Description
BARBECUE STRUCTURE WITH SAMOVAR
Technical Field The invention relates to barbecue with samovar whereby the barbecue and samovar, both of which are used in picnic areas, are used as a single product.
The invention particularly relates to barbecue with samovar which, thanks to the integrated configuration of the water chamber and coal chamber, enable the water used for tea to remain hot continuously and at the same time prevent the tea within the teapot from getting cold by means of a steam outlet pipe.
State of The Art
Today, people use barbecue for cooking foods such as meat and samovar for making tea when they go on a picnic.
In said samovars, the water for preparing the tea is put in a chamber, while another chamber is used for making a fire for boiling the water.
A compartment where the embers to be used for cooking the meat are placed, in the barbecue, on the other hand. There exist today inventions that incorporate these two products, and thus enable both grilling the meat and boiling the water making a fire once.
In the samovars used in the state of the art, a separate receptacle is formed for water chamber and they are obtained by positioning another chamber on the water chamber for burning the coal. This, in turn, requires moving the chamber in which the coal is burnt for refilling of water in case of running out of water. Time losses are experienced because of having to wait for the hot chamber to cool down. Thus, it may only allow for single use.
Within the state of the art, the heat transfer from one side of the chamber leads to time losses and one has to wait for a long time for the system to be heated.
Again in the state of the art, no additional chamber for the teapot, in which the tea will be brewed, is disposed and it is directly placed on the grill. And this makes it impossible to benefit from the steam heat. Since the coal chamber is positioned on the water chamber in the state of the art, the steam exits from the sides. This has an effect on the meat, chicken, etc. being cooked on the barbecue. This is because the steam may adhere to the products, and thus reducing the flavor.
The state of the art presents an inefficient use as the water delivery tube allowing water outlet from the chamber which is filled with water prevents using the whole water.
The literature search regarding the subject matter revealed various configurations of such barbecue structure with samovar. One of these applications is the Utility Model No. 201 0/06891 entitled "Cok amagh semaverli mangal seti". The abstract of this invention, the international class of which is A47J 36/00, is as follows: "The product according to the invention is provided with a circular U-shaped samovar body around the periphery of the outer body thereof. The inner portion of this samovar body is provided with a water chamber and a brewing chamber at a certain level. The brewing chamber and the water chamber are connected with the taps disposed in the outer portion of the samovar body. In the product according to this invention, the samovar body is provided thereon with the coal container, thereby covering the samovar body. One of the cooking appliances including food trays, grill disks made of aluminium, and plates/sheets used for traditional foods like diced lamb fried on iron plate and Turkish pancake is placed on the coal container, and thereafter cooking starts. The tea becomes ready along with all kinds of cooking process."
This application comprises neither a water steam outlet nor a stand for placing the pot. Further, since the bottom of the water chamber is not in communication with the coal, it cannot be heated properly.
Another exemplary embodiment is the Utility Model No. 2013/05563 entitled "Semaverli mangal duzenegi". The abstract of this invention, the international class of which is A47J 36/00, comprises the following statements: "A barbecue assembly with samovar which comprises, within a body, a combustion chamber and a grilling skewer on said combustion chamber, characterized in comprising a water chamber positioned inside said body, a water chamber cover positioned on said water chamber, a brewing chamber positioned on said water chamber cover, a brewing tap and water tap located on the side surface of said body, and a water delivery means connected with said water tap."
In this application, on the other hand, the water chamber and the coal chamber consist of separate receptacles and the coal chamber is located under the water chamber. Here, for the addition of water, first the coal chamber is removed, then water is added, and thereafter the coal chamber is placed thereon again. This, in turn, makes the preparation process difficult. Moreover, this application does not comprise either a steam outlet pipe or a chamber for the placement of the teapot.
Therefore, these applications are exemplary in that they have the aforementioned disadvantages.
As a result, developments are made in barbecues with samovar in parallel with the advancing technology and thus, novel embodiments that will eliminate the drawbacks mentioned above and provide solutions for the existing systems are needed.
Object of the Invention
Unlike the embodiments used in the state of the art, the present invention relates to barbecues with samovar which have been developed for overcoming the aforementioned drawbacks and at the same time provide some additional advantages.
The object of the invention is to design the product such that the water chamber will be enclosed the coal chamber, and thus to allow the water within the chamber to remain hot continuously.
Another object of the invention is to facilitate filling water into the water chamber by disposing the water inlet at the side portion, thereby reducing time losses.
Another object of the invention is to utilize the water chamber at full efficiency by installing the tap at a level lower than that of the water chamber.
Still another object of the invention is to provide a separate chamber for the teapot and allow steam outlet therefrom, and to ensure that the tea within the pot is kept at a predetermined heat.
Another object of the invention is to present an ergonomic product since the teapot is prevented from being placed on the barbecue or such areas thanks to the teapot chamber.
And another object of the invention is to allow the outlet of the steam from the side portion, and hence to prevent it from damaging the foods being cooked, e.g. meat, again thanks to the teapot chamber.
In order to achieve the objects mentioned above, a barbecue with samovar has been developed which, thanks to the integrated configuration of the water chamber and coal chamber, enables the water used for tea to remain hot continuously and at the same time prevents the tea within the teapot from getting cold by means of the steam outlet pipe.
In order to achieve its objects, the present invention is a barbecue with samovar whereby the barbecue and samovar are used as a single product; wherein it comprises:
· a coal chamber where the coal to be used for cooking in the barbecue with samovar is placed and burnt,
• a water chamber which is formed at the sides surrounding said coal chamber and which heats the water/liquid added therein by way of the heat transfer occurring as the coal burns,
a tap permitting the outlet of the water/liquid in said water chamber,
a teapot chamber which is located at the end of the steam outlet pipe; which presents the portion through which the water/liquid to be filled into the water chamber is introduced into the water chamber, i.e. presents the opening whereby the water is filled; on which the teapot is positioned; and to which the steam of the water/liquid heated inside the water chamber reaches by way of the steam outlet pipe, and
a steam outlet pipe, one end of which is connected to the water chamber while the other end thereof is connected to the teapot chamber; which ensures the connection between said teapot chamber and water chamber; which permits delivery of the water/liquid poured through the teapot chamber into the water chamber; and which allows the outlet of the steam of the water/liquid heated in the water chamber such that the teapot will remain hot. The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will be understood more clearly by referring to the following figures and the detailed description written with reference to these figures. Therefore, these figures and the detailed description should be taken into consideration while making an evaluation. Brief Description of the Figures for a Better Understanding of the Invention

Detailed Description of an Exemplary Embodiment of the Invention
The configuration and mounting principle:
The present barbecue with samovar (A) consists of a coal chamber (10), a water chamber (20), a tap (30), a teapot chamber (40), and stands (50). Fig. 1 shows the side two-dimensional view of the barbecue with samovar (A).
Said coal chamber (10) and water chamber (20) are integrated with one another. As seen in the cross-sectional view in Fig. 3, the water chamber (20) is formed at the sides surrounding the coal chamber (10) and heats the water/liquid added therein by way of the heat transfer occurring as the coal burns. The steam outlet pipe (41 ) is connected to the water chamber (20). The teapot chamber (40) is positioned at the end of the steam outlet pipe (41 ). Water is filled into the water chamber (20) via the teapot chamber (40).
The tap (30) is installed at the ground level of the water chamber (20). It allows the discharge of the water from inside the water chamber (20). The tap lever (31 ), on the other hand, serves for opening/closing the tap (30).
Once said components are mounted, the stands (50) are used for locating the barbecue with samovar (A) at a certain height from the ground. The stands (50) are fixed under the coal chamber (1 0) by means of the stand connection apparatuses (51 ).
Working principle:
First, the water to be used for making tea is poured down through the teapot chamber (40). The water/liquid poured therefrom fills the water chamber (20). Once the desired amount of water is
poured into the water chamber (20), the required materials are put in the coal chamber (10), and then a fire is made. Subsequent to making a fire, the samovar and barbecue portions of the barbecue with samovar (A) are now ready for use.
The water within the water chamber (20) boils with the heat of the fire, becoming usable for the tea. In the meantime, the teapot (D) in which the tea is brewed is positioned onto the teapot chamber (40). The steam resulting from the boiling water exits through the steam outlet pipe (41 ) and contacts with the teapot (D). Thus, the tea within the teapot (D) remains at a certain temperature and is prevented from cooling down. Samovar property functions is used as described.
When the fire within the coal chamber (10) turns into embers, it becomes ready for barbecue. The foods to be cooked, for example meat, can now be placed on the barbecue with samovar (A) and cooked. This, on the other hand, is the functioning and use of the barbeque property of the barbecue with samovar (A).
