  • Said contracts include elements that need to be found in all contracts as well as specific information about the institution. In some parts, empty spaces are left to fill the name, address, Vietnamese identity number, tax office and number etc. information of the parties who will make the contract. Leaving one or more of these areas empty while filling the contract causes the contract to lose its legal validity and the parties are left out of the purpose of making the contract. Similarly, contracts that do not have the signature of one or all of the parties have no legal validity. Therefore, it is very important to fill these areas correctly and completely.
