在其中一个实施例中,所述收纳槽上设置有与所述雾化腔连通的烟嘴安装孔,所述安装柱固定或绕其自身轴线周向可旋转地安装于所述烟嘴安装孔内。
在其中一个实施例中,所述吸食杆包括与所述安装柱连接的连接端及与所述连接端相对的吸食端,所述收纳槽包括与所述电子烟主体的横截面平行的容置面以及设置在所述容置面相对两端且均相对所述容置面倾斜的支撑面和封堵面。
在其中一个实施例中,当所述吸食杆转入所述收纳槽内时,所述吸食端全部收容于所述收纳槽内,所述收纳槽的封堵面封堵所述吸食端。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烟嘴安装孔设置在所述收纳槽的支撑面上,当所述吸食杆转出所述收纳槽时,所述连接端支撑于所述收纳槽的支撑面上,使得所述吸食杆相对所述电子烟主体的横截面倾斜。
在其中一个实施例中,当所述吸食杆转出所述收纳槽时,所述吸食端与所述封堵面相背,所述吸食杆朝向所述支撑面的一侧与所述电子烟主体的横截面之间的夹角为锐角。
一种电子烟包括电子烟主体及可旋转地设置于所述电子烟主体上的烟嘴,所述电子烟主体内设置有雾化腔,所述烟嘴为上述任意一种烟嘴。
本发明的电子烟中,烟嘴可旋转地收纳于收纳槽内,便于用户在使用时转出,并在使用完毕后转入收纳于收纳槽内,从而减小电子烟整体的长度,提高其收纳性,还有利于减小烟嘴被外界污染的可能性。
根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供一种烟嘴,用于电子烟,所述电子烟包括电子烟主体,所述电子烟主体上设置有启动开关及点烟开关,所述烟嘴转动连接于所述电子烟主体上并与所述电子烟主体内的雾化腔连通,所述烟嘴可在外力作用下相对所述电子烟主体转出并开启所述启动开关,使所述点烟开关被使能。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烟嘴还可在外力作用下相对所述电子烟主体转入并关闭所述启动开关,使所述点烟开关被锁定。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烟嘴可在外力作用下相对所述电子烟主体转出并转至所述烟嘴至少部分抵持所述启动开关,所述启动开关被开启,使所述点烟开关被使能,所述烟嘴还可在外力作用下相对所述电子烟主体转入并转至所述烟嘴与所述启动开关完全分离,所述启动开关被关闭,使所述点烟开关被锁定;或所述烟嘴可在外力作用下相对所述电子烟主体转出并转至所述烟嘴与所述启动开关完全分离,所述启动开关被开启,使所述点烟开关被使能, 所述烟嘴还可在外力作用下相对所述电子烟主体转入并转至所述烟嘴至少部分抵持所述启动开关,所述启动开关被关闭,使所述点烟开关被锁定。
在其中一个实施例中,所述电子烟主体上设置有连通于所述雾化腔与所述烟嘴之间的安装柱。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烟嘴包括吸烟杆及转轴,所述安装柱凸出设置于所述电子烟主体的顶部,所述安装柱上设置有与所述雾化腔连通的安装孔,所述转轴连通于所述安装孔与所述吸烟杆之间,且所述转轴的轴线与所述安装柱的延伸方向垂直。
在其中一个实施例中,所述转轴固定设置于所述安装柱的所述安装孔内,所述吸烟杆转动连接于所述转轴相对所述安装柱的一端,并可在外力作用下绕所述转轴轴线转动或绕垂直所述转轴轴线的方向转动。
在其中一个实施例中,所述转轴绕其自身轴线周向可旋转地设置于所述安装柱的所述安装孔内,所述吸烟杆固定连接于所述转轴相对所述安装柱的一端,或者所述吸烟杆转动设置于所述转轴相对所述安装柱的一端,并可在外力作用下绕所述转轴轴线转动或绕垂直所述转轴轴线的方向转动。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烟嘴上设置有用于抵持所述启动开关的触发件,所述触发件凸出设置于所述吸烟杆与所述转轴连接的一端。
在其中一个实施例中,所述触发件为凸出设置于所述吸烟杆与所述转轴连接一端的凸起,所述启动开关设置于所述电子烟主体的顶部且位于所述安装柱外围与所述触发件对应的一侧。
一种电子烟,其包括电子烟主体及转动设置于所述电子烟主体上的烟嘴,所述电子烟主体上设置有启动开关及点烟开关,所述电子烟主体内设置有雾化腔,所述烟嘴与所述雾化腔连通,所述烟嘴为上述所述的烟嘴。
本发明的电子烟中,只有当烟嘴相对于电子烟主体转出且开启所述启动开关后,用户方可使用点烟开关进行点烟,可以有效防止电子烟的误触发。同时,烟嘴在需要使用时可相对于电子烟主体转出并在不需要使用时转入,如此能够减小电子烟整体长度并提高收纳性。

需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也 可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
实施例一:
请参看图1,本发明一较佳实施例中,电子烟100包括电子烟主体10及可旋转地设置于电子烟主体10上的烟嘴30。其中,电子烟主体10内设置有用于储存烟液的储液管(图未示)以及用于雾化储存于储液管内烟液的雾化腔(图未示)。烟嘴30与雾化腔连通,以便于用户吸入经雾化腔雾化形成的烟雾。
具体地,请参看图2,电子烟主体10的顶部向内凹陷形成收纳槽11。收纳槽11大体呈U字型,其底部设置有与雾化腔连通的烟嘴安装孔110。
烟嘴30包括安装柱31及与安装柱31连接的吸食杆33。安装柱31设置于电子烟主体10上,吸食杆33设置于安装柱31相对电子烟主体10的一端。安装柱31连通于电子烟主体10内的雾化腔与吸食杆33之间,吸食杆33可在外力作用下转出或转入收纳槽11。这样,用户可在无需使用电子烟100时将吸食杆33转入收纳槽11内,避免吸食杆33外露而造成污染,同时还有利于减小电子烟100的整体长度,便于用户携带。
在本具体实施例中,安装柱31可旋转地设置于烟嘴安装孔110内,并可在外力作用下绕其自身的轴线周向旋转。吸食杆33固定设置于安装柱31相对电子烟主体10的一端,其可在外力作用于下随安装柱31的旋转在用户需要使用时转出收纳槽11,并在使用完毕后转入并收藏于收纳槽11内。
在其它一个实施例中,安装柱31与吸食杆33之间的旋转方式亦可设置为如下方式:安装柱31可旋转地设置于烟嘴安装孔110内,并可在外力作用下绕其自身的轴线周向旋转,吸食杆33可旋转地设置于安装柱31上相对电子烟主体10的一端,并可在外力作用下绕安装柱31轴线周向旋转和/或可在外力作用下绕垂直安装柱31轴线的方向旋转。这样,安装柱31与吸食杆33两者均可旋转地设置,使烟嘴30在使用时更灵活。
在其它另一个实施例中,安装柱31与吸食杆33之间的旋转方式还可设置为如下方式: 安装柱31固定设置于烟嘴安装孔110内,吸食杆33可旋转地设置于安装柱31相对电子烟主体10的一端,并可在外力作用下绕安装柱31轴线周向旋转和/或可在外力作用下绕垂直安装柱31轴线的方向旋转。如此,用户在使用时或使用完毕后可直接通过旋转吸食杆33,将吸食杆33转出或转入收纳槽11即可。
可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,安装柱31与吸食杆33之间的旋转设置方式可根据需要而定,只需实现吸食杆33在使用时能够转出收纳槽11外,并在使用完毕后转入收纳槽11内即可,在此不作限定。
优选地,吸食杆33包括与安装柱31连接的连接端330及与连接端330相对的吸食端332。收纳槽11包括与电子烟主体10的横截面平行的容置面112以及设置在容置面112相对两端且均相对容置面112倾斜的支撑面114和封堵面116。其中,当吸食杆33转入收纳槽11内时,吸食端332全部收容于收纳槽11内,收纳槽11的封堵面116封堵吸食端332,防止吸食端332被污染。
请参看图3,烟嘴安装孔110设置在收纳槽11的支撑面114上,当吸食杆33转出收纳槽11时,连接端330支撑于收纳槽11的支撑面114上,由于收纳槽11的支撑面114相对容置面112倾斜,即相对电子烟主体10的横截面倾斜,因而使得吸食杆33相对电子烟主体10的横截面倾斜,方便用户使用。
在本具体实施例中,当吸食杆33转出收纳槽11时,吸食端332与封堵面116相背,吸食杆33朝向支撑面114的一侧与电子烟主体10的横截面之间的夹角A为锐角。
本发明实施例一的电子烟100中,烟嘴30可旋转地收纳于收纳槽11内,便于用户在使用时转出,并在使用完毕后转入收纳于收纳槽11内,从而减小电子烟100整体的长度,提高其收纳性,还有利于减小烟嘴30被外界污染的可能性。
实施例二:
请参看图4与图5,本发明的实施例二当中,电子烟100包括电子烟主体10及转动设置于电子烟主体10上的烟嘴30。
请一并参看图6,具体地,电子烟主体10内设置有用于储存烟液的储液管(图未示)以及用于雾化储存于储液管内烟液的雾化器(图未示)。烟嘴30转动连接于电子烟主体10上并与雾化器的雾化腔(图未示)连通。电子烟主体10上设置有启动开关11’以及点烟开关12。启动开关11’、点烟开关12以及烟嘴30三者互相配合,烟嘴30可在外力作用下相对电子烟 主体10转出并开启启动开关11’,使能点烟开关12,此时,用户可操作点烟开关12点烟,即用户可启动雾化器;烟嘴30还可在外力作用下相对电子烟主体10转入并关闭启动开关11’,使点烟开关12被锁定,此时,用户无法操作点烟开关12点烟,即用户无法启动雾化器。
在本具体实施例中,烟嘴30可在外力作用下相对电子烟主体10转出并转至烟嘴30至少部分抵持启动开关11’,使点烟开关12被使能。此时,用户才能操作点烟开关12点烟,即启动雾化器雾化烟液形成烟雾,供用户吸入。烟嘴30还可在外力作用下相对电子烟主体10转入并转至烟嘴30与启动开关11’完全分离,使锁定点烟开关12,可防止因误触动点烟开关12而启动雾化器。
在其他另一个实施例中,烟嘴30可在外力作用下相对电子烟主体10转出并转至烟嘴30与启动开关11’完全分离,启动开关11’被开启,使点烟开关12被使能。烟嘴30还可在外力作用下相对电子烟主体10转入并转至烟嘴30至少部分抵持启动开关11’,启动开关11’被关闭,使点烟开关12被锁定。
在本具体实施例中,电子烟主体10上设置有连通于雾化腔与烟嘴30之间的安装柱13’,以便于用户由烟嘴30吸入经雾化腔雾化形成的烟雾。
烟嘴30包括吸烟杆31’及转轴33。具体地,安装柱13’凸出设置于电子烟主体10的顶部,且其上设置有与雾化腔连通的安装孔130。转轴33连通于安装孔130与吸烟杆31’之间,且转轴33的轴线与安装柱13’的延伸方向垂直。
在本具体实施例中,转轴33固定设置于安装柱13’的安装孔130内,吸烟杆31’转动连接于转轴33相对安装柱13’的一端,并可在外力作用下绕转轴33轴线转动或绕垂直转轴33轴线的方向转动。如此,以实现吸烟杆31’相对电子烟主体10的转出与转入,进而对应实现使能与锁定点烟开关12。
在其它另一个实施例中,转轴33绕自身轴线周向可旋转地转动连接于安装柱13’的安装孔130内,吸烟杆31’固定连接于转轴33相对安装柱13’的一端,或者吸烟杆31’转动设置于转轴33相对安装柱13’的一端,并可在外力作用下绕转轴33轴线转动或绕垂直转轴33轴线的方向转动。如此,用户在使用时可通过转动转轴33和/或吸烟杆31’实现吸烟杆31’相对电子烟主体10的转入与转出。
进一步地,请结合参看图6与图7,烟嘴30上设置有用于抵持启动开关11’的触发件35,触发件35凸出设置于吸烟杆31’与转轴33连接的一端。当吸烟杆31’相对电子烟主体10转 出时,吸烟杆31’设置有触发件35的一端向靠近电子烟主体10方向转动并抵持启动开关11’,此时启动开关11’被开启,进而点烟开关12被使能。当吸烟杆31’相对电子烟主体10转入时,吸烟杆31’设置有触发件35的一端向远离电子烟主体10方向转动并与启动开关11’分离,启动开关11’被关闭,使点烟开关12被锁定。在本具体实施例中,触发件35为凸出设置于吸烟杆31’与转轴33连接一端的凸起。启动开关11’设置于电子烟主体10顶部且位于安装柱13’外围与触发件35对应的一侧。
本发明的实施例二的电子烟100中,当烟嘴30转出且其底部凸起抵持启动开关11’后,用户方可使用点烟开关12进行点烟,从而可以有效防止电子烟100的误触发。另外,烟嘴30设计成能旋转收纳的形式,能够减小电子烟100整体长度并提高收纳性。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种烟嘴,用于电子烟,其特征在于:包括安装柱及与所述安装柱连接的吸食杆,所述安装柱设置于电子烟主体上,所述吸食杆设置于所述安装柱相对所述电子烟主体的一端,所述安装柱连通于所述电子烟主体内的雾化腔与所述吸食杆之间,所述电子烟主体上设置有收纳槽,所述吸食杆可在外力作用下转出或转入所述收纳槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述安装柱绕其自身轴线周向可旋转地设置于所述电子烟主体上,所述吸食杆固定设置于所述安装柱相对所述电子烟主体的一端,或者所述吸食杆可旋转地设置于所述安装柱相对所述电子烟主体的一端,并可在外力作用下绕所述安装柱轴线周向旋转和/或可在外力作用下绕垂直所述安装柱轴线的方向旋转。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述安装柱固定设置于所述电子烟主体上,所述吸食杆可旋转地设置于所述安装柱相对所述电子烟主体的一端,并可在外力作用下绕所述安装柱轴线周向旋转和/或可在外力作用下绕垂直所述安装柱轴线的方向旋转。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述收纳槽由所述电子烟主体的顶部凹陷而成。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述收纳槽上设置有与所述雾化腔连通的烟嘴安装孔,所述安装柱固定或绕其自身轴线周向可旋转地安装于所述烟嘴安装孔内。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述吸食杆包括与所述安装柱连接的连接端及与所述连接端相对的吸食端,所述收纳槽包括与所述电子烟主体的横截面平行的容置面以及设置在所述容置面相对两端且均相对所述容置面倾斜的支撑面和封堵面。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:当所述吸食杆转入所述收纳槽内时,所述吸食端全部收容于所述收纳槽内,所述收纳槽的所述封堵面封堵所述吸食端。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述烟嘴安装孔设置在所述收纳槽的所述支撑面上,当所述吸食杆转出所述收纳槽时,所述连接端支撑于所述收纳槽的所述支撑面上,使得所述吸食杆相对所述电子烟主体的横截面倾斜。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:当所述吸食杆转出所述收纳槽时,所述吸食端与所述封堵面相背,所述吸食杆朝向所述支撑面的一侧与所述电子烟主体的横截面之间的夹角为锐角。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括电子烟主体及可旋转地设置于所述电子烟主体上的烟嘴,所述电子烟主体内设置有雾化腔,所述烟嘴为上述权利要求1至9中任意一项权利要 求所述的烟嘴。
  11. 一种烟嘴,用于电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括电子烟主体,所述电子烟主体上设置有启动开关及点烟开关,所述烟嘴转动连接于所述电子烟主体上并与所述电子烟主体内的雾化腔连通,所述烟嘴可在外力作用下相对所述电子烟主体转出并开启所述启动开关,使所述点烟开关被使能。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述烟嘴还可在外力作用下相对所述电子烟主体转入并关闭所述启动开关,使所述点烟开关被锁定。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述烟嘴可在外力作用下相对所述电子烟主体转出并转至所述烟嘴至少部分抵持所述启动开关,所述启动开关被开启,使所述点烟开关被使能,所述烟嘴还可在外力作用下相对所述电子烟主体转入并转至所述烟嘴与所述启动开关完全分离,所述启动开关被关闭,使所述点烟开关被锁定;或所述烟嘴可在外力作用下相对所述电子烟主体转出并转至所述烟嘴与所述启动开关完全分离,所述启动开关被开启,使所述点烟开关被使能,所述烟嘴还可在外力作用下相对所述电子烟主体转入并转至所述烟嘴至少部分抵持所述启动开关,所述启动开关被关闭,使所述点烟开关被锁定。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述电子烟主体上设置有连通于所述雾化腔与所述烟嘴之间的安装柱。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述烟嘴包括吸烟杆及转轴,所述安装柱凸出设置于所述电子烟主体的顶部,所述安装柱上设置有与所述雾化腔连通的安装孔,所述转轴连通于所述安装孔与所述吸烟杆之间,且所述转轴的轴线与所述安装柱的延伸方向垂直。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述转轴固定设置于所述安装柱的所述安装孔内,所述吸烟杆转动连接于所述转轴相对所述安装柱的一端,并可在外力作用下绕所述转轴轴线转动或绕垂直所述转轴轴线的方向转动。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述转轴绕其自身轴线周向可旋转地设置于所述安装柱的所述安装孔内,所述吸烟杆固定连接于所述转轴相对所述安装柱的一端,或者所述吸烟杆转动设置于所述转轴相对所述安装柱的一端,并可在外力作用下绕所述转轴轴线转动或绕垂直所述转轴轴线的方向转动。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述烟嘴上设置有用于抵持所述启动开关的触发件,所述触发件凸出设置于所述吸烟杆与所述转轴连接的一端。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述触发件为凸出设置于所述吸烟杆与所述转轴连接一端的凸起,所述启动开关设置于所述电子烟主体的顶部且位于所述安装柱外围与所述触发件对应的一侧。
  20. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括电子烟主体及转动设置于所述电子烟主体上的烟嘴,所述电子烟主体上设置有启动开关及点烟开关,所述电子烟主体内设置有雾化腔,所述烟嘴与所述雾化腔连通,所述烟嘴为上述权利要求11至19中任意一项权利要求所述的烟嘴。
