Abstract
本发明公开了一种信息推送的方法,包括:获取与当前显示的第一显示信息相关联的属性信息;基于所述属性信息确定推送信息;以及向终端推送所述推送信息,以使得所述终端在实时显示所述第一显示信息的同时在预设区域以可交互方式显示所述推送信息。由此,本发明通过向终端推送信息,可在实时显示所述第一显示信息的同时显示第二显示信息,并可进行信息交互,形象生动,对比强烈,增强了在第一显示信息时显示第二显示信息的趣味性,提高了显示信息的互动效果,改善了人们的体验。
Description
本发明实施例涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息推送的方法及系统。
随着互联网技术的飞速发展,人们会通过互联网向电视、手机或者电脑等终端推送各种各样的信息。例如各种品牌厂商将融合视频、音频、图像及动画等元素的内容(例如广告、动画、图片等)向用户推送。
通常,商家会选择例如在播放互联网视频的前、后或暂停时段,或在开启或退出软件程序等“碎片时间”向用户推送预先生成的媒体信息(例如广告、动画、图片等)。在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现相关技术中至少存在如下问题:由于推送媒体信息的时间、频率和内容的不恰当,使得用户体验较差。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种信息推送的方法及系统,用以至少部分的解决现有技术中存在的问题。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种信息推送的方法,该方法包括:
获取与当前显示的第一显示信息相关联的属性信息;
基于属性信息确定推送信息;以及
向终端推送推送信息,以使得终端在实时显示第一显示信息的同时在预设区域以可交互方式显示推送信息。
第二方面,本发明实施例提供了一种信息推送的系统,该系统包括:
属性信息获取单元,用于获取与当前显示的第一显示信息相关联的属性信息;
推送信息确定单元,用于基于属性信息确定推送信息;以及
推送信息推送单元,用于向终端推送推送信息,以使得终端在实时显示第一显示信息的同时在预设区域以可交互方式显示推送信息。
第三方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种非易失性计算机存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行本发明上述任一项信息推送的方法。
第四方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种电子设备,包括:至少一个处理器;以及存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的程序,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行本发明上述任一项信息推送的方法。
第五方面,本发明实施例还提供一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非易失性计算机可读存储介质上的计算程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行上述任一项信息推送的方法。
由此,本发明通过向终端推送信息,可以在实时显示第一显示信息的同时显示第二显示信息,并可进行信息交互,形象生动,对比强烈,增强了在第一显示信息时显示第二显示信息的趣味性,提高了显示信息的互动效果,改善了人们的体验。

如图1所示,信息推送方法可以包括:
步骤11:服务器获取与当前显示的第一显示信息相关联的属性信息(该步骤将在下文进行详细描述)。
步骤12:服务器基于属性信息确定推送信息。
步骤13:服务器向终端推送所述推送信息,以使得所述终端在实时显示所述第一显示信息的同时在预设区域以可交互方式显示所述推送信息(具体服务器与客户端之间的交互将在下文详细描述)。
在一些实施例中,服务器基于所述属性信息确定推送信息(即上述步骤12)可以包括:子步骤1和子步骤2。其中:
子步骤1:服务器确定与所述第二显示信息相关的推送素材。
子步骤2:服务器基于推送素材,生成所述推送信息。
具体的,子步骤2可以包括:服务器基于属性信息确定待显示的第二显示信息,基于所述第二显示信息,生成推送信息。
在上述实施例中,服务器可以是用于信息推送的的装置,信息显示的设备例如可以是电视、电脑、手机等具有显示功能的终端,此方面不做限制。
在上述实施例中,第一显示信息(下面还将详细描述)为在第一时间(例如20:00)显示的电视节目。具体的,第一显示信息例如可以是电视上显示的直播电视节目。
在本实施例中,第二显示信息可以是在所述第一时间(例如20:00)之后的第二时间(例如20:30)显示的电视节目,该属性信息为电视节目的节目单。
在本实施例中,推送信息包括:推送素材,以及在实时显示所述第一显示信息的同时在预设区域以可交互方式显示所述推送信息的交互接口。较佳的,该交互接口为二维码。
具体的,推送信息(下文还将详细描述)可以是卡片式信息,例如可以
是直播电视节目中的某个产品的购物卡片。更具体的,例如,CCTV5直播的篮球比赛中的正在播放的镜头中球员的球衣的购物卡片。
由此,本发明通过制作与待播放的节目相关的卡片信息,使得在电视直播节目时,可以在电视上准确展示与电视节目相关的及时、有效的信息,形象生动对比强烈,增强了推送信息的趣味性,提高了推送信息的互动效果,改善了人们的体验。
参考图2,其示出了本发明一个实施例的第一显示信息和第二显示信息的运用场景图。
如图2所示的场景,可以用于在线的电视购物。该在线购物的具体场景具体可以是:
某周末晚上20:00点,一个马布里的球迷在信号源应用(也可以是节目源,具体可以按实际需要进行设置)的CCTV5频道观看直播篮球比赛。此时,节目中球员马布里投入一个篮球,恰逢此时屏幕上弹出一件马布里球衣的购物卡片。如图2所示,例如在乐视超级电视上的下方弹出了一个购物卡片。该卡片可以包括商品名称、价格、图片及用于购买的二维码,具体卡片内容可以根据需求进行设置。此时,这位马布里的球迷可以用手机扫描购物卡片中的二维码,从而轻松购买下马布里的球衣。

本实施方式的运用场景还可以是推送关于电视节目的其它信息,例如演员的身份资料、节目中建筑历史说明等,此方面不做限制。
在一些实施方式中,所述信息推送在所述第二显示信息显示前按照预定周期(例如15分钟)推送。
具体的,由于服务器受PUSH资源限制,推送信息到达率(到达终端)在服务器发出推送消息后15分钟内基本到达最高值。同时,服务器数据库执行每15分钟发送一批PUSH请求的命令(为保证不遗漏不重复,此处较佳的选择15分钟)。结合以上两点,如果想要及时弹出卡片(即推送信息,具体的可以是购物卡片),运营人员必须要在节目开始30(15+15=30)分钟前配置好卡片,以满足直播电视实时性的要求。
服务器的弹出卡片系统只负责卡片的配置与弹出,至于卡片弹出后用户的购买行为,可以由常规的订单系统负责。
在一些实施方式中,卡片信息至少包括:信息的名称、索引信息的链接。
由此,观众可以在观看电视的同时,及时了解弹出的信息的名称、索引请求和信息链接,可以很方便的提出索引请求,并根据信息链接获取信息。弹出的画面信息简单实用,与电视互动感强,改善了人们的体验。
在一些实施方式中,上述链接为二维码。
由此,观众可以在观看电视的同时,可以用手机扫描二维码,轻松完成索引信息的请求。操作简单、方便,可以充分利用观众的手机完成操作,无需配置额外的设备。
在一些实施方式中,上述链接来自:索引的现有链接,或者当前编制的链接。例如,链接来源可能是自有商品的链接,通过电话订购的商品链接;也可能是乐视商城LeMall中商品链接,这些商品可以通过扫码进行订购。
由此,通过所有现有的链接,可以轻松从现有的商城移植商品的链接,操作简单、速度快,可以满足电视直播的过程中制作信息卡片的快速要求,另外,链接可以方便替换,满足了人们对商品快速更新的要求。
由此,通过当前编制链接,可以满足个性化定制要求,增强了灵活性,扩大了适用范围。
在一些实施方式中,服务器端可以通过API向服务终端(即客户端,例如乐视超级电视)发送商品的详情(即推送信息)。同理,客户端也可以向服务器端请求商品详情。

其中,微观代码逻辑可以是:
服务器端(Server端)通过运营后台写入商品、节目和卡片的数据,UI端通过商品ID可以请求API返回特征商品的全部详情数据。Server端每隔15分钟扫一次数据库,将待推送的弹出卡片通过PUSH(推送)广播到每一台线上电视。UI端在网络状况正常的情况下接收PUSH消息并解析出商品、节目和卡片弹出时间。其中商品信息可以通过API请求返回。节目信息可以通过识台和节目单获取。弹出时间可以系统时间为准。这样购物卡片弹出的三要素(例如:商品、节目、弹出世间)都齐备后,便能够顺利的在预定的时间弹出预定的购物卡片。
通过以上的技术方案,乐视超级电视可以实现卓越的用户体验。边看边买(弹出卡片)不再只是点播节目的专属,更可以为信号源直播节目匹配购物卡片。PUSH服务的加入也让卡片弹出不遗漏、不重复、不延迟。
相对于服务器端的操作,客户端接收服务器推送的信息在客户端的显示
界面上显示的实现方式可以是:

应当说明的是,本发明实施例方法中电视机应不限定类型,可以是传统的电视机,也可以是网络电视机等。上述与电视机配对的客户端应不限定类型,可以是智能终端,包含与电视配对的电脑客户端或手机客户端等。以及,上述台标信息也应不限定类型,可以是传统电视节目电视台的台标信息(例如,中央电视台,北京电视台的台标等),也可以是新兴的以电视台形式播放节目的网络电视台(例如,乐视轮播台的台标等),相应地节目表也可以是上述各种形式的电视台的电视节目时刻表。
通过本发明实施例所提供的一种同步获取电视机中电视节目信息的方法,使得用户可以通过客户端同步获取当前所播放的电视台的电视节目表,以使用户获知电视机当前所播放的电视节目,由此提高了用户体验。
作为本发明实施例方法的一种优选实施例,台标信息是通过对当前电视节目的画面截图的识别所获得的。
应当说明的是,上述当前电视节目的画面截图可以是由电视机自身截图生成的,也可以是由电视机的附属设备(如电视机机顶盒)对电视机的画面截图生成的。
通过本发明实施例方法,利用电视机的当前电视节目的画面截图确定当前电视节目的台标信息,保障了所获取的当前电视节目所对应的台标信息具有较高的精确度。

通过本发明优选实施例方法,使得用户可以通过客户端同步获取当前电视机所播放的电视节目的节目表及当前播放节目的介绍信息,由此提高了用户体验。
关于本发明实施例方法优选实施例中的子骤11执行,更具体地,包括:
预存储与节目信息相关联的节目介绍信息至媒资关联库。当接收到画面截图的生成时间时,根据上述生成时间以及节目表中的各个节目的播放时间确定当前播放节目。根据上述当前播放节目的节目信息查询上述媒资关联库以获取与预存储的与节目信息相关联的节目介绍信息。
通过本优选具体实施例方法,实现了将预存储的节目介绍信息推送至客户端,在一种情况下,在上述预存储的节目介绍信息中加入广告,由此可以实现为服务商带来一定的经济效益。
作为本发明实施例方法的一种优选实施例,利用与电视机通信连接的远程服务器对当前电视节目的画面截图进行识别。
关于本优选实施例方法中远程服务器识别台标信息的步骤,更具体地,包括:
预存有各电视台台标信息和相对应的台标图样的台标数据库;
接收与远程服务器通信连接的电视机所发送的画面截图;
解析获取上述画面截图中所包含的台标图样,根据上述所包含的台标图样遍历查询上述台标数据库,以确定画面截图中所包含的台标信息。
相比于在电视机本身或者电视机附属设备(例如,机顶盒)中执行识别电台信息的工作,利用远程服务器识别处理电视节目的画面截图,降低了电视机及电视机附属设备的资源消耗,保障了本发明实施例方法不会影响到电视机的正常工作运行。
作为本发明实施例方法的一种优选实施例,上述当前播放的节目来自于
电视机的信号源。
利用本发明实施例的方法可以根据电视机信号源所播放的电视节目获取当前播放节目的节目信息和节目介绍信息,使得本发明实施例的方法在电视机领域具有通用性,可以执行对包含传统电视、网络电视的当前播放节目的识别工作。
作为本发明实施例方法的一种优选实施例,在通过对当前电视节目的画面截图的识别获得台标信息之前还包括:
接收客户端所发送的节目介绍信息同步获取请求;
响应于客户端所发送的同步获取请求,对电视机当前播放节目的画面进行截图;
作为进一步地优化,每三秒对上述电视机当前播放节目的画面截图一次。
应当解释的是,本优选实施例方法可以应用在电视机中,也可以应用在电视机的附属设备(例如,机顶盒)中。
通过本优选实施例的方法,实现了根据客户端的需求,实时为客户端同步推送电视机当前电视节目的节目信息和/或节目介绍信息。相比于电视机或者电视及附属设备一直准备在客户端执行传送节目信息和节目介绍信息的方式,实现了在提升了用户体验的同时也降低了对电视机或电视机附属设备资源的消耗。
作为本发明实施例方法的一种优选实施例,上述节目介绍信息为文字、图像和/或视频。
通过本发明实施例方法实现了节目介绍信息载体形式的多样化,更优化地,可以通过节目内容或节目类型确定相应的最适合的节目介绍信息的载体形式。例如:当节目为综艺节目时,可以选择以小视频的载体方式来表达节目介绍信息。当节目有某位非常当红的艺人时,可以选着以添加艺人相关的图像来表达节目介绍信息,以提升运营商的市场竞争力。
作为本发明实施例方法的一种优选实施例,上述客户端为电视机遥控器。
作为进一步的优化,上述遥控器为具有显示屏幕的遥控器。
通过本优选实施例方法,使得遥控器不仅具备了遥控器的普通功能,还便能够获取当前电视所播放的电视节目相关节目信息,扩展了遥控器的使用功能。
在本发明实施例方法的一种具体实施例中,电视机为带有机顶盒的电视机,客户端为与电视机的机顶盒相匹配的手机客户端,每一电视机机顶盒具有唯一的地址信息。
在用户需要获取当前电视机所播放的节目相关信息时,用户可以通过上述手机客户端向相匹配的电视机发送同步获取节目信息请求。
电视机机顶盒在接收到上述同步获取节目信息请求时,可以对当前电视节目的画面进行截图并生成当前画面截图,并发送上述当前画面截图、地址信息和当前截图时间至与电视机机顶盒通信连接的远程服务器。
远程服务器对所接收到的当前画面截图进行识别确定当前画面截图中所包含的台标信息;关于具体识别的步骤可以参照之前的优选实施例方法,故在此不加以赘述。
上述远程服务器可以将台标信息、地址信息和当前截图时间下发至与电视机通信连接的运营商服务器,在上述运营商服务器中预存储有运营商被授权的授权电视台台标表,判断上述台标信息是否包含在上述授权电视台台标表中。
在上述运营商服务器中还可以预存有各个台标信息所对应的节目表,当确认台标信息包含在授权电视台台标表中时,根据上述台标信息获取相应的节目表,并根据地址信息将上述节目表发送至相应的电视机的机顶盒,电视机的机顶盒转发上述节目表至上述发送同步获取节目信息请求的手机客户端,并在手机客户端上进行展示上述节目表。进一步地,用户可以根据上述
节目表和当前播放时间确定所播放的节目信息。
运营商服务器根据当前电视机的台标信息的节目表和当前截图时间确定当前电视机所播放的电视节目,在上述运营商服务器中还预存有与节目表下各个节目相对应的节目介绍信息,将与当前电视机所播放的电视节目相对应的节目介绍信息经由电视机机顶盒转发至上述相匹配的手机客户端。由此,使得电视机的用户具有更加良好的用户体验。关于节目介绍信息的载体形式可以是文字类型、图像类型和/或视频类型,上述节目介绍信息是根据运营商自定义设置并存储至上述运营商服务器中,可以是运营商根据节目内容自定义确定的节目介绍信息。更进一步地,运营商可以在节目介绍信息中添加广告以实现一定的经济效益。在本具体实施例中,通过上述唯一的地址信息确保数据信息在电视机、远程服务器和运营服务器之间的精确传输,并且电视节目的介绍信息在用户的手机客户端进行展示,帮助用户进一步的了解当前电视机所播放的电视节目的相关信息。
最后参考图5,其示出了本发明一个实施例的推送信息的系统结构图。
如图5所示,信息推送的系统可以包括:属性信息获取单元、推送信息确定单元和推送信息推送单元。其中:
属性信息获取单元可以用于获取与当前显示的第一显示信息相关联的属性信息。
推送信息确定单元可以用于基于属性信息获取单元获取的属性信息确定推送信息。以及
推送信息推送单元可以用于向终端推送推送信息确定单元确定的推送信息,以使得终端在实时显示第一显示信息的同时在预设区域以可交互方式显示推送信息。
在一些可选的实施例中,推送信息确定单元包括:第二显示信息确定模块和推送信息生成模块。其中:
第二显示信息确定模块,用于基于属性信息获取单元获取的属性信息确定待显示的第二显示信息。
推送信息生成模块可以用于基于第二显示信息确定模块确定的第二显示信息,生成推送信息。
在一些可选的实施例中,推送信息生成模块用于:确定与第二显示信息相关的推送素材;基于推送素材,生成推送信息。
在一些可选的实施例中,推送信息包括:推送素材,以及在实时显示第一显示信息的同时在预设区域以可交互方式显示推送信息的交互接口。
在一些可选的实施例中,交互接口为二维码。
在一些可选的实施例中,信息推送在第二显示信息前按照预定周期推送。
在一些可选的实施例中,第一显示信息为在第一时间显示的电视节目。第二显示信息为在第一时间之后的第二时间显示的电视节目。属性信息为电视节目的节目单。
在一些可选的实施例中,属性信息获取单元用于:
获取当前播放的电视节目的台标信息。
判断台标信息是否包含在授权电视台台标表中。
若是,则根据台标信息,获取相应的节目表。
在一些可选的实施例中,推送信息推送单元用于向终端推送索引指令,以使终端在实时显示第一显示信息的同时在预设区域以可交互方式显示第二显示信息。
由于上述实施例的信息推送的系统与信息推送的方法的功能相对应,因此,信息推送的方法所具有的功能,以及其可以实现的技术效果同样适用于信息推送的系统。在此,不再赘述二者相同或者相关的内容。
本发明实施例中可以通过硬件处理器(hardware processor)来实现相关功能模块。
图6为本发明实施例的一种信息推送系统的框架结构示意图。信息推送系统可以包括:
存储器,用于存放程序;
处理器,用于执行所述存储器存储的程序,所述程序使得所述处理器执行以下操作:
获取与当前显示的第一显示信息相关联的属性信息;
基于所述属性信息确定推送信息;以及
向终端推送所述推送信息,以使得所述终端在实时显示所述第一显示信息的同时在预设区域以可交互方式显示所述推送信息。
本发明具体实施例并不对信息推送系统的具体实现做限定。如图6所示,该信息推送系统可以包括:
处理器(processor)、通信接口(Communications Interface)、存储器(memory)、以及用于通信的总线。其中:
处理器、通信接口、以及存储器通过总线完成相互间的通信。
通信接口可以用于与比如客户端等的网元通信。
处理器可以用于执行程序,具体可以执行上述方法实施例中的相关步骤。
具体地,程序可以包括程序代码,所述程序代码包括计算机操作指令。
处理器可能是一个中央处理器CPU,或者是特定集成电路ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit),或者是被配置成实施本发明实施例的一个或多个集成电路。
存储器可以用于存放程序。存储器可能包含高速RAM存储器,也可能还包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。程序具体可以用于使得信息推送装置执行上述的各项操作。
程序中各步骤的具体实现可以参见上述实施例中的相应步骤和单元中对应的描述,在此不赘述。所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的设备的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程描述,在此不再赘述。
在本发明实施例方法一方面的应用上,本发明实施例方法可以应用在具有电视业务的服务器上,由此使得用户通过客户端能够同步获取电视机当前所播放的电视节目的节目相关信息,提高了用户体验。
本发明实施例提供了一种非易失性计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令可执行上述任意方法实施例中的信息推送的方法;
作为一种实施方式,本发明的非易失性计算机存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令设置为:
获取与当前显示的第一显示信息相关联的属性信息;
基于属性信息确定推送信息;以及
向终端推送推送信息,以使得终端在实时显示第一显示信息的同时在预设区域以可交互方式显示推送信息。
作为一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非易失性软件程序、非易失性计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中的信息推送的方法
对应的程序指令/模块(例如,附图5所示的属性信息获取单元、推送信息确定单元和推送信息推送单元)。所述一个或者多个模块存储在所述非易失性计算机可读存储介质中,当被处理器执行时,执行上述任意方法实施例中的信息推送的方法。
非易失性计算机可读存储介质可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需要的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据信息推送的装置的使用所创建的数据等。此外,非易失性计算机可读存储介质可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,非易失性计算机可读存储介质可选包括相对于处理器远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至信息推送的装置。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机程序产品,计算机程序产品包括存储在非易失性计算机可读存储介质上的计算程序,计算机程序包括程序指令,当程序指令被计算机执行时,使计算机执行上述任一项信息推送的方法。
图7是本发明一实施例提供的电子设备的结构示意图,如图7所示,该设备包括:
一个或多个处理器710以及存储器720,图7中以一个处理器710为例。
信息推送的方法的设备还可以包括:输入装置730和输出装置740。
处理器710、存储器720、输入装置730和输出装置740可以通过总线或者其他方式连接,图7中以通过总线连接为例。
存储器720为上述的非易失性计算机可读存储介质。处理器710通过运行存储在存储器720中的非易失性软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行服务器的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例信息推送的方法。
输入装置730可接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与信息推送的装置的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。输出装置740可包括显示屏
等显示设备。
上述产品可执行本发明实施例所提供的方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。未在本实施例中详尽描述的技术细节,可参见本发明实施例所提供的方法。
作为一种实施方式,上述电子设备包括:至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够:
获取与当前显示的第一显示信息相关联的属性信息;
基于属性信息确定推送信息;以及
向终端推送推送信息,以使得终端在实时显示第一显示信息的同时在预设区域以可交互方式显示推送信息。
本发明实施例的电子设备以多种形式存在,包括但不限于:
(1)移动通信设备:这类设备的特点是具备移动通信功能,并且以提供话音、数据通信为主要目标。这类终端包括:智能手机(例如iPhone)、多媒体手机、功能性手机,以及低端手机等。
(2)超移动个人计算机设备:这类设备属于个人计算机的范畴,有计算和处理功能,一般也具备移动上网特性。这类终端包括:PDA、MID和UMPC设备等,例如iPad。
(3)便携式娱乐设备:这类设备可以显示和播放多媒体内容。该类设备包括:音频、视频播放器(例如iPod),掌上游戏机,电子书,以及智能玩具和便携式车载导航设备。
(4)服务器:提供计算服务的设备,服务器的构成包括处理器、硬盘、内存、系统总线等,服务器和通用的计算机架构类似,但是由于需要提供高可靠的服务,因此在处理能力、稳定性、可靠性、安全性、可扩展性、可管理性等方面要求较高。
(5)其他具有数据交互功能的电子装置。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元或模块可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元或模块显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元或模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施例的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施例可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制。尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (19)
- 一种信息推送方法,包括:服务器获取与当前显示的第一显示信息相关联的属性信息;所述服务器基于所述属性信息确定推送信息;以及所述服务器向终端推送所述推送信息,以使得所述终端在实时显示所述第一显示信息的同时在预设区域以可交互方式显示所述推送信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述服务器基于所述属性信息确定推送信息包括:所述服务器基于所述属性信息确定待显示的第二显示信息;所述服务器基于所述第二显示信息,生成推送信息。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述服务器基于所述第二显示信息,生成推送信息包括:所述服务器确定与所述第二显示信息相关的推送素材;所述服务器基于所述推送素材,生成所述推送信息。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述推送信息包括:所述推送素材,以及在实时显示所述第一显示信息的同时在预设区域以可交互方式显示的所述推送信息的交互接口。
- 据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述交互接口为二维码。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述推送信息在所述第二显示信息显示前按照预定周期推送。
- 根据权利要求2-6中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述第一显示信息为在第一时间显示的电视节目;所述第二显示信息为在所述第一时间之后的第二时间显示的电视节目;所述属性信息为电视节目的节目单。
- 据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述服务器获取与当前显示的第一显示信息相关联的属性信息包括:所述服务器获取当前播放的电视节目的台标信息;所述服务器判断台标信息是否包含在授权电视台台标表中;若是,则根据所述台标信息,获取相应的节目表。
- 一种信息推送系统,包括:属性信息获取单元,用于获取与当前显示的第一显示信息相关联的属性信息;推送信息确定单元,用于基于所述属性信息确定推送信息;以及推送信息推送单元,用于向终端推送所述推送信息,以使得所述终端在实时显示所述第一显示信息的同时在预设区域以可交互方式显示所述推送信息。
- 根据权利要求9所述的系统,其中,所述推送信息确定单元包括:第二显示信息确定模块,用于基于所述属性信息确定待显示的第二显示信息;推送信息生成模块,用于基于所述第二显示信息,生成推送信息。
- 根据权利要求10所述的系统,其中,所述推送信息生成模块用于:确定与所述第二显示信息相关的推送素材;基于所述推送素材,生成所述推送信息。
- 根据权利要求11所述的系统,其中,所述推送信息包括:所述推送素材,以及在实时显示所述第一显示信息的同时在预设区域以可交互方式显示的所述推送信息的交互接口。
- 根据权利要求12所述的系统,其中,所述交互接口为二维码。
- 根据权利要求10所述的系统,其中,所述推送信息在所述第二显示信息显示前按照预定周期推送。
- 根据权利要求10-14中任一项所述的系统,其中,所述第一显示信息为在第一时间显示的电视节目;所述第二显示信息为在所述第一时间之后的第二时间显示的电视节目;所述属性信息为电视节目的节目单。
- 据权利要求15所述的系统,其中,所述属性信息获取单元用于:获取当前播放的电视节目的台标信息;判断台标信息是否包含在授权电视台台标表中;若是,则根据所述台标信息,获取相应的节目表。
- 一种电子设备,包括:至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行权利要求1-8任一所 述的方法。
- 一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述非易失性计算机可读存储介质存储计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行权利要求1-8任一所述方法。
- 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非易失性计算机可读存储介质上的计算程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行权利要求1-8任一所述的方法。
