Abstract
本发明涉及一种输入验证信息的方法,供用户通过多媒体终端的触摸屏与显示于触摸屏上的感知图片进行交互来输入验证信息,该方法包括:多媒体终端从后台系统获取验证方式信息以及感知图片信息;多媒体终端根据验证方式信息以及感知图片信息生成感知图片并在触摸屏上显示;多媒体终端检测用户按压触摸屏的按压特征,按压特征包括下列项中至少一个:按压压力、按压次数以及按压区域;多媒体终端判定按压特征是否与验证方式信息相符,并向后台系统报告判定结果。该方法能够降低用户操作的繁琐、提高验证信息输入效率,从而提升用户体验。
Description
本发明涉及人机交互技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种输入验证信息的方法。
传统验证码一般是根据一串随机产生的数字或符号,生成一幅图片,图片里加上一些干扰像素(用于防止OCR),由用户肉眼识别其中的验证码信息,随后输入表单来提交网站验证,验证成功后才能使用某项功能。使用验证码的主要目的在于防止恶意攻击者利用机器自动注册、登录、上传垃圾信息等操作。
用户识别图片中信息再输入的过程相对繁琐,有时还是字母和数字、甚至汉字等字符的组合输入,进而需要智能输入法的切换,尤其是在智能手机、便携电脑上操作非常麻烦,遇到实时性要求较高的场合会严重降低操作效率,此外,肉眼识别可能引起错误,切换输入法进行输入也可能产生错误,这些因素都会降低用户体验。
因此,本领域技术人员期望获得一种高效、可靠的输入验证信息的方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效、可靠的输入验证信息的方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种技术方案如下:
一种输入验证信息的方法,供用户通过多媒体终端的触摸屏与显示于触摸屏上的感知图片进行交互来输入验证信息,该方法包括如下步骤:a)、多媒体终端从后台系统获取验证方式信息以及感知图片信息;b)、多媒体终端根据验证方式信息以及感知图片信息生成感知图
片并在触摸屏上显示;c)、多媒体终端检测用户按压触摸屏的按压特征,按压特征包括下列项中至少一个:按压压力、按压次数以及按压区域;d)、多媒体终端判定按压特征是否与验证方式信息相符,并向后台系统报告判定结果。
优选地,感知图片包括一个或一组可点击图标。
优选地,多媒体终端将用户对可点击图标所在区域的按压识别为有效按压。
优选地,可点击图标为随时间变化的图标。
优选地,验证方式信息包括用于指导用户按压可点击图标的语音提示信息,多媒体终端还向用户播放语音提示信息。
优选地,多媒体终端为智能手机。
验证码的初衷在于强制用户参与,防止机器自动操作、避免恶意攻击。本发明提出的输入验证信息的方法,提示用户按压触摸屏上的可点击图标从而获取用户输入,并通过对按压压力、按压次数和/或按压区域的检测来判定用户输入的验证信息是否合规,这种简便方式不仅能够实现强制用户参与,防止机器自动识别并输入验证码,还能够在实现传统验证码同等功效的前提下降低用户操作的繁琐、提高验证信息输入效率,从而提升用户体验。
上述输入验证信息的方法适用于智能手机、便携电脑等带有触摸屏的多媒体终端,适用于注册、登录、信息绑定、支付等各种业务场景,尤其适用于对操作实时性要求较高的场合,应用领域广、实现简单,具有在行业内推广应用的前景。
图1示出根据本发明一实施例的输入验证信息的方法的信息交互示意图。
图2示出本发明一实施例的输入验证信息的方法的流程图。
图3示出本发明一实施例中所采用的一种感知图片。
如图1所示,根据本发明一实施例提供的输入验证信息的方法,多媒体终端10与后台系统20之间进行数据交互。多媒体终端10包括触摸屏101,也可以包括音频播放设备、音频输入设备等,用户操作触摸屏101,进而与多媒体终端10进行信息交互。
多媒体终端10可以为智能手机、平板电脑等具有触摸屏的电子装置。后台系统20可以为提供各种信息或服务的信息平台或服务器。
如图2所示,上述输入验证信息的方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S10、多媒体终端获取验证方式信息以及感知图片信息。
具体地,多个多媒体终端10可通过无线网络与后台系统20在通信上耦合并进行数据交互。多媒体终端10向后台系统20请求针对用户想要进行的下一操作的验证方式,后台系统20响应该请求、生成验证方式信息,随后将验证方式信息与感知图片信息一起返回给多媒体终端10。
步骤S20、多媒体终端生成感知图片并在触摸屏上显示。
该步骤中,多媒体终端10根据所获得的验证方式信息以及感知图片信息生成感知图片,并在触摸屏上显示该感知图片,供用户查看、识别。
如图3所示,感知图片至少包括一个或一组可点击图标。多媒体终端10所获取的验证方式信息还可包括用户提示信息,感知图片相应地包括用于呈现用户提示信息的文本框,例如,图3的文本框中显示“请按压笑脸3次”。用户识别这类提示信息之后,可以了解如何按压可点击图标从而完成输入验证信息。
优选情况下,多媒体终端10所获取的验证方式信息包括语音提示信息,多媒体终端10在显示感知图片的同时向用户播放语音提示信息,以指导用户如何按压可点击图标。这种方式能够进一步杜绝机器自动识别、自动输入验证信息,减轻用户的视觉负担,带来优秀的用户体验。
在一种具体实现中,根据后台系统20确定的验证方式信息,多
媒体终端生成一感知图片并显示,感知图片包括3个不同的可点击图标和一个文本框,3个可点击图标分别表示为图标A、图标B以及图标C,文本框显示文本信息“请按次序点击图标A一次,点击图标B两次,点击图标C三次”。在这种特定实现中,多媒体终端10可以仅识别对图标A、B、C所在屏幕区域的按压。
在另一种具体实现中,根据后台系统20确定的验证方式信息,多媒体终端10生成的感知图片仅包括1个可点击图标D,多媒体终端10显示该可点击图标的同时播放一条语音提示信息,告知用户“请点击图标D一次、再点击屏幕右下角一次。”在这种实现中,多媒体终端10将识别所有屏幕区域的按压。
步骤S30、多媒体终端检测用户按压触摸屏的按压特征。
其中,按压特征包括下列项中至少一个:按压压力、按压次数以及按压区域。
具体地,多媒体终端10内部或触摸屏自身一般设置有传感器或感测单元,可以用来检测用户对触摸屏的按压压力、按压次数以及按压区域。
可以理解,非手指物体(例如衣物、书本)的偶然接触将对触摸屏产生不同的按压压力,传感器或感测单元可以屏蔽这类按压,而仅关心用户手指的按压。
进一步地,多媒体终端10仅将用户对可点击图标所在区域的按压识别为有效按压,即,对用户在可点击图标区域之外的按压“视而不见”。随之,也仅针对可点击图标区域内的有效按压提取上述各种按压特征。这种方式可以进一步防止用户的误操作、或非手指物体的偶然接触。
步骤S40、多媒体终端判定按压特征是否与验证方式信息相符,并向后台系统报告判定结果。
具体地,多媒体终端10判定用户的按压特征与所获取的验证方式信息是否相符,并将判定结果报告至后台系统20。如果相符,后台
系统20将准许用户进行下一步操作,如果不相符,后台系统20将阻止用户的下一步操作。
通过对按压特征的检测来判定用户输入的验证信息是否合规,能够实现强制用户参与,防止机器自动识别、输入验证信息。
更重要的是,这种方案在实现传统验证码同等功效的前提下,降低用户操作的繁琐、提高验证信息输入效率,从而提升用户体验。
根据上述实施例的一种改进实现,可点击图标为随时间变化的图标。例如,每经过5秒,可点击图标变化一种形状或颜色。
作为另一种改进实现,可点击图标为随用户点击次数变化的图标。例如,用户每点击一次图标,图标即变化一种形状或颜色。
当可点击图标为变化的图标时,通过机器来自动识别、输入验证信息将变得更加难以实现,因此,这类改进实现方式更加可靠、安全。
本发明所提供的输入验证信息的方法适用于智能手机、便携电脑等带有触摸屏的多媒体终端,适用于注册、登录、信息绑定、支付等各种业务场景。
在对操作实时性要求较高的场合,例如在秒杀或抢券等实时性要求高的场合,上述方法可以实现高效验证,提供了优秀的用户体验。
上述输入验证信息的方法安全可靠、实现简单,具有在行业内推广应用的前景。
需要说明的是,上述说明仅针对于本发明的优选实施例,并不在于限制本发明的保护范围。本领域技术人员可作出各种变形设计,而不脱离本发明的思想及附随的权利要求。
Claims (8)
- 一种输入验证信息的方法,供用户通过多媒体终端的触摸屏与显示于所述触摸屏上的感知图片进行交互来输入所述验证信息,所述方法包括如下步骤:a)、所述多媒体终端从后台系统获取验证方式信息以及感知图片信息;b)、所述多媒体终端根据所述验证方式信息以及所述感知图片信息生成所述感知图片并在所述触摸屏上显示;c)、所述多媒体终端检测用户按压所述触摸屏的按压特征,所述按压特征包括下列项中至少一个:按压压力、按压次数以及按压区域;d)、所述多媒体终端判定所述按压特征是否与所述验证方式信息相符,并向所述后台系统报告判定结果。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述感知图片包括一个或一组可点击图标。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多媒体终端将用户对所述可点击图标所在区域的按压识别为有效按压。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述可点击图标为随时间变化的图标。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述可点击图标为随用户点击次数变化的图标。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述验证方式信息包括用于指导用户按压所述可点击图标的用户提示信息,所述感知图片还包括用于呈现所述用户提示信息的文本框。
