本发明涉及可穿戴设备领域,尤其涉及一种液体眼罩及应用所述液体眼罩的可穿戴装置。
虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,VR)是利用电脑模拟产生一个三维空间的虚拟世界,提供用户关于视觉、听觉、触觉等感官的模拟,让用户如同身历其境一般地观察三维空间内的事物。近年来,随着VR技术的不断发展,众多VR公司陆续推出了各具特色的头戴式显示设备。为提升感官模拟的真实性,用于呈现虚拟现实场景的头戴式显示设备需要具有良好的避光效果,同时,因用户在通过头戴式显示设备体验VR影片或者游戏时,需要长期佩戴该头戴式显示设备,故还需要考虑穿戴过程中良好的舒适性,以进一步提升用户体验。目前,已有的头戴式显示设备中,与人体面部接触的眼罩部分大都是通过橡胶或布料填充以海绵等弹性材料制成。然而,由于用户面部特征并不完全相同,现有的头戴式显示设备的眼罩部分无法根据用户的面部特征的变化灵活改变其贴合表面的形状,从而导致头戴式显示设备的避光效果较差,从而影响VR影片或游戏的呈现效果;同时,由于用户在体验VR影片或游戏的过程中,需要始终佩戴头戴式显示设备,因此,如何提升头戴式显示设备的舒适性也是一个需要考虑的问题。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明实施例提供一液体眼罩,以提升避光效果及佩戴舒适性,提升用户体验。
另,本发明实施例还提供一种应用所述液体眼罩的可穿戴装置。
一种液体眼罩,包括固定液压囊、充液控制装置、排液控制装置及液压罐,所述充液控制装置及排液控制装置均与控制装置电性连接,所述固定液压囊包
括第一进液口和第一排液口,所述第一进液口通过所述充液控制装置与所述液压罐密封连接,所述充液控制装置用于在所述控制装置的控制下,将所述液压罐中的液体通过所述第一进液口充入所述固定液压囊;所述第一排液口通过所述排液控制装置与所述液压罐密封连接,所述排液控制装置用于在所述控制装置的控制下,通过所述第一排液口将所述固定液压囊中的液体排出至所述液压罐。
一种可穿戴装置,包括头戴式显示设备和液体眼罩,所述液体眼罩包括固定液压囊、充液控制装置、排液控制装置及液压罐,所述充液控制装置及排液控制装置均与控制装置电性连接,所述固定液压囊包括第一进液口和第一排液口,所述第一进液口通过所述充液控制装置与所述液压罐密封连接,所述充液控制装置用于在所述控制装置的控制下,将所述液压罐中的液体通过所述第一进液口充入所述固定液压囊;所述第一排液口通过所述排液控制装置与所述液压罐密封连接,所述排液控制装置用于在所述控制装置的控制下,通过所述第一排液口将所述固定液压囊中的液体排出至所述液压罐,所述头戴式显示设备包括所述控制装置以及连接接口,所述液体眼罩通过所述连接接口与所述控制装置电性连接。
所述液体眼罩通过设置所述固定液压囊,并在需要佩戴所述液体眼罩时通过所述充液控制装置为所述固定液压囊充入液体,以通过所述固定液压囊将所述液体眼罩固定并贴合于人体面部,以及在使用过程中可通过所述排液控制装置排出所述固定液压囊中的液体,以调节所述固定液压囊中的液体压力,从而实现不同用户面部的适配和贴合,具有良好的避光效果及佩戴舒适性,有利于提升所述可穿戴装置的用户体验。
为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例中的技术方案,下面将对实施例描述中所需要使用的附图作简单地介绍。
图1是本发明实施例提供的液体眼罩的第一种结构示意图;
图2是本发明实施例提供的液体眼罩的充排液控制装置的结构示意图;

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请一并参阅图1和图2,在本发明一个实施例中,提供一种液体眼罩10,包括固定液压囊11、充液控制装置13、排液控制装置15及液压罐16。充液控制装置13及排液控制装置15均与控制装置14电性连接。其中,控制装置14包括CPU(中央处理器,Central Processing Unit)、FPGA(现场可编程门阵列,Field-Programmable Gate Array)、微处理器、控制器等。具体的,该液体眼罩10可以包括该控制装置14,也可以为通过通信接口电性连接至具有控制装置的电子设备,通过电子设备的控制装置对液体眼罩实现控制。例如,头戴式显示设备的控制装置。可以理解,控制装置14可以包括于液体眼罩10,例如控制装置14可以是设置于液体眼罩10上的微处理器,也可以独立于液体眼罩10运行,如控制装置14可以是头戴式显示设备的控制装置。固定液压囊11包括第一进液口1101和第一排液口1103,第一进液口1101通过充液控制装置13与液压罐16密封连接,充液控制装置13用于在控制装置14的控制下,将液压罐16中的液体通过第一进液口1101充入固定液压囊11。第一排液口1103通过排液控制装置15与液压罐16密封连接,排液控制装置15用于在控制装置14的控制下,通过第一排液口1103将固定液压囊11中的液体排出至液压罐16。
固定液压囊11包括第一固定部111和第二固定部113,第一固定部111上开设有第一通孔1111,第二固定部113上开设有第二通孔1131。第一固定部111与第二固定部113相互连接的位置形成第一倒V型结构115,当固定液压囊11被充入液体并贴合于人体面部时,第一倒V型结构115用于架设于鼻梁之上。第一通孔1111和第二通孔1131与人体双眼的位置相对应。可以理解,
第一固定部111与第二固定部113在液压囊内部相互导通,即液体可以在第一固定部111和第二固定部113之间自由流动。第一进液口1101和第一排液口1103可以设置于固定液压囊11上的任意位置。在本实施例中,第一进液口1101设置于第一固定部111上,第一排液口1103设置于第二固定部113上。
请一并参阅图2和图3,液体眼罩10还包括按摩液压囊12,包括第二进液口1201和第二排液口1203,第二进液口1201通过充液控制装置13与液压罐16密封连接,充液控制装置13还用于在控制装置14的控制下,将液压罐16中的液体通过第二进液口1201充入按摩液压囊12。第二排液口1203通过排液控制装置15与液压罐16密封连接,排液控制装置15还用于在控制装置14的控制下,通过第二排液口1203将按摩液压囊12中的液体排出至液压罐16。其中,液压罐16可以固设于固定液压囊11底部。当液体眼罩10与其他设备结合使用的情况下,例如于头戴式显示设备结合使用时,液压罐16可以设置于头戴式显示设备,液压罐16与液体眼罩10之间具有可结合的液体管道即可。
按摩液压囊12包括第一按摩部121和第二按摩部123,第一按摩部121上开设有第一过孔1211,第二按摩部123上开设有第二过孔1231,第一按摩部121与第二按摩部123相互连接的位置形成第二倒V型结构125。当按摩液压囊12被嵌入固定液压囊11内时,第一过孔1211与第一通孔1111相对齐,第二过孔1231与第二通孔1131相对齐,第二倒V型结构125架设于第一倒V型结构115上。可以理解,按摩液压囊12在嵌入固定液压囊11内时,可以完全嵌入并贯穿固定液压囊11或者从固定液压囊11朝向人体面部的一侧部分嵌入,其中,当按摩液压囊12完全嵌入并贯穿固定液压囊11时,需要在固定液压囊11上预留与按摩液压囊12的外形相当的贯穿孔(图未示),按摩液压囊12设置于贯穿孔内,并从固定液压囊11朝向人体面部的一侧以及远离人体面部的一侧露出。可以理解,在按摩液压囊12完全嵌入并贯穿固定液压囊11的方案中,固定液压囊11仅需开设贯穿孔而无需开设第一通孔1111和第二通孔1131。上述嵌入方式,可以提供可拆卸式嵌入方式,从而提供用户自由选择。其他实施方式下,按摩液压囊12与固定液压囊11可以为眼罩内部分别开设的可供液体流动的通道,即两液压囊的通道独立。可以理解的是,附图仅作为原
理性示意图,并不用于限定液体眼罩10、按摩液压囊12与固定液压囊11的形态,基于该原理,本领域技术人员可以根据产品设计需求而灵活设置眼罩形态,以及液压囊具体通道的形态、位置。
请再次参阅图2,充液控制装置13包括液压泵131、第一前端比例阀132、第一前端单向阀133、第二前端比例阀134及第二前端单向阀135。液压泵131一端与液压罐16密封连接,另一端依次通过第一前端比例阀132和第一前端单向阀133与第一进液口1101密封连接。当该液体眼罩10包括按摩液压囊12时,液压泵131的另一端还依次通过第二前端比例阀134和第二前端单向阀135与第二进液口1201密封连接。
可以理解,液压泵131、第一前端比例阀132及第二前端比例阀134均与控制装置14电性连接,当控制装置14控制液压泵131开启时,若开启第一前端比例阀132并关闭第二前端比例阀134,则充液控制装置13为固定液压囊11充液,即液压罐16中的液体经液压泵131抽出,并经第一前端比例阀132和第一前端单向阀133充入固定液压囊11内。若开启第二前端比例阀134并关闭第一前端比例阀132,则充液控制装置13为按摩液压囊12充液,即液压罐16中的液体经液压泵131抽出,并经第二前端比例阀134和第二前端单向阀135充入按摩液压囊12内。可以理解,第一前端比例阀132及第二前端比例阀134可同时开启,即可同时为固定液压囊11及按摩液压囊12充液。
充液控制装置13还包括流量计136,流量计136设置于液压泵131与第一前端比例阀132和第二前端比例阀134之间,并与控制装置14电性连接,用于统计流入固定液压囊11的液体流量,并在液体流量等于预设流量时,触发控制装置14逐渐减小第一前端比例阀132的控制电流至与第一后端比例阀153的控制电流相等。或者触发控制装置14关闭第一前端比例阀132和第一后端比例阀153。可以理解,液压罐16内的液体压力可以等于一个大气压,从而使得固定液压囊11中的液体可以因重力作用而回流至液压罐16中。
排液控制装置15包括第一后端单向阀151、第一后端比例阀153、第二后端单向阀155及第二后端比例阀157。第一排液口1103依次通过第一后端单向阀151和第一后端比例阀153与液压罐16密封连接。当该液体眼罩10包括按摩液压囊12时,第二排液口1203依次通过第二后端单向阀155和第二后端
比例阀157与液压罐16密封连接。
可以理解,第一后端比例阀153和第二后端比例阀157均与控制装置14电性连接,当控制装置14控制第一后端比例阀153开启并控制第二后端比例阀157关闭时,固定液压囊11中的液体经第一排液口1103排出,并经第一后端单向阀151和第一后端比例阀153回流至液压罐16内。当控制装置14控制第二后端比例阀157开启并控制第一后端比例阀153关闭时,按摩液压囊12中的液体经第二排液口1203排出,并经第二后端单向阀155和第二后端比例阀157回流至液压罐16内。可以理解,第一后端比例阀153和第二后端比例阀157可同时开启,即可同时排出固定液压囊11及按摩液压囊12中的液体。
请一并参阅图2和图4,液体眼罩10还包括设置于固定液压囊11上的压力传感器171,与控制装置14电性连接,用于检测固定液压囊11内的液体压力,并在液体压力落入预设压力阈值内时,触发控制装置14逐渐减小第一前端比例阀132的控制电流至与第一后端比例阀153的控制电流相等,或者触发控制装置14关闭第一前端比例阀132和第一后端比例阀153。
液体眼罩10还包括设置于按摩液压囊12上的按摩压力传感器172,与控制装置14电性连接,用于检测按摩液压囊12内的液体压力,并在液体压力等于预设压力时,触发控制装置14逐渐减小第二前端比例阀134的控制电流至与第二后端比例阀157的控制电流相等,或者触发控制装置14关闭第二前端比例阀134和第二后端比例阀157。可以理解,按摩液压囊12的预设压力可以包括多组,从而可以实现多种不同力度的按摩效果。
在本实施例中,第一前端比例阀132、第一后端比例阀153、第二前端比例阀134和第二后端比例阀157由控制装置14产生的控制电流控制。在一种实施方式中,第一后端比例阀153和第二后端比例阀157的控制电流为系统默认值,当固定压力传感器171检测到固定液压囊11中的液体压力小于预设压力时,控制装置14控制第一前端比例阀132的控制电流大于第一后端比例阀153的控制电流,并控制第二前端比例阀134的控制电流小于第二后端比例阀157的控制电流,以使得液压泵131输出的液体主要被充入固定液压囊11。其中,第一前端比例阀132与第一后端比例阀153的控制电流的差值决定充液速度,差值越大,充液速度越快。可以理解,上述过程同样适用于为按摩液压囊
12充液。其中,按摩液压囊12的按摩频率由第二前端比例阀134和第二后端比例阀157的控制电流之差的变化频率比决定,按摩液压囊12的按摩力度由第二前端比例阀134和第二后端比例阀157的控制电流之差的持续时间决定。
可以理解,固定液压囊11的预设压力可以由用户根据自身佩戴松紧程度需求预先设定。具体地,充液控制装置13可包括一充液机械开关,用于控制第一前端比例阀132的开启或关闭,排液控制装置15可包括一排液机械开关,用于控制第一后端比例阀153的开启或关闭。当用户首次使用液体眼罩10时,通过充液机械开关及排液机械开关控制固定液压囊11的充液及排液,直至固定液压囊11中的液体压力达到用户感知到的最佳压力时,通过充液机械开关控制第一前端比例阀132关闭,并通过排液机械开关控制第一后端比例阀153关闭,控制装置14通过固定压力传感器171检测最佳压力的压力值,并将该最佳压力的压力值记录为固定液压囊11的预设压力值。
液体眼罩10还包括连接器18,充液控制装置13及排液控制装置15通过连接器18与控制装置14电性连接,以接收控制装置14发送的充液、排液及按摩等控制信号,实现上述的控制交互。
可以理解,在本发明实施例的液体眼罩10中,有液体流过的各个组件之间均通过柔性导管密封连接。
请参阅图2,液体眼罩10还包括电加热/制冷装置19,与控制装置14电性连接,用于根据控制装置14的控制实现对流入液体眼罩10的液体进行加热或制冷。电加热/制冷装置19可以为半导体器件帕尔贴。例如,将帕尔贴的一面贴于液压罐16出液口(即与液压泵131连接端)连接的导管上,另一面贴于液压罐16上。通过给帕尔贴加不同方向的电,实现液压罐16通过帕尔贴流入固定液压囊11、按摩液压囊12的温度不同。例如,给帕尔贴加正电为加热模式,热量从液压罐16液体传递到导管内液体,给帕尔贴加负电为制冷模式,热量从导管液体传递到液压罐16液体。因导管内液体体积远小于液压罐16内液体的体积,且当液压罐16采用金属材料时,对周围环境吸收或释放热量的能力远强于导管,所以在帕尔贴加电的情况下,可以维持帕尔贴两面的温度差,让帕尔贴对导管内液体有持续的加热或制冷能力。具体的,该电加热/制冷装置19还可以包括温度传感器193,与控制装置14电性连接,用于感测流
入液体眼罩10的液体温度。控制装置14根据该液体温度控制电加热/制冷装置19对流入液体眼罩10的液体进行加热或制冷。可以理解,通过电加热/制冷装置19,还可实现固定液压囊11和/或按摩液压囊12中液体的间歇制冷或加热。
此外,本发明实施例还提供一种可穿戴装置,如图5所示,包括如头戴式显示设备20和上述任一实施方式中的液体眼罩10。头戴式显示设备10包括控制装置21以及连接接口22。液体眼罩10通过连接器18连接于连接接口22,实现液体眼罩10与控制装置21电性连接。头戴式显示设备20作为液体眼罩的控制器,用于控制液体眼罩的充液、排液、加热、制冷及按摩等功能。例如,头戴式显示设备20可显示用于对液体眼罩进行操控的菜单,进而可通过头戴式显示设备20的输入单元实现对菜单的操作控制,进而实现对液体眼罩10的充液、排液、加热、制冷及按摩等功能进行控制。其中,液体眼罩10的具体结构及其功能实现可以参照图1-图4所示实施例中的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
液体眼罩通过设置固定液压囊,并在需要佩戴液体眼罩时通过充液控制装置为固定液压囊充入液体,以通过固定液压囊将液体眼罩固定并贴合于人体面部,以及在使用过程中可通过排液控制装置排出固定液压囊中的液体,以调节固定液压囊中的液体压力,从而实现不同用户面部的适配和贴合,具有良好的避光效果及佩戴舒适性,有利于提升可穿戴装置的用户体验。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程,并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。
Claims (12)
- 一种液体眼罩,其特征在于,所述液体眼罩包括固定液压囊、充液控制装置、排液控制装置及液压罐,所述充液控制装置及排液控制装置均与控制装置电性连接,所述固定液压囊包括第一进液口和第一排液口,所述第一进液口通过所述充液控制装置与所述液压罐密封连接,所述充液控制装置用于在所述控制装置的控制下,将所述液压罐中的液体通过所述第一进液口充入所述固定液压囊;所述第一排液口通过所述排液控制装置与所述液压罐密封连接,所述排液控制装置用于在所述控制装置的控制下,通过所述第一排液口将所述固定液压囊中的液体排出至所述液压罐。
- 如权利要求1所述的液体眼罩,其特征在于,所述充液控制装置包括液压泵、第一前端比例阀、第一前端单向阀,所述液压泵一端与所述液压罐密封连接,另一端依次通过所述第一前端比例阀和所述第一前端单向阀与所述第一进液口密封连接。
- 如权利要求2所述的液体眼罩,其特征在于,所述排液控制装置包括第一后端单向阀、第一后端比例阀,所述第一排液口依次通过所述第一后端单向阀和所述第一后端比例阀与所述液压罐密封连接。
- 如权利要求3所述的液体眼罩,其特征在于,所述液体眼罩还包括按摩液压囊,包括第二进液口和第二排液口,所述第二进液口通过所述充液控制装置与所述液压罐密封连接,所述充液控制装置还用于在所述控制装置的控制下,将所述液压罐中的液体通过所述第二进液口充入所述按摩液压囊,所述第二排液口通过所述排液控制装置与所述液压罐密封连接,所述排液控制装置还用于在所述控制装置的控制下,通过所述第二排液口将所述按摩液压囊中的液体排出至所述液压罐。
- 如权利要求4所述的液体眼罩,其特征在于,所述充液控制装置还包 括第二前端比例阀及第二前端单向阀,所述液压泵依次通过所述第二前端比例阀和所述第二前端单向阀与所述第二进液口密封连接。
- 如权利要求5所述的液体眼罩,其特征在于,所述排液控制装置还包括第二后端单向阀及第二后端比例阀,所述第二排液口依次通过所述第二后端单向阀和所述第二后端比例阀与所述液压罐密封连接。
- 如权利要求3所述的液体眼罩,其特征在于,所述液体眼罩还包括设置于所述固定液压囊上的压力传感器,所述压力传感器与所述控制装置电性连接,用于检测所述固定液压囊内的液体压力,并在所述液体压力等于预设压力时,触发所述控制装置逐渐减小所述第一前端比例阀的控制电流至与所述第一后端比例阀的控制电流相等,或者触发所述控制装置关闭所述第一前端比例阀和所述第一后端比例阀。
- 如权利要求6所述的液体眼罩,其特征在于,所述充液控制装置还包括流量计,所述流量计设置于所述液压泵与所述第一前端比例阀和所述第二前端比例阀之间,并与所述头戴式显示设备电性连接,用于统计流入所述固定液压囊或所述按摩液压囊的液体流量,并在所述液体流量等于预设流量时,触发所述控制装置逐渐减小所述第一前端比例阀或第二前端比例阀的控制电流至与其对应的所述第一后端比例阀或第二后端比例阀的控制电流相等,或者触发所述控制装置关闭所述第一前端比例阀和第一后端比例阀,或关闭所述第二前端比例阀和第二后端比例阀。
- 如权利要求6所述的液体眼罩,其特征在于,所述第二前端比例阀和所述第二后端比例阀由所述控制装置产生的控制电流控制,所述按摩液压囊的按摩频率由所述第二前端比例阀和所述第二后端比例阀的控制电流之差的变化频率比决定,所述按摩液压囊的按摩力度由所述第二前端比例阀和所述第二后端比例阀的控制电流之差的持续时间决定。
- 如权利要求1所述的液体眼罩,其特征在于,所述液体眼罩还包括电加热/制冷装置,所述电加热/制冷装置与所述控制装置电性连接,用于根据控制装置的控制实现对流入液体眼罩的液体进行加热或制冷。
- 如权利要求10所述的液体眼罩,其特征在于,所述电加热/制冷装置还包括温度传感器,与所述控制装置电性连接,用于感测流入液体眼罩的液体温度,以使所述控制装置根据该液体温度控制电加热/制冷装置对流入液体眼罩的液体进行加热或制冷。
- 一种可穿戴装置,其特征在于,包括头戴式显示设备和如权利要求1-11任意一项所述的液体眼罩,所述头戴式显示设备包括所述控制装置以及连接接口,所述液体眼罩通过所述连接接口与所述控制装置电性连接。
