支撑件201与立柱10可拆卸连接的关系,使各部件方便加工及装配,拆开后体积较小,方便携带,且比较轻便。在立柱10上能够安装至少一个后视镜40,使得展示过程中能够安装多个不同的后视镜40来展示,起到很好的展示宣传作用。
立柱10用来安装后视镜40,为方便后视镜40的安装及降低整个展架的制作成本,立柱10为拉伸结构,该立柱10的侧部环形均匀分布有多个用于安装后视镜40的安装部101。拉伸结构的立柱10其侧部方便后视镜40的悬挂安装。
具体而言,安装部101包括安装槽102,安装槽102为T型槽或者燕尾槽。将后视镜40通过安装部件安装在安装槽102内,可完成后视镜40的安装。T型或者燕尾结构的安装槽102均方便使用。
如图1所示,安装槽102贯穿该立柱10。贯穿该立柱10的安装槽102使其各个位置均方便安装后视镜40。
具体地,在立柱10上安装有后视镜底块103,安装槽102内设有滑块螺母104,后视镜底块103通过螺栓105及滑块螺母104固定。如图5所示,滑块螺母104滑动地放置在安装槽102内,后视镜底块103位于立柱10外侧,在后视镜底块103上设置了安装孔,采用螺栓105穿过安装孔与滑块螺母104相连,能够实现后视镜40及后视镜底块103的固定安装。
目前的新兴的后视镜40多为智能后视镜,其内部包含了多种电器元件,能够实现诸如行车记录、显示里程时速等功能,这种后视镜40在展示时需要接通电源才能将后视镜40的功能完整地显示出来,为此,在这种展架中,立柱10上还安装有广告板106及PCB板107。广告板106可以用来显示后视镜40的功能、性能,PCB板107连接电源,并连接后视镜40,使后视镜40的功 能得以显示出来。
支撑组件20用来支撑立柱10,支撑组件20包括了多个支撑件201。具体地,支撑件201通过连接件202与立柱10相连,连接件202的一端与支撑件201相连另一端插入安装槽102。
为使展架结构更加合理,在立柱10顶端设置了封盖108。封盖108与立柱可拆卸相连,在安装滑块螺母104及支撑件201时,先将封盖108拆下,安装完之后再装上封盖108。
连接件202实现了支撑件201与立柱10的连接,通过连接件202也方便了支撑件201及立柱10的拆卸。
更具体地,连接件202通过这样的结构来实现与支撑件201及立柱10的连接:连接件202的一端设有钩状的接头203,接头203包括沿高度方向间隔设置的至少两个,至少有两个接头203的朝向相反。如图3所示,钩状的接头203插入安装槽102,由于接头203端部具有钩子结构,使其不会从安装槽102内脱离。连接件202与支撑件201插接后再通过螺栓等部件固定,可以实现支撑件201及立柱10的稳定连接。
在一些优选的实施例中,支撑件201为双槽扁铝结构,其侧部开设有用于布线的缺口204。双槽扁铝是工业领域常用的型材之一,其具有重量较轻、强度较高、方便布线等特性。其侧部开设的缺口204方便了电源线等线束的布置。
为起到美观的作用,还包括盒体30,支撑组件20位于该盒体30内,立柱10穿过该盒体30。
盒体30将支撑组件20罩设在其内部,使整个展架比较美观,且提高了展架的安全性,使内部的线束不会裸露在外部。

  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的新型后视镜展架,其特征在于,所述立柱上安装有后视镜底块,所述安装槽内设有滑块螺母,所述后视镜底块通过螺栓及所述滑块螺母固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的新型后视镜展架,其特征在于,所述立柱上还安装有广告板及PCB板。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的新型后视镜展架,其特征在于,所述支撑件通过连接件与立柱相连,所述连接件的一端与支撑件相连另一端插入所述安装槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的新型后视镜展架,其特征在于,所述连接件的一端设有钩状的接头,所述接头包括沿高度方向间隔设置的至少两个,至少有两个所述接头的朝向相反。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的新型后视镜展架,其特征在于,所述支撑件为双槽扁铝结构,其侧部开设有用于布线的缺口。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的新型后视镜展架,其特征在于,还包括盒 体,所述支撑组件位于该盒体内,所述立柱穿过该盒体。
