Abstract

Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un procédé de mise en œuvre d'un service supplémentaire, qui peut améliorer le taux de succès auquel un utilisateur utilise le service supplémentaire et améliorer l'expérience de l'utilisateur. Le procédé selon les modes de réalisation de la présente invention comprend les étapes suivantes : un terminal lance un message de requête de service supplémentaire ; le terminal s'enquiert, conformément au message de requête de service supplémentaire, d'un état de service de sous-système multimédia IP (IMS) du sous-système multimédia courant ; si l'état de service IMS correspond à une première valeur seuil, le terminal exécute, au moyen d'un domaine à commutation de paquets (PS), le service supplémentaire auquel le message de requête de service supplémentaire correspond ; et si l'état de service IMS correspond à une seconde valeur seuil, le terminal exécute, au moyen d'un domaine à commutation de circuits (CS), le service supplémentaire auquel le message de requête de service supplémentaire correspond. En outre, les modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un terminal, qui peut permettre d'utiliser normalement un service supplémentaire au moyen de l'un ou l'autre de deux canaux, le domaine PS ou le domaine CS, améliorant le taux de succès d'utilisation du service supplémentaire.
