本发明的主要目的在于提供一种快速截取智能电视播放内容的方法和系统,旨在解决不能及时、快速截取到电视所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片的技术问题。

当智能电视与移动终端通过WiFi(Wireless-Fidelity,无线保真)或者蓝牙等方式连接时,所述智能电视侦测所述移动终端当前的工作模式。需要说明的是,本发明所示方法不仅可以用于快速截取智能电视的播放内容,还可以用于快速截取个人计算机、移动终端等具有播放功能的终端设备的播放内容。所述移动终端为手机、pad(portable android device,平板电脑)等终端设备。所述移动终端有两种工作模式,分别为截屏工作模式和正常工作模式,当所述移动终端处于截屏工作模式时,所述移动终端的显示界面为遥控器控制页面模式,当所述移动终端处于正常工作模式时,所述移动终端的显示界面为正常的主页显示界面。当所述智能电视与所述移动终端连接时,所述智能电视从所述移动终端中获取表示所述移动终端工作模式的标识号,若所述智能电视获取到的标识号为1,则表示所述移动终端当前处于截屏工作模式;若所述智能电视获取到的标识号为2,则表示所述移动终端当前处于正常工作模式。所述智能电视存储所获取的所述移动终端工作模式的标识号。

当所述用户需要继续观看因为截屏而暂停播放的内容时,所述用户可以向上或者向下晃动所述移动终端。所述移动终端通过其内置的加速度传感器获取所述用户晃动所述移动终端的加速度,即第二加速度。所述移动终端将所述第二加速度发送给所述智能电视。当所述智能电视在暂停播放状态下获取到所述移动终端的第二加速度时,所述智能电视判断在所述预设时间内,所述第二加速度是否大于第二预设加速度。当在所述预设时间内,所述第二加速度大于所述第二预设加速度时,所述智能电视则继续播放当前所播放的内容。当在所述预设时间内,所述第二加速度小于或者等于所述第二预设加速度时,所述智能电视则继续暂停播放当前所播放的内容。所述第二预设加速度的确定方法与所述第一预设加速度的确定方法类似,在此不再赘述。需 要说明的是,所述第二预设加速度可以与第一预设加速度一致,也可以与所述第一预设加速度不一致。所述智能电视还可以设置在其暂停当前所播放的内容一段时间后,自动继续播放当前所播放的内容,如在暂停当前所播放内容3s之后,自动继续播放当前所播放的内容。
本实施例通过当所述移动终端处于截屏工作模式时,所述智能电视获取所述移动终端的截屏数据,当所述截屏数据满足预设条件时,所述智能电视截取其当前的所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片。实现了及时、快速截取电视所播放节目中的画面,得到截屏图片,方便用户与好友进行互动,提高电视的智能性。
参照图2,图2为本发明快速截取智能电视播放内容的方法第二实施例的流程示意图,基于第一实施例提出本发明快速截取智能电视播放内容的方法的第二实施例。
在本实施例中,所述快速截取智能电视播放内容的方法还包括:
步骤S50,所述智能电视获取所述移动终端的屏幕分辨率,根据所述移动终端的屏幕分辨率压缩所述截屏图片;
步骤S60,所述智能电视将压缩后的所述截屏图片发送给所述移动终端,以供所述移动终端存储压缩后的所述截屏图片,并显示压缩后的所述截屏图片。
当所述智能电视接收到所述移动终端发送的获取所述图片的获取指令时,所述智能电视根据所述获取指令获取所述移动终端的屏幕分辨率。当所述智能电视获取到所述移动终端的屏幕分辨率时,所述智能电视根据所述移动终端的屏幕分辨率压缩所述截屏图片,以使所述移动终端可以成功接收并显示所述截屏图片。所述智能电视将压缩后的所述截屏图片发送给所述移动终端。当所述移动终端接收到所述智能电视发送的压缩后的所述截屏图片时,所述移动终端存储压缩后的所述截屏图片,并在其屏幕中显示压缩后的所述截屏图片。
进一步地,所述快速截取智能电视播放内容的方法还包括:
所述智能电视检测是否接收到所述移动终端发送的显示图片的显示指令;
若检测结果为是,则所述智能电视根据所述显示指令显示所述截屏图片。
当所述用户想查看所述智能电视所截取的图片时,所述用户可以通过所述移动终端发送显示图片的显示指令给所述智能电视。所述智能电视检测是否接收到所述移动终端发送的显示图片的显示指令。当所述智能电视接收到所述移动终端发送的显示图片的显示指令时,所述智能电视根据所述显示指令在其屏幕上显示所述截屏图片。所述智能电视显示所述图片的方式可以有两种,一种是暂停播放当前所播放的内容,在其屏幕中全屏显示所述图片;另一种为继续播放当前所播放的内容,在其屏幕的其中一个显示区域显示所述截屏图片,如在所述屏幕的左上角或者右下角等显示区域显示所述截屏图片。需要说明的是,还可以设置当所述智能电视截取到当前所播放内容的帧画面时,即获取到截屏图片时,所述智能电视自动在其屏幕中显示所述截屏图片。当所述智能电视未接收到所述移动终端发送的显示图片的显示指令时,所述智能电视不在其屏幕上显示所述截屏图片。
在本实施例中,所述智能电视根据所述移动终端的屏幕分辨率将所截取的图片进行压缩,以使在将所截取的图片发送给所述移动终端之后,所述移动终端可以成功显示所述截屏图片。使用户不仅可以在所述智能电视中查看所述截屏图片,也可以在所述移动终端中查看所述截屏图片,进一步提高了所述移动终端与所述智能电视之间的互动性。
本发明进一步提供一种快速截取智能电视播放内容的系统。
参照图3,图3为本发明快速截取智能电视播放内容的系统的第一实施例的功能模块示意图。
在本实施例中,所述快速截取智能电视播放内容的系统包括:
侦测模块110,用于当智能电视与移动终端连接时,侦测所述移动终端当前的工作模式;
当智能电视与移动终端通过WiFi(Wireless-Fidelity,无线保真)或者蓝牙等方式连接时,所述智能电视侦测所述移动终端当前的工作模式。需要说明的是,本发明所示方法不仅可以用于快速截取智能电视的播放内容,还可以用于快速截取个人计算机、移动终端等具有播放功能的终端设备的播放内容。所述移动终端为手机、pad(portable android device,平板电脑)等终端设 备。所述移动终端有两种工作模式,分别为截屏工作模式和正常工作模式,当所述移动终端处于截屏工作模式时,所述移动终端的显示界面为遥控器控制页面模式,当所述移动终端处于正常工作模式时,所述移动终端的显示界面为正常的主页显示界面。当所述智能电视与所述移动终端连接时,所述智能电视从所述移动终端中获取表示所述移动终端工作模式的标识号,若所述智能电视获取到的标识号为1,则表示所述移动终端当前处于截屏工作模式;若所述智能电视获取到的标识号为2,则表示所述移动终端当前处于正常工作模式。所述智能电视存储所获取的所述移动终端工作模式的标识号。
获取模块120,用于若所述移动终端处于截屏工作模式,则获取所述移动终端的截屏数据;
若所述智能电视确定所述移动终端处于截屏工作模式,即所述智能电视获取到所述移动终端工作模式的标识号为1,则所述智能电视启动侦测触发截屏指令的程序,所述智能电视侦测所述移动终端是否获取到截屏指令。当用户想要截屏时,所述用户通过操控所述移动终端向所述智能电视发送截屏指令,当所述移动终端获取到所述截屏指令时,所述移动终端将所述截屏指令发送给所述智能电视。当所述智能电视接收到所述移动终端发送的截屏指令时,所述智能电视分析所述截屏指令,从所述截屏指令中获取所述移动终端的截屏数据。
判断模块130,用于判断所述截屏数据是否满足预设条件;
截取模块140,用于若所述截屏数据满足预设条件,则截取所述智能电视当前所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片。
当所述智能电视获取到所述移动终端的截屏数据时,所述智能电视判断所述截屏数据是否满足预设条件,若所述截屏数据满足预设条件,所述智能电视则暂停播放当前所播放的内容,缓存所述当前所播放的内容的帧画面,以截取所述智能电视当前所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片,所述智能电视存储所述截屏图片。
其中,所述截屏数据包括所述移动终端的温度和所述移动终端的第一加速度,所述第一加速度为所述移动终端的横向加速度,当然所述截屏数据包括但不限于所述移动终端的温度和所述移动终端的第一加速度。进一步地,所述截取模块140包括:
暂停单元,用于若在预设时间内,所述移动终端的温度大于预设温度,且所述移动终端的第一加速度大于第一预设加速度,则暂停播放当前所播放的内容;
截取单元,用于截取所述帧画面以得到截屏图片。
当所述智能电视获取到所述移动终端的截屏数据时,即当所述智能电视获取到所述移动终端的温度和第一加速度时,所述智能电视判断在预设时间内,所述移动终端的温度是否大于预设温度,所述移动终端的第一加速度是否大于第一预设加速度。若在所述预设时间内,所述移动终端的温度大于预设温度,且所述移动终端的第一加速度大于所述第一加速度,则所述智能电视暂停播放当前所播放的内容,所述智能电视缓存其当前所播放内容的帧画面,以截取其当前所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片。所述预设时间根据具体情况而设置,如设置为90ms(毫秒)、100ms或105ms等。所述预设温度根据用户正常使用手机时,所述移动终端温度的上升的范围,以及所述移动终端内置的温度传感器所能检测的温度范围而设置。如当所述温度传感器所能检测的温度范围为0至100摄氏度时,设置所述预设温度为33摄氏度。当所述用户手持所述移动终端时,所述移动终端的外表温度会上升。如在100ms内,所述移动终端内置的温度传感器检测到在所述100ms内某个时间点的温度为36摄氏度,所述智能电视则确定为所述用户手持所述移动终端。所述第一预设加速度根据用户平常左右晃动所述移动终端的速度而设置,如设置为65mm/ms2。当所述用户手持所述移动终端,将所述移动终端向右或者向左晃动时,所述移动终端内置的加速度传感器在100ms内,检测到的存在大于所述第一预设加速度的加速度时,所述智能电视则确定所述用户想要截取所述智能电视当前所播放的内容,如所述移动终端内置的加速度传感器检测在所述100ms时间内某个时间的加速度为80mm/ms2,即第一加速度为80mm/ms2,大于第一预设加速度65mm/ms2,所述智能电视则暂停播放当前所播放的内容,缓存所述当前所播放的内容的帧画面,以截取所述智能电视当前所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片。
当所述智能电视判定在所述预设时间内,所述移动终端的温度小于或者等于所述预设温度,和/或所述移动终端的第一加速度小于或者等于所述第一预设加速度时,即判定所述截屏数据不满足预设条件时,所述智能电视则判 定所述移动终端并不需要截取其当前播放内容的帧画面,则继续播放其当前所播放的内容。
更进一步地,所述截取模块140还包括:
获取单元,用于获取所述移动终端的第二加速度;
判断单元,用于判断在所述预设时间内所述第二加速度是否大于第二预设加速度;
播放单元,用于在所述预设时间内若所述第二加速度大于第二预设加速度,则继续播放当前所播放的内容。
当所述用户需要继续观看因为截屏而暂停播放的内容时,所述用户可以向上或者向下晃动所述移动终端。所述移动终端通过其内置的加速度传感器获取所述用户晃动所述移动终端的加速度,即第二加速度。所述移动终端将所述第二加速度发送给所述智能电视。当所述智能电视在暂停播放状态下获取到所述移动终端的第二加速度时,所述智能电视判断在所述预设时间内,所述第二加速度是否大于第二预设加速度。当在所述预设时间内,所述第二加速度大于所述第二预设加速度时,所述智能电视则继续播放当前所播放的内容。当在所述预设时间内,所述第二加速度小于或者等于所述第二预设加速度时,所述智能电视则继续暂停播放当前所播放的内容。所述第二预设加速度的确定方法与所述第一预设加速度的确定方法类似,在此不再赘述。需要说明的是,所述第二预设加速度可以与第一预设加速度一致,也可以与所述第一预设加速度不一致。所述智能电视还可以设置在其暂停当前所播放的内容一段时间后,自动继续播放当前所播放的内容,如在暂停当前所播放内容3s之后,自动继续播放当前所播放的内容。
本实施例通过当所述移动终端处于截屏工作模式时,所述智能电视获取所述移动终端的截屏数据,当所述截屏数据满足预设条件时,所述智能电视截取其当前的所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片。实现了及时、快速截取电视所播放节目中的画面,得到截屏图片,方便用户与好友进行互动,提高电视的智能性。
参照图4,图4为本发明快速截取智能电视播放内容的系统的第二实施例的功能模块示意图,基于第一实施例提出本发明快速截取智能电视播放内容 的系统的第二实施例。
在本实施例中,所述获取模块120,还用于获取所述移动终端的屏幕分辨率,根据所述移动终端的屏幕分辨率压缩所述截屏图片;
所述快速截取智能电视播放内容的系统还包括:
发送模块150,用于将压缩后的所述截屏图片发送给所述移动终端,以供所述移动终端存储压缩后的所述截屏图片,并显示压缩后的所述截屏图片。

检测模块,用于检测是否接收到所述移动终端发送的显示图片的显示指令;
显示模块,用于若接收到所述移动终端发送的显示图片的显示指令,则根据所述显示指令显示所述截屏图片。

在本实施例中,所述智能电视根据所述移动终端的屏幕分辨率将所截取的图片进行压缩,以使在将所截取的图片发送给所述移动终端之后,所述移动终端可以成功显示所述截屏图片。使用户不仅可以在所述智能电视中查看所述截屏图片,也可以在所述移动终端中查看所述截屏图片,进一步提高了所述移动终端与所述智能电视之间的互动性。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种快速截取智能电视播放内容的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    当智能电视与移动终端连接时,所述智能电视侦测所述移动终端当前的工作模式;
    若所述移动终端处于截屏工作模式,则所述智能电视获取所述移动终端的截屏数据;
    所述智能电视判断所述截屏数据是否满足预设条件;
    若判断结果为是,则所述智能电视截取所述智能电视当前所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片;
    其中,所述智能电视截取所述智能电视当前所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片的步骤包括:
    所述智能电视暂停播放当前所播放的内容,缓存所述当前所播放的内容的帧画面,以截取所述智能电视当前所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片,并存储所述截屏图片。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的快速截取智能电视播放内容的方法,其特征在于,所述截屏数据包括移动终端的温度和第一加速度,
    所述若判断结果为是,则所述智能电视截取所述智能电视当前所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片的步骤包括:
    若在预设时间内,所述移动终端的温度大于预设温度,且所述移动终端的第一加速度大于第一预设加速度,则所述智能电视暂停播放当前所播放的内容;
    所述智能电视截取所述帧画面以得到截屏图片。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的快速截取智能电视播放内容的方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视截取所述智能电视当前所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片的步骤之后,还包括:
    所述智能电视获取所述移动终端的第二加速度;
    所述智能电视判断在所述预设时间内所述第二加速度是否大于第二预设加速度;
    若判断结果为是,则所述智能电视继续播放当前所播放的内容。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的快速截取智能电视播放内容的方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视截取所述智能电视当前所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片的步骤之后,还包括:
    所述智能电视获取所述移动终端的屏幕分辨率,根据所述移动终端的屏幕分辨率压缩所述截屏图片;
    所述智能电视将压缩后的所述截屏图片发送给所述移动终端,以供所述移动终端存储压缩后的所述截屏图片,并显示压缩后的所述截屏图片。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的快速截取智能电视播放内容的方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视截取所述智能电视当前所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片的步骤之后,还包括:
    所述智能电视检测是否接收到所述移动终端发送的显示图片的显示指令;
    若检测结果为是,则所述智能电视根据所述显示指令显示所述截屏图片。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的快速截取智能电视播放内容的方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视截取所述智能电视当前所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片的步骤之后,还包括:
    所述智能电视检测是否接收到所述移动终端发送的显示图片的显示指令;
    若检测结果为是,则所述智能电视根据所述显示指令显示所述截屏图片。
  7. 一种快速截取智能电视播放内容的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    当智能电视与移动终端连接时,所述智能电视侦测所述移动终端当前的工作模式;
    若所述移动终端处于截屏工作模式,则所述智能电视获取所述移动终端的截屏数据;
    所述智能电视判断所述截屏数据是否满足预设条件;
    若判断结果为是,则所述智能电视截取所述智能电视当前所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的快速截取智能电视播放内容的方法,其特征在于,所述截屏数据包括移动终端的温度和第一加速度,
    所述若判断结果为是,则所述智能电视截取所述智能电视当前所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片的步骤包括:
    若在预设时间内,所述移动终端的温度大于预设温度,且所述移动终端的第一加速度大于第一预设加速度,则所述智能电视暂停播放当前所播放的内容;
    所述智能电视截取所述帧画面以得到截屏图片。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的快速截取智能电视播放内容的方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视截取所述智能电视当前所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片的步骤之后,还包括:
    所述智能电视获取所述移动终端的第二加速度;
    所述智能电视判断在所述预设时间内所述第二加速度是否大于第二预设加速度;
    若判断结果为是,则所述智能电视继续播放当前所播放的内容。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的快速截取智能电视播放内容的方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视截取所述智能电视当前所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片的步骤之后,还包括:
    所述智能电视获取所述移动终端的屏幕分辨率,根据所述移动终端的屏幕分辨率压缩所述截屏图片;
    所述智能电视将压缩后的所述截屏图片发送给所述移动终端,以供所述移动终端存储压缩后的所述截屏图片,并显示压缩后的所述截屏图片。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的快速截取智能电视播放内容的方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视截取所述智能电视当前所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片的步骤之后,还包括:
    所述智能电视检测是否接收到所述移动终端发送的显示图片的显示指令;
    若检测结果为是,则所述智能电视根据所述显示指令显示所述截屏图片。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的快速截取智能电视播放内容的方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视截取所述智能电视当前所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片的步骤之后,还包括:
    所述智能电视检测是否接收到所述移动终端发送的显示图片的显示指令;
    若检测结果为是,则所述智能电视根据所述显示指令显示所述截屏图片。
  13. 一种快速截取智能电视播放内容的系统,其特征在于,所述快速截取智能电视播放内容的系统包括:
    侦测模块,用于当智能电视与移动终端连接时,侦测所述移动终端当前的工作模式;
    获取模块,用于在所述移动终端处于截屏工作模式时,获取所述移动终端的截屏数据;
    判断模块,用于判断所述截屏数据是否满足预设条件;
    截取模块,用于在所述截屏数据满足预设条件时,截取所述智能电视当前所播放内容的帧画面,得到截屏图片。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的快速截取智能电视播放内容的系统,其特征在于,所述截屏数据包括移动终端的温度和第一加速度,所述截取模块包括:
    暂停单元,用于在预设时间内,所述移动终端的温度大于预设温度,且所述移动终端的第一加速度大于第一预设加速度时,暂停播放当前所播放的内容;
    截取单元,用于截取所述帧画面以得到截屏图片。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的快速截取智能电视播放内容的系统,其特征在于,所述截取模块还包括:
    获取单元,用于获取所述移动终端的第二加速度;
    判断单元,用于判断在所述预设时间内所述第二加速度是否大于第二预设加速度;
    播放单元,用于在所述预设时间内,若所述第二加速度大于第二预设加速度时,继续播放当前所播放的内容。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的快速截取智能电视播放内容的系统,其特征在于,所述获取模块,还用于获取所述移动终端的屏幕分辨率,根据所述移动终端的屏幕分辨率压缩所述截屏图片;
    所述快速截取智能电视播放内容的系统还包括:
    发送模块,用于将压缩后的所述截屏图片发送给所述移动终端,以供所述移动终端存储压缩后的所述截屏图片,并显示压缩后的所述截屏图片。
  17. 如权利要求13所述的快速截取智能电视播放内容的系统,其特征在于,所述快速截取智能电视播放内容的系统还包括:
    检测模块,用于检测是否接收到所述移动终端发送的显示图片的显示指令;
    显示模块,用于在接收到所述移动终端发送的显示图片的显示指令时,根据所述显示指令显示所述截屏图片。
  18. 如权利要求14所述的快速截取智能电视播放内容的系统,其特征在于,所述快速截取智能电视播放内容的系统还包括:
    检测模块,用于检测是否接收到所述移动终端发送的显示图片的显示指令;
    显示模块,用于在接收到所述移动终端发送的显示图片的显示指令时,根据所述显示指令显示所述截屏图片。
