一种显示器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种能够双面显示的显示器。
【背景技术】
双面显示器,在目前的商业显示中广泛引用。但目前双面显示器的基本结构主要由两片独立的液晶模组在固定的结构背板上形成。这样的双面显示器结构和应用场景比较固定,无法应用于多种应用场景中,且材料成本较高。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种显示器,能够应用到多种应用场景,且节省材料成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种显示器,包括:至少第一显示面板、第二显示面板及连接机构;
连接机构连接第一显示面板、第二显示面板;
其中,连接机构包括底座和间距调节件;
第一显示面板和第二显示面板的分别第一端相对底座设置,且可围绕底座往相反方向旋转,第一显示面板和第二显示面板的分别第二端和间距调节件连接,在间距调节件的调节下使第一显示面板和第二显示面板第二端之间间距可调,进而使得第一显示面板、第二显示面板之间的相对姿态可调;
其中,第一显示面板和第二显示面板之间的相对夹角在0度到60度之间。
其中,间距调节件包括滑轨和锁紧件;
第一显示面板和第二显示面板的分别第二端可活动固定在滑轨的不同位置,并由锁紧件锁紧在滑轨上。
其中,间距调节件包括可伸缩件,第一显示面板和第二显示面板的分别第二端固定于可伸缩件的两端。
其中,间距调节件还包括一驱动装置;
驱动装置连接并驱动可伸缩件伸长或缩短。
其中,进一步包括双面背光模组,其两面发出的光线分别进入所述第一显示面板、第二显示面板;所述双面背光模组一端与所述底座相对固定,另一端与所述间距调节件相对固定。

针对背景技术中提到的缺陷,本发明提供一种显示器。下面将结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
参照图1,图1是本发明显示器第一实施例的结构示意图,在该实施例中,显示器包括至少第一显示面板11、第二显示面板12及连接机构13;
连接机构13连接第一显示面板11、第二显示面板12,并且使得第一显示面板11、第二显示面板12之间的相对姿态可调。
其中,显示面板可以是液晶显示面板或OLED显示面板。
连接机构13包括底座131和间距调节件132;
第一显示面板11和第二显示面板12的分别第一端相对底座131设置,且可围绕底座131往相反方向旋转,第一显示面板11和第二显示面板12的分别第二端和间距调节件132连接,在间距调节件132的调节下使第一显示面板11和第二显示面板12第二端之间间距可调,进而使得第一显示面板11、第二显示面板12之间的相对姿态可调。
其中,第一显示面板11和第二显示面板12的分别第一端可以是通过铰接的方式和底座131相连接。
间距调节件132包括滑轨1321和锁紧件1322;
其中,参照图2和图3,图2是滑轨1321的结构示意图,图3是滑轨1321的A-A局部剖视示意图,滑轨1321呈弧形,上面设置有滑槽13211,以及多个供锁紧件1322安装锁紧的定位孔13212。
第一显示面板11和第二显示面板12的分别第二端可活动固定在滑轨1321的不同位置,并由锁紧件1322锁紧在滑轨1321上。
参照图4,图4是本发明显示器第一实施例中显示器针对不同场合进行调节前后的结构示意图,当需要调整显示面板姿态时,先松开锁紧件1322,调节第一显示面板11或第二显示面板12的角度到合适的位置,然后再次拧紧锁紧件1322,使第一显示面板11或第二显示面板12紧固在合适的位置。
在本实施例中,通过连接机构连接第一和第二显示面板,并且使用了滑轨和锁紧件使得第一显示面板、第二显示面板之间的相对姿态可调,能够应用到多种应用场景且能够节省材料成本。
参照图5,是本发明显示器第二实施例的结构示意图,在本发明显示器第二实施例中,显示器还包括双面背光模组14,其两面发出的光线分别进入第一显示面板11、第二显示面板12,在该可选实施例中,显示面板可以是透射型液晶显示面板,双面背光模组14一端与底座131相对固定,另一端与间距调节件132相对固定,固定的方法可以是胶粘或者紧固件紧固。
其中,连接机构13面向双面背光模组14的一面附有反射片133,最主要的是在滑轨1321面向双面背光模组14的一面附有反射片133。
其中,背光模组14包括导光板141、位于导光板141至少一端的光源142(也就是说是侧入式光源)以及位于导光板两侧的光学膜片143,其中光源142可以是LED光源。
其中,导光板141上至少一面分布有网点1411。
其中可选的,第一显示面板11和第二显示面板12之间的相对夹角在0度到60度之间,当然,也可以在0度到150度之间。
在本发明显示器第二实施例另一个可选实施例中,间距调节件可以包括带齿槽的导轨,相应的在第一显示面板和第二显示面板的分别第二端上可以设置齿轮以及驱动齿轮在带齿槽的导轨中运动的驱动装置,该驱动装置可以是伺服电机或步进电机以及驱动器的组合。
在本发明显示器第二实施例另一个可选实施例中,显示器还包括的双面背光模组14可以是直下式背光模组或者侧入式背光模组。
参照图6,是本发明显示器第三实施例的结构示意图,在该实施例中,包括至少第一显示面板21、第二显示面板22及连接机构23;
连接机构23连接第一显示面板21、第二显示面板22,并且使得第一显示面板21、第二显示面板22之间的相对姿态可调。
其中,显示面板可以是液晶显示面板或OLED显示面板。
连接机构23包括底座231和间距调节件232;
第一显示面板21和第二显示面板22的分别第一端相对底座231设置,且可围绕底座131往相反方向旋转,第一显示面板21和第二显示面板22的分别第二端和间距调节件232连接,在间距调节件232的调节下使第一显示面板21和第二显示面板22第二端之间间距可调,进而使得第一显示面板21、第二显示面板22之间的相对姿态可调。
其中,第一显示面板21和第二显示面板22的分别第一端可以是通过铰接的方式和底座231相连接。
间距调节件232包括可伸缩件2321,第一显示面板21和第二显示面板22的分别第二端固定于可伸缩件2321的两端。
间距调节件232还包括一驱动装置2322;
驱动装置2322连接并驱动可伸缩件2321伸长或缩短。
其中,驱动装置2322可以是伺服电机或步进电机以及驱动器的组合。
参照图7,图7是本发明显示器第三实施例中显示器针对不同场合进行调节前后的结构示意图,当需要调整显示面板姿态时,可以通过手动接触并推拉显示面板,调节显示面板至合适位置,当显示器的安放或者悬挂位置不适合手动调节时,还可以通过驱动装置2322驱动可伸缩件2321伸长或缩短,使第一显示面板21或第二显示面板22紧固在合适的位置。
在本实施例中,通过连接机构连接第一和第二显示面板,并且使用了可伸缩件和驱动装置来调整第一和第二显示面板之间的间距,使得第一显示面板、第二显示面板之间的相对姿态可调,能够应用到多种应用场景且能够节省材料成本。
参照图8,是本发明显示器第四实施例的结构示意图,在本发明显示器第四实施例中,显示器还包括双面背光模组24,其两面发出的光线分别进入第一显示面板21、第二显示面板22,在该可选实施例中,显示面板是透射型液晶显示面板,双面背光模组24一端与底座231相对固定,另一端与间距调节件232相对固定,固定的方法可以是胶粘或者紧固件紧固。
其中,连接机构23面向双面背光模组24的一面附有反射片233,最主要的是在可伸缩件2321面向双面背光模组24的一面附有反射片233。
其中,背光模组24包括导光板241、位于导光板241至少一端的光源242(也就是说是侧入式光源)以及位于导光板两侧的光学膜片243,其中光源242可以是LED光源。
其中,导光板241上至少一面分布有网点2411。
其中可选的,第一显示面板21和第二显示面板22之间的相对夹角在0度到60度之间,当然,也可以在0度到150度之间。
在本发明显示器第四实施例另一个可选实施例中,显示器还包括的双面背光模组24可以是直下式背光模组或者侧入式背光模组。
参照图9,图9是本发明显示器第五实施例的结构示意图,在该实施例中,包括至少第一显示面板31、第二显示面板32及连接机构33;
连接机构33连接第一显示面板31、第二显示面板32,并且使得第一显示面板31、第二显示面板32之间的相对姿态可调。
其中,显示面板可以是OLED显示面板,第一显示面板31和第二显示面板32是由同一块OLED显示面板弯折而成,分别显示相同或不同的内容。
第一显示面板31和第二显示面板32的分别第二端和连接机构33连接,在连接机构33的调节下使第一显示面板31和第二显示面板32第二端之间间距可调,进而使得第一显示面板31、第二显示面板32之间的相对姿态可调。
在本实施例中,通过连接机构连接第一和第二显示面板,并且调整由第一和第二显示面板之间的间距,使得第一显示面板、第二显示面板之间的相对姿态可调,能够应用到多种应用场景且能够节省材料成本。
本实施例还可以和以上本发明显示器第一或第二实施例相结合。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种显示器,其中,包括:
    至少第一显示面板、第二显示面板及连接所述第一显示面板、第二显示面板的连接机构;
    所述连接机构包括底座和间距调节件;
    所述第一显示面板和第二显示面板的分别第一端相对所述底座设置,且可围绕所述底座往相反方向旋转,所述第一显示面板和第二显示面板的分别第二端和所述间距调节件连接,在所述间距调节件的调节下使所述第一显示面板和第二显示面板第二端之间间距可调,进而使得所述第一显示面板、第二显示面板之间的相对姿态可调;
    其中,所述第一显示面板和所述第二显示面板之间的相对夹角在0度到60度之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中,
    所述间距调节件包括滑轨和锁紧件;
    所述第一显示面板和第二显示面板的分别第二端可活动固定在所述滑轨的不同位置,并由所述锁紧件锁紧在所述滑轨上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中,
    所述间距调节件包括可伸缩件,所述第一显示面板和第二显示面板的分别第二端固定于所述可伸缩件的两端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示器,其中,
    所述间距调节件还包括一驱动装置;
    所述驱动装置连接并驱动所述可伸缩件伸长或缩短。
  5. 据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中,
    进一步包括双面背光模组,其两面发出的光线分别进入所述第一显示面板、第二显示面板;所述双面背光模组一端与所述底座相对固定,另一端与所述间距调节件相对固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示器,其中,
    所述连接机构面向所述双面背光模组的一面附有反射片。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的显示器,其中,
    所述双面背光模组包括导光板、位于所述导光板至少一端的光源以及位于所述导光板两侧的光学膜片。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示器,其中,
    所述导光板上至少一面分布有网点。
  9. 一种显示器,其中,包括:
    至少第一显示面板、第二显示面板及连接机构;
    所述连接机构连接所述第一显示面板、第二显示面板,并且使得所述第一显示面板、第二显示面板之间的相对姿态可调。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示器,其中,
    所述连接机构包括底座和间距调节件;
    所述第一显示面板和第二显示面板的分别第一端相对所述底座设置,且可围绕所述底座往相反方向旋转,所述第一显示面板和第二显示面板的分别第二端和所述间距调节件连接,在所述间距调节件的调节下使所述第一显示面板和第二显示面板第二端之间间距可调,进而使得所述第一显示面板、第二显示面板之间的相对姿态可调。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的显示器,其中,
    所述间距调节件包括滑轨和锁紧件;
    所述第一显示面板和第二显示面板的分别第二端可活动固定在所述滑轨的不同位置,并由所述锁紧件锁紧在所述滑轨上。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的显示器,其中,
    所述间距调节件包括可伸缩件,所述第一显示面板和第二显示面板的分别第二端固定于所述可伸缩件的两端。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示器,其中,
    所述间距调节件还包括一驱动装置;
    所述驱动装置连接并驱动所述可伸缩件伸长或缩短。
  14. 据权利要求10所述的显示器,其中,
    进一步包括双面背光模组,其两面发出的光线分别进入所述第一显示面板、第二显示面板;所述双面背光模组一端与所述底座相对固定,另一端与所述间距调节件相对固定。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的显示器,其中,
    所述连接机构面向所述双面背光模组的一面附有反射片。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的显示器,其中,
    所述双面背光模组包括导光板、位于所述导光板至少一端的光源以及位于所述导光板两侧的光学膜片。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的显示器,其中,
    所述导光板上至少一面分布有网点。
  18. 根据权利要求9所述的显示器,其中,
    所述第一显示面板和所述第二显示面板之间的相对夹角在0度到60度之间。
