有鉴于此,本发明实施例的目的在于提出一种多终端视频续播方法和装置,使用户通过一个终端观看视频后,能够在其他智能终端上精确的从之前观看终止的位置继续观看视频。
基于上述目的本发明实施例提供的一种多终端视频续播方法,包括:
监测到用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件;
向所述第一终端发送上传指令,并接收由所述第一终端以预设时间间隔连续上传所述视频的播放进度信息,直至所述用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件 结束;
监测到用户通过第二终端点播所述视频的事件;
读取所述播放进度信息,确定用户通过第一终端观看所述视频的中止播放位置,基于所述中止播放位置向所述第二终端推送所述视频的视频资源,使所述第二终端从所述中止播放位置续播所述视频。
优选的,所述视频为剧集;所述接收由所述第一终端以预设时间间隔连续上传所述视频的播放进度信息直至所述用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件结束的步骤之后,还包括:
根据所述播放进度信息,将所述视频及其之后若干集的视频资源推送至所述第二终端。
优选的,所述接收由所述第一终端以预设时间间隔连续上传所述视频的播放进度信息,直至所述用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件结束的步骤包括:
每当接收到所述第一终端上传的一条播放进度信息时,令该播放进度信息覆盖上一条接收到的播放进度信息。
优选的,所述监测到用户通过第二终端点播所述视频的事件的步骤包括:
监测到用户通过第二终端开启视频应用的事件;
调取所述用户通过第一终端上传的所有播放进度信息,生成续播列表并发送至所述第二终端向用户显示;
接收所述第二终端返回的用户对所述续播列表选择指令,确定出一条用于续播的播放进度信息。
优选的,所述读取所述播放进度信息,确定用户通过第一终端观看所述视频的中止播放位置的步骤之后,还包括:
生成对应于所述中止播放位置前后预设时长内的视频段的调节进度条,并发送至所述第二终端向用户显示;
接收所述第二终端返回的用户对所述调节进度条的拖拽指令,根据所述拖拽指令,修正所述中止播放位置。
另一方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种多终端视频续播装置,包括:
第一监测模块,用于监测到用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件;
接收模块,用于向所述第一终端发送上传指令,并接收由所述第一终端以预设时间间隔连续上传所述视频的播放进度信息,直至所述用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件结束;
第二监测模块,用于监测到用户通过第二终端点播所述视频的事件;
执行模块,用于读取所述播放进度信息,确定用户通过第一终端观看所述视频的中止播放位置,基于所述中止播放位置向所述第二终端推送所述视频的视频资源,使所述第二终端从所述中止播放位置续播所述视频。
优选的,所述视频为剧集;所述装置还包括:推送模块,用于根据所述播放进度信息,将所述视频及其之后若干集的视频资源推送至所述第二终端。
优选的,所述接收模块用于:每当接收到所述第一终端上传的一条播放进度信息时,令该播放进度信息覆盖上一条接收到的播放进度信息。
优选的,所述第二监测模块用于:监测到用户通过第二终端开启视频应用的事件;调取所述用户通过第一终端上传的所有播放进度信息,生成续播列表并发送至所述第二终端向用户显示;根据所述第二终端返回的用户对所述续播列表选择指令,确定出一条用于续播的播放进度信息。
优选的,所述执行模块进一步用于:生成对应于所述中止播放位置前后预设时长内的视频段的调节进度条,并发送至所述第二终端向用户显示;接收所述第二终端返回的用户对所述调节进度条的拖拽指令,根据所述拖拽指令,修正所述中止播放位置。
从上面所述可以看出,本发明实施例提供的多终端视频续播方法和装置,在用户通过一个终端观看视频时,保存该视频的播放进度信息,并在用户通过其他终端再次打开该视频时,根据保存的播放进度信息,为用户实现续播,有效且高效的实现了一种多终端间的视频续播方法,保证了用户观看视频的连续性。

【具体实施方式】
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,并参照附图,对本发明进一步详细说明。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所有使用“第一”和“第二”的表述均是为了区分两个相同名称非相同的实体或者非相同的参量,可见“第一”“第二”仅为了表述的方便,不应理解为对本发明实施例的限定,后续实施例对此不再一一说明。
本发明实施例提供了一种多终端视频续播方法。参考图1,为本发明实施例的多终端视频续播方法流程图。
所述多终端视频续播方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤101、监测到用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件。
用户通过一个终端向服务器侧请求播放某个视频时,会通过终端向服务器发送视频播放请求,向服务器侧请求推送视频资源并建立视频数据流,最终实现在终端侧的网络视频点播。本步骤中,当监测到用户发送的视频播放请求,并最终建立视频数据流开始播放视频时,认为监测到了所述的用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件。
步骤102、向所述第一终端发送上传指令,并接收由所述第一终端以预设时间间隔连续上传的所述视频的播放进度信息,直至所述用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件结束。
本步骤中,首先查询用户的账户信息,确定当前用户账户,然后向第一终端发送上传指令,令第一终端上传播放进度信息。根据所述上传指令,第一终端会以预设时间间隔连续上传所述视频的播放进度信息,即每经过预设时间间隔,便上传一条播放进度信息。持续上传播放进度信息的过程会一直持续,直到用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件结束,即直到用户关闭视频时结束。
所述的预设时间间隔根据不同的应用环境可以灵活设定,一般的为数秒的时间;例如预设时间间隔可以设定为3秒,即每3秒一次接收第一终端上传的播放进度信息。
其中,所述播放进度信息包括:当前视频信息(用于标示用户当前收看的 是那个视频)和进度信息(用于标示当前的观看进度,可以是播放时间或关键帧)。接收到的播放进度信息会被保存在当前用户的用户账户下,供后续步骤调用。
由于是连续接收第一终端上传的播放进度信息,故本实施例中,采用覆盖更新的方式保存播放进度信息;具体的,即每当接收到所述第一终端上传的一条播放进度信息时,令该播放进度信息覆盖上一条接收到的播放进度信息。也就是说,对于一个视频,仅保存有一条播放进度信息,该播放进度信息为时间上最新上传的一条。
步骤103、监测到用户通过第二终端点播所述视频的事件。
本步骤中,监测到用户通过另一终端即第二终端发送对其之前通过第一终端观看的视频的部分请求时,认为监测到用户通过第二终端点播所述视频的事件。
步骤104、读取所述播放进度信息,确定用户通过第一终端观看所述视频的中止播放位置,基于所述中止播放位置向所述第二终端推送所述视频的视频资源,使所述第二终端从所述中止播放位置续播所述视频。
本步骤中,读取所述用户的用户账户下存储的所述视频的播放进度信息,获取所述视频的视频资源,根据播放进度信息记录的信息,解析所述视频,在完整的视频播放进度中确定出用户通过第一终端观看时中止的部分时间点或者是关键帧,即所述的确定用户通过第一终端观看所述视频的中止播放位置。然后由中止播放位置开始,向用户推送所述视频的视频资源,使用户在第二终端上能够从中止播放位置开始继续播放所述视频。
由上述实施例可见,本发明的方法通过在用户通过一个终端观看视频时,保存该视频的播放进度信息,并在用户通过其他终端再次打开该视频时,根据保存的播放进度信息,为用户实现续播,有效且高效的实现了一种多终端间的视频续播方法,保证了用户观看视频的连续性。
作为优选的,本发明实施例的方法可以应用于用户通过汽车上车载终端和非车载终端(智能手机、智能电视等)进行多终端播放视频的应用场景;即用户通过车载终端观看视频,在行程结束时中断该视频的观看,接下来用户通过智能手机和智能电视能够继续观看之前在汽车上通过车载终端未观看完的视频。
参考图2,为本发明另一实施例的多终端视频续播方法流程图。
作为一个更加具体的实施例,所述多终端视频续播方法流,包括以下步骤:
步骤201、监测到用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件。
步骤202、向所述第一终端发送上传指令,并接收由所述第一终端以预设时间间隔连续上传所述视频的播放进度信息直至所述用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件结束。
步骤203、根据所述播放进度信息,将所述视频及其之后若干集的视频资源推送至所述第二终端。
本步骤中,所述视频为剧集。则在用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件结束后,根据最终存储的播放进度信息,确定出用户当前收看的为剧集中的哪一集,然后进一步确定出用户当前收看的一集的后续的若干集,然后从视频数据库中,调取上述各个集对应的视频资源,向用户注册的一个或多个其他终端即所述第二终端推送。
通过本步骤的过程,在确定用户当前收看的剧集及后续几集过后,预先将上述各集的视频资源推送到第二终端,这样使用户在通过第二终端进行续播时,能够省去视频资源缓冲的时间,节省用户时间,且显著的提升用户观看视频的用户体验。
步骤204、监测到用户通过第二终端开启视频应用的事件。
用户准备通过第二终端继续观看之前的视频时,会使用第二终端上的视频应用;则在本实施例中,监测用户通过第二终端开启视频应用的事件。
步骤205、调取所述用户通过第一终端上传的所有播放进度信息,生成续播列表并发送至所述第二终端向用户显示。
在实际应用中,用户通过第一终端可能观看了不同视频,则对于每一个视频,均会为其保存一条播放进度信息。在本实施例中,监测到用户开启视频应用后,首先调取所述用户通过第一终端上传的所有对应于不同视频的多条播放进度信息,然后根据所有的播放进度信息生成一个续播列表,将该续播列表发送至第二终端向用户显示;通过该续播列表向用户显示其所有观看过且保存有播放进度信息、能够进行续播的视频,供用户根据当时的观看需要进行选择。
步骤206、接收所述第二终端返回的用户对所述续播列表选择指令,确定出一条用于续播的播放进度信息。
用户根据观看需要,从续播列表中进行选择,然后通过第二终端返回对续播列表选择指令。根据接收到的用户对续播列表选择指令,从存储的多条播放 进度信息中确定出一条用于续播的播放进度信息。
步骤207、读取所述播放进度信息,确定用户通过第一终端观看所述视频的中止播放位置,生成对应于所述中止播放位置前后预设时长内的视频段的调节进度条,并发送至所述第二终端向用户显示。
读取用户从续播列表中选择的播放进度信息确定用户通过第一终端观看所述视频的中止播放位置。然后进一步的,根据所述中止播放位置,在播放页面上生成一个调节进度条。所述的调节进度条与播放器进度条不同,其不是对应整个视频,而是仅对应中止播放位置前后预设时长内的视频段,即中止播放位置附近的一小段视频进度。其中,所述的预设时长的取值范围为1-3秒;以预设时长为1秒为例,所述调节进度条即对应中止播放位置前后长度为2秒的视频段。用户能够对所述调节进度条进行拖拽,用以调节中止播放位置。
步骤208、接收所述第二终端返回的用户对所述调节进度条的拖拽指令,根据所述拖拽指令,修正所述中止播放位置。
用户通过第二终端输入对所述调节进度条的拖拽指令;接收到第二终端返回的的拖拽指令后,基于该拖拽指令,获取该拖拽指令的拖拽长度,然后调用预设的对应关系表(该对应关系表包含:拖拽长度与该拖拽长度对应的播放时长的对应关系),根据所述对应关系表得到该拖拽指令的拖拽长度对应的时长,根据该时长相应的将中止播放位置进行向前或向后的调整,即修正中止播放位置。
通过步骤207至步骤208的过程,使用户能够进一步的调节中止播放位置,这样能够让用户主动的消除由于播放进度信息在上传存储过程中与用户实际中止观看视频的时点产生的误差,进一步保证视频续播的准确性。
步骤209、基于所述中止播放位置向所述第二终端推送所述视频的视频资源,使所述第二终端从所述中止播放位置续播所述视频。
本步骤中,根据经过用户修正的中止播放位置,为第二终端推送相应的视频资源,使第二终端为用户续播所述视频。
另一方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种多终端视频续播装置。参考图3,为本发明实施例的多终端视频续播装置300的结构示意图。
所述多终端视频续播装置300,包括:
第一监测模块301,用于监测到用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件;
接收模块302,用于向所述第一终端发送上传指令,并接收由所述第一终端 以预设时间间隔连续上传所述视频的播放进度信息直至所述用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件结束;
第二监测模块303,用于监测到用户通过第二终端点播所述视频的事件;
执行模块304,用于读取所述播放进度信息,确定用户通过第一终端观看所述视频的中止播放位置,基于所述中止播放位置向所述第二终端推送所述视频的视频资源,使所述第二终端从所述中止播放位置续播所述视频。
由上述实施例可见,本发明实施例的多终端视频续播装置300通过在用户通过一个终端观看视频时,保存该视频的播放进度信息,并在用户通过其他终端再次打开该视频时,根据保存的播放进度信息,为用户实现续播,有效且高效的实现了一种多终端间的视频续播方法,保证了用户观看视频的连续性。
在优选实施例中,所述接收模块302进一步用于:每当接收到所述第一终端上传的一条播放进度信息时,令该播放进度信息覆盖上一条接收到的播放进度信息。
在优选实施例中,所述第二监测模块303进一步用于:监测到用户通过第二终端开启视频应用的事件;调取所述用户通过第一终端上传的所有播放进度信息,生成续播列表并发送至所述第二终端向用户显示;根据所述第二终端返回的用户对所述续播列表选择指令,确定出一条用于续播的播放进度信息。
在优选实施例中,所述执行模块304进一步用于:生成对应于所述中止播放位置前后预设时长内的视频段的调节进度条,并发送至所述第二终端向用户显示;接收所述第二终端返回的用户对所述调节进度条的拖拽指令,根据所述拖拽指令,修正所述中止播放位置。
参考图4,为本发明另一实施例的多终端视频续播装置400的结构示意图。
作为另一个实施例,所述视频为剧集,所述的多终端视频续播装置400除了包括基础的第一监测模块401、接收模块402、第二监测模块403、执行模块404之外,还包括:推送模块405,用于根据所述播放进度信息,将所述视频及其之后若干集的视频资源推送至所述第二终端。
上述实施例的多终端视频续播装置400用于实现前述实施例中相应的多终端视频续播方法,并且具有相应的方法实施例的有益效果,在此不再赘述。
参考图5,本发明实施例还提供一种视频服务器500。如图5所示,本发明实施例提供的视频服务器500包括处理器510,存储器520,以及通讯装置530。
所述通讯装置530用于与第一终端或第二终端通讯。
所述存储器520可以是非易失性计算机可读存储介质,以用于存储计算机可执行指令,该指令当由一个或多个处理器510执行时,例如可以使得处理器510执行以上描述的图1中的方法步骤S101至步骤S104,也可执行以上描述的图2中的方法步骤S201至步骤S209。计算机可执行指令也可以在任何非易失性计算机可读存储介质内存储和/或传输,以便由指令执行系统、装置或设备使用,或者结合指令执行系统、装置或设备使用,其中该指令执行系统、装置或设备诸如基于计算机的系统、包含处理器的系统或可以从指令执行系统、装置或设备获取指令并执行该指令的其他系统。出于本文档的目的,“非易失性计算机可读存储介质”可以是有形地包含或存储计算机可执行指令的任何介质,该计算机可执行指令可以用于由指令执行系统、设备或系统使用或者结合指令执行系统、装置或设备使用。非易失性计算机可读存储介质可以包括但不限于磁的、光的和/或半导体存储装置。这些存储装置的示例包括磁盘、基于CD、DVD或蓝光技术的光盘以及持久性固态存储器(诸如,闪存、固态驱动器等)。
作为本发明实施例的一方面,上述描述的图3中的多终端视频续播装置300为计算机软件程序装置,所述模块301-304为计算机软件程序模块,存储于所述存储器520,工作时由处理器510运行,实现各模块的功能。同样地,上述描述的图4中的多终端视频续播装置400为计算机软件程序装置,所述模块401-405为计算机软件程序模块,存储于所述存储器520,工作时由处理器510运行,实现各模块的功能。
应当理解,在本实施例中,该处理器510可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,简称为“CPU”)。该处理器510还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
在本发明实施例中,所述视频服务器500不限于图5的部件和配置,还可以包括以多种配置形式的其他或附加部件。
在实现过程中,上述方法的各步骤或装置的各模块可以通过处理器510中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。结合本申请实施例所公开的方法的步骤或装置的各模块可以直接体现为硬件处理器执行完成。或者用处理器510中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本 领域成熟的存储介质中。该存储介质位于存储器520,处理器510读取存储器520中的信息,结合其硬件完成上述方法的步骤。为避免重复,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多终端视频续播方法,其特征在于,包括:
    监测到用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件;
    向所述第一终端发送上传指令,并接收由所述第一终端以预设时间间隔连续上传所述视频的播放进度信息,直至所述用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件结束;
    监测到用户通过第二终端点播所述视频的事件;
    读取所述播放进度信息,确定用户通过第一终端观看所述视频的中止播放位置,基于所述中止播放位置向所述第二终端推送所述视频的视频资源,使所述第二终端从所述中止播放位置续播所述视频。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述视频为剧集;所述接收由所述第一终端以预设时间间隔连续上传所述视频的播放进度信息直至所述用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件结束的步骤之后,还包括:
    根据所述播放进度信息,将所述视频及其之后若干集的视频资源推送至所述第二终端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收由所述第一终端以预设时间间隔连续上传所述视频的播放进度信息,直至所述用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件结束的步骤包括:
    每当接收到所述第一终端上传的一条播放进度信息时,令该播放进度信息覆盖上一条接收到的播放进度信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述监测到用户通过第二终端点播所述视频的事件的步骤包括:
    监测到用户通过第二终端开启视频应用的事件;
    调取所述用户通过第一终端上传的所有播放进度信息,生成续播列表并发送至所述第二终端向用户显示;
    接收所述第二终端返回的用户对所述续播列表选择指令,确定出一条用于续播的播放进度信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述读取所述播放进度信息,确定用户通过第一终端观看所述视频的中止播放位置的步骤之后,还包括:
    生成对应于所述中止播放位置前后预设时长内的视频段的调节进度条,并 发送至所述第二终端向用户显示;
    接收所述第二终端返回的用户对所述调节进度条的拖拽指令,根据所述拖拽指令,修正所述中止播放位置。
  6. 一种多终端视频续播装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一监测模块,用于监测到用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件;
    接收模块,用于向所述第一终端发送上传指令,并接收由所述第一终端以预设时间间隔连续上传所述视频的播放进度信息,直至所述用户通过第一终端观看视频的事件结束;
    第二监测模块,用于监测到用户通过第二终端点播所述视频的事件;
    执行模块,用于读取所述播放进度信息,确定用户通过第一终端观看所述视频的中止播放位置,基于所述中止播放位置向所述第二终端推送所述视频的视频资源,使所述第二终端从所述中止播放位置续播所述视频。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述视频为剧集;所述装置还包括:推送模块,用于根据所述播放进度信息,将所述视频及其之后若干集的视频资源推送至所述第二终端。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块用于:每当接收到所述第一终端上传的一条播放进度信息时,令该播放进度信息覆盖上一条接收到的播放进度信息。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二监测模块用于:监测到用户通过第二终端开启视频应用的事件;调取所述用户通过第一终端上传的所有播放进度信息,生成续播列表并发送至所述第二终端向用户显示;根据所述第二终端返回的用户对所述续播列表选择指令,确定出一条用于续播的播放进度信息。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述执行模块进一步用于:生成对应于所述中止播放位置前后预设时长内的视频段的调节进度条,并发送至所述第二终端向用户显示;接收所述第二终端返回的用户对所述调节进度条的拖拽指令,根据所述拖拽指令,修正所述中止播放位置。
