上盖13上设有限位凸起122,限位凸起122与按键凸起121相邻设置,按键凸起121高度大于限位凸起122的高度,限位凸起122的设置很好的对按键12进行限位,有效的控制按键12的键程,使得按键12可以得到很好的保护;按键凸起121高度大于所述限位凸起122的高度,非常有效的防止用力过大造成按键12损坏,也能够非常有效的保护电路板2和按压片22,使得防丢器更加的耐用。
壳体1包括下盖14,电路板2上设有蜂鸣器23,蜂鸣器23与电路板2电性控制连接,下盖14上设有与蜂鸣器23相配合的固定卡位141,蜂鸣器23可以通过控制或自动发出蜂鸣声音,使得使用者可以很快的定位防丢器的位置,从而非常方便的找到所要寻找的物品,固定卡位141可以很好的对蜂鸣器23进行限位固定,使得蜂鸣器23的安装更加的稳固,而且固定卡位141对壳体1也提供了很好的支撑,使得壳体1的刚性进一步加强。
电路板2上设有定位孔24,下盖14上设有与定位孔24相配合的定位柱,定位孔24至少设置两个,定位孔24的设置非常方便电路板2的定位安装,使得防丢器的组装非常的方便简单,定位柱142与定位孔24相配合,可以非常有效的对电路板2进行限位固定,而且定位柱142对壳体1也提供了很好的支撑,使得壳体1的刚性进一步加强,定位孔24设置两个以上可以更加方便对电路板2进行固定;定位孔24沿电路板2的边缘设置,定位孔24的个数与定位柱142 的个数相等,非常方便电路板2的定位安装,定位柱142设置三个,三个定位柱142不在同一条直线上,使得电路板2的固定更加的稳固。
电路板2上设有电池位25,电池位25上设有电池251,上盖13上设有132,下盖14上设有限位围骨143,电池251安装在电池位25上,可以很好的对防丢器提供电能,保证防丢器良好高效的工作,132可以很好的对电池251进行限位固定,有效的避免电池251的移位造成的接触不良,从而很好的保证了电能供应的稳定性,限位凸起122非常有效的对电池251进行限位,方便电池251的定位安装,使得防丢器的安装生产更加的方便简单;上盖13和下盖14分别对电池251进行限位,保证电池251的安全稳定的工作,上盖13上还设有海绵垫,海绵垫设在电池251与上盖13接触面之间,这样可以更好的固定电池251,同时可以起到对电池251的减震作用,更好的对电池251进行保护。
下盖14上设有弹性卡扣144,上盖13设有与弹性卡扣144相配合的固定卡扣133,弹性卡扣144沿下盖14的边缘均匀间隔设置,弹性卡扣144至少设置两个,通过弹性卡扣144与固定卡扣133的相互配合,使得上盖13和下盖14的固定更加的稳固,从而很好的保证了防丢器的耐用性;弹性卡扣144沿下盖14的边缘均匀间隔设置多个,可以保证良好的固定效果,同时弹性卡扣144对壳体1也提供了很好的支撑,使得壳体1的刚性进一步加强;弹性卡扣144上设有第二加强筋,第二加强筋能够很好的加强弹性卡扣144的刚性,使得弹性卡扣144能够更加稳固的对上盖13进行固定,同时使得弹性卡扣144更加的耐用,而且第二加强筋也能够对电路板2进行限位卡紧,更好的保证电路板2的稳定性。
上盖13上设有第一凸起134,第一凸起134上设有第一凹口135,第一凹口135与蜂鸣器23相对设置,第一凸起134很好的与下盖14相配合安装,使得防丢器具有一定的密封性,第一凹口135与蜂鸣器23相对设置,保证蜂鸣器23的蜂鸣声可以更有效传递,这样可以更加容易发现并找到所要寻找的物品;同时第一凹口135的设置可以节省耗材,有效的节约生产成本。
上盖13上设有第二凸起136,第二凸起136上设有第二凹口137,第二凸起136很好的与下盖14相配合安装,使得防丢器具有一定的密封性,第二凹口137 的设置方便对上盖13和下盖14进行拆卸分离,为分离上盖13和下盖14提供一个很好的支撑点,使得拆卸更加的方便,方便更换电池251,更换零配件,方便维修;同时第二凹口137的设置可以节省耗材,有效的节约生产成本。
防丢器为正四棱柱设置,这样设置可以很好加强防丢器的刚性,更好的保护防丢器的内部零部件,当然也可以是形状的设置,例如,三棱柱、圆柱等,同时使得防丢器的外观更加的美观;防丢器各棱边都设有倒角,倒角的设置使得防丢器携带更加的方便,同时使得防丢器的外观更加的美观。
防丢器的体积非常小,非常便于携带,而且结构简单,使用方便,具有较强的市场竞争力。

  1. 一种防丢器,其特征在于,所述防丢器包括壳体,所述壳体内设有电路板,所述电路板上设有蓝牙模块,所述壳体上设有固定孔和按键,所述固定孔贯穿所述壳体,所述按键与所述壳体一体成型。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防丢器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括上盖,所述上盖上设有按键孔,所述按键孔绕所述按键设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种防丢器,其特征在于,所述上盖上设有按键凸起,所述电路板上设有与所述按键凸起相配合的按压片。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种防丢器,其特征在于,所述上盖上设有限位凸起,所述限位凸起与所述按键凸起相邻设置,所述按键凸起高度大于所述限位凸起的高度。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种防丢器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括下盖,所述电路板上设有蜂鸣器,所述蜂鸣器与所述电路板电性控制连接,所述下盖上设有与所述蜂鸣器相配合的固定卡位。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种防丢器,其特征在于,所述电路板上设有定位孔,所述下盖上设有与所述定位孔相配合的定位柱,所述定位孔至少设置两个。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种防丢器,其特征在于,所述电路板上设有电池位,所述电池位上设有电池,所述上盖上设有电池围骨,所述下盖上设有限位围骨。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种防丢器,其特征在于,所述下盖上设有弹性卡扣,所述上盖设有与所述弹性卡扣相配合的固定卡扣,所述弹性卡扣沿所述下盖的边缘均匀间隔设置,所述弹性卡扣至少设置两个。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种防丢器,其特征在于,所述上盖上设有第一凸起,所述第一凸起上设有第一凹口,所述第一凹口与所述蜂鸣器相对设置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种防丢器,其特征在于,所述上盖上设有第二凸起,所述第二凸起上设有第二凹口。
