Abstract
一种通知消息的管理方法、管理装置和终端,其中,所述通知消息的管理方法包括:根据用户对历史通知消息的操作,生成关键词词组(102);在接收到新的通知消息时,提取所述新的通知消息中的当前关键词(104);将所述当前关键词与所述关键词词组中的关键词进行匹配,并根据匹配结果确定是否显示所述新的通知消息(106)。通过根据用户的使用习惯自动地对通知消息进行过滤,提高了用户获取感兴趣的通知消息的效率,从而提升用户体验。

本申请要求于2016年04月26日提交中国专利局,申请号为
201610263553.5、发明名称为“通知消息的管理方法、管理装置和终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及终端技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种通知消息的管理方法、一种通知消息的管理装置和一种终端。
目前,随着终端应用的膨胀,越来越多的通知消息发送到终端上,而有些通知消息实际上是用户不感兴趣的。针对用户不感兴趣的通知消息,很多终端厂家采用了通知管理,即让用户决定是查看还是屏蔽应用的通知消息,但是这种方式会把用户感兴趣的通知消息给屏蔽掉。还有一种方式就是自定义过滤器过滤应用的通知消息,这种方式过于单一,不能智能的过滤出用户感兴趣的通知消息,而且定义过滤器需要用户去设置,降低了用户体验。
因此,如何根据用户个人的喜好更加智能地对通知消息进行过滤,从而提升用户体验成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明正是基于上述问题,提出了一种新的技术方案,根据用户的使用习惯自动地对通知消息进行过滤,从而提升用户体验。
有鉴于此,本发明的第一方面提出了一种通知消息的管理方法,包括:根据用户对历史通知消息的操作,生成关键词词组;在接收到新的通知消息时,提取所述新的通知消息中的当前关键词;将所述当前关键词与所述关键词词组中的关键词进行匹配,并根据匹配结果确定是否显示所述新的通知消息。
在该技术方案中,通过将新的通知消息中的当前关键词与关键词词组中关
键词进行匹配,以确定将该新的通知消息屏蔽或者显示该新的通知消息,由于关键词词组是根据用户对历史通知消息的操作习惯生成的,实现了根据用户对通知消息的操作习惯自动对新的通知消息进行过滤,向用户展示用户感兴趣的通知消息,避免了用户手动在众多通知消息中逐个筛选出自己感兴趣的通知消息,同时避免了用户手动清除掉不感兴趣的通知消息,从而方便用户对通知消息的查看,提高了用户获取感兴趣的通知消息的效率,进而提升用户的体验。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,还包括:若不显示所述新的通知消息,则在触发屏蔽消息的查看入口时,显示被屏蔽的所述新的通知消息。
在该技术方案中,若不显示新的通知消息,说明新的通知消息被屏蔽,则可以通过触发屏蔽消息的查看入口来查看被屏蔽的通知消息,以使用户在被屏蔽的通知消息中找到感兴趣的通知消息,从而避免了用户遗漏重要的通知消息。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,在所述显示被屏蔽的所述新的通知消息的步骤之后,包括:在检测到用户查看所述新的通知消息时,根据所述新的通知消息的关键词对所述关键词词组进行更新。
在该技术方案中,在检测到用户查看被屏蔽掉的通知消息时,说明用户对该通知消息感兴趣,则根据该通知消息的关键词对关键词词组进行更新,以避免再次将类似的通知消息屏蔽掉,从而保证了对通知消息的过滤更加符合用户的个人需求。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述关键词词组包括:用于屏蔽通知消息的第一关键词词组和/或用于显示通知消息的第二关键词词组,其中,所述根据用户对历史通知消息的操作,生成关键词词组的步骤,具体包括:当用户对所述历史通知消息进行清除时,将所述历史通知消息中的关键词添加到所述第一关键词词组中;当用户对所述历史通知消息进行查看时,将所述历史通知消息中的关键词添加到所述第二关键词词组中。
在该技术方案中,在用户对历史通知消息进行清除时,说明用户对该历史通知消息不感兴趣,则将该历史通知消息的关键词添加到用于屏蔽通知消息的第一关键词词组中。在用户查看历史通知消息时,说明用户对该历史通知消息感兴趣,则将该历史通知消息的关键词添加到用于显示通知消息的第二关键词
词组中,以根据第一关键词词组和第二关键词词组对新的通知消息进行过滤,从而使得对通知消息的过滤更加符合用户的个人使用需求。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,还包括:获取所述第一关键词词组中的关键词的同义词并添加到所述第一关键词词组中;获取所述第二关键词词组中的关键词的同义词并添加到所述第二关键词词组中。

在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述生成单元还包括:第三添加子单元,用于获取所述第一关键词词组中的关键词的同义词并添加到所述第一关键词词组中;第四添加子单元,用于获取所述第二关键词词组中的关键词的同义词并添加到所述第二关键词词组中。

根据用户对历史通知消息的操作,生成关键词词组;在接收到新的通知消息时,提取所述新的通知消息中的当前关键词;将所述当前关键词与所述关键词词组中的关键词进行匹配,并根据匹配结果确定是否显示所述

将新的通知消息中的当前关键词与第二关键词词组中的关键词进行匹配,若第二关键词词组中有与当前关键词匹配的关键词,判定用户对该通知消息感兴趣,则显示该新的通知消息,若第二关键词词组中没有与当前关键词匹配的关键词,判定用户对该通知消息不感兴趣,则不显示该新的通知消息,即将该新的通知消息屏蔽掉。

将新的通知消息中的当前关键词与第一关键词词组和第二关键词词组中的关键词进行匹配,若仅第一关键词词组中有与当前关键词匹配的关键词,判定用户对该通知消息不感兴趣,则不显示该新的通知消息,即将该新的通知消息屏蔽掉;若仅第二关键词词组中有与当前关键词匹配的关键词,判定用户对该通知消息感兴趣,则显示该新的通知消息。若第一关键词词组和第二关键词词组均有与当前关键词匹配的关键词,或者第一关键词词组和第二关键词词组均没有与当前关键词匹配的关键词,则默认显示该新的通知消息,避免将用户感兴趣的通知消息屏蔽掉。

第一关键词词组中的关键词有:破案,“破案”的同义词有“侦探”、“推理”,因此,扩展后的第一关键词词组中的关键词有:破案、侦探、推理。当接收到新的通知消息为“由侦探小说XXX改编而成的电影将与2016年5月1日上映”,若将扩展前的第一关键词词组中的关键词与新的通知消息中的当前关键词进行匹配,可确定扩展前的第一关键词词组中没有与当前关键词匹配的关键词,最终显示该新的通知消息,但是用户对此并不感兴趣。若将扩展后的第一关键词词组中的关键词与新的通知消息中的当前关键词进行匹配,则确定扩展后的第一关键词词组中有与新的通知消息的当前关键词匹配的关键词,最终屏蔽掉该新的通知消息,避免了用户不感兴趣的通知消息对用户造成干扰。
实施例二:
第二关键词词组中的关键词有:优惠,“优惠”的同义词有“打折”、“特价”,因此,扩展后的第二关键词词组中的关键词有:优惠、打折、特价,当接收到新的通知消息为“XX餐厅的双人套餐特价150元”,若将扩展前的第二关键词词组中的关键词与新的通知消息中的当前关键词进行匹配,可确定扩展前的第二关键词词组中没有与当前关键词匹配的关键词,则将该通知消息屏蔽掉,但是用户对于具有优惠的信息是感兴趣的。若将扩展后的第二关键词词组中的关键词与新的通知消息中的当前关键词进行匹配,则确定扩展后的第二关键词词组中有与新的通知消息的当前关键词匹配的关键词,最终显示该新的通知消息,从而使用户获取到其感兴趣的通知消息。
图2示出了根据本发明的另一个实施例的通知消息的管理方法的流程示意图。

在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述关键词词组包括:用于屏蔽通知消息的第一关键词词组和/或用于显示通知消息的第二关键词词组,其中,所述生成单元502包括:第一添加子单元5022,用于当用户对所述历史通知消息进行清除时,将所述历史通知消息中的关键词添加到所述第一关键词词组中;第二添加子单元5024,用于当用户对所述历史通知消息进行查看时,将所述历史通知消息中的关键词添加到所述第二关键词词组中。
在该技术方案中,在用户对历史通知消息进行清除时,说明用户对该历史通知消息不感兴趣,则将该历史通知消息的关键词添加到用于屏蔽通知消息的第一关键词词组中。在用户查看历史通知消息时,说明用户对该历史通知消息感兴趣,则将该历史通知消息的关键词添加到用于显示通知消息的第二关键词词组中,以根据第一关键词词组和第二关键词词组对新的通知消息进行过滤,从而使得对通知消息的过滤更加符合用户的个人使用需求。
实施例一:
将新的通知消息中的当前关键词与第一关键词词组中的关键词进行匹配,若第一关键词词组中有与当前关键词匹配的关键词,判定用户对该通知消息不感兴趣,则不显示该新的通知消息,即将该新的通知消息屏蔽掉,若第一关键词词组中没有与当前关键词匹配的关键词,判定用户对该通知消息感兴趣,则显示该新的通知消息。
实施例二:
将新的通知消息中的当前关键词与第二关键词词组中的关键词进行匹配,若第二关键词词组中有与当前关键词匹配的关键词,判定用户对该通知消息感
兴趣,则显示该新的通知消息,若第二关键词词组中没有与当前关键词匹配的关键词,判定用户对该通知消息不感兴趣,则不显示该新的通知消息,即将该新的通知消息屏蔽掉。
实施例三:
将新的通知消息中的当前关键词与第一关键词词组和第二关键词词组中的关键词进行匹配,若仅第一关键词词组中有与当前关键词匹配的关键词,判定用户对该通知消息不感兴趣,则不显示该新的通知消息,即将该新的通知消息屏蔽掉;若仅第二关键词词组中有与当前关键词匹配的关键词,判定用户对该通知消息感兴趣,则显示该新的通知消息。若第一关键词词组和第二关键词词组均有与当前关键词匹配的关键词,或者第一关键词词组和第二关键词词组均没有与当前关键词匹配的关键词,则默认显示该新的通知消息,避免将用户感兴趣的通知消息屏蔽掉。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述生成单元502还包括:第三添加子单元5026,用于获取所述第一关键词词组中的关键词的同义词并添加到所述第一关键词词组中;第四添加子单元5028,用于获取所述第二关键词词组中的关键词的同义词并添加到所述第二关键词词组中。
在该技术方案中,通过获取第一关键词词组中的关键词的同义词并添加到第一关键词词组中,获取第二关键词词组中的关键词的同义词并添加到第二关键词词组中,从而实现了对第一关键词词组和第二关键词词组的扩展。
实施例一:
第一关键词词组中的关键词有:破案,“破案”的同义词有“侦探”、“推理”,因此,扩展后的第一关键词词组中的关键词有:破案、侦探、推理。当接收到新的通知消息为“由侦探小说XXX改编而成的电影将与2016年5月1日上映”,若将扩展前的第一关键词词组中的关键词与新的通知消息中的当前关键词进行匹配,可确定扩展前的第一关键词词组中没有与当前关键词匹配的关键词,最终显示该新的通知消息,但是用户对此并不感兴趣。若将扩展后的第一关键词词组中的关键词与新的通知消息中的当前关键词进行匹配,则确定扩展后的第一关键词词组中有与新的通知消息的当前关键词匹配的关键词,最终屏蔽掉该新的通知消息,避免了用户不感兴趣的通知消息对用户造成干扰。
实施例二:
第二关键词词组中的关键词有:优惠,“优惠”的同义词有“打折”、“特价”,因此,扩展后的第二关键词词组中的关键词有:优惠、打折、特价,当接收到新的通知消息为“XX餐厅的双人套餐特价150元”,若将扩展前的第二关键词词组中的关键词与新的通知消息中的当前关键词进行匹配,可确定扩展前的第二关键词词组中没有与当前关键词匹配的关键词,则将该通知消息屏蔽掉,但是用户对于具有优惠的信息是感兴趣的。若将扩展后的第二关键词词组中的关键词与新的通知消息中的当前关键词进行匹配,则确定扩展后的第二关键词词组中有与新的通知消息的当前关键词匹配的关键词,最终显示该新的通知消息,从而使用户获取到其感兴趣的通知消息。
图6示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的终端的结构示意图。
如图6所示,根据本发明的一个实施例的终端600,包括上述技术方案中任一项所述的通知消息的管理装置500,因此,该终端600具有和上述技术方案中任一项所述的通知消息的管理装置500相同的技术效果,在此不再赘述。
图7示出了根据本发明的另一个实施例的终端的结构示意图。
如图7所示,所述终端7可以包括:至少一个处理器71,例如CPU,至少一个通信总线72以及存储器73;通信总线72用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信;存储器73可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。存储器73中存储一组程序代码,且处理器71用于调用存储器73中存储的程序代码,执行以下操作:
根据用户对历史通知消息的操作,生成关键词词组;在接收到新的通知消息时,提取所述新的通知消息中的当前关键词;将所述当前关键词与所述关键词词组中的关键词进行匹配,并根据匹配结果确定是否显示所述新的通知消息。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述处理器71还执行以下操作:
若不显示所述新的通知消息,则在触发屏蔽消息的查看入口时,显示被屏蔽的所述新的通知消息。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述处理器71在所述显示被屏蔽的所述新的通知消息的步骤之后,还执行以下操作:
在检测到用户查看所述新的通知消息时,根据所述新的通知消息的关键词对所述关键词词组进行更新。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述关键词词组包括:用于屏蔽通知消息的第一关键词词组和/或用于显示通知消息的第二关键词词组,其中,
所述处理器71根据用户对历史通知消息的操作,生成关键词词组的步骤,具体包括:
当用户对所述历史通知消息进行清除时,将所述历史通知消息中的关键词添加到所述第一关键词词组中;当用户对所述历史通知消息进行查看时,将所述历史通知消息中的关键词添加到所述第二关键词词组中。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述处理器71还执行以下操作:
获取所述第一关键词词组中的关键词的同义词并添加到所述第一关键词词组中;获取所述第二关键词词组中的关键词的同义词并添加到所述第二关键词词组中。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案,通过本发明的技术方案,根据用户的使用习惯自动地对通知消息进行过滤,提高了用户获取感兴趣的通知消息的效率,从而提升用户体验。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (15)
- 一种通知消息的管理方法,其特征在于,包括:根据用户对历史通知消息的操作,生成关键词词组;在接收到新的通知消息时,提取所述新的通知消息中的当前关键词;将所述当前关键词与所述关键词词组中的关键词进行匹配,并根据匹配结果确定是否显示所述新的通知消息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的通知消息的管理方法,其特征在于,还包括:若不显示所述新的通知消息,则在触发屏蔽消息的查看入口时,显示被屏蔽的所述新的通知消息。
- 根据权利要求2所述的通知消息的管理方法,其特征在于,在所述显示被屏蔽的所述新的通知消息的步骤之后,包括:在检测到用户查看所述新的通知消息时,根据所述新的通知消息的关键词对所述关键词词组进行更新。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的通知消息的管理方法,其特征在于,所述关键词词组包括:用于屏蔽通知消息的第一关键词词组和/或用于显示通知消息的第二关键词词组,其中,所述根据用户对历史通知消息的操作,生成关键词词组的步骤,具体包括:当用户对所述历史通知消息进行清除时,将所述历史通知消息中的关键词添加到所述第一关键词词组中;当用户对所述历史通知消息进行查看时,将所述历史通知消息中的关键词添加到所述第二关键词词组中。
- 根据权利要求4所述的通知消息的管理方法,其特征在于,还包括:获取所述第一关键词词组中的关键词的同义词并添加到所述第一关键词词组中;获取所述第二关键词词组中的关键词的同义词并添加到所述第二关键词词组中。
- 一种通知消息的管理装置,其特征在于,包括:生成单元,用于根据用户对历史通知消息的操作,生成关键词词组;提取单元,用于在接收到新的通知消息时,提取所述新的通知消息中的当前关键词;确定单元,用于将所述当前关键词与所述关键词词组中的关键词进行匹配,并根据匹配结果确定是否显示所述新的通知消息。
- 根据权利要求6所述的通知消息的管理装置,其特征在于,还包括:显示单元,用于若不显示所述新的通知消息,则在触发屏蔽消息的查看入口时,显示被屏蔽的所述新的通知消息。
- 根据权利要求7所述的通知消息的管理装置,其特征在于,还包括:更新单元,用于在检测到用户查看所述新的通知消息时,根据所述新的通知消息的关键词对所述关键词词组进行更新。
- 根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的通知消息的管理装置,其特征在于,所述关键词词组包括:用于屏蔽通知消息的第一关键词词组和/或用于显示通知消息的第二关键词词组,其中,所述生成单元包括:第一添加子单元,用于当用户对所述历史通知消息进行清除时,将所述历史通知消息中的关键词添加到所述第一关键词词组中;第二添加子单元,用于当用户对所述历史通知消息进行查看时,将所述历史通知消息中的关键词添加到所述第二关键词词组中。
- 根据权利要求9所述的通知消息的管理装置,其特征在于,所述生成单元还包括:第三添加子单元,用于获取所述第一关键词词组中的关键词的同义词并添加到所述第一关键词词组中;第四添加子单元,用于获取所述第二关键词词组中的关键词的同义词并添加到所述第二关键词词组中。
- 一种终端,其特征在于,包括处理器和存储器,其中,所述存储器中存储一组程序代码,且所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:根据用户对历史通知消息的操作,生成关键词词组;在接收到新的通知消息时,提取所述新的通知消息中的当前关键词;将所述当前关键词与所述关键词词组中的关键词进行匹配,并根据匹配结果确定是否显示所述新的通知消息。
- 根据权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还执行以下操作:若不显示所述新的通知消息,则在触发屏蔽消息的查看入口时,显示被屏蔽的所述新的通知消息。
- 根据权利要求12所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器在所述显示被屏蔽的所述新的通知消息的步骤之后,还执行以下操作:在检测到用户查看所述新的通知消息时,根据所述新的通知消息的关键词对所述关键词词组进行更新。
- 根据权利要求11至13中任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述关键词词组包括:用于屏蔽通知消息的第一关键词词组和/或用于显示通知消息的第二关键词词组,其中,所述处理器根据用户对历史通知消息的操作,生成关键词词组的步骤,具体包括:当用户对所述历史通知消息进行清除时,将所述历史通知消息中的关键词添加到所述第一关键词词组中;当用户对所述历史通知消息进行查看时,将所述历史通知消息中的关键词添加到所述第二关键词词组中。
- 根据权利要求14所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还执行以下操作:获取所述第一关键词词组中的关键词的同义词并添加到所述第一关键词词组中;获取所述第二关键词词组中的关键词的同义词并添加到所述第二关键词词组中。
