一种智能服装及训练方法 技术领域
本发明涉及电子技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能服装及训练方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活质量的提高,人们越来越注重运动及健康。有人运动是为了塑形,有人运动是为了锻炼身体,然而不正确的运动方式可能不仅达不到塑形或是锻炼身体的目的,而且还会危害人体健康。目前,为了保证运动方式的正确性,大多数人选择的是请健身教练,但是请健身教练的费用较高,且不能时刻监控运动者的运动,因此有必要提供一种可时刻监控运动者的运动方式,且可根据运动方式进行提示的智能服装。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种可监控运动者的运动方式,且可根据运动方式进行提示的智能服装及其训练方法。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种智能服装,包括用于监测人体运动数据的运动传感器、提示装置、控制器,所述运动传感器和所述提示装置电连接至所述控制器,所述控制器用于根据所述运动传感器感测到的运动数据,控制所述提示装置进行提示。
第二方面,本发明实施例提供一种训练方法,应用于第一方面所述的智能服装,包括:
通过智能服装的运动传感器获取人体的运动数据;
根据所述运动数据,通过提示装置进行提示。
可以看出,本发明实施例中,在运动服装中加入用于监测人体运动数据的运动传感器,控制器以及提示装置,当运动传感器监测到运动数据时,控制器根据该运动数据,控制提示装置进行提示操作,可时刻监控运动者的运动方式,进而矫正运动者的运动方式,以达到训练的目的。

请参见图1-图2,本发明实施例提供的一种智能服装的结构示意图,其中,该智能服装包括用于监测人体运动数据的运动传感器10、提示装置20、控制器30,运动传感器10和提示装置20电连接至控制器30,控制器30用于根据运动传感器10感测到的运动数据,控制提示装置20进行提示。可见,智能服装可时刻监控运动者的运动方式,进而达到矫正运动者的运动方式,以达到训练的目的。
可选的,运动传感器10包括多个运动传感器,且多个运动传感器呈矩阵式排列。运动传感器10根据不同的种类及所需测量的数据,可以设置于智能服装的不同位置上,比如脉搏传感器设置于衣袖上,心率传感器设置在胸口位置等等。当然,运动传感器10也可直接通过绑带等方式固定在人体上,以获得更加精确的测量结果。
可选的,提示装置20包括柔性显示屏21,柔性显示屏21可通过粘胶或缝制等方式固定于智能服装外表面,柔性显示屏21可以覆盖智能服装的整个外表面,也可以根据实际需求仅位于智能服装的某些位置,比如前胸、后背、手臂、前腰、小腿、膝盖等等。
应当理解地,本发明所称的智能服装,不仅包括上衣,还包括围脖、裤子、帽子、腕带、绑腿、鞋子等所有可穿戴的衣物,也同时包含所有的可变形方式,比如上衣包括衬衫、长袖上衣、短袖上衣、背心、文胸等等,裤子包括短裤、长裤、内裤等等。
可选的,提示装置20包括置于智能服装上的多个扬声器22和多个震动器23,多个扬声器22和多个震动器23呈矩阵式排列。如图1所示。
可选的,为了避免在服装上安装太多器件,可将运动传感器10、多个扬声器40和多个震动器50各自集成在一起。如图2所示。
可选的,控制器30用于将运动数据与参考数据范围进行比对,当运动数据位于参考数据范围外时,控制提示装置20发出提示。
可选的,当运动数据小于参考数据范围时,控制器30用于控制提示装置20发出第一提示;当运动数据大于参考数据范围时,控制器30用于控制提示装置20发出第二提示;第一提示不同于第二提示。
可选的,当运动数据位于参考数据范围内时,控制器30用于控制提示装置20发出第三提示,第三提示不同于第一提示及第二提示。
可选的,控制器30用于控制提示装置20在对应运动传感器10的位置处发出提示。
可选的,运动传感器10包括肌力传感器,其感测到的运动数据包括运动肌力,控制器30用于控制提示装置20在对应运动传感器10的位置处发出提示的具体实施方式可包括以下至少一种:控制器30用于根据运动肌力,控制柔性显示屏21在该运动肌力对应的位置显示与该运动肌力对应的颜色;或者控制器30用于根据该运动肌力控制该运动肌力对应的扬声器22,按照与该运动肌力对应的音量进行语音提示;或者控制器30用于根据运动肌力控制该运动肌力对应的震动器23,按照与该运动肌力对应的震动幅度进行震动提示。
举例来说,运动者在运动时,如果姿势不正确,某部分肌肉的运动肌力大于参考运动肌力范围,控制器30可控制柔性显示屏21在该部分肌肉对应的位置发出第一提示,比如,在该部分肌肉对应的位置显示红色;或者,某部分肌肉的运动肌力小于参考运动肌力范围,控制器30可控制柔性显示屏21在该部分肌肉对应的位置发出第二提示,比如,在该部分肌肉对应的位置显示绿色,或者,可根据运动肌力的大小设置连续的颜色分布,如用力越大,越接近红色,反之越接近黄色;如果姿势正确,某部分肌肉的运动肌力落入参考运动肌力范围,控制器30可控制柔性显示屏21在该部分肌肉对应的位置发出第三提示,比如,在该部分肌肉对应的位置显示白色。当然,通过柔性显示屏21来发出提示不仅限于通过颜色来提示,还可以通过在对应运动传感器10的位置展示图案来提示,比如,运动肌力过大显示向上箭头,运动肌力不足显示向下箭头,运动肌力正常显示水平箭头,又如,运动肌力过大显示方形,运动肌力不足显示三角形,运动肌力正常显示圆圈等等。
又举例来说,正常情况下,背面的柔性显示屏21所显示的内容是不能被运动者所看到,当身体背部的某部分肌肉的运动肌力过大,或是某部分肌肉的运动肌力不足,该种情况下,控制器30可控制该某部分肌肉对应的震动器23进行震动提示。当身体背部的某部分肌肉以及身体前面的某部分肌肉的运动肌力过大,或是某部分肌肉的运动肌力不足,该种情况下,控制器30可控制背 部的某部分肌肉对应的震动器23进行震动提示,以及控制控制柔性显示屏21在身体前面的某部分肌肉对应的位置显示与该运动肌力对应的颜色。为了便于分辨用力不足或用力过度,可以设置震动的幅度,比如轻微震动表示用力过小,剧烈震动表示用力过大。
又举例来说,正常情况下,背面的柔性显示屏21所显示的内容是不能被运动者所看到,当身体背部的某部分肌肉的运动肌力过大,或是某部分肌肉的运动肌力不足,该种情况下,控制器30可控制该某部分肌肉对应的扬声器进行语音提示。当身体背部的某部分肌肉以及身体前面的某部分肌肉的运动肌力过大,或是某部分肌肉的运动肌力不足,该种情况下,控制器30可控制背部的某部分肌肉对应的扬声器进行语音提示,以及控制控制柔性显示屏20在身体前面的某部分肌肉对应的位置显示与该运动肌力对应的颜色。为了便于分辨用力不足或用力过度,可以设置语音提示的音量,比如音量较小表示用力过小,音量较大表示用力过大。当然,还可以不必在服装上设置众多的扬声器,而是只设置一个扬声器即可,其可直接提示在哪个位置的肌力不对。
可选的,如图1所示,智能服装的运动传感器10还包括置于智能服装上多个位置传感器40,多个位置传感器40呈矩阵式排列,控制器30还用于根据多个位置传感器40感测到的方位数据进行提示操作。
可选的,为了避免在服装上安装太多器件,可将多个运动传感器10(比如多个肌力传感器)、多个扬声器22、多个震动器23和多个位置传感器40集成在一起。如图2所示。
可选的,方位数据包括运动姿势,控制器30用于在运动姿势不正确的情况下,控制柔性显示屏21、扬声器22和震动器23中的至少一种进行提示操作。其提示操作可参见上述提到的提示方式,在此不再叙述。
可选的,智能服装还可利用柔性显示屏20来达到训练的目的。比如柔性显示屏21预先在需要用力的位置显示出提示,以提示用户接下来在这些位置用力。比如在体操训练中,下一个动作是要手腕跟手肘同时用力,那么柔性显示屏21会在手肘和手腕的位置都显示红色,用户看到这两个位置变红的提示之后,就可以对手腕和手肘进行用力。更进一步的,柔性显示屏21预先提示的功能也可根据用力的大小设置不同的提示颜色,比如需要用力越大,显示的 颜色越红。此外,运动传感器10在用户作动作时也同时检测肌肉的活动,当用户在柔性显示屏21的提示下对某部分肌肉用力时,若运动传感器10检测到用户的肌肉用力正确,则柔性显示屏在该部分肌肉的位置显示出正确的提示,比如发白光。为了避免用户混淆,可将正确的提示与下一步动作的提示所显示的颜色应设定为不同。当然,也可以通过图案来进一步区别,比如下一步动作的提示为圆圈的形状,正确的提示为三角形。另外,也可结合扬声器或震动器来提醒动作的正确性,但扬声器发出的声音以及震动器振动的方式应与分辨用力大小时的声音或振动不同。当然,也可单独通过扬声器或震动器来进行下一步动作的提示,而无需借助柔性显示屏21。
进一步地,运动传感器10还包括如心率传感器、脉搏传感器、血压传感器、速度传感器、加速度传感器、重力传感器、压力传感器、高度传感器等各种能够测量运动状态的传感器,其可与柔性显示屏21、扬声器22、震动器23、控制器30等搭配使用,以起到更加准确、全面的运动数据提示效果。比如包含速度传感器时,如果手臂的运动速度过快,柔性显示屏21在手臂的位置处显示出红色,如果手臂的运动速度过慢,柔性显示屏21在手臂的位置处显示出绿色。又比如包含高度传感器时,当做出跳跃动作时,如果高度传感器感测到跳跃的高度不足,则柔性显示屏21在鞋子的位置处显示出绿色,如果感测到高度过高,则在鞋子的位置处显示出红色。
图3是包括上述描述的智能服装的具体执行过程的提示方法的流程示意图。尽管这里描述的智能服装是基于图1和图2所示的智能服装来执行,但需要注意的是,本发明实施例公开的提示方法的具体运行环境不仅限于上述智能服装。
如图3所示,本发明方法实施例公开的训练方法具体包括以下步骤:
S301、通过运动传感器10获取人体的运动数据。
S302、根据运动数据,通过提示装置20进行提示。
可选的,根据运动数据,通过提示装置20进行提示的具体实施方式为:将运动数据与参考数据范围进行比对,当运动数据位于参考数据范围外时,通过提示装置20发出提示。

举例来说,假设运动传感器与扬声器集成在一起,该运动数据包括运动肌力,智能服装根据运动肌力,确定获取到运动肌力数据的目标运动传感器,根据预设的肌力与颜色的映射关系,确定该运动肌力数据对应的目标颜色,并同时确定目标运动传感器所处的位置,然后智能服装根据目标运动传感器的位置,确定目标运动传感器对应的柔性显示屏待显示的位置,最后智能服装控制柔性显示屏在该待显示的位置显示目标颜色。
又举例来说,假设运动传感器与扬声器集成在一起,该运动数据包括运动肌力,智能服装根据运动肌力,确定获取到运动肌力的目标运动传感器,以及根据预设的肌力与音量的映射关系,确定该运动肌力对应的目标音量,并同时确定目标运动传感器所处的位置,然后智能服装根据目标运动传感器的位置,确定与目标运动传感器集成在一起的目标扬声器,最后智能服装控制目标扬声器按照目标音量进行语音提示。
又举例来说,假设运动传感器与震动器集成在一起,该运动数据包括运动肌力,智能服装根据运动肌力,确定获取到运动肌力的目标运动传感器,以及根据预设的肌力与震动幅度的映射关系,确定该运动肌力对应的目标震动幅度,并同时确定目标运动传感器所处的位置,然后智能服装根据目标运动传感器的位置,确定与目标运动传感器集成在一起的目标震动器,最后智能服装控制目标震动器按照目标震动幅度进行震动提示。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的训练方法的各个步骤的具体实施方式可结合上述智能服装的具体实现方式,在此不再叙述。
可选的,图3所示的方法还包括:
提示装置20根据下一步的运动姿势,在下一步的运动姿势对应的位置发出预提示。
可选的,如图3所示的方法还包括:

举例来说,在服装上还可进一步设置多个位置传感器40,多个位置传感器40用于检测运动者的运动姿势是否正确,比如手是否抬到了预定的高度,脚是否勾到了足够的角度等等。如果运动姿势不正确,那么可在相应不正确的部位显示出提示,其提示的具体实现方式可参考上述所述方式,在此不再叙述。
可以看出,本发明实施例中,在运动服装中加入用于监测人体运动数据的运动传感器,控制器以及提示装置,当运动传感器监测到运动数据时,控制器根据该运动数据,控制提示装置进行提示操作,可时刻监控运动者的运动方式, 进而矫正运动者的运动方式,以达到训练的目的。

  1. 一种智能服装,其特征在于,包括用于监测人体运动数据的运动传感器、提示装置、控制器,所述运动传感器和所述提示装置电连接至所述控制器,所述控制器用于根据所述运动传感器感测到的运动数据,控制所述提示装置进行提示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能服装,其特征在于,所述控制器用于将所述运动数据与参考数据范围进行比对,当所述运动数据位于所述参考数据范围外时,控制所述提示装置发出提示。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能服装,其特征在于,当所述运动数据小于所述参考数据范围时,所述控制器用于控制所述提示装置发出第一提示;当所述运动数据大于所述参考数据范围时,所述控制器用于控制所述提示装置发出第二提示;所述第一提示不同于所述第二提示。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能服装,其特征在于,当所述运动数据位于所述参考数据范围内时,所述控制器用于控制所述提示装置发出第三提示,所述第三提示不同于所述第一提示及所述第二提示。

  8. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的智能服装,其特征在于,所述控制器还用于根据下一步需要进行的运动姿势,控制所述提示装置进行预提示。
  9. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的智能服装,其特征在于,所述运动传感器包括肌力传感器或位置传感器。
  10. 一种训练方法,其特征在于,包括:
    通过运动传感器获取人体的运动数据;
    根据所述运动数据,通过提示装置进行提示。
