Description

图像形成装置 技术领域
本发明实施例涉及图像形成装置,尤其涉及一种具有纸型选择功能的图像形成装置。
背景技术
诸如打印机、复印机、传真机或具有上述多种功能的多功能机等图像形成装置通过在纸张等记录介质上记录图像来输出打印件、复印件或传真件。通常一种图像形成装置可以支持在多种尺寸的纸张上记录图像,例如A4、A5、B5纸型。当用户更换图像形成装置中的纸张时,需要设置图像形成装置执行成像作业时的默认纸型,以获得符合用户预期的成像效果。
目前,现有的图像形成装置中,用户通常需要通过计算机等具有浏览器功能的用户终端登录图像形成装置内置的webpage页面来设置图像形成装置的默认纸型。但是上述的图像形成装置中,用户设置图像形成装置的默认纸型后,在图像形成装置上不指示用户设置的纸型,即,不能实时提醒用户当前设置的是何种纸型;进一步的,当用户更换图像形成装置中的纸张时,图像形成装置不能提醒用户设置图像形成装置的默认纸型,可能使图像形成装置使用与用户更换的纸张不匹配的成像参数来进行成像作业,致使用户获得不符合预期的成像效果。
发明内容
本发明提供一种图像形成装置,用以解决现有技术中的缺陷,实现直观地向用户显示当前的图像形成装置设置的纸型,以方便用户做出合理的操作。
本发明提供一种图像形成装置,包括壳体和纸型选择器,所述纸型选择器包括纸型选择开关、控制器,以及多个用于显示当前设置纸型的纸型指示单元;所述纸型选择开关和纸型指示单元设置在所述壳体的外表面,所述纸型控制开关和所述纸型指示单元分别与所述控制器电连 接,所述控制器用于接收所述纸型控制开关的纸型选择触发信号,并根据所述纸型选择触发信号控制表征当前所选纸型对应的纸型指示单元的指示信号开启。
进一步地,所述控制器还用于根据所述纸型选择触发信号控制表征与所述当前所选纸型不同的当前所选纸型对应的纸型指示单元的指示信号开启的时候,还会控制表征其他纸型指示单元的指示信号关闭。
进一步地,所述控制器还用于将所开启的表征当前所选纸型对应的纸型指示单元的指示信号传送给图像形成装置内置的webpage页面。
进一步的,所述纸型指示单元包括发光二极管和覆盖在所述发光二极管外侧的保护盖,所述保护盖的外表面上还设有用于指示纸型的标识层。
进一步的,所述壳体上开设有用于安装所述纸型指示单元的通孔,所述发光二极管嵌入所述通孔内。
进一步的,所述图像形成装置与成像驱动装置连接,所述成像驱动装置用于根据所述控制器接收到的纸型选择触发信号选择与当前所选纸型匹配的成像方式进行成像作业。
进一步的,所述纸型选择开关和所述纸型指示单元均位于所述壳体上的装纸口所在的外表面。
可选的,所述壳体顶部活动连接有处理盒盖板;

进一步的,所述纸型选择器还用于当在第一预设时间内接收到所述纸型控制开关的纸型选择触发信号时,根据所述纸型选择触发信号控制当前所选纸型对应的纸型指示单元开启,控制其他纸型指示单元关闭。

本发明提供的图像形成装置,通过在图像形成装置的壳体外表面设置纸型选择开关和纸型指示单元,并通过纸型选择开关分别控制每个纸型指示单元的开启或关闭,由此用户能够在图像形成装置上通过纸型选择开关设置纸型,并能够通过壳体上的纸型指示单元直观地知道当前纸型,从而便于用户选择恰当的纸型放入图像形成装置中,方便用户进行合理的操作。

实施例一
图1为本发明一实施例提供的图像形成装置的结构示意图;图3为本发明一实施例提供的纸型选择器和成像驱动装置的结构框图;图6为本发 明实施例中的纸型选择开关和纸型指示单元的一种结构示意图;图7为本发明实施例中的纸型选择开关和纸型指示单元的另一种结构示意图;如图1、图3、图6、图7所示,本实施例提供一种图像形成装置,包括:壳体10a和纸型选择器,纸型选择器包括纸型选择开关20a、控制器30a和多个用于显示当前设置纸型的纸型指示单元40a,纸型选择开关20a和纸型指示单元40a设置在壳体10a的外表面,纸型选择开关20a和纸型指示单元40a分别与控制器30a电连接,控制器30a用于接收纸型控制开关20a的纸型选择触发信号,并根据纸型选择触发信号控制表征当前所选纸型对应的纸型指示单元40a开启的信号,即纸型选择开关20a选择当前纸型后,控制器30a就能接收到用户当前所选择的纸型的信号;本实施例优选地,还会默认其他纸型指示单元40a为关闭,但是这不是必须的,例如在后续的实施例中,纸型指示单元40a不一定设置成本实施例在下文提及的灯,还可以仅仅是表示纸型的文字或者符号标识,纸型选择开关20a选择当前纸型后,表征当前所选纸型对应的纸型指示单元40a开启的信号则是指控制器30a就能接收到用户当前所选择的纸型的信号即可,不一定是指纸型指示单元40a自身信号的开启或者关闭。需要说明的是,控制器30a就将能接收到用户当前所选择的纸型的信号传送给图像形成装置内置的webpage页面,这样图像形成装置或者调用webpage页面的外部应用程序,就能准确地了解图像形成装置当前纸型的配置信息。
本实施例提供的图像形成装置可以为打印机、复印机或者其他成像设备。整个图像形成装置可以由壳体和设置在壳体内部的各元器件组成,壳体10a一般大致可以为矩形体结构,通常在壳体10a的前表面一般开设有供用户加装纸张的装纸口11a,而该装纸口11a可以面向用户,便于用户进行加纸操作。在壳体10a的顶面上可以设置处理盒盖板12a,处理盒盖板12a可以从壳体10a顶部打开,供用户打开对壳体10a内部元器件进行检修等操作。
纸型选择开关20a和纸型指示单元40a设置在壳体10a的外表面,外表面不限于图像形成装置上的固定表面,也可以是可折叠的表面或者延伸出来的表面。
纸型选择开关20a与纸型指示单元40a的布置方式可以为如图6和图 7所示的方式:纸型指示单元40a均匀环设在纸型选择开关20a的周围,以便于用户查看,当然,也可以为其他排布方式,例如呈直线排布,或者矩形、三角形等等方式排布。纸型选择开关20a可以为按钮或者旋钮,图6示出的纸型选择开关20a为按钮,图7示出的纸型选择开关20a为旋钮,当纸型选择开关20a为旋钮时,优选的,纸型指示单元40a(包括如图7中的401a、402a、403a、404a、405a、406a、407a)呈环形均匀布置在纸型选择开关20a周围,以便于用户将旋钮式的纸型选择开关20a旋转到指向的纸型指示单元40a。当然,当纸型选择开关20a为按钮时,纸型指示单元40a(包括如图6中的401a、402a、403a、404a、405a、406a、407a)也可以呈环形均匀布置,本实施例不具体限定。
另外,纸型指示单元40a的数量可以为七个,或者其他数量,具体数量可以根据纸型种类而决定,本实施例不作限定。每个纸型指示单元40a可以代表每种纸型,若可供选择纸型较多,则可采用其中一个纸型指示单元40a表示其余不常用的纸型。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中的“纸型选择触发信号”可以是由用户触发的,也可以为图像形成装置自动检测到所放纸张纸型后自动触发的,本实施例不做限定。更具体的,当纸型控制开关20a为按钮时,纸型选择触发信号可以为接收到的用户按压按钮的信号,当纸型控制开关20a为旋钮时,纸型选择触发信号可以为接收到的用户的旋转旋钮的信号。另外,本实施例中纸型指示单元40a的开启和关闭并不是指机械意义上的开合之意,而是指的是处于工作或不工作的状态,例如,纸型指示单元40a可以为灯,开启或关闭则指的是点亮或者熄灭。
本实施例提供图像形成装置,通过在图像形成装置的壳体10a外表面设置纸型选择开关20a和纸型指示单元40a,并通过纸型选择开关20a分别控制每个纸型指示单元40a的开启或关闭,由此用户能够在图像形成装置上通过纸型选择开关20a设置纸型,并能够通过壳体10a上的纸型指示单元直观地知道当前纸型,从而便于用户选择恰当的纸型放入图像形成装置中,方便用户进行合理的操作。
该图像形成装置可以通过USB接线或者无线网络等方式与设置在计算机中的成像驱动装置50a连接,成像驱动装置50a用于向所述图像形成 装置下发打印作业信息,还用于根据控制器30a接收到的纸型选择触发信号选择与当前所选纸型匹配的成像方式进行成像作业。其中,当用户所选择的成像的纸型不同时,成像驱动装置50a所进行的成像作业也不同,例如,若默认纸型设置为A4,则用户如果按照A4作业命令的时候,可以直接打印,但如果按照A5作业命令的时候,则驱动装置50a需要提醒用户纸型不匹配;若默认纸型设置为A5,本实施例中优选的图像形成装置在A5打印的时候,支持长边进纸,所以当用户选择默认纸型为A5时,可以提醒用户按照长边进纸的方向放置纸张,成像驱动装置50a针对长边进纸后的纸张进行与该A5纸型对应的成像方式进行作业,如果用户不接受长边进纸的方式,则用户需要在驱动装置50a中重新设置成像作业的走纸方式为“非长边进纸/短边进纸”当然,本实施例中成像驱动装置50a和图像形成装置中与纸型选择器之间的关系不限于上述的长边、短边进纸,还可以根据纸张类似匹配更多其他的最佳参数设置。
图2为本发明一实施例提供的图像形成装置的托纸盘卡合到壳体上的状态示意图;如图1~图5所示,在壳体10a上、且在装纸口11a处可以铰接有托纸盘60a,托纸盘60a可转动至与壳体10a呈卡合状态。当纸型选择开关20a和/或纸型指示单元40a设置在壳体10a上的装纸口11a所在的外表面时,托纸盘60a可以转到遮挡住纸型选择开关20a和/或纸型指示单元40a的位置,纸型选择开关20a和/或纸型指示单元40a不可见,可保护纸型选择开关20a和/或纸型指示单元40a。
进一步的,图像形成装置上还可以设有纸张检测传感器,优选地,纸张传感器的位置在图像形成装置的本体内,位于托纸盘60a伸缩方向(即用户从装置口11a向打印机本体内观察的方向)的前端。纸张检测传感器可以与纸型选择器电连接,所述纸张检测传感器用于当检测到托纸盘60a上新添加有纸张时,发送启动信号给控制器30a,以使控制器30a根据启动信号控制所有纸型指示单元40a(例如如图5或图6所示的纸型指示单元401a、402a、403a、404a、405a、406a、407a)全部开启第一预设时间,并在经过第一预设时间后,控制器没有检测到新的出发信号时,控制上次所选纸型对应的纸型指示单元(例如如图5或图6所示的纸型指示单元401a)开启,控制其他纸型指示单元(例如如图5或图6所示 的纸型指示单元402a、403a、404a、405a、406a、407a)关闭;如果在第一预设时间内,控制器检测到新的出发信号时,控制本次新选择的纸型指示单元(例如如图5或图6所示的纸型指示单元402a)开启,控制其他纸型指示单元(例如如图5或图6所示的纸型指示单元401a、403a、404a、405a、406a、407a)关闭。具体的,纸张检测传感器可以为光检传感器,当托纸盘60a上放入纸张时,纸张前端会触动光检传感器上的L型遮光部件,L型遮光部件旋转一定角度,使得L型遮光部件不再遮挡传感器发出的光,此时光检测传感器的感光侧接收到传感器发出的光,并将光信号转换为电信号发送给纸型选择器的控制器30a,以使控制器30a进行相应操作。
当纸张检测传感器检测到托纸盘60a上有新增纸张时,表示此时用户所添加的纸张可能与之前托纸盘60a上的纸张不一致,此时,所有纸型指示单元40a点亮一段时间(第一预设时间),例如点亮500毫秒,以提示用户设置图像形成装置的执行作业时使用的纸张类型。
进一步的,纸型选择器还用于当在第一预设时间内接收到纸型控制开关20a的纸型选择触发信号时,根据纸型选择触发信号控制当前所选纸型对应的纸型指示单元20a开启,控制其他纸型指示单元关闭。
在上述实施例中,当纸型选择开关20a为按钮开关时,纸型选择触发信号为按压按钮开关的按压次数生成的。或者,当纸型选择开关20a为旋钮开关时,纸型选择触发信号为旋钮开关20a的旋转位置生成的。
图8为图6中的纸型选择开关和纸型指示单元的纸型选择器的电路原理图;图9为图7中的纸型选择开关和纸型指示单元的纸型选择器的电路原理图;图10为图7中的纸型选择开关内部印刷电路板的结构图。纸型选择器的各纸型指示单元和纸型选择单元可以分别与控制器电连接,控制器用于接收纸型选择开关的触发信号,并分别控制每个纸型指示单元的开启或关闭。具体的,可以参考图8~图10,下面结合附图,以纸型指示单元40a为发光件为例描述以下两种纸型选择器的工作过程:
如图8所示,为按钮式的纸型控制开关20a对应的纸型选择器,该纸型选择器可以包括SOC(System On a Chip)控制器30a、纸型控制开关20a、多个纸型指示单元40a(401a~407a),以及多个电阻(图中未标出 序号)。当在图像形成装置的托纸盘60a上放入纸张时,纸张检测传感器将检测到的纸张信号(光信号)转换成电信号发送给控制器30a,控制器30a控制纸型指示单元401a~407a同时点亮一段时间。当用户通过按键式的纸型控制开关20a设置默认纸型时,每次按下纸型控制开关20a,则纸型控制开关20a所在电路向控制器30a发送一个低电平信号,控制器30a接收到低电平信号后控制一个纸型指示单元点亮。例如,按下一次纸型控制开关20a时,纸型指示单元401a点亮,再次按下纸型控制开关20a时,纸型指示单元402a点亮,同时纸型指示单元401a熄灭,依次往后可依次点亮。用户在设置好图像形成设备的默认纸型后,设置的纸型对应的纸型指示单元常亮,来指示用户设置的是何种纸型。
图9为旋钮式的纸型控制开关20a对应的纸型选择器,其实现原理与按钮式的类似,在此不做赘述,与按钮式的不同的是,图10为旋钮式的纸型控制开关20a内部的印刷电路板结构示意图,电路板包括三道环形焊盘201a~203a,以及引脚端204a,其中引脚端204a包括三个引脚,图中焊盘上的黑色着色部分表示焊盘上的导电部分,三道焊盘均通过引脚与外部电路连接。当焊盘的导电部分被接通,即焊盘的导电部分与外部电路接地端连接时,焊盘输出低电平(对应数字信号中的0),当焊盘的导电部分未被接通时,焊盘输出高电平(对应数字信号中的1)。在使用旋钮开关设置默认纸型时,通过旋钮开关旋转到不同位置使三道焊盘201a~203a处于不同的导通状态,从而输出不同的数字信号(000、001、010、011、100、101、110、111)到控制器30a。控制器接收到数字信号后,例如接收到数字信号000时,使得图8中的纸型指示单元401点亮,接收到数字信号001时,使得纸型指示单元402点亮,同时纸型指示单元401熄灭,依次往后。用户在设置好图像形成设备的默认纸型后,设置的纸型对应的纸型指示单元常亮,来指示用户设置的是何种纸型。
进一步的,纸型指示单元40a可以包括发光二极管和保护盖,保护盖可以覆盖在发光二极管的外侧,保护盖的外表面上还设有用于指示纸型的标识层。由于发光二极管较容易在外力作用下损坏,通过保护盖可以进一步保护发光二极管免受损坏。另外,在本实施例中,如图6和图7所示,“A4”、“A5”“B5”“LTR”、“LGL”、“SAT”、“*”为 设置在保护盖外侧的标识层,这些标识层可以代表打印纸张类型的字样,例如“A4”代表A4纸型,“LTR”代表legal纸型“*”表示除上面六种纸型之外的其他纸型。当然,设计人员也可以根据具体需要而具体设计纸型指示单元40的纸型区分方式,本实施例不作限定。
优选的,保护盖可以为透明硅胶盖。硅胶的质地较为柔软,对发光二极管起到良好的保护作用,且选择透明的硅胶作为保护盖,当发光二极管发光时,可以透光,并且光线也较为柔和,用户体验较好。
壳体10a上可以开设有用于安装纸型指示单元40a的通孔,发光二极管可以嵌入通孔内。发光二机管嵌入到通孔内不凸出于壳体10a外表面,不易遭到破坏。
纸型选择开关20a和纸型指示单元40a的设置位置一般在便于用户观察的地方,例如可以如图1所示,纸型选择开关20a和纸型指示单元40a均设置在壳体10a上的装纸口11a所在的外表面,该表面一般朝向用户,由此,用户在该表面上更便于观察,便捷性较好。

本实施例与实施例一类似,与实施例一不同的是,纸型选择开关和纸型指示单元的设置位置有所变化,图4为本发明另一实施例提供的图像形成装置的结构示意图;在图4中,壳体10b顶部可以活动连接有处理盒盖板12b;纸型选择开关20b和纸型指示单元40b均设置在壳体10b顶面、且位于处理盒盖板12b的两侧。在本实施例中,由于图像形成装置的顶部也是便于用户观察的位置,将纸型选择开关20b和纸型指示单元40b设置在图像形成装置的顶部也能达到便于观察的目的,由于处理盒盖板12b一般尺寸较大,由此壳体10b的顶部可以设置纸型指示单元40b的位置有限,因此,可以将纸型指示单元40b呈矩形或者以其他不占用面积的方式排布,以节省布置空间。
实施例三
图5为本发明再一实施例提供的图像形成装置的结构示意图;本实施例与实施例二类似,与实施例二不同的是,将纸型选择开关20c设置在壳体10c顶面、且位于处理盒盖板12c的两侧,纸型指示单元40c位于壳体10c上的装纸口11c所在的外表面。纸型选择开关20c和纸型指示单元40位 于不同的表面,同样也可以满足需求。
当然,还可以是,纸型选择开关位于壳体10c上的装纸口11c所在的外表面,纸型指示单元位于壳体10c顶面、且位于处理盒盖板12c的两侧。
另外,上述实施例中的托纸盘60a均可以收起,托纸盘60a收起时有以下几种情况:
当基于实施例一,如图1和图2所示,当纸型选择开关20a和纸型指示单元40a都设置在壳体10a上的装纸口11a所在的外表面,当图像形成装置的托纸盘60a收起时,也即托纸盘60a上面没有纸张时,纸型选择开关20a和纸型指示单元40a被遮挡而不可见,此时纸型选择开关20a和纸型指示单元40a也不响应用户的操作,即此时用户无法通过纸型选择器设置成像设备的默认纸型。
当基于实施例二,如图4所示,当纸型选择开关20b和纸型指示单元40b都设置在壳体10b顶面、且位于处理盒盖板12b的两侧,当图像形成装置的托纸盘60b收起时,也即托纸盘60b上面没有纸张时,纸型选择开关20b和纸型指示单元40b仍然可见,此时纸型选择开关20b和纸型指示单元40b也不响应用户的操作,即此时用户无法通过纸型选择器设置成像设备的默认纸型。
当基于实施例三,如图5所示,当纸型选择开关20c设置在壳体10c顶面、且位于处理盒盖板12c的两侧,纸型指示单元40c纸位于壳体10c上的装纸口11c所在的外表面;或者,当纸型指示单元40c设置在壳体10c顶面、且位于处理盒盖板12c的两侧,纸型选择开关20c位于壳体10c上的装纸口11c所在的外表面;则当图像形成装置的托纸盘60c收起时,也即托纸盘60c上面没有纸张时,纸型选择开关20c或纸型指示单元40c不可见,此时纸型选择开关20c和纸型指示单元40c不响应用户的操作,即此时用户无法通过纸型选择器设置成像设备的默认纸型。根据上述实施例,下面对本技术方案所提供的纸型选择的方案在具体使用时,具体举例描述:
1.图像形成装置出厂时保存一种默认纸型(中国地区一般默认A4,非中国地区默认LETTER)到图像形成装置的存储器中(例如常用的flash);
2.图像形成装置处于待机/休眠时,用户放纸,七个发光二极管全亮500ms,提示用户选择纸型,500ms后,如果用户没有重新选择,只亮上次已选好的纸型(新机器是出厂默认的纸型)对应的发光二极管;如500ms内,用户有按键设置纸型,每按一次按键,从当前亮的发光二极管开始轮动以指示选定的纸型;用户在2秒内无按键动作,控制器认为用户已选择好,保存选定的纸型,对应的发光二极管常亮。
3.当图像形成装置处于非打印中状态时,只要纸盒有纸,允许用户随时设置纸型;但当打印处于打印中状态时,不允许用户设置纸型;
4.当图像形成装置处于缺纸状态下,纸型选择器的七个发光二极管全灭,按键或者旋钮不响应;
5.纸型选择器上的纸型和图像形成装置内置的webpage页面上可设置的纸型互斥,互斥方式为纸型选择器上设置有能提供给用户选择的第一组类型的纸型,在webpage上设置有能供给用户选择的第二组类型的纸型;并且所述第一组类型的纸型中的纸型不同于所述第二组类型的纸型中的纸型;即互斥方式为纸型选择器上能显示的纸型,在webpage上不再提供给用户选择;
6.纸型选择器中的纸型指示单元包括数个指定类型的纸型和非指定类型的其他纸型;当用户选择指定类型纸型中的一种时,控制器接收纸型控制开关的纸型选择触发信号;当用户选择非指定类型的其他纸型时,控制器接收图像形成装置内置的webpage页面选择的其他纸型选择触发信号;优选地,当纸型选择器选上Statement、Legal、B5、A4、A5、Letter六种纸型中的一种时,以纸型选择器选定的纸型上报;当纸型选择器选上其它纸型(*)时,以webpage选定的纸型上报。
实施例四
如图11所示,本实施在前述实施例的基础上将纸型选择器上的纸型指示单元401a-407a替换为采用粘贴或者丝印或者雕刻在图像形成装置外壳上的标识,这样纸型指示单元就不需要单独的电路,不仅可以减少电路的布线,还可以节省电量;而纸型选择开关20a设置成指针的形状,用户拨动或者旋转纸型选择开关20a,选择哪种纸型,指针就指向哪种纸型。并且纸型选择开关20a还会发送表征当前所选纸型对应的纸型指示单元 (指针指向的纸型)开启的信号。
实施例五
如图12所示,本实施在前述实施例的基础上将纸型选择器上的纸型指示单元401a-407a替换为纸型选择开关20a滑行的方式,具体地:纸型选择开关20a设置成能够左右滑行,纸型指示单元401a-407a设置成并行的一排,通过用户手动滑行调节纸型选开关20a,纸型选择开关20a滑至的位置就是被选择的纸张类型。
当然用户还可以根据自己的需要,将纸型指示单元401a-407a自身设置成可以发光的开关,用户点选哪种纸型,哪种纸型就被点亮,并将被选择纸型指示单元401a-407a开启的信号发送至控制器。作为一种可选的技术方案,纸型选择开关20a也可以替换为电位器(类似收音机开关),通过类似滑动变阻器的原理,用户将电位器调节至不同的不同,表征不同的纸型被选择;也可以通过互斥的机械开关,例如随声听或者录音机中的按键,当通过按键选择一种纸型时,其他纸型的按键被自动弹起。
上述实施例中的纸型指示单元401a-407a也可以被替换成数码管,用户通过上述实施例中任意一种纸型选择开关20a选择不同的纸型,然后通过数码管显示纸张类型;并将被选择纸型指示单元401a-407a开启的信号发送至控制器30a。
另外,纸型选择开关20a和/或纸型指示单元401a-407a不仅能够设置在前述的壳体10a顶面、且位于所述处理盒盖板12a的两侧,还可以设置在图像形成装置的底盘上,例如托纸盘60a的上表面。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种图像形成装置,其特征在于,包括:壳体和纸型选择器,所述纸型选择器包括纸型选择开关、控制器,以及多个用于显示当前设置纸型的纸型指示单元;
    所述纸型选择开关和纸型指示单元设置在所述壳体的外表面,所述纸型选择开关和所述纸型指示单元分别与所述控制器电连接,所述控制器用于接收所述纸型控制开关的纸型选择触发信号,并根据所述纸型选择触发信号控制表征当前所选纸型对应的纸型指示单元的指示信号开启。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的图像形成装置,其特征在于,所述控制器还用于根据所述纸型选择触发信号控制表征与所述当前所选纸型不同的当前所选纸型对应的纸型指示单元的指示信号开启的时候,还会控制表征其他纸型指示单元的指示信号关闭。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的图像形成装置,其特征在于,所述控制器还用于将所开启的表征当前所选纸型对应的纸型指示单元的指示信号传送给图像形成装置内置的webpage页面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的图像形成装置,其特征在于,所述纸型指示单元包括发光二极管和覆盖在所述发光二极管外侧的保护盖,所述保护盖的外表面上还设有用于指示纸型的标识层。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的图像形成装置,其特征在于,所述壳体上开设有用于安装所述纸型指示单元的通孔,所述发光二极管嵌入所述通孔内。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的图像形成装置,其特征在于,所述图像形成装置与成像驱动装置连接,所述成像驱动装置用于根据所述控制器接收到的纸型选择触发信号选择与当前所选纸型匹配的成像方式进行成像作业。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的图像形成装置,其特征在于,所述纸型选择开关和所述纸型指示单元均位于所述壳体上的装纸口所在的外表面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的图像形成装置,其特征在于,所述壳体顶部活动连接有处理盒盖板;
    所述纸型选择开关和所述纸型指示单元均设置在所述壳体顶面、且位于所述处理盒盖板的两侧;
    或者,所述纸型选择开关位于所述壳体上的装纸口所在的外表面,所述纸型指示单元位于所述壳体顶面、且位于所述处理盒盖板的两侧;
    或者,所述纸型选择开关位于所述壳体顶面、且位于所述处理盒盖板的两侧,所述纸型指示单元位于所述壳体上的装纸口所在的外表面。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的图像形成装置,其特征在于,在所述壳体上、且在装纸口处铰接有托纸盘,所述托纸盘可转动至与所述壳体呈卡合状态。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的图像形成装置,其特征在于,所述图像形成装置上还设有纸张检测传感器,所述纸张检测传感器与所述控制器电连接,所述纸张检测传感器用于当检测到托纸盘上新添加有纸张时,发送启动信号给所述控制器,以使所述控制器根据所述启动信号控制所有纸型指示单元开启第一预设时间,并在经过第一预设时间后,若控制器未接收所述纸型控制开关的纸型选择触发信号,控制上次所选纸型对应的纸型指示单元开启,控制其他纸型指示单元关闭。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的图像形成装置,其特征在于,所述纸型选择器还用于当在第一预设时间内接收到所述纸型控制开关的纸型选择触发信号时,根据所述纸型选择触发信号控制当前所选纸型对应的纸型指示单元开启,控制其他纸型指示单元关闭。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的图像形成装置,其特征在于,
    所述纸型选择开关为按钮开关,所述纸型选择触发信号为按压所述按钮开关的按压次数生成的;
    或者,所述纸型选择开关为旋钮开关,所述纸型选择触发信号为所述旋钮开关的旋转位置生成的。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的图像形成装置,其特征在于,所述纸型选择器上的纸型与图像形成装置内置的webpage页面上可设置的纸型互斥,所述互斥方式为纸型选择器上设置有能提供给用户选择的第一组类型的纸型,在webpage上设置有能提供给用户选择的第二组类型的纸型;并且所述第一组类型的纸型中的纸型不同于所述第二组类型的纸型中的纸 型。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的图像形成装置,其特征在于,所述纸型选择器中的纸型指示单元包括数个指定类型的纸型和非指定类型的其他纸型;当用户选择所述指定类型纸型中的一种时,所述控制器接收所述纸型控制开关的纸型选择触发信号;当用户选择非指定类型的其他纸型时,所述控制器接收所述图像形成装置内置的webpage页面选择的其他纸型选择触发信号。
