Abstract
一种基于智能电视的视频制作方法,该方法包括:接收用户输入的PVR文件选择指令;显示选择的PVR文件所对应的节目列表,节目列表包括PVR文件所包含的多个节目;接收用户输入的节目选择及提取指令;从PVR文件中提取用户选择的节目的视频数据,并根据视频数据制作子视频。一种智能电视,使得用户能够基于自身的喜好从包含多个节目的PVR文件中选择其喜好的节目,并提取该节目的视频数据,制作该节目单独的视频,使得用户能够快捷方便的观看其想看的节目,且能够降低存储空间的占用。

本发明涉及电视技术领域,尤其涉及基于智能电视的视频制作方法及智能电视。
背景技术
近年来,随着智能电视的普及,个人视频录像(Personal video
recorder,PVR)技术越来越广泛地应用于各种智能电视,智能电视功能日益强大,用户体验也更加智能化。
例如:用户在观看节目时,可以通过遥控器上的录制按键在某一个时刻开始对节目进行录制,及在某一个时刻停止录制。然而,用户录制下来的PVR文件通常包含连续的两个或多个节目内容,而用户感兴趣的往往是其中一个,这样用户观看起来不得不用快进或快退的方式找到自己想要看的视频的位置,用户操作不方便。且用户若想保存PVR文件中多个节目中的一个节目时,必须完整保存该PVR文件,将造成磁盘空间的浪费。因此,现有的PVR文件会带来用户操作不方便及浪费存储空间的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种基于智能电视的视频制作方法及智能电视,旨在解决现有的PVR文件会带来用户操作不方便及浪费存储空间的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种基于智能电视的视频制作方法,所述方法包括:
接收用户输入的PVR文件选择指令;
显示选择的PVR文件所对应的节目列表,所述节目列表包括所述PVR文件所包含的多个节目;
接收用户输入的节目选择及提取指令;
从所述PVR文件中提取用户选择的节目的视频数据,并根据所述视频数据制作子视频;
其中,所述接收用户输入的PVR文件选择指令之前还包括:
接收用户输入的录制开始时间和录制结束时间;
根据所述录制开始时间和所述录制结束时间自动录制PVR文件;
保存所述PVR文件对应时间段内的节目列表和节目信息,所述节目信息包括节目开始时间和节目时长;
其中,所述根据所述视频数据生成子视频之前还包括:
在预置的存储区域建立视频集文件夹,并在所述视频集文件夹下建立音视频文件;
所述根据所述视频数据生成子视频包括:
将所述视频数据写入到所述音视频文件中,写入数据后的所述音视频文件为所述子视频。
优选地,所述从所述PVR文件中提取用户选择的节目的视频数据具体包括:
根据选择的所述节目的节目开始时间、节目时长以及所述PVR文件的录制开始时间定位在所述PVR文件中读取所述节目的开始位置和文件大小;
根据所述开始位置和文件大小从所述PVR文件中读取与所述节目对应的视频数据。
优选地,所述在预置的存储区域建立视频集文件夹之后还包括:
在所述视频集文件夹下建立海报文件;
将所述子视频灌入视频解码器中,抓取任意一幅图片并保存在所述海报文件中;和/或
在所述视频集文件夹下建立信息文件;
将选择的所述节目的节目信息写入所述信息文件,其中所述节目信息还包括所述节目的节目名称和介绍信息。
优选地,所述在预置的存储区域建立视频集文件夹之后还包括:

接收用户输入的录制开始时间和录制结束时间;
根据所述录制开始时间和所述录制结束时间自动录制PVR文件;
保存所述PVR文件对应时间段内的节目列表和节目信息,所述节目信息包括节目开始时间和节目时长。
优选地,所述从所述PVR文件中提取用户选择的节目的视频数据具体包括:
根据选择的所述节目的节目开始时间、节目时长以及所述PVR文件的录制开始时间定位在所述PVR文件中读取所述节目的开始位置和文件大小;

显示模块,用于显示选择的PVR文件所对应的节目列表,所述节目列表包括所述PVR文件所包含的多个节目;
所述第一接收模块还用于接收用户输入的节目选择及提取指令;
提取制作模块,用于从所述PVR文件中提取用户选择的节目的视频数据,并根据所述视频数据制作子视频。
优选地,所述智能电视还包括:
第二接收模块,用于接收用户输入的录制开始时间和录制结束时间;
录制模块,用于根据所述录制开始时间和所述录制结束时间自动录制PVR文件;
保存模块,用于保存所述PVR文件对应时间段内的节目列表和节目信息,所述节目信息包括节目开始时间和节目时长。
优选地,所述提取制作模块包括:
定位单元,用于根据选择的所述节目的节目开始时间、节目时长以及所述PVR文件的录制开始时间定位在所述PVR文件中读取所述节目的开始位置和文件大小;
读取单元,用于根据所述开始位置和文件大小从所述PVR文件中读取与所述节目对应的视频数据;
制作单元,用于根据所述视频数据制作子视频。
优选地,所述智能电视还包括:
第一建立模块,用于在预置的存储区域建立视频集文件夹,并在所述视频集文件夹下建立音视频文件;
则所述制作单元具体用于:

本发明提供的基于智能电视的视频制作方法,包括:接收用户输入的PVR文件选择指令;显示选择的PVR文件所对应的节目列表,节目列表包括PVR文件所包含的多个节目;接收用户输入的节目选择及提取指令;从PVR文件中提取用户选择的节目的视频数据,并根据视频数据制作子视频,使得用户能够基于自身的喜好从包含多个节目的PVR文件中选择其喜好的节目,并提取该节目的视频数据,制作该节目单独的视频,方便用户观看其喜好的节目的视频,而不需要从PVR文件中通过快进快退的方式操作观看其喜好的视频,且保存单个视频比保存PVR文件所占用的存储空间小,能够避免存储空间的浪费。

由于现有技术中,用户在录制得到PVR文件之后,使用该PVR文件会存在用户操作不方便及浪费存储空间的问题。
为此,本发明提出一种基于智能电视的视频制作方法,能够有效从PVR文件中提取视频数据,并制作子视频,使得用户能够更方便的观看自己喜欢的视频,且能够避免保存整个PVR文件带来的浪费存储空间的问题。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明第一实施例中基于智能电视的视频制作方法的流程示意图,该方法包括:
步骤101、接收用户输入的PVR文件选择指令;
步骤102、显示选择的PVR文件所对应的节目列表,节目列表包括PVR文件所包含的多个节目;
在本发明实施例中,用户可以通过遥控器或者其他能够控制智能电视的设备向智能电视发送PVR文件查看指令,智能电视在接收到该指令之后,将在显示界面上显示已录制的PVR文件列表。且显示已录制的PVR文件列表之后,用户可以选择其中的某一个PVR文件,且若智能电视接收到PVR文件选择指令,则显示选择的PVR文件包含的节目列表,该节目列表包括该PVR文件所包含的多个节目。或者在不显示已录制的PVR文件列表的条件下,用户可以通过直接在显示界面上输入选择的PVR文件的标识,并发送PVR文件选择指令,智能电视在接收到PVR文件选择指令之后,将显示选择的PVR文件所对应的节目列表。
步骤103、接收用户输入的节目选择及提取指令;
步骤104、从PVR文件中提取用户选择的节目的视频数据,并根据视频数据制作子视频。
在本发明实施例中,在显示选择的PVR文件包含的节目列表之后,用户可以进一步选择需要提取并制作子视频的节目,且若接收到节目选择及提取指令,则从该PVR文件中提取选择的节目的视频数据,并根据该视频数据制作子视频。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,从PVR文件中提取视频数据并制作子视频之后,还可以在显示界面上显示是否删除该PVR文件的选项,若用户选择删除该PVR文件,则从存储区域中删除该PVR文件,以释放智能电视的存储空间。
在本发明实施例中,接收到用户输入的PVR文件选择指令后,智能电视显示选择的PVR文件所对应的节目列表,且在接收到用户输入的节目选择及提取指令后,从该PVR文件中提取用户选择的节目的视频数据,并根据该视频数据制作子视频,使得用户能够基于自身的喜好从包含多个节目的PVR文件中选择其喜好的节目,并提取该节目的视频数据,制作该节目单独的视频,方便用户直接观看其喜好的节目的视频,而不需要从PVR文件中通过快进快退的方式操作观看其喜好的视频,操作简单方便,且保存单个视频比保存PVR文件所占用的存储空间小,能够避免存储空间的浪费。
基于图1所示第一实施例,请参阅图2,为本发明第二实施例中基于智能电视的视频制作方法的流程示意图,该视频制作方法包括:
步骤201、接收用户输入的录制开始时间和录制结束时间;
步骤202、根据录制开始时间和录制结束时间自动录制PVR文件;
在本发明实施例中,智能电视具备录制PVR文件的功能,用户在观看节目的过程中,可以通过启动该功能以实现PVR文件的录制,具体的:在该功能启动后,用户可以输入录制开始时间和录制结束时间,若智能电视接收到用户输入的录制开始时间和录制结束时间,则根据该录制开始时间和录制结束时间自动录制PVR文件。例如,若录制开始时间为19:00,录制结束时间为21:00,则将从19:00开始进行录制,在21:00时停止录制,且将录制的内容生成PVR文件。
步骤203、保存PVR文件对应时间段内的节目列表和节目信息,节目信息包括节目开始时间和节目时长;
在数字电视系统中,事件信息表(Event Information
Table,EIT)中携带每个节目的基本信息,例如节目名称、开始时间、持续时间以及节目简介等,在本发明实施例中,智能电视在录制得到PVR文件之后,将从EIT表中获取该PVR文件对应时间段内的节目列表和节目信息,且保存该PVR文件对应时间段内的节目列表和节目信息,该节目信息包括节目开始时间和节目时长。其中,节目开始时间是指节目在实际播放时的开始时间,例如,新闻联播在每天晚上七点半开始播放,则在录制了新闻联播的PVR文件中,新闻联播的节目开始时间为七点半。
步骤204、接收用户输入的PVR文件选择指令;
步骤205、显示选择的PVR文件所对应的节目列表,节目列表包括PVR文件所包含的多个节目;
步骤204及步骤205分别与图1所示第一实施例中步骤101及步骤102描述的内容相似,此处不做赘述。
步骤206、接收用户输入的节目选择及提取指令;
步骤207、根据选择的节目的节目开始时间、节目时长以及PVR文件的录制开始时间定位在PVR文件中读取节目的开始位置和文件大小;
在本发明实施例中,智能电视在显示界面上显示用户选择的PVR文件包含的节目列表之后,若接收到节目选择及提取指令,则根据用户选择的节目的节目开始时间和节目时以及该PVR文件的录制开始时间定位在该PVR文件中读取节目的开始位置和文件大小。例如:用户选择PVR文件A,且该PVR文件A中包含节目B、C、D,若用户选择对节目B进行视频提取及制作,则获取该节目B的节目开始时间和节目时长,其中,开始时间为8:00,节目时长为40分钟,且若该PVR文件A的录制开始时间为7:40,则可定位在该PVR文件A中读取节目的开始位置是第20分钟所对应的位置,且文件大小为PVR文件从第20分钟开始至第60分钟之间的数据的大小。
步骤208、根据开始位置和文件大小从PVR文件中读取与节目对应的视频数据;
步骤209、根据视频数据制作子视频。
在本发明实施例中,智能电视确定读取视频数据的开始位置及需要读取的视频数据的文件大小之后,将根据该开始位置及该文件大小,从选择的PVR文件中读取视频数据,并根据读取的视频数据制作子视频。例如,若开始位置是PVR文件A的第10分钟对应的位置,且需要读取的视频数据的文件大小为30M,则从该PVR文件的第10分钟对应的位置开始读取视频数据,且在读取到30M的视频数据之后停止读取,并根据读取到的视频数据制作子视频,以完成视频的提取及制作。
在本发明实施例中,智能电视在录制PVR文件时将保存该PVR文件对应时间段内的节目列表和节目信息,该节目信息包括节目开始时间和节目时长,使得在制作子视频时,能够根据已保存的节目开始时间、节目时长及该PVR文件的录制开始时间定位在该PVR文件中读取节目的开始位置和文件大小,并根据该开始位置及文件大小从选择的PVR文件中读取视频数据,根据读取的视频数据制作子视频,使得能够有效的确定在PVR文件中读取节目的开始位置及文件大小,便于完成视频数据的读取及子视频的制作。
基于图2所示第二实施例,请参阅图3,为本发明第三实施例中基于智能电视的视频制作方法的流程示意图,其中,智能电视执行步骤209之前还将执行以下步骤:
步骤301、在预置的存储区域建立视频集文件夹,并在视频集文件夹下建立音视频文件。
需要说明的是,图3是步骤301位于步骤S209之前的一种实施方式,步骤S301还可以位于步骤S209之前的其他位置,如接收到用户输入的节目选择及提取指令后即可执行步骤S301。
且图2所示第二实施例中的步骤209具体包括:
将视频数据写入到音视频文件中,写入数据后的音视频文件为子视频。
在本发明实施例中,智能电视在读取视频数据之后,将在预置的存储区域建立视频集文件夹,并在该视频集文件夹下建立音视频文件;
其中,该视频集文件夹是以选择的节目的名称命名的。例如,若选择的节目的名称为新闻联播,则在预置的存储区域内创建以新闻联播为名称的视频集文件夹,且在该视频集文件夹内创建音视频文件。
在建立音视频文件之后,智能电视将读取的视频数据写入到该音视频文件中,且写入数据后的音视频文件为选择的节目的子视频。
需要说明的是,智能电视在预置的存储区域简历视频集文件夹之后,除了建立音视频文件还将建立海报文件和/或信息文件。
若在视频集文件夹下建立海报文件,则智能电视将生成的子视频灌入视频解码器中,抓取任意一副图片并保持在该海报文件中。该海报文件中的图片将作为制作的子视频在显示界面上显示时的图片。
若在视频集文件夹下建立信息文件,则智能电视将选择的节目的节目信息写入该信息文件,其中,该节目信息包括节目开始时间、节目时长、节目的名称和介绍信息,使得在调用该子视频时,智能电视能够基于该信息文件显示更丰富的内容,给用户更好的体验。
在本发明实施例中,智能电视在读取视频数据之后,在预置的存储区域内建立视频集文件夹,且在该视频集文件夹中建立音视频文件,并将读取的视频数据写入该音视频文件中,以生成子视频,且智能电视还可以在该视频集文件夹内建立海报文件及信息文件,以便保存用户选择的节目的海报文件和/或信息文件,使得用户在查看该子视频时,能够为用户提供更丰富的信息。
请参阅图4,为本发明第四实施例中智能电视的功能模块的示意图,包括:第一接收模块401、显示模块402、提取制作模块403。
其中,第一接收模块401,用于接收用户输入的PVR文件选择指令;
显示模块402,用于显示选择的PVR文件所对应的节目列表,节目列表包括PVR文件所包含的多个节目;
在本发明实施例中,用户可以通过遥控器或者其他能够控制智能电视的设备向智能电视发送PVR文件查看指令,智能电视在接收到该指令之后,将在显示界面上显示已录制的PVR文件列表。且显示已录制的PVR文件列表之后,用户可以选择其中的某一个PVR文件,且若第一接收模块401接收到PVR文件选择指令,则显示模块402显示选择的PVR文件包含的节目列表,该节目列表包括该PVR文件所包含的多个节目。或者在不显示已录制的PVR文件列表的条件下,用户可以通过直接在显示界面上输入选择的PVR文件的标识,并发送PVR文件选择指令的,且智能电视在接收到PVR文件选择指令之后,将显示选择的PVR文件所对应的节目列表。
第一接收模块401还用于接收用户输入的节目选择及提取指令;
提取制作模块403,用于从PVR文件中提取用户选择的节目的视频数据,并根据视频数据制作子视频。
在本发明实施例中,在显示选择的PVR文件包含的节目列表之后,用户可以进一步选择需要提取并制作子视频的节目,且若第一接收模块401接收到节目选择及提取指令,则提取制作模块403从该PVR文件中提取选择的节目的视频数据,并根据该视频数据制作子视频。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,从PVR文件中提取视频数据并制作子视频之后,还可以在显示界面上显示是否删除该PVR文件的选项,若用户选择删除该PVR文件,则从存储区域中删除该PVR文件,以释放智能电视的存储空间。

录制模块502,用于根据录制开始时间和录制结束时间自动录制PVR文件;
在本发明实施例中,智能电视具备录制PVR文件的功能,用户在观看节目的过程中,可以通过启动该功能以实现PVR文件的录制,具体的:在该功能启动后,用户可以输入录制开始时间和录制结束时间,若第二接收模块501接收到用户输入的录制开始时间和录制结束时间,则录制模块502根据该录制开始时间和录制结束时间自动录制PVR文件。例如,若录制开始时间为19:00,录制结束时间为21:00,则将从19:00开始进行录制,在21:00时停止录制,且将录制的内容生成PVR文件。
保存模块503,用于保存PVR文件对应时间段内的节目列表和节目信息,节目信息包括节目开始时间和节目时长。
在数字电视系统中,事件信息表(Event Information
Table,EIT)中携带每个节目的基本信息,例如节目名称,开始时间,持续时间、节目简介等,在本发明实施例中,在录制得到PVR文件之后,将从EIT表中获取该PVR文件对应时间段内的节目列表和节目信息,且保存模块503保存该PVR文件对应时间段内的节目列表和节目信息,该节目信息包括节目开始时间和节目时长。其中,节目开始时间是指节目在实际播放时的开始时间,例如,新闻联播在每天晚上七点半开始播放,则在录制了新闻联播的PVR文件中,新闻联播的节目开始时间为七点半。
且在本发明实施例中,提取制作模块403包括:
定位单元504,用于根据选择的节目的节目开始时间、节目时长以及PVR文件的录制开始时间定位在PVR文件中读取节目的开始位置和文件大小;
读取单元505,用于根据开始位置和文件大小从PVR文件中读取与节目对应的视频数据;
制作单元506,用于根据视频数据制作子视频。
在本发明实施例中,智能电视在显示界面上显示用户选择的PVR文件包含的节目列表之后,若接收到节目选择及提取指令,则定位单元504根据用户选择的节目的节目开始时间和节目时以及该PVR文件的录制开始时间定位在该PVR文件中读取节目的开始位置和文件大小。例如:用户选择PVR文件A,且该PVR文件A中包含节目B、C、D,若用户选择对节目B进行视频提取及制作,则获取该节目B的节目开始时间和节目时长,其中,开始时间为8:00,节目时长为40分钟,且若该PVR文件A的录制开始时间为7:40,则可定位在该PVR文件A中读取节目的开始位置是第20分钟所对应的位置,且文件大小为PVR文件从第20分钟开始至第60分钟之间的数据的大小。
在本发明实施例中,在确定读取视频数据的开始位置及需要读取的视频数据的文件大小之后,读取单元505根据该开始位置及该文件大小,从选择的PVR文件中读取视频数据,并由制作单元506根据读取的视频数据制作子视频。例如,若开始位置是PVR文件A的第10分钟对应的位置,且需要读取的视频数据的文件大小为30M,则从该PVR文件的第10分钟对应的位置开始读取视频数据,且在读取到30M的视频数据之后停止读取,并根据读取到的视频数据制作子视频,以完成视频的提取及制作。
在本发明实施例中,在录制PVR文件时将保存该PVR文件对应时间段内的节目列表和节目信息,该节目信息包括节目开始时间和节目时长,使得在制作子视频时,能够根据已保存的节目开始时间、节目时长及该PVR文件的录制开始时间定位在该PVR文件中读取节目的开始位置和文件大小,并根据该开始位置及文件大小从选择的PVR文件中读取视频数据,根据读取的视频数据制作子视频,使得能够有效的确定在PVR文件中读取节目的开始位置及文件大小,便于完成视频数据的读取及子视频的制作。
基于图5所示的第五实施例,请参阅图6,为本发明第六实施例中智能电视的功能模块的示意图,在该第六实施例中,智能电视还包括:
第一建立模块601,用于在预置的存储区域建立视频集文件夹,并在视频集文件夹下建立音视频文件;
则制作单元506具体用于:
将视频数据写入到音视频文件中,写入数据后的音视频文件为子视频。
在本发明实施例中,在读取视频数据之后,第一建立模块601在预置的存储区域建立视频集文件夹,并在该视频集文件夹下建立音视频文件;
其中,该视频集文件夹是以选择的节目的名称命名的。例如,若选择的节目的名称为新闻联播,则在预置的存储区域内创建以新闻联播为名称的视频集文件夹,且在该视频集文件夹内创建音视频文件。
在建立音视频文件之后,制作单元506将读取的视频数据写入到该音视频文件中,且写入数据后的音视频文件为选择的节目的子视频。
在本发明实施例中,该智能电视还包括:

第三建立模块604,用于在视频集文件夹下建立信息文件;
写入模块605,用于将选择的节目的节目信息写入信息文件,其中节目信息还包括节目的节目名称和介绍信息。
在本发明实施例中,在读取视频数据之后,第一建立模块601在预置的存储区域内建立视频集文件夹,且在该视频集文件夹中建立音视频文件,并将读取的视频数据写入该音视频文件中,以生成子视频,且智能电视还可以在该视频集文件夹内建立海报文件及信息文件,以便保存用户选择的节目的海报文件和/或信息文件,使得用户在查看该子视频时,能够为用户提供更丰富的信息。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例的方法。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。
Claims (14)
- 一种基于智能电视的视频制作方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:接收用户输入的PVR文件选择指令;显示选择的PVR文件所对应的节目列表,所述节目列表包括所述PVR文件所包含的多个节目;接收用户输入的节目选择及提取指令;从所述PVR文件中提取用户选择的节目的视频数据,并根据所述视频数据制作子视频;其中,所述接收用户输入的PVR文件选择指令之前还包括:接收用户输入的录制开始时间和录制结束时间;根据所述录制开始时间和所述录制结束时间自动录制PVR文件;保存所述PVR文件对应时间段内的节目列表和节目信息,所述节目信息包括节目开始时间和节目时长;其中,所述根据所述视频数据生成子视频之前还包括:在预置的存储区域建立视频集文件夹,并在所述视频集文件夹下建立音视频文件;所述根据所述视频数据生成子视频包括:将所述视频数据写入到所述音视频文件中,写入数据后的所述音视频文件为所述子视频。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从所述PVR文件中提取用户选择的节目的视频数据具体包括:根据选择的所述节目的节目开始时间、节目时长以及所述PVR文件的录制开始时间定位在所述PVR文件中读取所述节目的开始位置和文件大小;根据所述开始位置和文件大小从所述PVR文件中读取与所述节目对应的视频数据。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在预置的存储区域建立视频集文件夹之后还包括:在所述视频集文件夹下建立海报文件;将所述子视频灌入视频解码器中,抓取任意一幅图片并保存在所述海报文件中;和/或在所述视频集文件夹下建立信息文件;将选择的所述节目的节目信息写入所述信息文件,其中所述节目信息还包括所述节目的节目名称和介绍信息。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在预置的存储区域建立视频集文件夹之后还包括:在所述视频集文件夹下建立海报文件;将所述子视频灌入视频解码器中,抓取任意一幅图片并保存在所述海报文件中;和/或在所述视频集文件夹下建立信息文件;将选择的所述节目的节目信息写入所述信息文件,其中所述节目信息还包括所述节目的节目名称和介绍信息。
- 一种基于智能电视的视频制作方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:接收用户输入的PVR文件选择指令;显示选择的PVR文件所对应的节目列表,所述节目列表包括所述PVR文件所包含的多个节目;接收用户输入的节目选择及提取指令;从所述PVR文件中提取用户选择的节目的视频数据,并根据所述视频数据制作子视频。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收用户输入的PVR文件选择指令之前还包括:接收用户输入的录制开始时间和录制结束时间;根据所述录制开始时间和所述录制结束时间自动录制PVR文件;保存所述PVR文件对应时间段内的节目列表和节目信息,所述节目信息包括节目开始时间和节目时长。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从所述PVR文件中提取用户选择的节目的视频数据具体包括:根据选择的所述节目的节目开始时间、节目时长以及所述PVR文件的录制开始时间定位在所述PVR文件中读取所述节目的开始位置和文件大小;根据所述开始位置和文件大小从所述PVR文件中读取与所述节目对应的视频数据。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述视频数据生成子视频之前还包括:在预置的存储区域建立视频集文件夹,并在所述视频集文件夹下建立音视频文件;所述根据所述视频数据生成子视频包括:将所述视频数据写入到所述音视频文件中,写入数据后的所述音视频文件为所述子视频。
- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在预置的存储区域建立视频集文件夹之后还包括:在所述视频集文件夹下建立海报文件;将所述子视频灌入视频解码器中,抓取任意一幅图片并保存在所述海报文件中;和/或在所述视频集文件夹下建立信息文件;将选择的所述节目的节目信息写入所述信息文件,其中所述节目信息还包括所述节目的节目名称和介绍信息。
- 一种智能电视,其特征在于,包括:第一接收模块,用于接收用户输入的PVR文件选择指令;显示模块,用于显示选择的PVR文件所对应的节目列表,所述节目列表包括所述PVR文件所包含的多个节目;所述第一接收模块还用于接收用户输入的节目选择及提取指令;提取制作模块,用于从所述PVR文件中提取用户选择的节目的视频数据,并根据所述视频数据制作子视频。
- 根据权利要求10所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述智能电视还包括:第二接收模块,用于接收用户输入的录制开始时间和录制结束时间;录制模块,用于根据所述录制开始时间和所述录制结束时间自动录制PVR文件;保存模块,用于保存所述PVR文件对应时间段内的节目列表和节目信息,所述节目信息包括节目开始时间和节目时长。
- 根据权利要求11所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述提取制作模块包括:定位单元,用于根据选择的所述节目的节目开始时间、节目时长以及所述PVR文件的录制开始时间定位在所述PVR文件中读取所述节目的开始位置和文件大小;读取单元,用于根据所述开始位置和文件大小从所述PVR文件中读取与所述节目对应的视频数据;制作单元,用于根据所述视频数据制作子视频。
- 根据权利要求12所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述智能电视还包括:第一建立模块,用于在预置的存储区域建立视频集文件夹,并在所述视频集文件夹下建立音视频文件;则所述制作单元具体用于:将所述视频数据写入到所述音视频文件中,写入数据后的所述音视频文件为所述子视频。
- 根据权利要求13所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述智能电视还包括:第二建立模块,用于在所述视频集文件夹下建立海报文件;抓取模块,用于将所述子视频灌入视频解码器中,抓取任意一幅图片并保存在所述海报文件中;和/或第三建立模块,用于在所述视频集文件夹下建立信息文件;写入模块,用于将选择的所述节目的节目信息写入所述信息文件,其中所述节目信息还包括所述节目的节目名称和介绍信息。
