所述外放条件判断子单元,当所述声音强度超出预设声音强度阈值时,判断不符合语音外放条件。
本申请还提供了一种手机,包括上述语音信箱留言获取装置。
本申请所述的手机,还包括声音强度探测器,用于采集外部环境的声音强度并传输至所述语音信箱留言获取装置。
本申请所述的手机,所述声音强度探测器包括声音传感器。
本申请实施例还提供一种电子设备,包括至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够:收到获取语音信箱留言的指令后,判断是否符合语音外放条件;若不符合,对所述语音信箱留言进行语音识别,将所述语音信箱留言转换为文字文本呈现给手机用户。
上述的电子设备,其中,所述判断是否符合语音外放条件包括:获取手机当前的应用模式;若所述手机当前的应用模式为会议模式或者其它预设的不宜语音外放的模式,判断不符合语音外放条件。
上述的电子设备,其中,所述获取手机当前的应用模式之后,若所述手机当前的应用模式为除会议模式或者其它预设的不宜语音外放的模式以外的其它模式,进一步获取外部环境的声音强度;若所述声音强度超出预设声音强度阈值,判断不符合语音外放条件。
本申请实施例还提供一种非易失性计算机存储介质,其中,所述存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令当由电子设备执行时使得电子设备能够:收到获取语音信箱留言的指令后,判断是否符合语音外放条件;若不符合,对所述语音信箱留言进行语音识别,将所述语音信箱留言转换为文字文本呈现给手机用户。
上述的非易失性计算机存储介质,其中,所述判断是否符合语音外放条件包括:获取手机当前的应用模式;若所述手机当前的应用模式为会议 模式或者其它预设的不宜语音外放的模式,判断不符合语音外放条件。

本申请提供了一种语音信箱留言获取方法、装置、手机和电子设备,收到获取留言的指令后,先判断是否符合语音外放条件,若不符合,则对留言进行语音识别,将语音信箱留言转换为文字文本呈现给手机用户。当手机用户所处环境不适合外放语音或者手机用户存在听力障碍的情况下,无需外放语音也可以使手机用户通过读取对留言进行语音识别后生成的文字文本来及时获取留言内容,适用范围更广,用户体验度更好。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种语音信箱留言获取方法,用于手机,如图1所示,包括如下步骤:
S1.判断步骤,进一步包括:
S11.判断是否收到获取语音信箱留言的指令。若收到,进入步骤S12,若未收到,重复步骤S11。具体地,当用户通过手机上的语音信箱客户端直接点击访问语音信箱,即视为收到获取语音信箱留言的指令,可以直接从 语音信箱获取留言,也可以将留言下载到手机客户端后再做进一步处理。
S12.判断是否符合语音外放条件。若不符合,进入步骤S2,若符合,进入步骤S3。
S2.对语音信箱留言进行语音识别,将语音信箱留言转换为文字文本呈现给手机用户。具体地,在不符合语音外放的条件下,可以通过语音识别技术对获取到的语音信箱留言进行语音识别,并将语音信箱留言转换为文字文本形式,通过便签或者短信的形式呈现给手机用户,无需外放,即可使用户读取到留言内容。
S3.外放留言。具体地,在符合语音外放的条件下,可以直接播放获取的语音信箱留言,使用户无需等待即可听取到留言内容。
本实施例中的语音信箱留言获取方法,收到获取留言的指令后,先判断是否符合语音外放条件,若不符合,则对留言进行语音识别,将语音信箱留言转换为文字文本呈现给手机用户。当手机用户所处环境不适合外放语音或者手机用户存在听力障碍的情况下,无需外放语音也可以使手机用户通过读取对留言进行语音识别后生成的文字文本来及时获取留言内容,适用范围更广,用户体验度更好。
优选地,如图2所示,步骤S12包括:
S121.获取手机当前的应用模式。具体地,目前手机有很多已设置好的应用模式,比如会议模式、飞行模式等等,具体应用中,针对听力障碍的手机用户群体,也可以增设聋哑模式等。通过读取手机的设置代码,很容 易获取手机当前的应用模式。
S122.判断手机当前的应用模式是否为会议模式或者其它预设的不宜语音外放的模式。若是,进入步骤S123,若否,进入步骤S124。具体地,通过判断手机当前的应用模式是否为会议模式、聋哑模式等不宜语音外放的模式,可以准确判断出是否适宜外放语音信箱留言。
S123.判断不符合语音外放条件。
S124.进一步获取外部环境的声音强度。具体地,若判断手机当前的应用模式未被设置成会议模式、聋哑模式等不宜语音外放的模式时,通过获取外部环境的声音强度,可以了解手机用户所处的环境是否很嘈杂。
S125.判断声音强度是否超出预设声音强度阈值。若超出,进入步骤S123,若未超出,进入步骤S126。
S126.判断符合语音外放条件。
本实施例中的语音信箱留言获取方法,声音强度阈值可以由用户预先自行设置,比如声音强度阈值设置为50分贝时,若采集到的声音强度为70分贝,则说明声音强度超出了预设声音强度阈值,手机用户所处环境很嘈杂,此时即使外放语音,用户也可能听不清楚,因此可以判断此时不符合语音外放条件,自动对语音信箱留言进行语音识别并转换为文字文本呈现给手机用户,无需用户手动操作,即可使用户完整读取到留言内容,进一步提升了用户的体验度;若采集到的声音强度仅为20分贝,低于预设的50分贝声音强度阈值,则说明手机用户当前所处环境较安静,适宜外放语音, 就可以直接播放语音信箱留言,使用户无需等待即可听取到留言内容。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种语音信箱留言获取装置,用于手机,如图3所示,包括:
判断单元1,用于在收到获取语音信箱留言的指令后,判断是否符合语音外放条件。
文本转换单元2,用于在判断不符合外放条件后,对语音信箱留言进行语音识别,将语音信箱留言转换为文字文本呈现给手机用户。
本实施例中的语音信箱留言获取装置,收到获取留言的指令后,先判断是否符合语音外放条件,若不符合,则对留言进行语音识别,将语音信箱留言转换为文字文本呈现给手机用户。当手机用户所处环境不适合外放语音或者手机用户存在听力障碍的情况下,无需外放语音也可以使手机用户通过读取对留言进行语音识别后生成的文字文本来及时获取留言内容,适用范围更广,用户体验度更好。
优选地,判断单元1包括:
模式获取子单元11,用于获取手机当前的应用模式。
外放条件判断子单元12,用于在手机当前的应用模式为会议模式或者其它预设的不宜语音外放的模式时,判断不符合语音外放条件。
声音强度获取子单元13,用于在手机当前的应用模式为除会议模式或 者其它预设的不宜语音外放的模式以外的其它模式时,进一步获取外部环境的声音强度。
外放条件判断子单元12,当声音强度超出预设声音强度阈值时,判断不符合语音外放条件。
本实施例中的语音信箱留言获取装置,声音强度阈值可以由用户预先自行设置,比如声音强度阈值设置为50分贝时,若采集到的声音强度为70分贝,则说明声音强度超出了预设声音强度阈值,手机用户所处环境很嘈杂,此时即使外放语音,用户也可能听不清楚,因此可以判断此时不符合语音外放条件,自动对语音信箱留言进行语音识别并转换为文字文本呈现给手机用户,无需用户手动操作,即可使用户完整读取到留言内容,进一步提升了用户的体验度;若采集到的声音强度仅为20分贝,低于预设的50分贝声音强度阈值,则说明手机用户当前所处环境较安静,适宜外放语音,就可以直接播放语音信箱留言,使用户无需等待即可听取到留言内容。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种手机,如图4所示,包括实施例2中的语音信箱留言获取装置31。
本实施例中的手机,其语音信箱留言获取装置31在收到获取留言的指令后,先判断是否符合语音外放条件,若不符合,则对留言进行语音识别,将语音信箱留言转换为文字文本呈现给手机用户。当手机用户所处环境不适合外放语音或者手机用户存在听力障碍的情况下,无需外放语音也可以使手机用户通过读取对留言进行语音识别后生成的文字文本来及时获取留 言内容,适用范围更广,用户体验度更好。
优选地,还包括声音强度探测器32,用于采集外部环境的声音强度并传输至语音信箱留言获取装置31。优选地,声音强度探测器32包括声音传感器,成本低性能稳定。
本实施例中的手机,通过声音强度探测器32采集外部环境的声音强度并传输至语音信箱留言获取装置31。语音信箱留言获取装置31在声音强度超出了预设声音强度阈值,手机用户所处环境很嘈杂时,判断此时不符合语音外放条件,自动对语音信箱留言进行语音识别并转换为文字文本呈现给手机用户,无需用户手动操作,即可使用户完整读取到留言内容,进一步提升了用户的体验度;若采集到的声音强度低于预设的声音强度阈值,也即手机用户当前所处环境较安静时,直接播放语音信箱留言,使用户无需等待即可听取到留言内容。
实施例4
如图5所示,本申请实施例又公开了一种电子设备,包括至少一个处理器810;以及,与所述至少一个处理器810通信连接的存储器800;其中,所述存储器800存储有可被所述至少一个处理器810执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器810执行,以使所述至少一个处理器810能够:收到获取语音信箱留言的指令后,判断是否符合语音外放条件;若不符合,对所述语音信箱留言进行语音识别,将所述语音信箱留言转换为文字文本呈现给手机用户。所述电子设备还包括与所述存储器800和所述处理器电连接的输入装置830和输出装置840,所述电连接优选为通过总线连接。
本实施例的电子设备,优选地,所述判断是否符合语音外放条件包括:获取手机当前的应用模式;若所述手机当前的应用模式为会议模式或者其它预设的不宜语音外放的模式,判断不符合语音外放条件。
本实施例的电子设备,优选地,所述获取手机当前的应用模式之后,若所述手机当前的应用模式为除会议模式或者其它预设的不宜语音外放的模式以外的其它模式,进一步获取外部环境的声音强度;若所述声音强度超出预设声音强度阈值,判断不符合语音外放条件。
实施例5
本申请实施例还公开了一种非易失性计算机存储介质,其中,所述存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令当由电子设备执行时使得电子设备能够:

本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行上述实施例所述的方法。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种语音信箱留言获取方法,用于手机,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    收到获取语音信箱留言的指令后,判断是否符合语音外放条件;
    若不符合,对所述语音信箱留言进行语音识别,将所述语音信箱留言转换为文字文本呈现给手机用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断是否符合语音外放条件的步骤包括:
    获取手机当前的应用模式;
    若所述手机当前的应用模式为会议模式或者其它预设的不宜语音外放的模式,判断不符合语音外放条件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取手机当前的应用模式的步骤之后还包括:
    若所述手机当前的应用模式为除会议模式或者其它预设的不宜语音外放的模式以外的其它模式,进一步获取外部环境的声音强度;
    若所述声音强度超出预设声音强度阈值,判断不符合语音外放条件。
  4. 一种语音信箱留言获取装置,用于手机,其特征在于,包括:
    判断单元(1),用于在收到获取语音信箱留言的指令后,判断是否符 合语音外放条件;
    文本转换单元(2),用于在判断不符合外放条件后,对所述语音信箱留言进行语音识别,将所述语音信箱留言转换为文字文本呈现给手机用户。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述判断单元(1)包括:
    模式获取子单元(11),用于获取手机当前的应用模式;
    外放条件判断子单元(12),用于在所述手机当前的应用模式为会议模式或者其它预设的不宜语音外放的模式时,判断不符合语音外放条件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述判断单元(1)还包括:
    声音强度获取子单元(13),用于在所述手机当前的应用模式为除会议模式或者其它预设的不宜语音外放的模式以外的其它模式时,进一步获取外部环境的声音强度;
    所述外放条件判断子单元(12),当所述声音强度超出预设声音强度阈值时,判断不符合语音外放条件。
  7. 一种手机,其特征在于,包括权利要求4-6任一项所述的语音信箱留言获取装置(31)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的手机,其特征在于,还包括声音强度探测器(32),用于采集外部环境的声音强度并传输至所述语音信箱留言获取装置(31)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的手机,其特征在于,所述声音强度探测器(32)包括声音传感器。
  10. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够:
    收到获取语音信箱留言的指令后,判断是否符合语音外放条件;
    若不符合,对所述语音信箱留言进行语音识别,将所述语音信箱留言转换为文字文本呈现给手机用户。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述判断是否符合语音外放条件包括:获取手机当前的应用模式;若所述手机当前的应用模式为会议模式或者其它预设的不宜语音外放的模式,判断不符合语音外放条件。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述获取手机当前的应用模式之后,若所述手机当前的应用模式为除会议模式或者其它预设的不宜语音外放的模式以外的其它模式,进一步获取外部环境的声音强度;若所述声音强度超出预设声音强度阈值,判断不符合语音外放条件。
  13. 一种非易失性计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令当由电子设备执行时使得电子设备能够:
    收到获取语音信箱留言的指令后,判断是否符合语音外放条件;
    若不符合,对所述语音信箱留言进行语音识别,将所述语音信箱留言转换为文字文本呈现给手机用户。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的非易失性计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述判断是否符合语音外放条件包括:获取手机当前的应用模式;若所述手机当前的应用模式为会议模式或者其它预设的不宜语音外放的模式,判断不符合语音外放条件。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的非易失性计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述获取手机当前的应用模式之后,若所述手机当前的应用模式为除会议模式或者其它预设的不宜语音外放的模式以外的其它模式,进一步获取外部环境的声音强度;若所述声音强度超出预设声音强度阈值,判断不符合语音外放条件。
  16. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,其特征在于,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行上述任一权利要求所述的方法。
