本发明所采用的铰接轴为如上所述的特制C型弹性轴,通过其通槽的开设,使得铰接轴具有一定程度的径向弹性,可以适应不同的公差,有利于在组装过程中快速的穿插进入第一连接套筒和第二连接套筒中形成铰链连接,同时也便于反向操作快速将铰接轴卸除,且拆装过程和使用过程中,本发明的铰接轴有效避免了对外部施加过度压力从而避免了损伤,也不会因为过度使用而失去摩擦力,使用过程中能够提供持久摩擦力并实现盖体停留在任何打开角度位置上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一连接套筒的设置数量为2个,第二连接套筒的设置数量为1个,两所述第一连接套筒分别处于所述第二连接套筒的两侧,所述铰接轴依次穿过一侧的第一连接套筒、第二连接套筒和另一侧的第一连接套筒,所述铰接轴的外轴径大于所述第二连接套筒的内径,所述第一连接套筒的内径大于或等于所述铰接轴的外轴径。
本发明如上设置所述第一连接套筒和所述第二连接套筒,有效的限制了盒体和盖体在铰链轴向方向的相对移动;处于中间位置的第二连接套筒内径小于所述铰接轴外轴径,满足弹性铰接需求,而位于两端外侧的第一连接套筒内径大于或者等于铰接轴的外轴径,则可以进一步方便铰接轴的拆装,尤其是在第一连接套筒内径大于铰接轴的外轴径情况下, 铰接轴可以快速准确的插入到第一连接套筒中,提高了装配效率,同时提高了结构铰接可靠性。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一连接套筒的设置数量为2个,第二连接套筒的设置数量为1个,两所述第一连接套筒分别处于所述第二连接套筒的两侧,所述铰接轴依次穿过一侧的第一连接套筒、第二连接套筒和另一侧的第一连接套筒,所述铰接轴的外轴径大于所述第一连接套筒的内径,所述第二连接套筒的内径等于所述第一连接套筒的内径。
第一连接套筒的内径与第二连接套筒的内径一致,所述铰接轴外轴径大于两个连接套筒的内径,这样铰接轴插入到两个连接套筒中后形成摩擦力,满足弹性铰接需求。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述铰接轴为塑料注塑成型制作。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述盒体与所述第一连接套筒为塑料一体注塑成型制作;和/或所述盖体与所述第二连接套筒为塑料一体注塑成型制作。
本发明进一步采用塑料制作整个化妆盒结构,相对于传统使用金属铰接轴的化妆盒来说,这样的生产成本较低,其次在加工过程中的残次品处理以及销售使用后的废品回收处理中均只需要处理单一材料废品,不需要分拣程序,节约了废物处理成本,回收方便。此外,如果采用透明塑料材料,能够进一步的为化妆品本身的商业性使用,譬如凸显产品logo,增加装饰性设计等,均更容易实现,尤其是便于在铰接轴上进行设计,如产品logo纸可以直接粘贴在铰接轴内部,产品logo、造型颜色可以直接加工在铰接轴外周侧面上等。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述盒体中形成有用于容置化妆品的容置腔,所述容置腔的腔口边缘处向外延伸形成有一环形凸缘,所述盖体对应所述容置腔的位置形成有凹陷部,在盖合状态下,所述凹陷部扣设在所述环形凸缘的四周外侧上。
本发明进一步设计的环形凸缘和凹陷部的配合结构,一方面有效的提高了容置腔的容积,另一方面也解决了盖体和盒体的卡扣配合问题。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一连接套筒和所述第二连接套筒均为中空圆柱形,所述盒体与所述第二连接套筒的接触面为贴合在所述第二连接套筒周侧面的圆弧面,所述盖体与所述第一连接套筒的接触面为贴合在所述第一连接套筒周侧面的圆弧面。
本发明进一步设计的圆弧面贴合连接套筒的结构形态,使得结构更加紧凑,且能够有效避免外部灰尘进入,以及避免打开过程中盖体与盒体发生碰撞干涉。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述盒体的高度为H1,所述盖体的高度为H2,所述第一连接套筒的外径为L1,所述第二连接套筒的外径为L2,H1=H2,L1=L2,L1≥H1+H2。
本发明进一步如上设计的大尺寸铰链连接结构,相对于传统的金属轴结构具有更高的强度,更好的结构适应性。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述环形凸缘的外周侧上具有至少一个凸起件,所述凹陷部的内周侧对应形成有用于与所述凸起件扣设的凹槽。或,所述环形凸缘的外周侧上具有至少一个凹槽,所述凹陷部的内周侧对应形成有用于与所述凹槽扣设的凸起件。
本发明通过在特定位置上设置上述凸起件和凹槽,有效的提高了盖体和盒体盖合时的结构可靠性,且具有整体结构紧凑,便于一体注塑成型,制造方便的优点。
本发明C型弹性轴化妆盒包括但不限于如下有益效果:
1、本发明的铰接轴为大尺寸的轴,相对于传统的金属轴结构可以适应不同的公差,制造极为方便。
2、本发明的铰接轴能够提供持久的摩擦力从而使盖体相对于盒体停留在任何打开位置。
3、本发明的铰接轴不会因为过度使用而失去摩擦力。
4、本发明的铰接轴具有一定程度的弹性,不会向连接套筒施加过度压力从而避免了损坏。
5、本发明的结构紧凑,拆装便捷,制作成本较低。
6、传统的化妆盒连接轴一般采用较细的金属作为销钉,但不能采用塑料材质的销钉,因为结构上不允许。但是本专利中大尺寸的铰接轴的设计,可以使用塑料销钉,这样整个盒体全部使用塑料,生产成本较低,回收方便,目前全塑料的盒体都不能采用这种结构的塑料轴及塑料销钉。
7、本发明的铰接轴为大尺寸的轴,可以着色或者装饰来增加产品的吸引力,而不像传统的金属销钉盒体难以处理。

为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例或现有技术中的技术方案,下面将对实施例或现有技术描述中所需要使用的附图作简单地介绍,显而易见地,下面描述中的附图仅仅是本发明的一些实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图。
图1为本实施例C型弹性轴化妆盒的结构爆炸示意图。如图1所示,本实施例的一种C型弹性轴化妆盒,包括盒体10和盖体20,盖体20盖设在盒体10上,盖体20与盒体10铰链连接,铰链包括铰接轴30、第一连接套筒40和第二连接套筒50,第一连接套筒40固定设置在盒体10上,第二连接套筒50固定设置在盖体20上,铰接轴30为沿中心轴线方向中空的圆柱状。
其中,结合图2所示,本实施例在铰接轴30的周侧面上开设有一通槽31,铰接轴30的任一垂直于所述中心轴线方向的横截面为C型截面,铰接轴30可拆卸的插设在第一连接套筒40和第二连接套筒50中,盖体20绕铰接轴30相对于盒体10进行开合:如图3状态向图4状态进行盖合向打开状态变化。
示例性的,本实施例的化妆盒采用全透明塑料制作:铰接轴30为透明塑料注塑成型制作,盒体10与第一连接套筒40为透明塑料一体注塑成型制作,以及盖体20与第二连接套筒50为透明塑料一体注塑成型制作。
如图1所示,本实施例第一连接套筒40的设置数量为2个,第二连接套筒50的设置数量为1个。结合图3和图4所示,本实施例的两第一连接套筒40分别处于第二连接套筒50的两侧,铰接轴30依次穿过一侧的第一连接套筒40、第二连接套筒50和另一侧的第一连接套筒40,铰接轴30的外轴径大于第二连接套筒50的内径,第一连接套筒40的内径大于或等于铰接轴30的外轴径。
本专利中,优选实施例为:两第一连接套筒40分别处于第二连接套 筒50的两侧,铰接轴30依次穿过一侧的第一连接套筒40、第二连接套筒50和另一侧的第一连接套筒40,铰接轴30的外轴径大于第二连接套筒50的内径,第一连接套筒40的内径等于第二连接套筒50的内径。
在其他具体实施方式中,本发明还可以是将所述第一连接套筒的设置数量为1个,第二连接套筒的设置数量为2个,两第二连接套筒分别处于第一连接套筒的两侧,铰接轴依次穿过一侧的第二连接套筒、第一连接套筒和另一侧的第二连接套筒,铰接轴的外轴径大于等于所述第一连接套筒的内径,第二连接套筒的内径大于或等于铰接轴的外轴径。此外,本发明的第一连接套筒、第二连接套筒也可以根据实际需要调整设置位置和设置数量,如各设置一个或各设置两个,间歇交替设置等,可以如上一体成型制作也可以分体成型后再粘接固定。
如图1、图3和图4所示,本实施例第一连接套筒40和第二连接套筒50均为中空圆柱形,盒体10与第二连接套筒50的接触面为贴合在第二连接套筒50周侧面的圆弧面,盖体20与第一连接套筒40的接触面为贴合在第一连接套筒40周侧面的圆弧面。
具体的,如图4所示,本实施例盒体10的高度为H1,盖体20的高度为H2,第一连接套筒40的外径为L1,第二连接套筒50的外径为L2,铰接轴30的外轴径为L3,H1=H2,L1=L2,L1≥H1+H2。
在其他实施方式中,本发明的H1、H2、L1、L2和/或L3具体尺寸大小可以根据实际需要进行调整,此处不再赘述。
如图4所示,本实施例的盒体10和盖体20为方形板体,第一连接套筒40和第二连接套筒50对应设置在盒体10和盖体20的一侧面上。在盒体10中央处凹陷形成有用于容置粉饼的圆形容置腔11,并在容置腔11的腔口边缘处向外延伸形成有一圆环形凸缘12,盖体20对应容置腔11的位置形成有圆形的凹陷部21,凹陷部21的内底面可以嵌设入一面化妆镜或涂抹上反光材料。在如图3所示的盖合状态下,凹陷部21扣设在圆环形凸缘12的四周外侧上:凹陷部21的直径等于或略小于圆环形凸缘12外径,盖合时正好固定扣设在圆环形凸缘12的四周外侧上。
示例性的,为了进一步提高了盖体和盒体盖合时的结构可靠性,本实施例创造性的在环形凸缘外周侧和凹陷部内周侧上形成扣设结构。具体的,如图4和图5所示,本实施例的环形凸缘12外周侧上具有一个凸起件13,凹陷部21的内周侧对应形成有用于与所述凸起件扣设的凹槽22。上述的凸起件13和凹槽22是在盒体10和盖体20注塑过程中一体制造成型的。盖合时,凸起件13如图5所示扣设在凹槽22中,形成可靠的扣设结构。
当然了,在其他具体实施方式中,本发明的凸起件和凹槽设置数量、设置位置和具体凸起凹陷形态,还可以根据实际情况进行调整。此外,还可以设置为所述环形凸缘的外周侧上具有至少一个凹槽,所述凹陷部的内周侧对应形成有用于与所述凹槽扣设的凸起件,此处不再赘述。
在其他实施方式中,如图6至图14所示,本发明的盒体和盖体还可以设置成圆形、长方形或梯形等形态,所述第一连接套筒和所述第二连接套筒的具体设置位置也可以是在侧面或转角处,容置腔和凹陷部也可以设置为圆形、长方形或梯形等状态,此处不再赘述。
本实施例的C型弹性轴化妆盒将盒体10、盖体20和铰接轴30三个部件分别分体成型制作,均采用同样的透明塑料分别进行模压注塑成型如图1所示的形态,实现大批量的制作。其中铰接轴30可以是直接模压注塑形成C型弹性轴,也可以分成两步制作:先注塑形成中空的圆柱体,在通过切割其周侧面形成通槽。组装过程也十分便捷:操作者直接将盖体20盖合在盒体10上,第一连接套筒40和第二连接套筒50处于同一直线上,操作者再将铰接轴30依次穿过一侧的第一连接套筒40、第二连接套筒50和另一侧的第一连接套筒40即可完成组装,反之即可实现快速拆卸。此外,还可以根据需要将产品信息或装饰图案加设在铰接轴30内周侧面或外周侧面上。
将本实施例C型弹性轴化妆盒用作化妆粉饼盒,化妆盒体积小可随身携带,且还可以在铰接轴中穿设挂绳进一步方便携带,同时使用过程中,由于C型弹性轴的作用,用户可以将盖体打开并固定任一打开角度上,并且在经过多次反复开合后,仍保持有效的摩擦力,既满足开合和 角度固定的需要,又确保铰接轴不会轻易掉落。此外,本实施例的C型弹性轴化妆盒在加工过程中的残次品处理以及销售使用后的废品回收处理中均只需要处理单一材料废品,不需要分拣程序,节约了废物处理成本,回收方便。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种C型弹性轴化妆盒,包括盒体和盖体,所述盖体盖设在所述盒体上,所述盖体与所述盒体铰链连接,所述铰链包括铰接轴、第一连接套筒和第二连接套筒,所述第一连接套筒固定设置在所述盒体上,所述第二连接套筒固定设置在所述盖体上,所述铰接轴为沿中心轴线方向中空的圆柱状,其特征在于:在所述铰接轴的周侧面上开设有一通槽,所述铰接轴的任一垂直于所述中心轴线方向的横截面为C型截面,所述铰接轴可拆卸的插设在所述第一连接套筒和第二连接套筒中,所述盖体绕所述铰接轴相对于所述盒体进行开合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的C型弹性轴化妆盒,其特征在于:所述第一连接套筒的设置数量为2个,第二连接套筒的设置数量为1个,两所述第一连接套筒分别处于所述第二连接套筒的两侧,所述铰接轴依次穿过一侧的第一连接套筒、第二连接套筒和另一侧的第一连接套筒,所述铰接轴的外轴径大于所述第二连接套筒的内径,所述第一连接套筒的内径大于或等于所述铰接轴的外轴径。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的C型弹性轴化妆盒,其特征在于:所述第一连接套筒的设置数量为2个,第二连接套筒的设置数量为1个,两所述第一连接套筒分别处于所述第二连接套筒的两侧,所述铰接轴依次穿过一侧的第一连接套筒、第二连接套筒和另一侧的第一连接套筒,所述铰接轴的外轴径大于所述第一连接套筒的内径,所述第二连接套筒的内径等于所述第一连接套筒的内径。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的C型弹性轴化妆盒,其特征在于:所述铰接轴为塑料注塑成型制作。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的C型弹性轴化妆盒,其特征在于:所述盒体 与所述第一连接套筒为塑料一体注塑成型制作;和/或
    所述盖体与所述第二连接套筒为塑料一体注塑成型制作。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的C型弹性轴化妆盒,其特征在于:所述盒体中形成有用于容置化妆品的容置腔,所述容置腔的腔口边缘处向外延伸形成有一环形凸缘,所述盖体对应所述容置腔的位置形成有凹陷部,在盖合状态下,所述凹陷部扣设在所述环形凸缘的四周外侧上。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的C型弹性轴化妆盒,其特征在于:所述第一连接套筒和所述第二连接套筒均为中空圆柱形,所述盒体与所述第二连接套筒的接触面为贴合在所述第二连接套筒周侧面的圆弧面,所述盖体与所述第一连接套筒的接触面为贴合在所述第一连接套筒周侧面的圆弧面。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的C型弹性轴化妆盒,其特征在于:所述盒体的高度为H1,所述盖体的高度为H2,所述第一连接套筒的外径为L1,所述第二连接套筒的外径为L2,H1=H2,L1=L2,L1≥H1+H2。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的C型弹性轴化妆盒,其特征在于:所述环形凸缘的外周侧上具有至少一个凸起件,所述凹陷部的内周侧对应形成有用于与所述凸起件扣设的凹槽。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的C型弹性轴化妆盒,其特征在于:所述环形凸缘的外周侧上具有至少一个凹槽,所述凹陷部的内周侧对应形成有用于与所述凹槽扣设的凸起件。
