本申请要求在2016年3月31日提交中国专利局、申请号为2016202619612、名称为“一种传输线”的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及设备连接技术领域,例如涉及一种传输线。
传输线可以表述为用来传输电能量和信号的导线。相关技术中的传输线通常为单一的高清晰多媒体接口(HDMI)传输线、或者通用串行总线(USB)传输线,或者其他具有传输功能的传输线。
在实现本申请过程中,发明人发现相关技术中至少存在如下问题:因为不同传输线执行不同的信号传输功能,当设备之间通过传输线连接时,由于需要传输的信号不同,所以需要在两个设备之间设置多条传输线,布线较乱,不容易找到对应的信号传输线,且当连接两个设备时,需要将多个信号传输线分别插入到设备中,操作不便。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供一种传输线,布线简单,连接方便,便于操作。
本申请实施提供了一种传输线,包括传输线本体;
所示传输线本体包括:
第一绝缘层;
位于所述第一绝缘层内的至少一种类型的信号线,其中至少一种类型的信号线包括至少一个差分信号线对以及对应的地线,所述至少一个差分信号线对以及对应的地线外包裹有第一屏蔽层。
可选的,所述传输线本体还包括:
第二屏蔽层,位于所述第一绝缘层内,用于包裹所述至少一种类型的信号线。
可选的,所述至少一种类型的信号线包括HDMI信号线和/或USB信号线。
可选的,所述至少一种类型的信号线还包括:
电源信号线,所述电源信号线外包裹所述第一屏蔽层。
可选的,所述第一屏蔽层包括第一铝箔层。
可选的,所述第二屏蔽层包括第二铝箔层。
可选的,所述第二屏蔽层还包括位于所述第二铝箔层外的金属网层。
可选的,所述第一绝缘层为绝缘橡胶层。
可选的,所述传输线还包括设置在所述传输线本体一端的接头;
所述接头包括金属框、金属引脚以及承载金属引脚的绝缘载体;
所述绝缘载体上设置有多个凹槽,所述金属引脚设置于凹槽内;
所述绝缘载体嵌入所述金属框内,以使所述金属引脚收容于所述金属框内,以与对应的至少一种类型的信号线电连接。
可选的,所述传输线还包括保护通道;
所述保护通道设置于所述接头的一侧,所述传输线本体穿过所述保护通道进入所述接头内。
本申请实施例提供的一种传输线,通过将至少一种类型的信号线包裹在一起,并且将至少一种类型的信号线中的差分信号线对以及对应的地线采用第一屏蔽层进行屏蔽,在设备与设备进行连接时,布线简单,连接方便,便于操作。

实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本申请作详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的可选实施例仅仅用于解释本申请,而非对本申请的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与本申请相关的部分而非全部内容。
实施例一
图1是本申请实施例一提供的一种传输线的截面图,如图1所示,所述的
传输线包括传输线本体10,所述传输线本体10包括第一绝缘层11和位于第一绝缘层11内的至少一种类型的信号线。
其中,至少一种类型的信号线包括至少一个差分信号线对以及对应的地线,至少一个差分信号线对以及对应的地线外包裹有第一屏蔽层12。
在本实施例中,第一屏蔽层12优选包括第一铝箔层,第一屏蔽层12还可以包括其他金属箔层,能够起到屏蔽的作用即可。第一绝缘层11优选为绝缘橡胶层,其中,第一绝缘层11也采用其他绝缘的材料。
在上述实施例的基础上,至少一种类型的信号线包括HDMI信号线13和/或USB信号线14。其中,HDMI信号线13包括第一差分信号线对131和第一地线132,USB信号线14包括第二差分信号线对141和第二地线142。HDMI信号线13以及USB信号线14均至少有一种,且HDMI信号线13以及USB信号线14中的每一个信号线均采用绝缘材质的外皮进行包裹。在传输线本体1中,差分信号线对输入的是振幅相同,相位相反的信号,当在差分信号线对中输入差分信号时,容易对其他信号线以及外部设备进行干扰,故在将差分信号线对以及对应的地线采用第一屏蔽层12进行屏蔽,能够防止不同的信号线之间的干扰,并且也能够防止差分信号线对与外部设备之间的电磁作用。
在上述实施例的基础上,至少一种类型的信号线还包括:电源信号线15和非差分信号线16,电源信号线外包裹第一屏蔽层12。其中,第一屏蔽层12包括第一铝箔层。非差分信号线16将不采用第一屏蔽层进行屏蔽,非差分信号线根据实际的需要分散在传输线本体的内部,其中,非差分信号线和电源信号线中的每一个信号线均采用绝缘材质的外皮进行包裹。
在上述实施例的基础上,如图1所示,所述传输线本体还包括第二屏蔽层,第二屏蔽层位于第一绝缘层11内,用于包裹至少一种类型的信号线。其中,第二屏蔽层包括第二铝箔层17以及设置在第二铝箔层17外的金属网层18,在本实施例中,金属网层18优选为铜网层,其中第二屏蔽层的作用是为了防止传输线本体中输入的信号对外部的设备造成电磁干扰。
当采用上述的传输线进行连接设备时,在上述的传输线中可以同时传输HDMI信号、控制信号、电流信号以及其他的信号,由于采用了第一屏蔽层使多种信号的传输没有受到影响,并且解决了多种类型的信号线单独设置造成的布线较乱的问题。
值得说明的是本实施例中示例性采用图1所示的结构对传输线进行了表述,
但是传输线还包括了其他类型的信号线,本实施例中图1没有示出,且其他类型的信号的在传输线内部的分布情况根据实际的需要进行布局,以符合传输线的外观要求以及其他标准。
本实施例提供了一种传输线,通过将至少一种类型的信号线包裹在一起,并且将至少一种类型的信号线中的差分信号线对以及对应的地线采用第一屏蔽层进行屏蔽,在设备与设备进行连接时,布线简单,连接方便,便于操作。
实施例二
图2是本申请实施例二提供的一种传输线的整体结构图,在上述实施例一的基础上,如图2所示,所述传输线包括传输线本体10、设置在传输线本体10一端的接头19以及保护通道20。
其中,如图3所示,接头包括金属框191、金属引脚192以及承载金属引脚192的绝缘载体193。如图4所示,绝缘载体193上设置有多个凹槽194,金属引脚192设置于凹槽194内;绝缘载体193嵌入金属框191内,以使金属引脚192收容于金属框191内,以与对应的至少一种类型的信号线电连接。其中,当多个信号线与金属引脚192连接时,金属引脚192收容于金属框191内,金属框191能够对输入到金属引脚192上的信号起到屏蔽的作用,能够防止多个信号对外部设备产生的干扰。可选的,不同类型的信号线对应的金属引脚也是不同的,当金属引脚与信号线连接时,需要将信号线与金属引脚进行对应。如图3所示,例如,如果一种类型的信号线为HDMI信号线13,HDMI信号线13中的第一差分信号线对与对应的两个金属引脚连接,HDMI信号线13中的第一地线与对应的引脚连接。因HDMI信号线13包括第一差分信号线对,故当HDMI信号线13与金属引脚192连接时,HDMI信号线13与金属引脚192连接的一端与金属引脚192距离较小时才将HDMI信号线13中的第一差分信号线对和第一地线单独分开,并分别与金属引脚192连接(在第一差分信号线对和第一地线未分开之前,第一屏蔽层将第一差分信号线对和第一地线包裹)。其他包括差分信号线对的信号线与金属引脚的连接方式与HDMI信号线连接方法相同。
在本实施例中,如图3所示,接头还包括壳体195以及支撑内壳196。支撑内壳196上设有圆孔197(图5所示),以使多种信号线能够穿过,支撑内壳196的一端与金属框191固定。传输线本体10中的多种信号线与金属引脚192连接的一端收容于支撑内壳196内,支撑内壳196能够避免传输线本体10中的多种
信号线与金属引脚192连接时易折断的情形。支撑内壳196收容于壳体195内,壳体195用于保护支撑内壳196以及与金属引脚192连接的传输线本体10的一端,防止外界因素对传输线本体10以及支撑内壳196造成的损坏。其中,壳体195和支撑内壳196均采用绝缘材质制成。
在本实施例中,如图3所示,保护通道20设置于接头的一侧,传输线本体10穿过保护通道20进入接头内。可选的,传输线本体10穿过保护通道20进入壳体195内,所述保护通道20用于保护传输线本体10,避免传输线本体10折断,延长传输线的使用寿命。
值得说明的是本实施例示例性的采用了图3所示的信号线与金属引脚的对应连接方式,但是本实施例中图3所示的信号线与金属引脚的连接方式只是一种示例,在实际情形中的信号线与金属引脚连接时,是根据信号线的类型选择对应的金属引脚的。
本申请实施例提供的一种传输线,通过接头能够使传输线本体中多种类型的信号与金属引脚连接,实现设备之间通过一根传输线传输多种信号的目的,通过保护通道,能够保护传输线本体,避免传输线本体折断。
注意,在不冲突的情况下,以上实施例中的特征可以任意组合;上述仅为本申请的可选实施例及所运用技术原理。本领域技术人员会理解,本申请不限于这里的特定实施例,对本领域技术人员来说能够进行多种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本申请的保护范围。因此,虽然通过以上实施例对本申请进行了较为详细的说明,但是本申请不仅仅限于以上实施例,在不脱离本申请构思的情况下,还可以包括更多其他等效实施例,而本申请的范围由所附的权利要求范围决定。
本申请实施例通过将至少一种类型的信号线包裹在一起,并且将至少一种类型的信号线中的差分信号线对以及对应的地线采用第一屏蔽层进行屏蔽,在设备与设备进行连接时,布线简单,连接方便,便于操作。
Claims (10)
- 一种传输线,包括传输线本体;其中,所述传输线本体包括:第一绝缘层;位于所述第一绝缘层内的至少一种类型的信号线,至少一种类型的信号线包括至少一个差分信号线对以及对应的地线,所述至少一个差分信号线对以及对应的地线外包裹有第一屏蔽层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的传输线,其中,所述传输线本体还包括:第二屏蔽层,位于所述第一绝缘层内,用于包裹所述至少一种类型的信号线。
- 根据权利要求1所述的传输线,其中,所述至少一种类型的信号线包括高清晰度多媒体接口HDMI信号线和/或通用串行总线USB信号线。
- 根据权利要求1所述的传输线,其中,所述至少一种类型的信号线还包括:电源信号线,所述电源信号线外包裹所述第一屏蔽层。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的传输线,其中,所述第一屏蔽层包括第一铝箔层。
- 根据权利要求2所述的传输线,其中,所述第二屏蔽层包括第二铝箔层。
- 根据权利要求6所述的传输线,其中,所述第二屏蔽层还包括位于所述第二铝箔层外的金属网层。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的传输线,其中,所述第一绝缘层为绝缘橡胶层。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的传输线,还包括设置在所述传输线本体一端的接头;所述接头包括金属框、金属引脚以及承载金属引脚的绝缘载体;所述绝缘载体上设置有多个凹槽,所述金属引脚设置于凹槽内;所述绝缘载体嵌入所述金属框内,以使所述金属引脚收容于所述金属框内,以与对应的至少一种类型的信号线电连接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的传输线,还包括保护通道;所述保护通道设置于所述接头的一侧,所述传输线本体穿过所述保护通道进入所述接头内。
