随着科技的发展,收看视频变得越来越方便。用户能够通过手机、平板电脑或PC端等各种终端设备随时随地收看视频。
视频推送系统可以通过多种软件或网页的显示界面进行视频推送。在推送视频时,推送系统通常向用户推送最热门、最新的视频,而并不考虑用户当时所处的环境。当用户处于嘈杂吵闹的环境中时,很难听清视频中的声音内容,而此时如果视频中并不带有字幕,势必造成用户的观看困难,从而导致用户体验较差。

第一获取子模块,用于获取预设噪音环境对应的预设地理区域;
第一判断子模块,用于判断所述位置信息对应的位置是否位于所述预设地理区域内;
第一确定子模块,用于当所述位置信息对应的位置位于所述预设地理区域内,确定所述视频播放设备位于预设噪音环境中。

第二获取子模块,用于获取预设噪音环境对应的预设时间段;

本发明实施例提供的该方案,获取视频播放设备的环境信息,根据环境信息准确判断出视频播放设备是否位于预设噪音环境中,当位于预设噪音环境中时,则无需用户的手动操作步骤,自动向视频播放设备推送带字幕视频。
本发明能够在用户位于吵闹环境中时向其推送带字幕的视频,不致吵闹的环境影响到用户的收看。同时,本发明能够对用户的环境信息进行即时获取,得到具有时效性的判断结果,进而有效解决用户当前的视频收看困难问题,提升用户体验。

这里将详细地对示例性实施例进行说明,其示例表示在附图中。下面的描述涉及附图时,除非另有表示,不同附图中的相同数字表示相同或相似的要素。以下示例性实施例中所描述的实施方式并不代表与本发明相一致的所有实施方式。相反,它们仅是与如所附权利要求书中所详述的、本发明的一些方面相一致的装置和方法的例子。
本发明实施例提供一种视频推送方法,该方法可以应用于与终端相连接的服务器。以下实施例中以服务器为例进行说明。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图1所示,该视频推送方法包括以下步骤。
在步骤S101中,接收发送给视频播放设备的视频推送指令。
在本发明的实施例中,用户通过视频播放设备收看视频,视频播放设备可以是电脑、手机、平板电脑和PDA等具有视频播放功能的设备。用于收看视频的显示界面可以是网页界面,也可以是视频软件或其他软件的界面。视频推送指令可以为各种形式的信息,使服务器在接收指令后能够启动视频推送程序。
在步骤S102中,获取所述视频播放设备的环境信息。
在本发明的实施例中,服务器在接收到视频推送指令后,通过获取视频播放设备周围的环境信息,来判断用户当前所处的环境。环境信息可以是时间、空间、声音、 影像等多种信息中的至少一种信息。这些环境信息可以通过多种途径获取,比如利用声音收集装置、定位装置或者摄像装置等。
在步骤S103中,根据所述环境信息,判断所述视频播放设备是否位于预设噪音环境中。
在本发明的实施例中,用户可能身处各种公共或者私人场所,所处的环境也有很大的差异。用户收看视频时如果身处噪音环境,则会因为听不清视频的声音而无法正常收看视频。因而需要判断用户是否处于噪音环境中。本实施例中预先设定了判断噪音环境的标准,得到预设噪音环境,所以符合预设噪音环境条件的环境,即为噪音环境。判断获取的环境信息与预设噪音环境是否相符合。如果相符合,则可以得知用户所处的环境为噪音环境。如果不相符合,则用户处于非噪音环境。
当位于所述预设噪音环境中时,在步骤S104中,向视频播放设备推送带字幕视频。
在本发明的实施例中,当用户所使用的视频观看设备位于噪音环境中时,可以认为用户也处于相同的噪音环境中。在噪音环境中,如果用户收看的视频是带字幕的视频,则即使听不清声音,仍然能够通过字幕获知视频的内容。通常,带字幕的视频携带字幕信息,携带字幕信息表明视频中存在与视频内容相对应的字幕。该字幕信息可以存在于属性信息中,也可以存在于其他形式的信息中。服务器可以通过字幕信息获得带字幕的视频,进而向用户进行推送。
本发明实施例采用了即时获取环境信息的方式,能够对用户当前所处的环境进行即时、有效的判断。并且不存在区域的限制,通过预设噪音环境可以对处于任意位置区域的用户推送带字幕视频。
采用该方法,服务器通过环境信息即时、准确地判断出用户是否位于噪音环境,使用户无需进行任何的手动操作,就能够在噪音环境中获得带字幕视频。解决了用户在噪音环境中无法收看视频的问题,提升了用户体验。
在本发明的一个实施例中,在上述步骤S101之前,还可以包括以下步骤。
在本发明的实施例中,预设噪音环境可以是通过信息采集得到的,也可以获取既有的预设噪音环境信息。
所述预设噪音环境信息包括但不限于预设地理区域、预设时间段和/或预设音量 区间。如果需要通过信息采集得到预设噪音环境,则可以首先进行相关信息的采集,然后通过采集得到的结果,确定噪音环境所属的地理区域、噪音持续的时间段和视频播放设备处于噪音环境下对应的音量区间,将该地理区域、时间段和音量区间作为预设地理区域、预设时间段和预设音量区间。举例来说,某超市有其规定的营业时间,通常在营业时间所在的时间段内,该超市为噪音环境,相应的,该时间段即为所述预设时间段。
在信息采集之后,可以根据用户反馈信息对采集结果进行修改。为了提高采集结果的准确率,可以对其进行修改。在具体的应用场景中,用户反馈信息可以是用户做出的主动反馈信息,也可以是服务器取得的用户信息。主动反馈信息为用户主动进行得到的,比如用户对视频的手动点赞。如果在该地理区域内,服务器在某一个时间段内收集到多个用户点赞,则可以判断该地理处于非噪音环境中。服务器取得的用户信息可以是,用户是否在短时间内反复观看同一段视频,或者用户是否在观看视频时连续调高音量等,这两种用户信息都能够表示其周围的环境为噪音环境。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图2所示,上述步骤S102可以包括以下步骤。
在步骤S1021中,获取所述视频播放设备所在的位置信息、和/或所述视频播放设备的时间信息、和/或所述视频播放设备的周围的音量信息。
在本发明的实施例中,环境信息可以是视频播放设备的位置信息,时间信息和/或音量信息。所述位置信息可以是视频播放设备当前的经纬度信息、建筑物名称等中的一种或多种信息,用以表示视频播放设备地理位置。
时间信息通常是视频播放设备显示的当前时刻,也可以是通过视频播放设备获取的用户所处环境的当前时刻。比如,用户使用的视频播放设备,与当地时间相比可能存在偏差,因此可以通过视频播放设备获取位置信息,根据位置信息得到当地的标准时间,以标准时间作为时间信息。
服务器在获取音量信息时,可以通过直接的方式,比如获取视频播放设备周围的分贝值。同时,也可以通过间接的方式获取,比如获取视频播放设备所设置的音量比例等。
以上的位置信息、时间信息和音量信息,分别用以指示视频发送设备的位置、时刻和音量,可以用标签或具体的内容等各种形式存在,能够作为判断周围环境的依据。
在步骤S1022中,将所述位置信息、时间信息和音量信息中的一种或多种组合确定为所述环境信息。
因为不同的环境差异较大,判断准确的环境信息,可能会用到位置信息、时间信息和音量信息中的一种或多种的组合。举例来说,如果用户在某住宅小区中收看视频,则因为住宅小区为比较安静的空间环境,通常不会因为用户所处环境的吵闹而无法收看视频,因此,可以通过位置信息一个条件判断其在非噪音环境中。如果用户在某超市中收看视频,超市有其规定的营业时间,则该超市在营业时间之内为噪音环境,在营业时间以外的时间则是非噪音环境。所以判断该超市是否处于噪音环境,需要位置信息和时间信息两个条件。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图3所示,上述步骤S103可以包括以下步骤。
在步骤S1031中,获取预设噪音环境对应的预设地理区域。
在本发明的实施例中,为了根据位置信息判断用户是否位于噪音环境中,需要预先对用户所处的地理区域进行设定。设定后可得知该地理区域是否为噪音环境,随后将满足噪音环境条件的地理区域作为预设地理区域。以便于后续通过位置信息和预设地理区域判断噪音环境。
在步骤S1032中,判断所述位置信息对应的位置是否位于所述预设地理区域内。
在本发明的实施例中,根据位置信息,可以得到与之相对应的位置。预设地理区域与噪音环境存在着对应关系,因而判断用户所在的位置是否位于噪音环境的问题即转化为,判断该位置是否位于预设地理区域。
当所述位置信息对应的位置位于所述预设地理区域内,在步骤S1033中,确定所述视频播放设备位于预设噪音环境中。
在本发明的实施例中,如果确定该位置位于预设地理区域,则可以判断该用户所处的环境为噪音环境,如果确定该位置没有位于预设地理区域,则用户处于非噪音环境。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图4所示,上述步骤S103可以包括以下步骤。
在步骤S1034中,获取预设噪音环境对应的预设时间段。
在本发明的实施例中,为了根据时间信息判断用户是否位于噪音环境中,需要预先对用户所处的时间段进行设定。设定后可得知该时间段是否为噪音环境,随后将满足噪音环境条件的时间段作为预设时间段。以便于后续通过时间信息和预设时间段判断噪音环境。
在步骤S1035中,判断所述时间信息对应的时刻是否位于所述预设时间段内。
在本发明的实施例中,根据时间信息,可以得到与之相对应的具体的时刻。预设时间段与噪音环境存在着对应关系,因而判断用户所在的时刻是否位于噪音环境的问题即转化为,判断该时刻是否位于预设时间段内。
当所述时间信息对应的时刻在所述预设时间段内,在步骤S1036中,确定所述视频播放设备位于预设噪音环境中。
在本发明的实施例中,如果确定该时刻在预设时间段内的,则可以判断该用户所处的环境为噪音环境,如果确定该时刻没有在预设时间段内,则用户处于非噪音环境。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图5所示,上述步骤S103可以包括以下步骤。
在步骤S1037中,获取预设噪音环境对应的预设音量区间。
在本发明的实施例中,为了根据音量信息判断用户是否位于噪音环境中,需要预先对用户所处的音量区间进行设定。设定后可得知该音量区间是否为噪音环境,随后将满足噪音环境条件的音量区间作为预设地理区域。以便于后续通过音量信息和预设音量区间判断噪音环境。
在步骤S1038中,判断所述音量信息对应的音量值是否位于所述预设音量区间内。
在本发明的实施例中,根据音量信息,可以得到与之相对应的音量值。预设音量区间与噪音环境存在着对应关系,因而判断用户周围的音量值是否位于噪音环境的问题即转化为,判断该音量值是否位于预设音量区间。
当所述音量信息对应的音量值在所述预设音量区间内,在步骤S1039中确定所述视频播放设备位于预设噪音环境中。
在本发明的实施例中,如果确定该时刻在预设时间段内,则可以判断该用户所处的环境为噪音环境,如果确定该时刻没有在预定时间段内,则用户处于非噪音环境。
需要说明的是,上述图3、图4和图5中关于步骤S103的三种详细方式,可以独立实施,也可以部分或全部组合后实施,并且在组合后实施时,方式之间的执行顺序可以自由选择。
在本发明的一个实施例中,上述步骤S104可以包括以下步骤。
从预设视频库中查找带字幕视频,并推送所述带字幕视频。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,上述步骤S104可以包括以下步骤。
查找当前播放视频对应的字幕,在所述当前播放的视频上增加字幕。
在本发明的实施例中,通常由于带字幕视频携带着字幕属性信息,所以服务器可以通过字幕属性信息查找得到带字幕视频。但如果服务器检测到用户正在收看无字幕视频,则可以将该视频对应的字幕属性信息发送给视频播放设备,从而给当前播放的视频增加字幕。
由此可见,通过本发明的技术方案,可以通过环境信息与预设地理区域、预设时间段和/或预设音量区间的匹配,准确判断用户周围的环境,得知用户是否处于噪音环境中。同时,对本发明不仅向还尚未观看视频的用户推送带字幕视频,还针对正在收看无字幕视频的用户制定了解决方案,将字幕添加到视频中去,即在用户收看视频的中途,解决其困扰。通过以上方法能够随时为用户提供便利,提升用户体验。
为了达到以上技术目的,本发明实施例还提出了一种视频推送装置,如图6所示,包括:
接收模块601,用于接收发送给视频播放设备的视频推送指令;
获取模块602,用于获取所述视频播放设备的环境信息;
判断模块603,用于根据所述环境信息,判断所述视频播放设备是否位于预设噪音环境中;
推送模块604,用于当位于所述预设噪音环境中时,向视频播放设备推送带字幕视频。
在具体的应用场景中,所述获取模块,如图7所示,包括:
获取子模块6021,用于获取所述视频播放设备所在的位置信息、和/或获取所述视频播放设备的时间信息、和/或获取所述视频播放设备的周围的音量信息;
确定子模块6022,用于将所述位置信息、时间信息和音量信息中的一种或多种组合确定为所述环境信息。
在具体的应用场景中,所述判断模块,如图8所示,包括:
第一获取子模块6031,用于获取预设噪音环境对应的预设地理区域;
第一判断子模块6032,用于判断所述位置信息对应的位置是否位于所述预设地理区域内;
第一确定子模块6033,用于当所述位置信息对应的位置位于所述预设地理区域内,确定所述视频播放设备位于预设噪音环境中。
在具体的应用场景中,所述判断模块,如图9所示,包括:
第二获取子模块6034,用于获取预设噪音环境对应的预设时间段;
第二判断子模块6035,用于判断所述时间信息对应的时刻是否位于所述预设时间段内;
第二确定子模块6036,用于当所述时间信息对应的时刻位于所述预设时间段内,确定所述视频播放设备位于预设噪音环境中。
在具体的应用场景中,所述判断模块,如图10所示,包括:
第三获取子模块6037,用于获取预设噪音环境对应的预设音量区间;
第三判断子模块6038,用于判断所述音量信息对应的音量值是否位于所述预设音量区间内;
第三确定子模块6039,用于当所述音量信息对应的音量值位于所述预设音量区间内,确定所述视频播放设备位于预设噪音环境中。
在具体的应用场景中,所述推送模块,包括:
查找模块,用于从预设视频库中查找带字幕视频,并推送所述带字幕视频;
或者,
增加模块,用于查找当前播放视频对应的字幕,在所述当前播放的视频上增加字幕。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,其中,该计算机存储介质可存储有程序,该程序执行时可实现图1-图5所示实施例提供的视频推送方法的各实现方式中的部分或全部步骤。
通过以上的方法实施例的描述,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:只读存储器(ROM)、随机存取存储器(RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种视频推送方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收发送给视频播放设备的视频推送指令;
    获取所述视频播放设备的环境信息;
    根据所述环境信息,判断所述视频播放设备是否位于预设噪音环境中;
    当位于所述预设噪音环境中时,向视频播放设备推送带字幕视频。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的视频推送方法,其特征在于,所述获取视频播放设备的环境信息,包括:
    获取所述视频播放设备所在的位置信息、和/或所述视频播放设备的时间信息、和/或获取所述视频播放设备的周围的音量信息;
    将所述位置信息、时间信息和音量信息中的一种或多种组合确定为所述环境信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的视频推送方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述环境信息判断所述视频播放设备是否位于预设噪音环境中,包括:
    获取预设噪音环境对应的预设地理区域;
    判断所述位置信息对应的位置是否位于所述预设地理区域内;
    当所述位置信息对应的位置位于所述预设地理区域内,确定所述视频播放设备位于预设噪音环境中。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的视频推送方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述环境信息判断所述视频播放设备是否位于预设噪音环境中,包括:
    获取预设噪音环境对应的预设时间段;
    判断所述时间信息对应的时刻是否位于所述预设时间段内;
    当所述时间信息对应的时刻位于所述预设时间段内,确定所述视频播放设备位于预设噪音环境中。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的视频推送方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述环境信息判断所述视频播放设备是否位于预设噪音环境中,包括:
    获取预设噪音环境对应的预设音量区间;
    判断所述音量信息对应的音量值是否位于所述预设音量区间内;
    当所述音量信息对应的音量值位于所述预设音量区间内,确定所述视频播放设备位于预设噪音环境中。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的视频推送方法,其特征在于,所述推送带字幕视频,包括:
    从预设视频库中查找带字幕视频,并推送所述带字幕视频;
    或者,
    查找当前播放视频对应的字幕,在所述当前播放的视频上增加字幕。
  7. 一种视频推送装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收发送给视频播放设备的视频推送指令;
    获取模块,用于获取所述视频播放设备的环境信息;
    判断模块,用于根据所述环境信息,判断所述视频播放设备是否位于预设噪音环境中;
    推送模块,用于当位于所述预设噪音环境中时,向视频播放设备推送带字幕视频。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的视频推送装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块,包括:
    获取子模块,用于获取所述视频播放设备所在的位置信息、和/或获取所述视频播放设备的时间信息、和/或获取所述视频播放设备的周围的音量信息;
    确定子模块,用于将所述位置信息、时间信息和音量信息中的一种或多种组合确定为所述环境信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的视频推送装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块,包括:
    第一获取子模块,用于获取预设噪音环境对应的预设地理区域;
    第一判断子模块,用于判断所述位置信息对应的位置是否位于所述预设地理 区域内;
    第一确定子模块,用于当所述位置信息对应的位置位于所述预设地理区域内,确定所述视频播放设备位于预设噪音环境中。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的视频推送装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块,包括:
    第二获取子模块,用于获取预设噪音环境对应的预设时间段;
    第二判断子模块,用于判断所述时间信息对应的时刻是否位于所述预设时间段内;
    第二确定子模块,用于当所述时间信息对应的时刻位于所述预设时间段内,确定所述视频播放设备位于预设噪音环境中。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的视频推送装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块,包括:
    第三获取子模块,用于获取预设噪音环境对应的预设音量区间;
    第三判断子模块,用于判断所述音量信息对应的音量值是否位于所述预设音量区间内;
    第三确定子模块,用于当所述音量信息对应的音量值位于所述预设音量区间内,确定所述视频播放设备位于预设噪音环境中。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的视频推送装置,其特征在于,所述推送模块,包括:
    查找模块,用于从预设视频库中查找带字幕视频,并推送所述带字幕视频;
    或者,
    增加模块,用于查找当前播放视频对应的字幕,在所述当前播放的视频上增加字幕。
