[Medical pump management system processing]
The processing procedure of the medical pump management system 1 will be described with reference to FIG.
First, the chart server 2 determines whether or not there is an authentication request from the terminal 5 (step S1). Specifically, the medical record server 2 determines whether or not there is an authentication request by determining whether or not a prescription order number, a medicine identification ID, a patient identification ID, a medical worker identification ID, and a pump identification ID are received from the terminal 5. Determine. When it is determined that there is an authentication request, the medical record server 2 stores the prescription order number, the medicine identification ID, the patient identification ID, and the medical worker identification ID received from the terminal 5 in the storage unit 30. Four-point authentication is performed by comparing patient information and prescription information to determine whether authentication is possible (step S2).
When the authentication is not approved in step S2, the medical record server 2 transmits a signal indicating that the authentication is not possible to the terminal 5, and displays that the authentication has failed in the terminal 5 (step S3).
When the authentication is approved in step S2, the medical record server 2 associates the prescription order number, prescription information, patient information, and pump identification ID with each other and transmits them to the pump server 3 (step S4). When the pump server 3 receives these pieces of information from the medical record server 2, the section registration determination unit 32 registers whether or not the received bed identification ID is stored in the storage unit 30, that is, the bed specified by the bed identification ID is registered. It is determined whether or not it is performed (step S5).
When it is determined in step S5 that the bed identification ID is registered in the storage unit 30, the association updating unit 38 associates the bed identification ID and the pump identification ID received from the chart server 2 with each other in the storage unit 30. Store (step S6). Next, the section use determination unit 33 determines whether or not the bed specified by the bed identification ID is used by the patient (step S7). If it is determined in step S7 that the bed is not used, the display control unit 39 displays the state of each medical pump 4 on the central monitor 7 and the bedside monitor 8 together with the section specifying information (step S8). Thereafter, the process returns to step S1 to continue the process.
FIG. 6 is a display screen of the central monitor 7 before receiving the prescription order. In the display screen shown in FIG. 6, since the ICU 5 is selected in the room display area D76 that displays the selection state of the room, the four beds ICU5-1 to 4 arranged in the ICU5 are displayed. The bed ICUs 5-1 to 4 do not have patient names, and it can be seen that none of the beds ICUs 5-1 to 4 are used. In this state, it is assumed that, for example, the following prescription order authentication request is made from the terminal 5.
 患者名:A
Prescription order number: 1234
Patient name: A
Bed identification ID: ICU5-1
Drug name: Inoban syringe 0.1%
Pump identification ID: IP001
In this case, the prescription order number, the patient identification ID of the patient A, the bed identification ID of the bed ICU5-1, and the pump identification ID are associated with each other by the processing of steps S1 to S6 in FIG. 5, as shown in FIG. The patient name of the patient A is displayed in the patient name display area D77 of the bed ICU5-1, and the display of the medical pump 4 with the pump identification ID IP001 is deleted from the bed undefined pump display area D74. Further, on the display screen of the bedside monitor 8 shown in FIG. 8, the patient information of the medical pump 4 and the patient A is displayed in association with the bed ICU5-1. When the infusion by the medical pump 4 is completed and the operation indicating that the prescription order is completed is performed at the terminal 5, it is displayed that the infusion by the medical pump 4 has been completed as shown in FIG. The
On the other hand, when a prescription order is made by designating a bed ICU5-5 that is not stored in the storage unit 30 (not displayed on the monitor) due to a ward or room layout change or the like, in step S5 of FIG. The bed identification ID received from the chart server 2 is determined not to be registered in the storage unit 30. In this case, the temporary registration unit 34 temporarily registers the pump identification ID associated with the bed identification ID in association with the virtual bed (step S9). Next, the process of step S8 is performed, and the display control unit 39 indicates the state of the medical pump 4 specified by the temporarily registered pump identification ID as shown in FIGS. Alternatively, it is displayed on the central monitor 7 and the bedside monitor 8 indicating that the bed identification ID is temporary.
Thereafter, the process returns to step S1 in FIG. 5 and the process is performed. When it is determined in step S1 that there is no authentication request, the section generation request determination unit 35 determines whether there is a request for generating a new bed identification ID ( Step S10). When it is determined that there is the generation request, the section identification information generation unit 37 generates a new bed identification ID in response to the request from the terminal 6 (step S11). Thereby, although not memorize | stored in the memory | storage part 30, when it is necessary to associate the medical pump 4 with the bed which actually exists, new bed identification ID can be memorize | stored in the memory | storage part 30. FIG.
If it is determined that there is no request for generating a new bed identification ID following step S11 or in step S10, the association request determination unit 36 associates the temporarily registered pump identification ID with the registered bed identification ID. It is determined whether there is an association request (step S12). If it is determined in step S12 that there is an association request to the bed identification ID, the association update unit 38 sets the pump identification ID to the newly generated bed identification ID or the already registered bed identification ID. The data are stored in the storage unit 30 in association with each other (step S13). Subsequent to step S13 or when it is determined in step S12 that there is no request for association with the bed identification ID, the process of step S8 is performed.
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the pump identification ID temporarily registered in association with the virtual bed is a bed identification newly generated by the processing from step S <b> 10 to step S <b> 11, step S <b> 12 and subsequent step S <b> 13. Associated with ID. Specifically, in the temporary registration state shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, as shown in FIG. 12, after clicking the patient information tab D87 on the detailed screen of the destination bed ICU5-1, the patient identification ID is input. To do. Then, the patient information and pump information associated with the virtual bed shown in FIG. 11 are stored in association with the bed ICU5-1 as shown in FIG. 13, and the virtual bed disappears.
On the other hand, in FIG. 5, if it is determined in step S7 that the bed is in use, the temporary registration unit 34 temporarily registers the original pump identification ID associated with the bed identification ID in association with the virtual bed (step S14). Thereafter, the process of step S8 is performed.
In the process of step S14, for example, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, in the situation where the bed ICU5-1 is used by the patient B, the prescription order for another patient C designates the bed ICU5-1. To be done. When such a prescription order is made, as shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, the patient information of the patient C and the medical pump 4 having the pump identification ID IP001 are stored in the bed ICU 5-1 by the process of step S 6. The information is stored in association with each other and displayed on the central monitor 7 and the bedside monitor 8. Thereafter, since it is determined in step S7 that the bed is in use, the processing in step S14 is performed, and as shown in FIG. 16, the virtual bed ICU5-1 [temporary] is set, and originally the bed ICU5-1. As shown in FIG. 18, the patient information and the pump information of the patient B that has been associated with are temporarily registered in association with the virtual bed ICU5-1 [temporary]. At this time, as shown in FIG. 18, since the pump information of the medical pump 4 being infused into the patient B is directly associated with the virtual bed ICU5-1 [temporary], the pump information is associated with the virtual bed ICU5-1 [temporary]. ] On the screen.
If there is no medical pump 4 associated with the bed ICU 5-1, the virtual bed ICU 5-1 [temporary] is not set, and patient information of the patient B disappears from the central monitor 7 and the bedside monitor 8. You may do it.
The pump identification ID temporarily registered in association with the virtual bed ICU5-1 [temporary] is changed to the bed identification ID newly generated by the processing from step S10 to step S11, step S12 and subsequent step S13 in FIG. They are associated with each other, or are associated with registered bed identification IDs. For example, as in the case described with reference to FIG. 12, the patient information tab D87 is clicked on the detailed screen of the destination bed ICU5-2, and the patient identification ID of the patient B is input. Then, the patient information and pump information of the patient B move from the virtual bed ICU5-1 [provisional] shown in FIG. 18 to the bed ICU5-2, and are stored in association with the bed ICU5-2 as shown in FIG. As a result, the virtual bed ICU5-1 [temporary] disappears.
According to the embodiment as described above, the pump identification ID and the bed identification ID transmitted from the medical record server 2 are stored in association with each other at the time of infusion prescription order, and the state of the medical pump 4 is centralized together with the bed identification ID. Since the information is displayed on the monitor 7 or the bedside monitor 8, it is not necessary for the medical staff to manually associate the bed with the medical pump 4, and the work burden on the medical staff when performing the infusion can be reduced. .
Further, when the bed identification ID is not stored in the storage unit 30, the pump identification ID associated with the bed identification ID is temporarily registered, and the state of the medical pump 4 specified by the temporarily registered pump identification ID To indicate that the placement section or section specifying information is temporary, even if the bed identification ID is not stored in the storage unit 30, the state of the medical pump 4 associated with the bed identification ID is displayed. Can be displayed.
In addition, the state of the medical pump 4 is displayed in accordance with the arrangement section, and the state of the medical pump 4 specified by the temporarily registered pump identification ID is displayed in a predetermined area. It is possible to visually recognize the arrangement and easily identify which medical pump 4 is temporarily registered.
In addition, after generating a new bed identification ID, the temporarily registered pump identification ID is stored in association with the new bed identification ID. Even if it exists, the pump identification ID can be associated with the bed identification ID.
Further, since the state of the temporarily registered medical pump 4 is displayed together with the prescription information, the state of the medical pump 4 can be grasped in detail.
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and modifications, improvements, and the like within the scope that can achieve the object of the present invention are included in the present invention.
For example, when a prescription order is made by specifying a ward identification ID or a room identification ID that is not stored in the storage unit 30 (not displayed on the monitor), the display control unit 39 is as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. In addition, the pump identification ID received from the chart server 2 may be displayed in the bed undefined pump display area D74. In this case, if the association request is made by specifying the ward identification ID or the room identification ID corresponding to the bed, the received pump identification ID can be associated with the bed identification ID by the processing from step S10 to step S13 described above. .
