以上の結果から、Cu源を含む原料ペーストを用いてハニカム焼成体を作製し、かつ、ハニカム焼成体の水熱処理を行うことにより、炭化水素の吸着性能に優れたハニカム構造体を製造することができると考えられる。

    前記ハニカム成形体を焼成することにより、ハニカム焼成体を作製する焼成工程と、

    前記成形工程の前、前記焼成工程の後、又は、前記焼成工程において、水熱処理が行われることを特徴とするハニカム構造体の製造方法。
