本申请要求于2016年03月14日提交中国专利局,申请号为201610143631.8、发明名称为“基于eSIM卡的运营商服务选择方法、选择装置和终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及终端技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种基于eSIM卡的运营商服务选择方法、一种基于eSIM卡的运营商服务选择装置和一种终端。
目前,随着信息互联技术的快速发展,用户对终端交互业务的需求不断提升,多SIM卡(用户身份识别卡)操作已经成为用户和运营商共同关注的技术热点。现有的多SIM卡操作方案一般为:在手机插入多张物理SIM卡,每张SIM卡有绑定好的、不可变的运营商,用户在某次操作中只能使用某张SIM卡提供的服务。在这种方案中,多张SIM卡的安装和使用十分不便,并且无法便捷地在多张SIM卡之间切换。
为此,相关技术中提出了eSIM卡(嵌入式用户身份识别卡),即将传统的SIM卡直接嵌入到终端的芯片上,而不是作为独立的可移除零部件加入终端中,eSIM卡中可以具有多种运营商服务,而不受卡的数量的限制。
然而,在这种方案中,如果遇到当前运营商服务的套餐剩余话费不足或套餐剩余流量已消耗完毕等情况,只能由用户手动在多种运营商服务之间进行切换,不仅步骤繁琐,还很容易造成用户无法及时发现问题并进行运营商服务切换,带来成本的浪费,使得用户体验较差。
因此需要一种新的技术方案,可以实时便捷地自动切换eSIM卡的运营商服务,避免了相关技术中切换运营商时操作繁琐等缺点。

量的资费。
在该技术方案中,运营商服务的属性信息可以单项使用,也可以结合使用,比如,当eSIM卡具有三项运营商服务时,如果需要进行在线视频观看,可以先选择套餐流量剩余量较高的两项运营商服务,再从这两项运营商服务中选择网络信号强度最优的作为目标运营商服务,从而可以兼顾节省流量资费和保证视频观看流畅的优点。通过该技术方案,提供了多样化的运营商服务的属性信息,能够满足用户的多样化需求,提升了用户体验。

如图2所示,根据本发明的一个实施例的基于eSIM卡的运营商服务选择装置200,包括:属性信息获取单元202和运营商服务确定单元204。
其中,属性信息获取单元202用于在服务自动切换模式下,根据当前服务请求,获取eSIM卡的多项运营商服务的属性信息;运营商服务确定单元204用于根据所述多项运营商服务的属性信息和预定服务切换条件,在所述多项运营商服务中确定所述eSIM卡的目标运营商服务。
在该技术方案中,可以进入服务自动切换模式,在服务自动切换模式下,终端可以获取eSIM卡中各个运营商服务的属性信息,并将其用于当前服务请求对应的预定服务切换条件中,从而得出适用于当前服务请求的目标运营商服务,如果所选的目标运营商服务不是当前运营商服务,则需要由当前运营商服务切换至该目标运营商服务。
其中,当前服务请求可以是终端接收到的来自网络、其他设备或用户手动操作的操作命令,比如,下载视频、拨打电话、接收文件等。
比如,手机的eSIM卡中具有移动和电信两种运营商服务,在接收到下载视频的服务请求时,手机可以获取两种运营商服务的套餐剩余流量值,并选择剩余流量较多的运营商服务进行视频的下载,或者也可以确定两种运营商服务中单位流量的资费较低的运营商服务进行视频的下载。
通过该技术方案,可以实时便捷地自动切换eSIM卡的运营商,避免了相关技术中切换运营商的步骤繁琐的缺点,从而能够实现实时切换使用不同运营商的流量、通话等服务,便于为用户选择成本较低或质量较高的运营商服务,
能够为用户节省流量、资费等成本,提升了用户体验。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,还包括:模式开启单元206,用于在所述获取eSIM卡的多项运营商服务的属性信息之前,根据接收到的开启命令,开启所述服务自动切换模式。
在该技术方案中,开启命令可以是用户的操作命令,也可以是系统在当前情景满足服务自动切换模式的开启条件时发出的指令,其中,服务自动切换模式的开启条件可以由用户进行设置,也可以由终端出厂时自带。比如,可以设置服务自动切换模式的开关,使用户通过开启或关闭操作开启或关闭服务自动切换模式,从而在用户需要节省流量、资费等成本时能够根据用户的需求开启服务自动切换模式。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,属性信息获取单元202具体用于:确定所述当前服务请求对应的预定服务切换条件,以及获取所述预定服务切换条件下所需的所述多项运营商服务的属性信息。
在该技术方案中,不同的服务请求对应有各自的预定服务切换条件,其预定服务切换条件中具有对所需的属性信息的要求,比如,当接收到进行在线游戏的服务请求时,可以确定该服务请求对应的在线游戏服务切换条件,在线游戏服务切换条件中要求对多项运营商服务的套餐剩余流量进行比较,从而可以选择出套餐剩余流量最多的运营商服务来进行在线游戏。通过该技术方案,可以根据当前服务请求及对应的预定服务切换条件相结合来确定适应当前实际需要的运营商服务,提升了用户体验。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,还包括:服务切换条件设置单元208,用于在所述获取eSIM卡的多项运营商服务的属性信息之前,根据接收到的设置命令,为不同的服务请求设置对应的预定服务切换条件,其中,所述预定服务切换条件包括所需获取的运营商服务的目标属性信息。
在该技术方案中,终端中具有多种多样的服务请求,这些服务请求可以来自网络、其他设备,也可以是用户手动操作的操作命令,比如,下载视频、拨打电话、接收文件等,而不同的服务请求对流量、通话资费等各种属性均具有不同的要求,因此,可以为不同的服务请求设置各自对应的预定服务切换条件,预定服务切换条件中包括该服务请求对运营商服务的一项或多项属性信息的

在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,运营商服务确定单元204包括:最优服务选择单元2042,用于在所述多项运营商服务中选择所述目标属性信息最优的运营商服务;判断单元2044,用于判断当前运营商服务是否为所述目标属性信息最优的运营商服务,其中,当所述判断单元判断所述当前运营商服务为所述目标属性信息最优的运营商服务时,继续运行所述当前运营商服务;运营商服务切换单元2046,用于当所述判断单元判断所述当前运营商服务不是所述目标属性信息最优的运营商服务时,从所述当前运营商服务切换至所述目标属性信息最优的运营商服务。

如图3所示,根据本发明的一个实施例的终端300,包括图2示出的基于eSIM卡的运营商服务选择装置200,因此,该终端300具有和图2示出的基于eSIM卡的运营商服务选择装置200相同的技术效果,在此不再赘述。
图4示出了根据本发明的另一个实施例的基于eSIM卡的运营商服务选择方法的流程图。
如图4所示,根据本发明的另一个实施例的基于eSIM卡的运营商服务选择方法,包括:
步骤402,进行eSIM卡的运营商服务切换设置。
步骤404,判断是否开启服务自动切换模式,当判断结果为是时,进入步骤406,否则,结束进程。
步骤406,设置预定服务切换条件。
步骤408,保存上述设置。
步骤410,在当前场景下,自动检测用户请求的服务行为。
步骤412,根据用户请求的服务行为,按照预定服务切换条件,确定所需的运营商服务。
步骤414,判断当前的运营商服务是否为所需的运营商服务,当判断结果为是时,返回步骤410,否则,进入步骤416。
步骤416,从当前的运营商服务切换至所需的运营商服务。
步骤418,判断是否接收到关闭服务自动切换模式的操作指令,当判断结果为是时,结束进程,否则,返回步骤410。
其中,如图5所示,在进行eSIM卡的运营商服务切换设置的过程中,用户首先可以设置是否为eSIM卡开启服务自动切换模式。
在开启服务自动切换模式后,可以对eSIM切换条件进行设置,其中,当用户的eSIM卡注册了多家运营商服务时,各家运营商的资费标准不一样,比如,用户的eSIM卡注册了3家运营商服务,其中移动套餐的通话时长最多,电信套餐的流量资费最便宜,联通套餐的短信最多,那么可以定义eSIM切换条件为:
1)拨打电话时,将运营商服务自动切换到移动套餐;
2)发送短信时,将运营商服务自动切换到联通套餐;
3)上网、网络聊天时,将运营商服务自动切换到电信套餐。
另外,还可以对eSIM切换提示进行设置,比如,当eSIM卡进行运营商服务自动切换后,在界面上进行文字提示,以提醒用户eSIM卡当前所连接的
运营商服务。
上述各个步骤完成后,可以通过保存按键,保存上述设置。
这样,在某个场景中,如用户拨打电话、发送短信、上网聊天、浏览网页、图片、视频等,终端自动检测用户当前请求的服务行为,如请求拨号、请求短信服务、请求数据网络连接等。
此时,终端依据设置的eSIM切换条件,确定出需要切换到的目标运营商套餐。比如,终端检测到拨打电话的服务请求时,将运营商服务自动切换到移动套餐;终端检测到发送短信的服务请求时,将运营商服务自动切换到联通套餐;终端检测到视频直播的服务请求时,将运营商服务自动切换到电信套餐。
图6示出了根据本发明的另一个实施例的终端的框图。如图6所示,所述终端6可以包括:至少一个处理器61,例如CPU,至少一个通信总线62、以及存储器63;通信总线62用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信;存储器63可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。存储器63中存储一组程序代码,且处理器61用于调用存储器63中存储的程序代码,执行以下操作:
在服务自动切换模式下,根据当前服务请求,获取eSIM卡的多项运营商服务的属性信息;根据所述多项运营商服务的属性信息和预定服务切换条件,在所述多项运营商服务中确定所述eSIM卡的目标运营商服务。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述处理器61在获取eSIM卡的多项运营商服务的属性信息之前,还执行以下操作:
根据接收到的开启命令,开启所述服务自动切换模式。

在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述处理器61在所述多项运营商服务中确定所述eSIM卡的目标运营商服务,具体包括:
在所述多项运营商服务中选择所述目标属性信息最优的运营商服务;判断当前运营商服务是否为所述目标属性信息最优的运营商服务;当判断结果为是时,继续运行所述当前运营商服务,当判断结果为否时,从所述当前运营商服务切换至所述目标属性信息最优的运营商服务。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,每项运营商服务的属性信息包括以下至少之一或组合:套餐通话总时长、套餐通话剩余时长、套餐外每分钟通话的资费、套餐信息总数量、套餐信息剩余数量、套餐外每条信息的资费、网络信号强度、套餐流量总量、套餐流量剩余量和套餐外单位流量的资费。
本发明的技术方案中,终端可以是手机、平板电脑等移动终端,也可以是智能手环等可穿戴设备。通过本发明的技术方案,可以让用户实时便捷地在不同运营商网络间进行切换,选择适合实际需求的运营商服务,操作便捷,解决了相关技术中无法实时切换SIM卡、必须手动切换SIM卡的流量开关、某个时刻只能使用某张SIM卡的服务等缺陷,能有效地帮助用户实时省流量、省资费,极大地改善了用户体验。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案,通过本发明的技术方案,可以实时便捷地自动切换eSIM卡的运营商,避免了相关技术中切换运营商的步骤繁琐的缺点,从而能够实现实时切换使用不同运营商的流量、通话等服务,便于为用户选择成本较低或质量较高的运营商服务,能够为用户节省流量、资费等成本,提升了用户体验。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

- 一种基于eSIM卡的运营商服务选择方法,其特征在于,包括:在服务自动切换模式下,根据当前服务请求,获取eSIM卡的多项运营商服务的属性信息;根据所述多项运营商服务的属性信息和预定服务切换条件,在所述多项运营商服务中确定所述eSIM卡的目标运营商服务。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于eSIM卡的运营商服务选择方法,其特征在于,在所述获取eSIM卡的多项运营商服务的属性信息之前,还包括:根据接收到的开启命令,开启所述服务自动切换模式。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于eSIM卡的运营商服务选择方法,其特征在于,所述获取eSIM卡的多项运营商服务的属性信息,具体包括:确定所述当前服务请求对应的预定服务切换条件;获取所述预定服务切换条件下所需的所述多项运营商服务的属性信息。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的基于eSIM卡的运营商服务选择方法,其特征在于,在所述获取eSIM卡的多项运营商服务的属性信息之前,还包括:根据接收到的设置命令,为不同的服务请求设置对应的预定服务切换条件,其中,所述预定服务切换条件包括所需获取的运营商服务的目标属性信息。
- 根据权利要求4所述的基于eSIM卡的运营商服务选择方法,其特征在于,所述在所述多项运营商服务中确定所述eSIM卡的目标运营商服务,具体包括:在所述多项运营商服务中选择所述目标属性信息最优的运营商服务;判断当前运营商服务是否为所述目标属性信息最优的运营商服务;当判断结果为是时,继续运行所述当前运营商服务,当判断结果为否时,从所述当前运营商服务切换至所述目标属性信息最优的运营商服务。

- 一种基于eSIM卡的运营商服务选择装置,其特征在于,包括:属性信息获取单元,用于在服务自动切换模式下,根据当前服务请求,获取eSIM卡的多项运营商服务的属性信息;运营商服务确定单元,用于根据所述多项运营商服务的属性信息和预定服务切换条件,在所述多项运营商服务中确定所述eSIM卡的目标运营商服务。

- 根据权利要求10所述的基于eSIM卡的运营商服务选择装置,其特征在于,所述运营商服务确定单元包括:最优服务选择单元,用于在所述多项运营商服务中选择所述目标属性信息最优的运营商服务;判断单元,用于判断当前运营商服务是否为所述目标属性信息最优的运营商服务,其中,当所述判断单元判断所述当前运营商服务为所述目标属性信息最优的运营商服务时,继续运行所述当前运营商服务;运营商服务切换单元,用于当所述判断单元判断所述当前运营商服务不是 所述目标属性信息最优的运营商服务时,从所述当前运营商服务切换至所述目标属性信息最优的运营商服务。

- 一种终端,其特征在于,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器中存储一组程序代码,且所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:在服务自动切换模式下,根据当前服务请求,获取eSIM卡的多项运营商服务的属性信息;根据所述多项运营商服务的属性信息和预定服务切换条件,在所述多项运营商服务中确定所述eSIM卡的目标运营商服务。
