技术领域
本发明属于触控显示技术领域,具体地讲,涉及一种触控显示面板及其驱动电路、电子设备。
背景技术
随着智能电子产品的普及,电容式触控屏已经被广泛的应用于手机、平板电脑等各种电子产品中。目前,较为常见的电容式触控屏有OGS(One Glass Solution,即一体化触控)、On-Cell(外挂式)和In-Cell(内嵌式)三种技术。其中,In-Cell技术由于其制作工艺上的优势,相比OGS技术和On-Cell技术,具有更加轻薄、透光性更好、结构更加稳定等优点。
作为内嵌式(In Cell)光学触控的一种实现方式,现有技术常会设置一栅极与该行像素的一条栅极线相连的晶体管,同时该晶体管的源极和漏极的一个连接该列像素的一条数据线,另一个连接用于存储触控信号的电容。从而,该晶体管可以实现对每一像素单元的触控信号的扫描读出。
但是,由于晶体管会存在漏电流的情况,因而在扫描读出一行像素单元的触控信号时,数据线有可能接收到由其他行漏电流产生的噪声信号,造成误读取现象的发生。此外,由于误读取触控会多次占用显示时间,增大了整体的功耗,最终导致屏幕亮度变低,显示的画面不稳定,显示效果下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种触控显示面板驱动电路,所述驱动电路可以防止漏电现象的发生,避免误读取,同时降低电路功耗,增强显示亮度和显示画面的稳定性,提升触控显示面板的显示效果。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种采用上述驱动电路的触控显示面板。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种采用上述触控显示面板的电子设备。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式提供如下技术方案:
本发明提供一种触控显示面板驱动电路,其中,包括数据线驱动单元、多条栅极线与多条数据线,所述数据线驱动单元用于产生数据信号,并提供给所述多条数据线,所述多条栅极线向第一方向延伸且沿第二方向间隔排布,所述多条数据线向所述第二方向延伸且沿所述第一方向间隔排布,且所述多条数据线与所述多条栅极线绝缘,相邻的两条栅极线与相邻的两条数据线交叉处形成像素区域,所述像素区域内设置像素开关;所述触控显示面板驱动电路还包括介于所述数据线与所述数据线驱动单元之间的数据线开关;
当所述数据线驱动单元未输出数据信号时,所述数据线开关的输出为高阻态,所述数据线驱动单元与所述像素开关断开。

本发明的触控显示面板驱动电路的工作原理为:当触控显示面板需要显示画面时,栅极线驱动单元(图未示出)输出栅极信号给所述栅极线,所述栅极 线将栅极信号传递至像素开关30以控制像素开关30处于导通状态。同时,数据线驱动单元10能够输出数据信号,所述数据信号通过对应的数据线将数据信号传送至数据线开关20,此时数据线开关20被导通,数据信号得以进入像素开关10,从而所述数据线驱动单元10与所述像素开关30形成通路,触控显示面板显示相应的画面。当触控显示面板不显示画面时,像素开关30处于截止状态,但是由于像素开关30本身存在一定的漏电现象,因此会有漏电流流到所述数据线开关20处。此时的数据线驱动单元10无数据信号输出,因此数据线开关20处于截止状态,漏电流无法经数据线开关20与所述数据线驱动单元10形成放电回路。从而避免了数据线有可能接收到由其他行漏电流产生的噪声信号,避免误读取现象的发生。减小了了整体的功耗,增强显示亮度和显示画面的稳定性,提升触控显示面板的显示效果。
在一个具体的实施例中,所述数据线开关20包括一电压比较器U,所述电压比较器U的同相输入端接所述数据线驱动单元10,所述电压比较器U的反相输入端接地,所述输出端连接至所述像素开关。当数据线驱动单元10有数据信号传输到所述电压比较器U的同相输入端时,电压比较器U才能导通,使得所述数据线驱动单元10与所述像素开关形成通路。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种触控显示面板驱动电路,其中,包括数据线驱动单元、多条栅极线与多条数据线,所述数据线驱动单元用于产生数据信号,并提供给所述多条数据线,所述多条栅极线向第一方向延伸且沿第二方向间隔排布,所述多条数据线向所述第二方向延伸且沿所述第一方向间隔排布,且所述多条数据线与所述多条栅极线绝缘,相邻的两条栅极线与相邻的两条数据线交叉处形成像素区域,所述像素区域内设置像素开关;所述触控显示面板驱动电路还包括介于所述数据线与所述数据线驱动单元之间的数据线开关;
    当所述数据线驱动单元未输出数据信号时,所述数据线开关的输出为高阻态,所述数据线驱动单元与所述像素开关断开。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的触控显示面板驱动电路,其中,当所述数据线驱动单元输出数据信号时,所述数据线开关导通,所述数据线驱动单元与所述像素开关形成通路。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的触控显示面板驱动电路,其中,所述数据线开关包括电压比较器,所述电压比较器的同相输入端电连接至接所述数据线驱动单元,所述电压比较器的反相输入端接地,所述电压比较器的输出端通过所述数据线电连接至所述像素开关。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的触控显示面板驱动电路,其中,每个像素区域设置包括三个像素开关,所述三个像素开关分别控制红色子像素、绿色子像素和蓝色子像素。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的触控显示面板驱动电路,其中,还包括图像控制单元和三个像素选择开关,每个所述像素选择开关介于一个所述像素开关与所述数据线开关之间,所述图像控制单元控制所述像素选择开关的导通或截止,当所述像素选择开关导通时,所述像素选择开关对应的像素开关开启。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的触控显示面板驱动电路,其中,所述像素开关包括第一薄膜晶体管,所述像素选择开关包括第二薄膜晶体管,所述第一薄膜晶体管的栅极电连接到所述栅极线,所述第一薄膜晶体管的源极电连接到第二薄膜晶体管的漏极,所述第一薄膜晶体管的漏极电连接电容,所述第二薄膜晶体管的栅极电连接所述图像控制单元,所述第二薄膜晶体管的源极电连接至所述数据线驱动单元。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的触控显示面板驱动电路,其中,所述第一薄膜晶体管为PMOS薄膜晶体管或者NMOS薄膜晶体管或者CMOS薄膜晶体管;所述第二薄膜晶体管为PMOS薄膜晶体管或者NMOS薄膜晶体管或者CMOS薄膜晶体管。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的触控显示面板驱动电路,其中,所述电容包括液晶电容和存储电容,所述液晶电容的一端电连接所述第一薄膜晶体管的漏极,另一端接公共电极,所述存储电容的一端电连接至所述第一薄膜晶体管的漏极,另一端接公共电极。
  9. 一种触控显示面板,其中,包括驱动电路,所述驱动电路包括数据线驱动单元、多条栅极线与多条数据线,所述数据线驱动单元用于产生数据信号,并提供给所述多条数据线,所述多条栅极线向第一方向延伸且沿第二方向间隔排布,所述多条数据线向所述第二方向延伸且沿所述第一方向间隔排布,且所述多条数据线与所述多条栅极线绝缘,相邻的两条栅极线与相邻的两条数据线交叉处形成像素区域,所述像素区域内设置像素开关;所述触控显示面板驱动电路还包括介于所述数据线与所述数据线驱动单元之间的数据线开关;
    当所述数据线驱动单元未输出数据信号时,所述数据线开关的输出为高阻态,所述数据线驱动单元与所述像素开关断开。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的触控显示面板,其中,当所述数据线驱动单元 输出数据信号时,所述数据线开关导通,所述数据线驱动单元与所述像素开关形成通路。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的触控显示面板,其中,所述数据线开关包括电压比较器,所述电压比较器的同相输入端电连接至接所述数据线驱动单元,所述电压比较器的反相输入端接地,所述电压比较器的输出端通过所述数据线电连接至所述像素开关。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的触控显示面板,其中,每个像素区域设置包括三个像素开关,所述三个像素开关分别控制红色子像素、绿色子像素和蓝色子像素。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的触控显示面板,其中,还包括图像控制单元和三个像素选择开关,每个所述像素选择开关介于一个所述像素开关与所述数据线开关之间,所述图像控制单元控制所述像素选择开关的导通或截止,当所述像素选择开关导通时,所述像素选择开关对应的像素开关开启。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的触控显示面板,其中,所述像素开关包括第一薄膜晶体管,所述像素选择开关包括第二薄膜晶体管,所述第一薄膜晶体管的栅极电连接到所述栅极线,所述第一薄膜晶体管的源极电连接到第二薄膜晶体管的漏极,所述第一薄膜晶体管的漏极电连接电容,所述第二薄膜晶体管的栅极电连接所述图像控制单元,所述第二薄膜晶体管的源极电连接至所述数据线驱动单元。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的触控显示面板,其中,所述第一薄膜晶体管为PMOS薄膜晶体管或者NMOS薄膜晶体管或者CMOS薄膜晶体管;所述第二薄膜晶体管为PMOS薄膜晶体管或者NMOS薄膜晶体管或者CMOS薄膜晶体管。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的触控显示面板,其中,所述电容包括液晶电容和存储电容,所述液晶电容的一端电连接所述第一薄膜晶体管的漏极,另一端接公共电极,所述存储电容的一端电连接至所述第一薄膜晶体管的漏极,另一端接公共电极。
  17. 一种电子设备,其中,包括触控显示面板,所述触控显示面板包括数据线驱动单元、多条栅极线与多条数据线,所述数据线驱动单元用于产生数据信号,并提供给所述多条数据线,所述多条栅极线向第一方向延伸且沿第二方向间隔排布,所述多条数据线向所述第二方向延伸且沿所述第一方向间隔排布,且所述多条数据线与所述多条栅极线绝缘,相邻的两条栅极线与相邻的两条数据线交叉处形成像素区域,所述像素区域内设置像素开关;所述触控显示面板驱动电路还包括介于所述数据线与所述数据线驱动单元之间的数据线开关;
    当所述数据线驱动单元未输出数据信号时,所述数据线开关的输出为高阻态,所述数据线驱动单元与所述像素开关断开。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的电子设备,其中,当所述数据线驱动单元输出数据信号时,所述数据线开关导通,所述数据线驱动单元与所述像素开关形成通路。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的电子设备,其中,所述数据线开关包括电压比较器,所述电压比较器的同相输入端电连接至接所述数据线驱动单元,所述电压比较器的反相输入端接地,所述电压比较器的输出端通过所述数据线电连接至所述像素开关。
  20. 如权利要求17所述的电子设备,其中,每个像素区域设置包括三个像素开关,所述三个像素开关分别控制红色子像素、绿色子像素和蓝色子像素。
