背景技术
1.随着社会的发展,人们生活水平的提高,各种各样的创面越来越多,比如糖尿病足、下肢静脉性溃疡、长期卧床所致的压迫性溃疡、外周动脉疾病致局部溃疡、烧创伤和手术所致的创面。尽管当今医学有了很大的发展,但创面愈合的治疗仍是一个挑战。创面不愈的发病原因有很多种,比如循环因素、营养因素、神经体液因素等,目前,常用的创面愈合治疗方法主要有负压封闭技术、局部氧气疗法、臭氧治疗法。
2.负压引流技术通过在创面形成局部完全封闭环境,再持续负压吸引,起到对创面充分的清洁、引流,促进新生血管和肉芽组织生长,防止已经部分受损的胶原进一步变性和被清除,清除渗出到创面的有害物质,预防或减少伤口和伤口周围的进一步渗出,提供一个密闭和湿润的空间以利于创面的修复,促进上皮细胞的增殖和迁移,最终达到促进创面愈合的目的。但是,仍有部分创面疗效欠佳,另外,许多慢性难愈性创面被认为与营养缺失有关,能量、碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、微量元素、矿物质代谢都影响创面愈合的进程,必要的营养补充是不可或缺的辅助手段。
3.氧气治疗法可增加组织供氧,使局部细胞增殖加快,组织修复能力增强,同时可使创面毛细血管扩张,血流阻力降低,血流速度加快,组织渗出减少,肿胀减轻,从而加快创面愈合。氧气对革兰氏阴性和阳性细菌均有抑制作用,从而防止或减少局部感染。

5.局部营养疗法,负压引流早期,由于引流造成创面营养成分丢失的情况,对创面愈合十分不利,不及时补充营养元素,将导致不良营养,免疫力低下,感染难以控制。由于慢性创面的患者多伴有全身营养不良,如糖尿病、放射性的损伤或长期的蛋白丢失,因此补充营养尤为重要,通过饮食和静脉补液的同时,可以在创面局部直接进行营养补充,对伤口局部细胞进行高营养供给,加快成纤维细胞增殖,增加胶原沉积来支持创面的快速愈合。
6.以上四种方法在临床上都是单独应用,市场上并没有联合治疗装置产品,而有的病人需要采用几种方法及装置交替进行治疗,需要分别使用几种功能单一产品,不仅增加病人痛苦,也增加医务人员工作量。

本发明实现上述目的所采取的技术方案是:一种创面负压综合治疗装置,它包括覆盖在人体创面组织上的医用敷料,覆盖在医用敷料上面的、用于封闭创面区域的医用透明贴膜,设置在医用透明贴膜上面开口处的引流吸盘,通过引流管与引流吸盘出液口相连接的负压引流系统,分别通过设置有四通接头的联合输送管与引流吸盘的联合输入口相连接的给营养系统、供氧系统和臭氧系统,以及用于调节控制负压引流系统、给营养系统和供氧系统运行的主电路板。

局部供氧气系统用于向创面提供纯氧,氧气源(医院中心供氧、氧气瓶)通过管路连接气体流量调节阀,气体流量调节阀通过三通接头连接气体流量传感器和氧气输送管,氧气输送管通过三通接头连接联合输送管,联合输送管连接硅胶吸盘上的联合输入口;
臭氧系统用于向创面提供臭氧,臭氧源(臭氧发生器)通过管路连接气体流量调节阀,气体流量调节阀通过三通接头连接气体流量传感器和臭氧输送管,臭氧输送管通过三通接头连接联合输送管,联合输送管连接硅胶吸盘上的联合输入口;
局部给营养系统用于向创面提供营养液,营养液瓶连接液体流量调节阀,液体流量调节阀通过三通接头连接液体流量传感器和营养输送管,营养输送管通过三通接头连接联合输送管,联合输送管连接硅胶吸盘上的联合输入口;负压系统、局部供氧气系统和局部给营养系统均由主电路板控制,液体流量调节阀、液体流量传感器、气体流量调节阀、气体流量传感器、负压源(负压源为微型真空泵时受主电路板控制)、负压调节阀、压力传感器均与主电路板相连接。主电路板上还连接显示屏、操作键、电源,操作键可以设置治疗模式,工作时间,间歇之间、总治疗时间、负压值, 氧气流速、供氧时间、营养流速,给营养时间等参数;显示屏实时显示治疗模式,工作时间,间歇之间、总治疗时间、负压值,氧气流速、供氧时间、营养流速,给营养时间等参数;电源为外接电源和可充电电池。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明集负压引流技术、局部给营养疗法、氧气疗法、臭氧疗法一体,可根据创面情况选择单个治疗方式或交叉循环治疗方式,加快创面愈合,有效控制感染;缩短愈合时间,减少病人痛苦和治疗费用,本发明操作简单、使用方便,也减少了医务人员的工作量。
本发明可以外接电源,也可以使用充电电池,能够长时间连续工作,低噪音,体积小,方便移动。

具体实施方式
本发明以下将结合附图进一步的描述。
如图1-2所示,本发明的创面负压综合治疗装置,它包括覆盖在人体创面组织0上的医用敷料1,覆盖在医用敷料1上面的、用于封闭创面区域的医用透明贴膜3,设置在医用透明贴膜3上面开口处的引流吸盘2,通过引流管4与引流吸盘出液口相连接的负压引流系统,分别通过设置有四通接头29的联合输送管30与引流吸盘的联合输入口31相连接的给营养系统、供氧系统和臭氧系统,以及用于调节控制负压引流系统、给营养系统和供氧系统运行的主电路板14。
所述的负压引流系统包括与主电路板14控制连接的微型真空泵8,通过管路与微型真空泵工作口连通的负压调节阀7,通过管路与负压调节 阀连通的第一三通接头6,以及通过管路分别与第一三通接头6的剩余两口相连通的压力传感器9和引流瓶5;所述压力传感器9与主电路板14控制连接,所述引流瓶5的进液口通过引流管4与硅胶吸盘出液口相连接。
所述的给营养系统包括营养液瓶18,通过管路与营养液瓶出液口连通的液体流量调节阀19,以及通过管路与液体流量调节阀出液口相连通的第二三通接头20;所述第二三通接头的剩余两口中的一口通过营养输送管27与四通接头29的其中一个口相连通,第二三通接头的剩余另一口设置有液体流量传感器21,所述液体流量传感器21和液体流量调节阀19分别与主电路板14控制连接。
所述的供氧系统包括氧气瓶13,与氧气瓶13出气口连通的气体流量调节阀12,以及通过管路与气体流量调节阀相连通的第三三通接头11;所述第三三通接头11的剩余两口中的一口通过氧气输送管28与四通接头29的其中一个进口相连通,第三三通接头的剩余另一口设置有气体流量传感器10;所述气体流量传感器10和气体流量调节阀12分别与主电路板14控制连接。
所述臭氧系统包括臭氧发生器22、以及通过臭氧流量调节阀23与臭氧发生器出口相连接的第四三通接头24;所述第四三通接头24的出口通过臭氧输送管26与四通接头29的其中一个进气口相连通。
所述主电路板14分别连接有操作键15、显示屏16以及电源17。
更详细的,本发明包括负压系统、供氧系统、臭氧系统以及局部给营养系统;负压系统中,负压源8(医院中心负压系统、微型真空泵)通过管路连接负压调节阀7,负压调节阀7通过第一三通接头6连接引流瓶5和压力传感器9,引流瓶5上连接有引流管4,引流管4连接创面上方的引流吸盘2;
供氧系统中,氧气源13(医院中心供氧系统、氧气瓶)通过管路连接氧气流量调节阀12,氧气流量调节阀12通过第三三通接头11连接氧气流量传感器10和氧气输送管28,氧气输送管28通过四通接头29连接联合输送管30,联合输送管30与联合输入口31接通;
局部给营养系统中,营养液瓶18通过管路连接液体流量调节阀19,液体流量调节阀19通过第二三通接头20连接液体流量传感器21和营养 输送管27,营养输送管27通过四通接头29连接联合输送管30,联合输送管30连接联合输入口31;
臭氧系统中,臭氧源(臭氧发生器)22通过管路连接臭氧流量调节阀23,臭氧流量调节阀23通过第四三通接头24连接臭氧流量传感器25和臭氧输送管26,臭氧输送管26通过四通接头29连接联合输送管30,联合输送管30连接联合输入口31;
创面组织0上面覆盖有医用敷料1,医用透明贴膜3(中心有圆形孔)覆盖医用敷料1并封闭创面区域,引流吸盘2覆盖在医用透明贴膜3圆形孔上方并粘贴周边。
微型真空泵8与负压调节阀7、氧气流量调节阀12、液体流量调节阀19、臭氧流量调节阀23均由主电路板14控制,压力传感器9、氧气流量传感器10、液体流量传感器21和臭氧流量传感器25均与主电路板14相连。主电路板14上还连接有显示屏16、设定参数的操作键15、电源17。操作键15用于治疗模式,负压值,间歇时间、负压引流时间、氧气流速、供氧时间、营养流速,给营养时间、臭氧流速、臭氧治疗时间、治疗顺序、总治疗时间等参数设定,显示屏16对各参数实时显示。
治疗模式:负压模式(持续引流/间歇引流);氧气治疗模式;臭氧治疗模式;局部给营养模式;负压引流、供氧、臭氧、局部给营养自由组合循环治疗模式。
使用时,首先对创面进行清创处理,在创面组织0上面覆盖医用敷料,医用透明贴膜3(中心有圆形孔)覆盖医用敷料1正上方并封闭创面区域,引流吸盘2覆盖在医用透明贴膜3圆形孔上方并粘贴周边。提前,营养液瓶18固定并连接管路,接通氧气源13(医院中心供氧系统、氧气瓶、制氧机),微型真空泵8(医院中心负压系统,未连接中心负压系统,使用微型真空泵供压),根据需要选择治疗模式,一键化操作,也可根据创面实际情况选择治疗模式自由组合进行循环治疗,通过自定义负压值,间歇时间、负压引流时间、氧气流速、供氧时间、臭氧流速、臭氧治疗时间、营养液流速,给营养时间、治疗次序、总治疗时间等参数,进行多疗法交叉循环治疗,多疗法同步治疗等疗法。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种创面负压综合治疗装置,其特征在于:它包括覆盖在人体创面组织(0)上的医用敷料(1),覆盖在医用敷料(1)上面的、用于封闭创面区域的医用透明贴膜(3),设置在医用透明贴膜(3)上面开口处的引流吸盘(2),通过引流管(4)与引流吸盘出液口相连接的负压引流系统,分别通过设置有四通接头(29)的联合输送管(30)与引流吸盘的联合输入口(31)相连接的给营养系统、供氧系统和臭氧系统,以及用于调节控制负压引流系统、给营养系统和供氧系统运行的主电路板(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的创面负压综合治疗装置,其特征在于:所述的负压引流系统包括与主电路板(14)控制连接的微型真空泵(8),通过管路与微型真空泵工作口连通的负压调节阀(7),通过管路与负压调节阀连通的第一三通接头(6),以及通过管路分别与第一三通接头(6)的剩余两口相连通的压力传感器(9)和引流瓶(5);所述压力传感器(9)与主电路板(14)控制连接,所述引流瓶(5)的进液口通过引流管(4)与硅胶吸盘出液口相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的创面负压综合治疗装置,其特征在于:所述的给营养系统包括营养液瓶(18),通过管路与营养液瓶出液口连通的液体流量调节阀(19),以及通过管路与液体流量调节阀出液口相连通的第二三通接头(20);所述第二三通接头的剩余两口中的一口通过营养输送管(27)与四通接头(29)的其中一个口相连通,第二三通接头的剩余另一口设置有液体流量传感器(21),所述液体流量传感器(21)和液体流量调节阀(19)分别与主电路板(14)控制连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的创面负压综合治疗装置,其特征在于:所述的供氧系统包括氧气瓶(13),与氧气瓶(13)出气口连通的气体流量调节阀(12),以及通过管路与气体流量调节阀相连通的第三三通接头(11);所述第三三通接头(11)的剩余两口中的一口通过氧气输送管(28)与四通接头(29)的其中一个进口相连通,第三三通接头的剩余另一口设置有气体流量传感器(10);所述气体流量传感器(10)和气体流量调节阀(12)分别与主电路板(14)控制连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的创面负压综合治疗装置,其特征在于:所述 臭氧系统包括臭氧发生器(22)、以及通过臭氧流量调节阀(23)与臭氧发生器出口相连接的第四三通接头(24);所述第四三通接头(24)的出口通过臭氧输送管(26)与四通接头(29)的其中一个进气口相连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的创面负压综合治疗装置,其特征在于:所述主电路板(14)分别连接有操作键(15)、显示屏(16)以及电源(17)。
