Abstract

本发明实施例提供一种在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法及其视频终端。其方法包括:接收欲观看视频的语音搜索指令,语音搜索指令至少包括欲观看视频的视频名称;获取与视频名称相对应的视频类型以及与语音搜索指令的声纹特征相对应的用户类型;判断视频类型与适宜用户类型的用户观看的视频类型是否一致;如果是,以视频名称为搜索词在一特定视频库中搜索欲观看视频,特定视频库中的视频类型与视频类型以及适宜用户类型的用户观看的视频类型相一致,本发明解决了现有在视频终端上进行视频搜索的方法以及视频终端具有不能根据搜索用户的用户类型在特定的视频库中进行精确搜索,从而减少搜索结果提升视频搜索以及后续的视频观看体验的技术问题。

技术领域
本发明实施例涉及智能视频终端领域,尤其涉及一种在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法及其视频终端。
背景技术
随着智能终端技术的快速发展,比如智能电视的快速发展,传统电视已逐步向互联网电视方向发展,不论从电视的内容还是电视的操作方式,都发生着巨大的变化。传统电视以模拟信号作为电视媒体信息的来源,而新兴互联网电视的内容,除了覆盖原有模拟信号媒体信息的同时,更可以就互联网信息进行高度整合,将互联网更多更广泛的内容直接迁徙到电视端,更直接地呈献给用户。
但是,互联网视频的内容繁多,给用户的选择带来困扰,如互联网电视中具有大量的视频资源,这些资源的类型不尽相同,适合不同类别的受众进行观看,而大量的视频资源中视频名称也时常会有雷同的现象发生,如同一个名字既有适合儿童观看的又有适合成人观看的,这样在进行一般的视频搜索时,往往是通过遥控器选择视频名称并将视频名称填入至搜索框中,在整个大的视频库中进行相关视频名称的搜索,而视频库仅仅对视频名称进行过滤,并不对搜索视频的用户类型进行过滤,如在儿童搜索时可能出现成人类型的视频内容,这种情况下一方面搜索结果较多且无用的搜索结果较多,会给用户带来不必要的选择困扰;另一方面若搜到成人类型的视频内容也不适 宜儿童观看,造成视频搜索以及后续的视频观看体验较差。
换言之,现有的在视频终端上进行视频搜索的方法以及视频终端具有不能根据搜索用户的用户类型在特定的视频库中进行精确搜索,从而减少搜索结果提升视频搜索以及后续的视频观看体验的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法及装置,用以解决现有的在视频终端上进行视频搜索的方法以及视频终端具有不能根据搜索用户的用户类型在特定的视频库中进行精确搜索,从而减少搜索结果提升视频搜索以及后续的视频观看体验的技术问题。
本发明实施例还提供一种在特定视频库中搜索视频的电子设备、一种非暂态计算机存储介质以及一种计算机程序产品。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法,其包括:
接收欲观看视频的语音搜索指令,其中,所述语音搜索指令至少包括欲观看视频的视频名称;
获取与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型以及与所述语音搜索指令的声纹特征相对应的用户类型;
判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型是否一致;
如果是,以所述视频名称为搜索词在一特定视频库中搜索所述欲观看视频,其中,所述特定视频库中的视频类型与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型以及适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型相一致。
进一步地,判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型是否一致之后还包括:
如果否,以所述视频名称为搜索词在综合视频库中搜索所述欲观看视 频,其中,所述综合视频库的视频内容包括所述特定视频库的视频内容。
进一步地,获取与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型以及与所述语音搜索指令的声纹特征相对应的用户类型的方法具体包括:
从所述语音搜索指令中提取所述视频名称;
根据所述视频名称获取与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型;
根据所述语音搜索指令获取与所述语音搜索指令相对应的声纹特征;
根据所述声纹特征识别所述语音搜索指令所对应的用户类型。
进一步地,在判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型是否一致之前还包括:
根据预先设置的视频类型与适宜受众的对应关系,获取适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型。
进一步地,所述视频名称相对应的视频类型为儿童视频类型,所述用户类型为儿童用户类型,所述特定视频库为儿童视频库。

接收模块,用于接收欲观看视频的语音搜索指令,其中,所述语音搜索指令至少包括欲观看视频的视频名称;
第一获取模块,用于获取与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型以及与所述语音搜索指令的声纹特征相对应的用户类型;
判断模块,用于判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型是否一致;
第一搜索模块,用于在所述判断模块判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型一致时,以所述视频名称为搜索词在一特定视频库中搜索所述欲观看视频,其中,所述特定视频库中的视频类型与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型以及适宜所述用户类型的用户观 看的视频类型相一致。
进一步地,所述视频终端还包括:

为解决以上技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行本申请上述任一项在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法。
本发明实施例提供的一种在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法及其视频终端,通过对搜索用户的用户类型以及搜索视频名称对应的视频类型进行匹配关系的认定,当搜索用户的用户类型以及搜索视频名称时,进入与搜索视频名称类型相匹配的视频库中对视频名称进行搜索,解决现有的在视频终端上进行视频搜索的方法以及视频终端具有不能根据搜索用户的用户类型在特定的视频库中进行精确搜索,从而减少搜索结果提升视频搜索以及后续的视频观看体验的技术问题。

实施例1
为解决现有的在视频终端上进行视频搜索的方法以及视频终端具有不能根据搜索用户的用户类型在特定的视频库中进行精确搜索,从而减少搜索结果提升视频搜索以及后续的视频观看体验的技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种在特定视频库中搜索视频的视频终端,如图1-4所示分别为本发明实施例1的一种在特定视频库中搜索视频的视频终端的结构方框图。请参考图1,为本发明实施例1的在特定视频库中搜索视频的视频终端的一结构方框图,所述视频终端10包括接收模块110、第一获取模块120、判断模块130以及第一搜索模块140。
在这里,所述视频终端10可以是智能电视机、平板电脑、智能手机以及个人电脑等,在此本申请并不对其具体的形态做过多限定。
所述接收模块110用于接收欲观看视频的语音搜索指令,其中,所述语音搜索指令至少包括欲观看视频的视频名称;
所述第一获取模块120用于获取与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型以及与所述语音搜索指令的声纹特征相对应的用户类型;
所述判断模块130用于判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型是否一致;
所述第一搜索模块140用于在所述判断模块130判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型一致时,以所述视频名称为搜索词在一特定视频库中搜索所述欲观看视频,其中,所述特定视频库中的视频类型与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型以及适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型相一致。
本发明实施例提供的在特定视频库中搜索视频的视频终端,通过对搜索用户的用户类型以及搜索视频名称对应的视频类型进行匹配关系的认定,当搜索用户的用户类型以及搜索视频名称一致时,进入与搜索视频名称类型相匹配的视频库中对视频名称进行搜索,解决现有的在视频终端上进行视频搜 索的方法以及视频终端具有不能根据搜索用户的用户类型在特定的视频库中进行精确搜索,从而减少搜索结果提升视频搜索以及后续的视频观看体验的技术问题。
其中,请参考图3,为本发明实施例1的在特定视频库中搜索视频的视频终端的又一结构方框图,在本发明其他较佳实施例中,所述第一获取模块120进一步包括提取单元1201、第一获取单元1202、第二获取单元1203以及识别单元1204。
具体地,所述提取单元1201用于从所述语音搜索指令中提取所述视频名称;
所述第一获取单元1202用于根据所述视频名称获取与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型;
所述第二获取单元1203用于根据所述语音搜索指令获取与所述语音搜索指令相对应的声纹特征;
所述识别单元1204用于根据所述声纹特征识别所述语音搜索指令所对应的用户类型。

所述第二搜索模块150用于在所述判断模块130判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型不一致时,以所述视频名称为搜索词在综合视频库中搜索所述欲观看视频,其中,所述综合视频库的视频内容包括所述特定视频库的视频内容。
以及,请参考图4,为本发明实施例1的在特定视频库中搜索视频的视频终端的又一结构方框图,在本发明其他较佳实施例中,所述视频终端10还包括第二获取模块160。
所述第二获取模块160用于根据预先设置的视频类型与适宜受众的对应关系,获取适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型。
另外,所述视频名称相对应的视频类型为儿童视频类型,所述用户类型为儿童用户类型,所述特定视频库为儿童视频库。在这里,当儿童通过所述 视频终端10搜索视频时,首先要对视频名称对应的视频类型进行确认,然后对语音搜索指令的声纹特征进行确认,当两者都被确认后进入相应的儿童视频库中,对视频名称进行相应的搜索,一方面做到精确搜索缩短搜索时间,另一方面避免儿童搜索到不适宜儿童观看的视频内容,进而提升用户的搜索以及后续的观看体验。
以上为本发明在特定视频库中搜索视频的视频终端的装置实施例,以下结合在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法的方法实施例对以上视频终端结构进行进一步阐述。
实施例2
为解决现有的在视频终端上进行视频搜索的方法以及视频终端具有不能根据搜索用户的用户类型在特定的视频库中进行精确搜索,从而减少搜索结果提升视频搜索以及后续的视频观看体验的技术问题,本发明实施例并提供了一种在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法,如图5-8所示分别为本发明实施例2的一种在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法的方法流程图。请参考图5,为本发明实施例2的一种在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法的一方法流程图,并结合实施例1以及图1,所述方法包括:
步骤S100,所述接收模块110接收欲观看视频的语音搜索指令,其中,所述语音搜索指令至少包括欲观看视频的视频名称;
步骤S300,所述第一获取模块120获取与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型以及与所述语音搜索指令的声纹特征相对应的用户类型;
步骤S500,所述判断模块130判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型是否一致;

在步骤S100中,所述接收模块110可以但不限制于是具有语音采集功能的麦克风,比如处于智能电视外接设备连接上的阵列式麦克结构,智能手机、平板电脑边框上的麦克接收结构,亦或者是个人电脑的自带麦克结构或者外接麦克风等,其主要是用于接收视频终端用户呼出的欲观看视频的语音搜索指令。在这里,所述语音搜索指令可以是“我要看小马宝莉”、“我想看奇幻森林”或者是“北京遇上西雅图”等,其中,所述语音搜索指令大概是“我想/要看XXX”等模式,“我想/要看”为所述视频终端用户的诉求,“XXX”所述视频终端用户欲观看视频的视频名称,可以想到的是对于没有所述“我想/要看”等诉求词时,因为所述视频终端的主要用户就是为用户提供观看服务,仅仅有“XXX”所述视频终端用户欲观看视频的视频名称也可以实现,因此在所述语音搜索指令至少包括欲观看视频的视频名称,并不对所述语音搜索指令中是否有用户的诉求词做过多限定。可以想到的是,假若在所述语音搜索指令中也可以加入演员或者导演的名字可以更加精确实现相关视频的搜索,如“我要看刘德华主演的天龙八部”等。
承接上述步骤S100,在步骤S300中,所述第一获取模块120获取与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型以及与所述语音搜索指令的声纹特征相对应的用户类型。
具体地,请参考图7,为本发明实施例2的一种在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法的又一方法流程图,并结合实施例1以及图3,以上步骤所述第一获取模块120获取与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型以及与所述语音搜索指令的声纹特征相对应的用户类型具体包括以下步骤:
步骤S310,所述提取单元1201从所述语音搜索指令中提取所述视频名称;
步骤S320,所述第一获取单元1202根据所述视频名称获取与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型;
步骤S330,所述第二获取单元1203根据所述语音搜索指令获取与所述语音搜索指令相对应的声纹特征;
步骤S340,所述识别单元1204根据所述声纹特征识别所述语音搜索指令所对应的用户类型。
在这里,步骤S310中,承接上述步骤S100,在所述接收模块110接收欲观看视频的语音搜索指令后,所述提取单元1201从所述语音搜索指令中提取所述视频名称,如从所述视频终端10的用户呼出的所述语音搜索指令“我要看小马宝莉”中提取欲观看视频的视频名称“小马宝莉”,其中所述提取可以根据以上所提及的所述语音搜索指令包括视频名称以及用户诉求的组成规律进行提取,或者是将所述语音搜索指令与视频库中的视频名称列表进行比对,当重合度达到一预定值时,即把所述视频名称作为用户欲观看的视频名称,即从所述语音搜索指令中提取所述视频名称完毕。
承接上述步骤S310,在步骤S320中,在所述提取单元1201提取到所述视频名称后,所述第一获取单元1202根据提取到的所述视频名称获取与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型,如所述提取单元1201提取到的视频名称为“小马宝莉”,则所述第一获取单元1202获取与“小马宝莉”相对应的视频类型为动漫视频类型,如所述提取单元1201提取到的视频名称为“北京 遇上西雅图”,则第一获取单元1202获取与“北京遇上西雅图”相对应的视频类型为情感电影类型。在这里,所述视频名称相对应的视频类型指的是视频库中各个视频的属性,其可以包括动漫、体育、情感或者励志等。另外,需要指出的是一个视频即一个视频名称可以对应多个视频类型,如某一电影既属于情感剧也属于体育剧等。
承接上述步骤S320,在步骤S330中,所述第二获取单元1203根据所述语音搜索指令获取与所述语音搜索指令相对应的声纹特征。在这里,是对呼出所述语音搜索指令的用户身份的认定,其中,根据所述声纹特征判断所述用户的类型,在这里,所述声纹特征可以包括声音的大小、波段频率以及节奏变化等因素,可以想到的是男士、女士以及儿童的声纹特征是不一样的,如男士的可能音量比较大、波段较长,节奏变化小等,而女士的可能音量比较小、波段较段,节奏变化大等,儿童的可能音量比较小、波段较段、语速较慢、语意不清楚等特征,以上所列举的所述声纹特征仅仅是事例性质,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。通过对所述用户呼出的语音搜索指令的音量、波段、语速、以及语意是否清楚等获取用户的声纹特征。
承接上述步骤S330,在步骤S340中,在所述第二获取单元1203获取所述声纹特征后,所述识别单元1204根据所述声纹特征识别所述语音搜索指令所对应的用户类型。具体地,假若所述声纹特征为音量比较小、波段较段、语速较慢、语意不清楚等,则可以识别出所述用户类型为儿童用户;又若所述声纹特征为音量比较大、波段较长,节奏变化小、语意清楚等,则可以识别出所述用户类型为成年男士用户。
需要指出的是,获取所述视频名称相对应的视频类型的方法(步骤S310以及步骤S320)以及识别所述语音搜索指令所对应的用户类型方法(步骤S330以及步骤S340)之间并没有严格的先后关系,即也可以先识别所述语音搜索指令所对应的用户类型后获取所述视频名称相对应的视频类型(步骤S330-步骤S340-步骤S310-步骤S320)。
承接上述步骤S300,在步骤S500中,在所述第一获取模块120获取与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型以及与所述语音搜索指令的声纹特征相对应的用户类型之后,所述判断模块130判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型是否一致。
另外,请参考图8,为本发明实施例2的一种在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法的又一方法流程图,并结合实施例1以及图4,在所述判断模块130判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型是否一致前还包括:
步骤S400,根据预先设置的视频类型与适宜受众的对应关系,获取适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型。
具体地,本步骤的目的在于在识别所述语音搜索指令所对应的用户类型后,根据所述预先设置的视频类型与适宜受众的对应关系,获取适宜所述语音搜索指令所对应的用户类型的用户观看的视频类型。在这里,在视频库中,每个视频类型都会有适宜观看的受众,如“小马宝莉”的适宜受众为学龄前儿童,“大头儿子小头爸爸”的适宜受众为学龄前儿童,“速度与激情”的适宜受众为成年男性等,当所述识别单元1204识别出所述语音搜索指令所对应的用户类型为儿童类型后,根据以上预先设置的视频类型与适宜受众的对应关系,获取适宜所述语音搜索指令所对应的用户类型的用户观看的视频类型为动漫类型,即完成根据预先设置的视频类型与适宜受众的对应关系,获取适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型(步骤S400),需要指出的是,所述预先设置的视频类型与适宜受众的对应关系在各个视频录入所述视频中时已经预先设置完毕。
承接上述步骤S400,在步骤S500中,所述判断模块130判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型是否一致:
如所述语音搜索指令中的视频名称为“小马宝莉”,其视频类型为动漫 类型,当所述语音搜索指令的声纹特征对应的用户类型为儿童类型,而用户类型为儿童类型的用户适宜观看的视频类型为动漫类型类型,即表明所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型一致;
如所述语音搜索指令中的视频名称为“小马宝莉”,其视频类型为动漫类型,当所述语音搜索指令的声纹特征对应的用户类型为成人类型,而用户类型为成人类型的用户适宜观看的视频类型为情感、励志等类型,即表明所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型不一致。
承接上述步骤S500,对所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型进行判断的结果有两种,一为一致,二为不一致。
其中,在所述判断模块130判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型一致时,进行步骤S700,所述第一搜索模块140以所述视频名称为搜索词在一特定视频库中搜索所述欲观看视频,其中,所述特定视频库中的视频类型与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型以及适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型相一致。
具体地,所述第一搜索模块140将所述视频名称做为搜索词,在特定视频库中搜索所述欲观看视频,所述特定视频库中的视频类型与所述语音搜索指令中所述视频名称对应的视频类型相一致,且与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型相一致,如所述特定视频库为动漫视频库,很显然所述动漫视频库中的视频类型为动漫类型,而“我要看小马宝莉”的语音搜索指令中“小马宝莉”的视频类型也是动漫类型,以及所述“我要看小马宝莉”的语音搜索指令的声纹特征对应的用户类型为儿童类型,且适宜所述儿童类型的用户观看的视频类型也为动漫类型,即三者相互统一,即保证了搜索结果较少,也保证了搜索的准确性。
另外,在所述判断模块130判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型不一致时,进行步骤S900,所述第二搜 索模块150以所述视频名称为搜索词在综合视频库中搜索所述欲观看视频,其中,所述综合视频库的视频内容包括所述特定视频库的视频内容。
具体地,所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型不一致,可以理解为成年人呼出的“我要看小马宝莉”,其中视频名称对应的视频类型是动漫类型,而“我要看小马宝莉”的语音搜素指令的声纹特征对应的用户为成人,而成人对应的视频类型没有动漫类型,此时就不能以所述视频名称为搜索词在上述特定视频库中搜索所述欲观看视频,进而转向在综合视频库中搜索所述欲观看视频,需要指出的是所述综合视频库的视频内容包括所述特定视频库的视频内容。在这里,所述综合视频库可以理解为大库,所述特定视频库可以理解为小库,在小库中搜索可以做到精确搜索以及搜索出的结果较少,便于用户进行从搜索结果中快速找到想要看的视频。
本发明实施例提供的在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法,通过对搜索用户的用户类型以及搜索视频名称对应的视频类型进行匹配关系的认定,当搜索用户的用户类型以及搜索视频名称一致时,进入与搜索视频名称类型相匹配的视频库中对视频名称进行搜索,解决现有的在视频终端上进行视频搜索的方法以及视频终端具有不能根据搜索用户的用户类型在特定的视频库中进行精确搜索,从而减少搜索结果提升视频搜索以及后续的视频观看体验的技术问题。
另外,所述视频名称相对应的视频类型为儿童视频类型,所述用户类型为儿童用户类型,所述特定视频库为儿童视频库。在这里,当儿童通过所述视频终端10搜索视频时,首先要对视频名称对应的视频类型进行确认,然后对语音搜索指令的声纹特征进行确认,当两者都被确认后进入相应的儿童视频库中,对视频名称进行相应的搜索,一方面做到精确搜索缩短搜索时间,另一方面避免儿童搜索到不适宜儿童观看的视频内容,进而提升用户的搜索以及后续的观看体验。
另外,需要指出的是以上实施例1的装置实施例和实施例2的方法实施 例若有不清楚之处,可以进行相互参考。
图9为本发明实施例的在特定视频库中搜索视频的电子设备的结构示意图,本实施例所述设备可以为在特定视频库中搜索视频的显示服务器或在特定视频库中搜索视频的服务器中的一部分,该设备可以包括:
一个或多个处理器901以及存储器902,图9中以一个处理器901为例。
在特定视频库中搜索视频的电子设备还可以包括:输入装置903和输出装置904。
处理器901、存储器902、输入装置903和输出装置904可以通过总线或者其他方式连接。
存储器902作为一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非暂态软件程序、非暂态计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中的在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法对应的程序指令/模块。处理器901通过运行存储在存储器902中的非暂态软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行服务器的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法。
存储器902可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需要的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据在特定视频库中搜索视频的装置的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器902可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非暂态存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非暂态固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,存储器902可选包括相对于处理器901远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至列表项操作的处理装置。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
输入装置903可接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与在特定视频库中搜索视频的装置的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。输出装置904可包括显示屏等显示设备。
所述一个或者多个模块存储在所述存储器902中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器901执行时,执行上述任意方法实施例中的在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法。
上述产品可执行本发明实施例所提供的方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。未在本实施例中详尽描述的技术细节,可参见本发明实施例所提供的方法。
本发明实施例的电子设备以多种形式存在,包括但不限于:
(1)移动通信设备:这类设备的特点是具备移动通信功能,并且以提供话音、数据通信为主要目标。这类终端包括:智能手机(例如iPhone)、多媒体手机、功能性手机,以及低端手机等。
(2)超移动个人计算机设备:这类设备属于个人计算机的范畴,有计算和处理功能,一般也具备移动上网特性。这类终端包括:PDA、MID和UMPC设备等,例如iPad。
(3)便携式娱乐设备:这类设备可以显示和播放多媒体内容。该类设备包括:音频、视频播放器(例如iPod),掌上游戏机,电子书,以及智能玩具和便携式车载导航设备。
(4)服务器:提供计算服务的设备,服务器的构成包括处理器、硬盘、内存、系统总线等,服务器和通用的计算机架构类似,但是由于需要提供高可靠的服务,因此在处理能力、稳定性、可靠性、安全性、可扩展性、可管理性等方面要求较高。
(5)其他具有数据交互功能的电子装置。
相应地,本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有用于执行上述实施例方法的程序。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络 单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收欲观看视频的语音搜索指令,其中,所述语音搜索指令至少包括欲观看视频的视频名称;
    获取与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型以及与所述语音搜索指令的声纹特征相对应的用户类型;
    判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型是否一致;
    如果是,以所述视频名称为搜索词在一特定视频库中搜索所述欲观看视频,其中,所述特定视频库中的视频类型与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型以及适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型相一致。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法,其特征在于,判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型是否一致之后还包括:
    如果否,以所述视频名称为搜索词在综合视频库中搜索所述欲观看视频,其中,所述综合视频库的视频内容包括所述特定视频库的视频内容。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法,其特征在于,获取与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型以及与所述语音搜索指令的声纹特征相对应的用户类型的方法进一步包括:
    从所述语音搜索指令中提取所述视频名称;
    根据所述视频名称获取与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型;
    根据所述语音搜索指令获取与所述语音搜索指令相对应的声纹特征;
    根据所述声纹特征识别所述语音搜索指令所对应的用户类型。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法,其特征在于,在判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型是否一致之前还包括:
    根据预先设置的视频类型与适宜受众的对应关系,获取适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的在特定视频库中搜索视频的方法,其特征在于,所述视频名称相对应的视频类型为儿童视频类型,所述用户类型为儿童用户类型,所述特定视频库为儿童视频库。
  6. 一种在特定视频库中搜索视频的视频终端,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收欲观看视频的语音搜索指令,其中,所述语音搜索指令至少包括欲观看视频的视频名称;
    第一获取模块,用于获取与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型以及与所述语音搜索指令的声纹特征相对应的用户类型;
    判断模块,用于判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型是否一致;
    第一搜索模块,用于在所述判断模块判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型一致时,以所述视频名称为搜索词在一特定视频库中搜索所述欲观看视频,其中,所述特定视频库中的视频类型与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型以及适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型相一致。
  7. 如权利要求6所述在特定视频库中搜索视频的视频终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二搜索模块,用于在所述判断模块判断所述视频名称相对应的视频类型与适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型不一致时,以所述视频名称为 搜索词在综合视频库中搜索所述欲观看视频,其中,所述综合视频库的视频内容包括所述特定视频库的视频内容。
  8. 如权利要求6所述在特定视频库中搜索视频的视频终端,其特征在于,所述第一获取模块进一步包括:
    提取单元,用于从所述语音搜索指令中提取所述视频名称;
    第一获取单元,用于根据所述视频名称获取与所述视频名称相对应的视频类型;
    第二获取单元,用于根据所述语音搜索指令获取与所述语音搜索指令相对应的声纹特征;
    识别单元,用于根据所述声纹特征识别所述语音搜索指令所对应的用户类型。
  9. 如权利要求6所述在特定视频库中搜索视频的视频终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二获取模块,用于根据预先设置的视频类型与适宜受众的对应关系,获取适宜所述用户类型的用户观看的视频类型。
  10. 如权利要求6所述在特定视频库中搜索视频的视频终端,其特征在于,所述视频名称相对应的视频类型为儿童视频类型,所述用户类型为儿童用户类型,所述特定视频库为儿童视频库。
  11. 一种在特定视频库中搜索视频的电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及,
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至 少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行权利要求1-5任一所述方法。
  12. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行权利要求1-5任一所述方法。
  13. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行权利要求1-5任一所述方法。
