步骤S1、接收用户的截取视频指令,选择所要截取的视频图像参数。
在视频文件播放时,可以接收用户的操作指令,在当前屏幕窗口弹出截取视频操作菜单,从而在弹出的截取视频操作菜单中选择截取视频指令。也可以在视频播放软件或桌面上嵌入操作按钮,通过点击操作按钮直接出发截取视频指令。
本实施例通过用户在PC屏幕当前屏幕窗口上单击鼠标右键,或在智 能终端上手指长按触摸屏来发出操作指令,在接收到用户的操作指令后则弹出截取视频操作菜单,例如该菜单中有“截取视频”功能选项。
进一步地,本实施例仅在当前屏幕窗口为视频播放窗口,播放对象是视频文件时,才弹出截取视频操作菜单,在当前屏幕窗口不是正在播放视频文件时,不会弹出截取视频操作菜单。即在接收用户的操作指令之后,会对当前屏幕窗口进行识别,当识别为视频播放窗口,播放的是视频文件时,才弹出截取视频操作菜单。这样可以防止与其他用户操作冲突,仅当在视频播放窗口操作,才弹出截取视频操作菜单。
用户点击上一步的“截取视频”功能选项之后,在当前的视频播放屏幕窗口表面上叠加视频截取操作窗口。如图2所示,本实施例视频截取操作窗口为屏幕上方的视频录制时间条,该视频录制时间条中会显示该被采集的正在播放的视频文件的剩余时间段以及操作按钮,该时间段会随着视频播放而逐渐减少。视频截取操作窗口的具体设计形式可以多种多样,例如类似现有截屏软件的操作窗口等。
需要说明的是,本实施例优选地弹出视频截取操作窗口,在实际的应用中,也可以不产生该视频截取操作窗口,直接选择所要截取的视频图像参数,进行视频截取。
在出现视频截取操作窗口后,用户可以操作鼠标或在触摸屏上手指操作选择要确定的视频截取区域,即确定所要截取的视频图像参数,也可以直接输入视频图像参数,该该视频图像参数包括图像位置、图像大小或图像比例中的一个或多个。在PC上就是长按鼠标左键,放开后则形成视频截取的区域,并且在截取框四周设置控制点,调节控制点还可以进行区域和位置的调整,例如图2中虚线方框所选取的范围,虚线方框上的方形点就是控制点;在智能终端上,就是手指在触摸屏上划一斜线,所画的斜线为所截取屏幕的对角线,从而形成一个矩形的截屏区域。
在选择要确定的视频截取区域时,用于选择视频截取区域的光标还带有光标所在屏幕位置的坐标或/和图像比例。例如鼠标的光标旁边还随时显示屏幕的X、Y轴的坐标数据以及截取框的比例,以便给予客户更加 直观的体验。
确定所要截取的视频图像参数之后,则可以点击视频录制时间条上的“开始录制”按钮,则开始从当前视频的当前帧开始录制。
步骤S2、根据用户选择的视频图像参数开始采集视频图像参数对应的视频图像进行缓存。
点击上一步的“开始录制”之后,开始采集视频图像参数对应的视频图像进行缓存。即开始进行视频和音频的录制,并缓存录制的视频和音频。本实施例在缓存视频图像的同时还采集当前视频图像对应的音频数据进行缓存,并建立与采集的视频图像的关联,以便于后续的播放。对于视频图像的采集,可以直接对屏幕显示的图像进行截图,也可以从视频播放软件视频输出接口进行采集;同样对于音频数据的采集,也可以直接从PC或智能终端的音频输出口采集,或从视频播放软件音频输出接口采集。具体采集的方式,这里不再赘述。
在录制时,屏幕上面的视频录制时间条则出现录制时长进度及录制时间显示,被采集的正在播放的视频的剩余时间段则不再减少,视频录制时间条旁边则出现录制完成按钮(对勾),和录制取消按钮(十叉),以及视频保存按钮,如图3所示,分别用于进行录制完成确认、录制取消确认和视频保存确认操作。。
进一步地,本实施例的方法还包括:
接收用户的对视频图像参数的调整指令,从调整后的开始采集时间节点开始采集。
即在视频录制时还可以进行视频图像参数的调整,在视频录制时,可以对视频截取区域的大小和位置进行调整,但是因为后续播放的限制,不能改变原来设定的视频比例。
例如,可以通过拖动截取框来调整视频截取区域的大小和位置,但是视频比例不能进行调整,即在点击“开始录制”按钮之前所确定的视频比例是3:4的话,后面屏幕的截取大小虽然可以改变,但是其比例却一直只 能是3:4的比例。
需要说明的是,本发明限制视频比例的调整,可以保证在后续播放时,能够保证在视觉效果上正常、稳定的播放。即在用户选择所要截取的视频图像参数之后,视频比例不能被调整,但是图像位置、图像大小可以进行调整。在对所录制的视频进行播放的时候,只按照起初确定选取的图像比例和图像大小进行播放,即使后续对录制的视频进行大小、位置调整后,只需要在播放时进行等比例缩放即可。
进一步地,本实施例的方法还包括:
接收用户对于开始采集时间节点的调整指令,从调整后的开始采集时间节点开始采集。
即本实施例还可以根据需要调节开始采集时的时间节点。即在录制的时候,视频录制时间条上会出现两个时间节点,如图4所示,一个为视频实际播放的时间节点,另一个是用户实际想要截取的时间节点,即开始采集时间节点。最初两个时间节点是重合的,位于6:23的位置,但是如果用户去截取的时间在目前播放时间之前,如2:23,则用户可以拖动视频录制时间条上的开始采集时间节点到达所需要截取的时间点2:23,与此同时,所选中的截取框内的视频发生变化,不是显示当前视频播放的图像。而是显示用户手动调到的那一帧的视频图像并保持静止。
需要说明的是,时间节点的调整只能是早于目前正在播放到的时间帧。而且此时已经不能再对其大小和位置进行调整,周围的调整操控点消失。
步骤S3、接收用户录制完成指令,将缓存的视频图像和声音存储为视频文件。
在录制结束后,用户点击视频录制时间条上的“录制完成”按钮,或者视频录制时间条上的“存储”按钮,将缓存的视频图像和声音存储为视频文件,存储的地址可以选择存储在本地的文件夹中,从而完成对视频文件的截取。
进一步地,本实施例的方法还包括:
接收用户的分享指令,为用户提供可以选择的分享途径和方式,在用户选择分享途径和方式后,按照选择的分享途径和方式进行分享。
即在录制完成后,用户还可以选择进行分享的途径和方式,对截取的视频进行分享。由于是视频文件,可能会比较大,所以有些平台分享会有文件大小限制,当用户选择的分享途径和方式支持的文件大小小于采集的视频文件时,将采集的视频文件分为该分享途径和方式支持的文件大小,进行分段共享。与此同时,由于视频文件较大,本实施例还会在分享之前询问是否要保存视频文件在本地。
如图5所示,本实施例还提出了一种播放中视频的截取装置,用于基于上述播放中视频的截取方法来对播放中的视频文件进行截取,该截取装置包括:
视频图像参数选择模块,用于接收用户的截取视频指令,选择所要截取的视频图像参数;
视频图像采集模块,用于根据用户选择的视频图像参数开始采集视频图像参数对应的视频图像进行缓存;
视频图像保存模块,用于接收用户录制完成指令,将缓存的视频图像存储为视频文件。
本实施例的截取装置还包括:
响应菜单模块,用于接收用户的操作指令,在当前屏幕窗口弹出截取视频操作菜单,以便从截取视频操作菜单中选择截取视频指令;
响应菜单模块还在接收用户的操作指令之后,对当前屏幕窗口进行识别,在当前屏幕窗口是视频播放窗口时,才弹出截取视频操作菜单。
本实施例视频图像参数选择模块还用于在当前的视频播放屏幕窗口表面上叠加视频截取操作窗口,所述视频截取操作窗口包括屏幕上方的视频录制时间条,该视频录制时间条中会显示该被采集的正在播放的视 频文件的剩余时间段以及操作按钮。关于具体的操作按钮及其操作方法,在前文中对应于图2、图3和图4已经进行过说明,这里不再赘述。
本实施例视频图像参数选择模块还用于接收用户的对视频图像参数的调整指令,根据调整后视频图像参数采集对应的视频图像进行缓存,所述接收用户的对视频图像参数的调整指令时,视频图像参数中图像比例不变。
本实施例截取装置还包括:
分享模块,用于接收用户的分享指令,为用户提供可以选择的分享途径和方式,在用户选择分享途径和方式后,按照选择的分享途径和方式进行分享。
本实施例的截取装置中各模块的具体作用和工作细节已经在本具体实施方式的播放中视频的截取方法中进行了详细的阐述,这里不再赘述。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对其进行限制,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种播放中视频的截取方法,用于对播放中的视频文件进行截取,其特征在于,所述播放中视频的截取方法包括:
    接收用户的截取视频指令,选择所要截取的视频图像参数;
    根据用户选择的视频图像参数开始采集视频图像参数对应的视频图像进行缓存;
    接收用户录制完成指令,将缓存的视频图像存储为视频文件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的播放中视频的截取方法,其特征在于,所述播放中视频的截取方法在接收用户的截取视频指令前,还包括:
    接收用户的操作指令,在当前屏幕窗口弹出截取视频操作菜单;
    从截取视频操作菜单中选择截取视频指令。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的播放中视频的截取方法,其特征在于,所述接收用户的操作指令之后,还包括:
    对当前屏幕窗口进行识别;
    在当前屏幕窗口是视频播放窗口时,才弹出截取视频操作菜单。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的播放中视频的截取方法,其特征在于,所述播放中视频的截取方法在接收用户的截取视频指令后,还包括:
    在当前的视频播放屏幕窗口表面上叠加视频截取操作窗口,所述视频截取操作窗口包括屏幕上方的视频录制时间条,该视频录制时间条中会显示该被采集的正在播放的视频文件的剩余时间段以及操作按钮。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的播放中视频的截取方法,其特征在于,所述视频录制时间条在选择所要截取的视频图像参数时,所述操作按钮包括开始录制按钮,在选择所要截取的视频图像参数后,点击开始录制按钮开始采集视频图像参数对应的视频图像进行缓存。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的播放中视频的截取方法,其特征在于,所述视频录制时间条在采集视频图像参数对应的视频图像进行缓存时,所述操作按钮包括录制完成按钮、录制取消按钮、以及视频保存按钮,分别用于进行录制完成确认、录制取消确认和视频保存确认操作。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的播放中视频的截取方法,其特征在于,所述视频截取操作窗口中还包括:视频实际播放的时间节点和开始采集时间节点。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的播放中视频的截取方法,其特征在于,所述播放中视频的截取方法还包括:
    接收用户对于开始采集时间节点的调整指令,从调整后的开始采集时间节点开始采集。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的播放中视频的截取方法,其特征在于,所述调整后的开始采集时间节点早于视频实际播放的时间节点。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的播放中视频的截取方法,其特征在于,所述选择所要截取的视频图像参数,包括:
    在视频播放屏幕窗口上选择视频截取区域,根据选择的视频截取区域确定视频图像参数,所述视频图像参数包括图像位置、图像大小或图像比例中的一个或多个。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的播放中视频的截取方法,其特征在于,所述视频截取区域的截取框四周还设置有控制点。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的播放中视频的截取方法,其特征在于,所述在视频播放屏幕窗口上选择视频截取区域时,用于选择视频截取区域的光标还带有光标所在屏幕位置的坐标或/和图像比例。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的播放中视频的截取方法,其特征在于,所述播放中视频的截取方法还包括:
    在采集视频图像参数对应的视频图像进行缓存的同时,还采集当前 视频图像对应的音频数据进行缓存。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的播放中视频的截取方法,其特征在于,所述播放中视频的截取方法在所述开始采集视频图像参数对应的视频图像进行缓存时,还包括:
    接收用户的对视频图像参数的调整指令,根据调整后视频图像参数采集对应的视频图像进行缓存。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的播放中视频的截取方法,其特征在于,所述接收用户的对视频图像参数的调整指令时,视频图像参数中图像比例不变。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的播放中视频的截取方法,其特征在于,所述播放中视频的截取方法还包括:
    接收用户的分享指令,为用户提供可以选择的分享途径和方式,在用户选择分享途径和方式后,按照选择的分享途径和方式进行分享。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的播放中视频的截取方法,其特征在于,在用户选择的分享途径和方式支持的文件大小小于采集的视频文件时,将采集的视频文件分为该分享途径和方式支持的文件大小,进行分段共享。
  18. 一种播放中视频的截取装置,用于对播放中的视频文件进行截取,其特征在于,所述截取装置包括:
    视频图像参数选择模块,用于接收用户的截取视频指令,选择所要截取的视频图像参数;
    视频图像采集模块,用于根据用户选择的视频图像参数开始采集视频图像参数对应的视频图像进行缓存;
    视频图像保存模块,用于接收用户录制完成指令,将缓存的视频图像存储为视频文件。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的播放中视频的截取装置,其特征在于, 所述截取装置还包括:
    响应菜单模块,用于接收用户的操作指令,在当前屏幕窗口弹出截取视频操作菜单,以便从截取视频操作菜单中选择截取视频指令;
    所述响应菜单模块还在接收用户的操作指令之后,对当前屏幕窗口进行识别,在当前屏幕窗口是视频播放窗口时,才弹出截取视频操作菜单。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的播放中视频的截取装置,其特征在于,所述视频图像参数选择模块还用于在当前的视频播放屏幕窗口表面上叠加视频截取操作窗口,所述视频截取操作窗口包括屏幕上方的视频录制时间条,该视频录制时间条中会显示该被采集的正在播放的视频文件的剩余时间段以及操作按钮。
  21. 根据权利要求18所述的播放中视频的截取装置,其特征在于,所述视频图像参数选择模块还用于接收用户的对视频图像参数的调整指令,根据调整后视频图像参数采集对应的视频图像进行缓存,所述接收用户的对视频图像参数的调整指令时,视频图像参数中图像比例不变。
  22. 根据权利要求18所述的播放中视频的截取装置,其特征在于,所述截取装置还包括:
    分享模块,用于接收用户的分享指令,为用户提供可以选择的分享途径和方式,在用户选择分享途径和方式后,按照选择的分享途径和方式进行分享。
