中从而将多功能架保持在不同的位置,从而方便不同体型的用户,在使用多功能健身器材时,都能找到一个较为舒适的姿势进行跑步锻炼,如可以通过加大多功能架和底座之间的夹角,从而使得用户在跑步锻炼时向前倾一点,或者通过减小多功能架和底座之间的夹角,从而使得用户在跑步锻炼时向后仰一点,如此一方面可以大大增强多功能健身器材的舒适性,另一方面还可以具有满足不同锻炼强度的要求。
在其他实施例中,第一支撑部可以伸缩式地设置在锻炼平台上,从而改变多功能架相对底座的高度,以使得使不同高度的用户能够把第一支撑部的位置调整到所希望的不同高度。高度可调节的第一支撑部可以使得整机结构更加紧凑,方便折叠和收纳。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种折叠式多功能健身机,包括底座、跑步带、电控装置、显示装置和驱动机构,所述跑步带设置在底座上,驱动机构受控于电控装置并带动跑步带旋转;其特征在于,所述底座的前端枢接有一多功能架,该多功能架包括锻炼平台和分别位于锻炼平台两端的第一支撑部、第二支撑部;所述显示装置设置在第一支撑部上,所述驱动机构设置在第二支撑部上;所述多功能健身机处于折叠状态时,第一支撑部与底座的后端扣合,锻炼平台受第一支撑部和第二支撑部的支撑并位于跑步带的上方;所述第一支撑部上还具有供使用者握持的扶手,第二支撑部和底座枢转连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠式多功能健身机,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括电机和主动轮,主动轮安装在电机输出轴上一端部,所述底座上设有前辊和后辊,跑步带绕于前辊和后辊上,所述前辊上安装有被动轮,主动轮和被动轮通过皮带传动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种折叠式多功能健身机,其特征在于,所述电机输出轴的另一端部安装有检测电机旋转角度的光栅装置。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种折叠式多功能健身机,其特征在于,所述第二支撑部的两侧各具有一金属连杆,所述金属连杆和底座通过转销机构枢转连接,所述金属连杆上设有用于拖动折叠状态的多功能健身机的支撑滚轮。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种折叠式多功能健身机,其特征在于,所述底座的后端的两侧各具有一弹性销,第一支撑部上具有与弹性销相适配的销孔,所述多功能健身机处于折叠状态时,弹性销穿入销孔内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种折叠式多功能健身机,其特征在于,所述底座上具有拨动弹性销伸缩的活动拨块。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠式多功能健身机,其特征在于,所述锻炼平台设有供用户锻炼腰腹机能的的限位装置,所述限位装置包括对用户腿部限位的横向杆以及为横向杆提供张紧力的弹性件,所述横向杆通过弹性件与锻炼平台内部结构连接并收纳在锻炼平台外侧的凹槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求1或7所述的一种折叠式多功能健身机,其特征在于,所述锻炼平台外侧镶嵌有一软质护垫。
  9. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种折叠式多功能健身机,其特征在于,所述底座下部设有平放多功能健身器时用于整体支撑的第一支脚,所述第二支撑部的外侧设有立放多功能健身器时用于整体支撑的第二支脚。
  10. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种折叠式多功能健身机,其特征在于,所述第二支撑部和底座之间设有在多功能健身机展开状态下将二者锁止的定位装置。
