在其中一个实施例中,所述控制装置在判定所述第一信号值不小于所述第一门限值或者所述第二信号值不大于所述第二门限值时,关闭所述补光灯、或者调低/保持所述补光灯的灯光亮度、或者将所述补光灯的灯光色彩切换到预设第二色彩/保持所述补光灯的灯光色彩。
在其中一个实施例中,所述控制装置判断所述第一信号值是否小于预设的第一门限值,并根据所述第二信号值确定所述第二信号接收装置与反射所述第二信号发射装置所发射的信号的反射体间的距离值,判断所述距离值是否小于预设的距离门限值,在判定所述第一信号值小于所述第一门限值且所述距离值小于所述距离门限值时,打开所述补光灯、或者调高所述补光灯的灯光亮度、或者将所述补光灯的灯光色彩切换到预设第一色彩。
在其中一个实施例中,所述控制装置在判定所述第一信号值不小于所述第一门限值或者所述距离值不小于所述距离门限值时,关闭所述补光灯、或者调低/保持所述补光灯的灯光亮度、或者将所述补光灯的灯光色彩切换到预设第二色彩/保持所述补光灯的灯光色彩。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一信号发射装置、所述第二信号发射装置均
为光信号发射装置,所述第一信号接收装置、第二信号接收装置均为光信号接收装置。

一种用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制方法,包括如下步骤:
设置在拍照式扫描仪的拍摄杆上的第一信号接收装置接收设置在所述拍照式扫描仪的底座上的第一信号发射装置所发射的信号获得第一信号值;
设置在所述底座上、或者所述拍摄杆上、或者所述拍照式扫描仪的支撑杆上的第二信号接收装置接收设置在所述侧面上的第二信号发射装置所发射的信号被反射后的信号获得第二信号值;
根据所述第一信号值、所述第二信号值控制所述拍照式扫描仪的补光灯。
在其中一个实施例中,上述的根据所述第一信号值、所述第二信号值控制所述拍照式扫描仪的补光灯的过程包括如下步骤:
判断所述第一信号值是否小于预设的第一门限值,并判断所述第二信号值是否大于预设的第二门限值;
在判定所述第一信号值小于所述第一门限值且所述第二信号值大于所述第二门限值时,打开所述补光灯、或者调高所述补光灯的灯光亮度、或者将所述补光灯的灯光色彩切换到预设第一色彩;
在判定所述第一信号值不小于所述第一门限值或者所述第二信号值不大于所述第二门限值时,关闭所述补光灯、或者调低/保持所述补光灯的灯光亮度、或者将所述补光灯的灯光色彩切换到预设第二色彩/保持所述补光灯的灯光色彩。
根据上述本发明的方案,其是在拍照式扫描仪上设置了两套信号收发装置,一套信号收发装置(第一信号发射装置和第一信号接收装置)所得到的第一信号值可以用于判断拍照式扫描仪上是否有文件等物品,另一套信号收发装置(第二信号发射装置和第二信号接收装置)所得到的第二信号值可以用于判断拍照
式扫描仪前面是否有使用者,根据所述第一信号值、所述第二信号值控制所述拍照式扫描仪的补光灯,实现了对补光灯自动化控制,同时可以有效防止误判。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步的详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅仅用以解释本发明,并不限定本发明的保护范围。
参见图2所示,为本实施例中的用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制装置的组成结构以及与拍照式扫描仪的位置关系示意图。
如图2所示,本实施例中的用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制装置,包括第一信号发射装置201、第一信号接收装置202、第二信号发射装置203、第二信号接收装置204,控制装置205;
第一信号发射装置201设置在拍照式扫描仪的底座101上,第一信号接收装置202设置在所述拍照式扫描仪的拍摄杆103上,第二信号发射装置203、第二信号接收装置204设置在底座101上;控制装置205分别与第一信号接收装置202、第二信号接收装置204、所述拍照式扫描仪的补光灯104连接;
具体地,第一信号发射装置201可以设置在拍照式扫描仪的底座101的顶面上;
在本实施例中,图2中示出的是第二信号发射装置203、第二信号接收装置204设置在底座101上的方式,具体地,第二信号发射装置203、第二信号接收装置204设置在底座101的一个侧面上,但第二信号发射装置203、第二信号接收装置204的设置位置不限于此,第二信号发射装置203、第二信号接收装置
204还可以根据实际需要设置在拍摄杆103上、或者所述拍照式扫描仪的支撑杆102上;
第一信号接收装置202用于接收第一信号发射装置201所发射的信号获得第一信号值;
第二信号接收装置204用于接收第二信号发射装置203所发射的信号被反射后的信号获得第二信号值;
控制装置205用于根据所述第一信号值、所述第二信号值控制所述拍照式扫描仪的补光灯104。
这里,对拍照式扫描仪的补光灯104的控制,一般是指对补光灯104关闭的控制,但也可以对补光灯104灯光色彩的控制、或者对补光灯104灯光亮度的控制。
本实施例中的用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制装置的工作原理是:第一信号发射装置201所发射的信号可以被第一信号接收装置202接收,基于该第一信号接收装置202所接收到的信号的强弱(第一信号值)可以判断第一信号发射装置201所发射的信号是否被遮挡,据此确定拍照式扫描仪上是否放上了文件之类的物品,同时,第二信号发射装置203所发射的信号若被某一反射体(例如人体)反射后可以被第二信号接收装置204接收,基于该第二信号接收装置204所接收到的信号的强弱可以确定与反射体间的距离,若该距离满足要求(例如小于某一设定值)且判定第一信号发射装置201所发射的信号被遮挡,则可以控制补光灯104开启,否则关闭补光灯104,实现了对补光灯自动化控制,同时由于是基于所述第一信号值、所述第二信号值两个数据控制所述拍照式扫描仪的补光灯104的开闭,而不是仅基于一个数据(所述第一信号值)控制所述拍照式扫描仪的补光灯104的开闭,例如在判定第一信号发射装置201所发射的信号被遮挡时就开启补光灯104,可以有效避免误判。
此外,也可以根据所述第一信号值、所述第二信号值控制所述拍照式扫描仪的补光灯104的灯光亮度、或者灯光色彩,例如,在距离满足要求(例如小于某一设定值)且判定第一信号发射装置201所发射的信号被遮挡,则可以调高补光灯104的灯光亮度,否则,调低补光灯104补光灯104的灯光亮度,或
者保持补光灯104的灯光亮度,其中,调整幅度(包括调高幅度或者调低幅度)都可以根据实际需要设置;再例如,在距离满足要求(例如小于某一设定值)且判定第一信号发射装置201所发射的信号被遮挡,则可以将补光灯104的灯光色彩切换到预设第一色彩,否则,将补光灯104的灯光色彩切换到预设第二色彩,或者保持补光灯104原本的灯光色彩;其中,第一色彩、第二色彩可以根据实际需要选定。
上述的信号可以是光信号,也可以是声信号,或者其他类型的信号。
为了节约成本,便于实现,在其中一个实施例中,第一信号发射装置201、第二信号发射装置203可以均为光信号发射装置,具体地,第一信号发射装置201、第二信号发射装置203可以均为红外发射装置,例如,红外发射LED;第一信号接收装置202、第二信号接收装置204可以均为红外接收装置,具体地,第一信号接收装置202、第二信号接收装置204可以均为红外接收装置,例如红外接收LED。
在具体实现中,控制装置205可以通过拍照式扫描仪本身的控制器实现,也可以通过额外的一个MCU(Micro Control Unit,微控制单元)实现,但也不限于此,例如,还可以通过其他的具体的逻辑电路实现;比如,在实际应用中,可由CPU(中央处理器,Central Processing Unit)、MPU(Micro Processor Unit,微处理单元)、DSP(Digital Signal Processing,数字信号处理)、或FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array,即现场可编程门阵列)实现。
在具体实现中,控制装置205的设置可以根据实际需要任意选取,例如设置在底座101内,或者设置在支撑杆102内,但不限于此。
控制装置205根据所述第一信号值、所述第二信号值控制所述拍照式扫描仪的补光灯104的开闭,根据实际需要,可以有不同的实现方式。以下给出两种具体实现方式。
方式一:
控制装置205判断所述第一信号值是否小于预设的第一门限值,并判断所述第二信号值是否大于预设的第二门限值,在判定所述第一信号值小于所述第一门限值且所述第二信号值大于所述第二门限值时,打开补光灯104。
控制装置205在判定所述第一信号值不小于所述第一门限值或者所述第二信号值不大于所述第二门限值时,关闭补光灯104。
这里,第一门限值、第二门限值可以根据实际需要进行设置。
其中,第一信号发射装置201所发射的信号未被遮挡时,第一信号接收装置202所接收到信号会比较强,这种情况下,第一信号值较大,而第一信号发射装置201所发射的信号被遮挡时,第一信号接收装置202所接收到信号会较弱或者为零,这种情况下,第一信号值较小(包括为零的情况),因此,只要选取合适的第一门限值,则在所述第一信号值小于所述第一门限值时,可以确定第一信号发射装置201所发射的信号被遮挡。
其中,第二信号发射装置203的信号若未被反射(或者说未被较近的反射体所反射),第二信号接收装置204接收到的信号会比较弱或者为零,这种情况下,第二信号值较小(包括为零的情况),第二信号发射装置204的信号若被反射,第二信号接收装置204接收到的信号会比较强,这种情况下,第二信号值较大,因此,只要选取合适的第二门限值,则在所述第二信号值大于所述第二门限值时,可以确定第二信号发射装置201前面的反射体(例如人体)已经距离拍照式扫描仪足够近。
采用这种方式,当用户需要使用拍照式扫描仪进行文件扫描时,走近拍照式扫描仪,将文件放到拍照式扫描仪上,第二信号发射装置203发射的信号被用户的身体反射后被第二信号接收装置204接收到,由于信号较强,控制装置205判定所述第二信号值大于所述第二门限值,同时,由于文件遮挡了第一信号发射装置201所发射的信号,第一信号接收装置202所接收到信号会较弱或者为零,控制装置205判定所述第一信号值小于所述第一门限值,两个条件同时满足,控制装置205会自动打开补光灯。但若用户将文件拿开时,所述第一信号值小于所述第一门限值的条件不能被满足,控制装置205会自动关闭补光灯,或者,用户离开拍照式扫描仪后,所述第二信号值大于所述第二门限值的条件不能被满足,控制装置205也会自动关闭补光灯104。
方式二:
控制装置205判断所述第一信号值是否小于预设的第一门限值,并根据所
述第二信号值确定第二信号接收装置204与反射第二信号发射装置203所发射的信号的反射体间的距离值,判断所述距离值是否小于预设的距离门限值,在判定所述第一信号值小于所述第一门限值且所述距离值小于所述距离门限值时,打开补光灯104。
控制装置205在判定所述第一信号值不小于所述第一门限值或者所述距离值不小于所述距离门限值时,关闭补光灯104。
这里,第一门限值、距离门限值可以根据实际需要进行设置。
其中,第一信号发射装置201所发射的信号未被遮挡时,第一信号接收装置202所接收到信号会比较强,这种情况下,第一信号值较大,而第一信号发射装置201所发射的信号被遮挡时,第一信号接收装置202所接收到信号会较弱或者为零,这种情况下,第一信号值较小,因此,只要选取合适的第一门限值,则在所述第一信号值小于所述第一门限值时,可以确定第一信号发射装置201所发射的信号被遮挡。
其中,第二信号发射装置203的信号若未被反射,第二信号接收装置204接收到的信号会比较弱或者为零,这种情况下,第二信号值较小,第二信号发射装置204的信号若被反射,第二信号接收装置204接收到的信号会比较强,同时,反射体距离第二信号接收装置204越近,第二信号接收装置204接收到的信号往往也越强,因此,可以基于所述第二信号值确定第二信号接收装置204与反射第二信号发射装置203所发射的信号的反射体间的距离值,因此,只要选取合适的距离门限值,则在所述距离值小于所述第二门限值时,可以确定第二信号发射装置201前面的反射体(例如人体)已经距离拍照式扫描仪足够近。
其中,可以结合所述第二信号值以及预设的对应关系确定第二信号接收装置204与反射第二信号发射装置203所发射的信号的反射体间的距离值,这里的对应关系表征的是信号强度值与信号强度值的关联关系,其中,信号强度值越大,信号强度值越小。
采用这种方式,当用户需要使用拍照式扫描仪进行文件扫描时,走近拍照式扫描仪后将文件放到拍照式扫描仪上,第二信号发射装置203发射的信号被用户的身体反射后被第二信号接收装置204接收到,由于信号较强,控制装置
205判定所述距离值小于所述距离门限值时,同时,由于文件遮挡了第一信号发射装置201所发射的信号,第一信号接收装置202所接收到信号会较弱或者为零,控制装置205判定所述第一信号值小于所述第一门限值,两个条件同时满足,控制装置205会自动打开补光灯104。但若用户将文件拿开时,所述第一信号值小于所述第一门限值的条件不能被满足,控制装置205会自动关闭补光灯或者,用户离开拍照式扫描仪后,所述距离值小于所述距离门限值时的条件不能被满足,控制装置205也会自动关闭补光灯104。
上述两种方式,不但可以实现控制装置205自动化控制补光灯104的关闭,还可以实现控制装置205自动化控制补光灯104的灯光色彩、灯光亮度,在实现控制灯光亮度时,将上述两种方式中的“打开补光灯104”,替换为“调高补光灯104的灯光亮度”,上述两种方式中的“关闭补光灯104”,替换为“调高补光灯104的灯光亮度”或者“保持补光灯104的灯光亮度”;在控制灯光色彩时,将上述两种方式中的“打开补光灯104”,替换为“将补光灯104的灯光色彩切换到预设第一色彩”,上述两种方式中的“将补光灯104的灯光色彩切换到预设第二色彩”,替换为“保持补光灯104的灯光色彩”;其他技术特征可参见上述控制装置205根据所述第一信号值、所述第二信号值控制所述拍照式扫描仪的补光灯104的开闭中描述,在此不予赘述。
根据上述本发明的用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制装置,本发明实施例还提供一种拍照式扫描仪,该拍照式扫描仪可以包括上述任意一个实施例中的用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制装置。该拍照式扫描仪可以对补光灯自动化控制,同时可以有效的避免误判。
根据上述本发明的用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制装置,本发明还提供一种用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制方法。图3为本发明实施例的用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制方法的实现流程示意图。如图3所示,本发明的用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S301:设置在拍照式扫描仪的拍摄杆上的第一信号接收装置接收设置
在所述拍照式扫描仪的底座上的第一信号发射装置所发射的信号获得第一信号值;
步骤S302:设置在所述底座上、或者所述拍摄杆上、或者所述拍照式扫描仪的支撑杆上的第二信号接收装置接收设置在所述侧面上的第二信号发射装置所发射的信号被反射后的信号获得第二信号值;
步骤S303:根据所述第一信号值、所述第二信号值控制所述拍照式扫描仪的补光灯。
在其中一个实施例中,所述根据所述第一信号值、所述第二信号值控制所述拍照式扫描仪的补光灯的过程可以包括步骤:判断所述第一信号值是否小于预设的第一门限值,并判断所述第二信号值是否大于预设的第二门限值;在判定所述第一信号值小于所述第一门限值且所述第二信号值大于所述第二门限值时,打开所述补光灯、或者调高所述补光灯的灯光亮度、或者将所述补光灯的灯光色彩切换到预设第一色彩;在判定所述第一信号值不小于所述第一门限值或者所述第二信号值不大于所述第二门限值时,关闭所述补光灯、或者调低/保持所述补光灯的灯光亮度、或者将所述补光灯的灯光色彩切换到预设第二色彩/保持所述补光灯的灯光色彩。
本发明实施例提供的用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制方法,需要指出的是:以上对于用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制方法的描述,与上述用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制装置的描述是类似的,并且具有上述用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制装置的有益效果,为节约篇幅,不再赘述;因此,以上对本发明实施例提供的用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制方法中未披露的技术细节,请参照上述提供的用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制装置的描述。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (10)
- 一种用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制装置,其特征在于,包括第一信号发射装置、第一信号接收装置、第二信号发射装置、第二信号接收装置,控制装置;所述第一信号发射装置设置在拍照式扫描仪的底座上,所述第一信号接收装置设置在所述拍照式扫描仪的拍摄杆上,所述第二信号发射装置、所述第二信号接收装置设置在所述底座上、或者所述拍摄杆上、或者所述拍照式扫描仪的支撑杆上;所述控制装置分别与所述第一信号接收装置、所述第二信号接收装置、所述拍照式扫描仪的补光灯连接;所述第一信号接收装置用于接收所述第一信号发射装置所发射的信号获得第一信号值;所述第二信号接收装置用于接收所述第二信号发射装置所发射的信号被反射后的信号获得第二信号值;所述控制装置用于根据所述第一信号值、所述第二信号值控制所述拍照式扫描仪的补光灯。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制装置,其特征在于:所述控制装置判断所述第一信号值是否小于预设的第一门限值,并判断所述第二信号值是否大于预设的第二门限值,在判定所述第一信号值小于所述第一门限值且所述第二信号值大于所述第二门限值时,打开所述补光灯、或者调高所述补光灯的灯光亮度、或者将所述补光灯的灯光色彩切换到预设第一色彩。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制装置,其特征在于:所述控制装置在判定所述第一信号值不小于所述第一门限值或者所述第二信号值不大于所述第二门限值时,关闭所述补光灯、或者调低/保持所述补光灯的灯光亮度、或者将所述补光灯的灯光色彩切换到预设第二色彩/保持所述补光灯的灯光色彩。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制装置,其特征在于:所述控制装置判断所述第一信号值是否小于预设的第一门限值,并根据所述第二信号值确定所述第二信号接收装置与反射所述第二信号发射装置所发射 的信号的反射体间的距离值,判断所述距离值是否小于预设的距离门限值,在判定所述第一信号值小于所述第一门限值且所述距离值小于所述距离门限值时,打开所述补光灯、或者调高所述补光灯的灯光亮度、或者将所述补光灯的灯光色彩切换到预设第一色彩。
- 根据权利要求4所述的用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制装置,其特征在于:所述控制装置在判定所述第一信号值不小于所述第一门限值或者所述距离值不小于所述距离门限值时,关闭所述补光灯、或者调低/保持所述补光灯的灯光亮度、或者将所述补光灯的灯光色彩切换到预设第二色彩/保持所述补光灯的灯光色彩。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制装置,其特征在于,所述第一信号发射装置、所述第二信号发射装置均为光信号发射装置,所述第一信号接收装置、第二信号接收装置均为光信号接收装置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制装置,其特征在于,所述第一信号发射装置、所述第二信号发射装置均为红外发射装置,所述第一信号接收装置、第二信号接收装置均为红外接收装置。
- 一种拍照式扫描仪,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至7之一所述用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制装置。
- 一种用于拍照式扫描仪的补光控制方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:设置在拍照式扫描仪的拍摄杆上的第一信号接收装置接收设置在所述拍照式扫描仪的底座上的第一信号发射装置所发射的信号获得第一信号值;设置在所述底座上、或者所述拍摄杆上、或者所述拍照式扫描仪的支撑杆上的第二信号接收装置接收设置在所述侧面上的第二信号发射装置所发射的信号被反射后的信号获得第二信号值;根据所述第一信号值、所述第二信号值控制所述拍照式扫描仪的补光灯。
- 根据权利要求9所述的补光控制方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一信号值、所述第二信号值控制所述拍照式扫描仪的补光灯的过程包括如下步骤:判断所述第一信号值是否小于预设的第一门限值,并判断所述第二信号值 是否大于预设的第二门限值;在判定所述第一信号值小于所述第一门限值且所述第二信号值大于所述第二门限值时,打开所述补光灯、或者调低/保持所述补光灯的灯光亮度、或者将所述补光灯的灯光色彩切换到预设第二色彩/保持所述补光灯的灯光色彩;在判定所述第一信号值不小于所述第一门限值或者所述第二信号值不大于所述第二门限值时,关闭所述补光灯、或者调低/保持所述补光灯的灯光亮度、或者将所述补光灯的灯光色彩切换到预设第二色彩/保持所述补光灯的灯光色彩。
