- FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a driving circuit of a touch display panel of the present invention.
- the touch display panel driving circuit of the present invention includes a data line driving unit 10 , a pixel electrode, a data line switch 20 , a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines, and the plurality of gate lines are first.
- the directions A extend and are arranged along the second direction B
- the plurality of data lines extend toward the second direction B and are arranged along the first direction
- the gate lines are insulated, and adjacent two gate lines form a pixel area at intersection with two adjacent data lines.
- the gate lines G(n) and G(n+1) and the data lines D(n) and D(n+1) cross each other to form a pixel region.
- the pixel area is provided with a pixel switch 30, wherein the pixel switch 30 is electrically coupled to the corresponding gate line and the data line, respectively.
- a data line switch 20 is further disposed between the pixel switch 10 and the data line driving unit 30.
- the data line driving unit 10 has a data signal (ie, current) output, the data line switch 20 is guided.
- the data line driving unit 10 forms a path with the pixel switch 30. In other words, the data line driving unit 10 forms a path with the pixel switch 30.
- the data line driving unit 10 has no data signal output, the data line switch 20 is in an off state, and the data line driving unit 10 is disconnected from the pixel switch 30. That is to say, the data line driving unit 10 forms an open circuit with the pixel switch 30.
- the working principle of the touch display panel driving circuit of the present invention is: when the touch display panel needs to display a screen, the gate line driving unit (not shown) outputs a gate signal to the gate line, the gate The line passes the gate signal to the pixel switch 30 to control the pixel switch 30 to be in an on state.
- the data line driving unit 10 is capable of outputting a data signal, which transmits the data signal to the data line switch 20 through the corresponding data line, at which time the data line switch 20 is turned on, and the data signal can enter the pixel switch 10, thereby
- the data line driving unit 10 forms a path with the pixel switch 30, and the touch display panel displays a corresponding picture.
- the pixel switch 30 When the touch display panel does not display the screen, the pixel switch 30 is in the off state, but since the pixel switch 30 itself has a certain leakage phenomenon, leakage current flows to the data line switch 20. At this time, the data line driving unit 10 has no data signal output, so the data line switch 20 is in an off state, and the leakage current cannot form a discharge loop with the data line driving unit 10 via the data line switch 20. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the possibility that the data line receives the noise signal generated by the leakage current of other lines, thereby avoiding the occurrence of an erroneous reading phenomenon. The overall power consumption is reduced, the display brightness and the stability of the display screen are enhanced, and the display effect of the touch display panel is improved.
- the data line switch 20 includes a voltage comparator U, and the non-inverting input terminal of the voltage comparator U is connected to the data line driving unit 10, and the inverting input of the voltage comparator U The terminal is grounded, and the output is connected to the pixel switch.
- the voltage comparator U can be turned on, so that the data line driving unit 10 forms a path with the pixel switch.
- each of the pixel regions includes R (red), G (green), and B (blue) sub-pixels.
- Each sub-pixel in the pixel area is controlled by a pixel switch 30. That is to say, each of the pixel regions includes three pixel switches 30, and each of the pixel switches 30 corresponds to one sub-pixel. Three pixel switches 30 in the same pixel area perform data signal transmission through the same data line. Therefore, the touch display panel driving circuit further includes an image control unit 40 and a pixel selection switch 50.
- the image control unit 40 receives input image signals (R, G, and B) and a plurality of input control signals for controlling display of the input image signals from an external graphics controller (not shown), such as a vertical sync signal Vsync, level Synchronization signal Hsync, main clock signal MCLK, data enable signal DE.
- the image control unit 40 appropriately processes the input image signals (R, G, and B) in accordance with the input control signals, thereby generating image data conforming to the operating conditions of the touch display panel.
