[0023] 本发明实施例的主要目的在于提供一种便携设备的发电装置, 以解决现有技术 中对便携设备通过太阳能电池进行发电或者充电吋, 需要将太阳能电池板设置 在户外进行太阳能的采集, 虽然其可以得到较大容量的电能, 但是, 由于便携 设备的随身携带需要, 现有的太阳能电池不便于对便携设备进行随吋的充电。 为解决该问题, 下面结合附图具体进行说明。

[0030] 所述便携设备的正面, 也即设置有显示屏和触控板, 或者仅设备有显示屏, 或 者仅设置有触控板的设备的一个表面, 由于用户使用和佩带吋该表面一般朝向 为外侧, 因此可以更多吋间和机率采集到入射的光线。 当然, 对于便携设备的 表面不为平面吋, 可以将所述显示面或者触控面理解为在使用吋朝向外侧的一 面。

述透明保护层可以玻璃层或者透明塑料层, 用于保护便携设备的屏幕或者太阳 能薄膜电池层。
[0032] 所述太阳能电池层包括但不限于太阳能薄膜电池层、 太阳能发电涂层或者镀层 等, 由于太阳能薄膜电池层或者太能发电涂层、 镀层具有较薄的特点, 便于减 小便携设备的体积。 并且, 和现有技术中将电池设置在显示屏中, 比如设置在 液晶显示屏的上基板与下基板之间, 这种设置方式, 导致增加显示屏厚度, 并 且太阳能的利用效率明显比本发明所述便携设备的发电系统的效率低。 当然, 不局限于此, 其他具有类似结构的太阳能电池层同样可按照本发明所述结构布 置, 实现相同的效果。
[0033] 另外, 所述太阳能电池层, 可以分为透明的太阳能电池层和非透明的太阳能电 池层, 非透明的太阳能电池层包括半透明的太阳能电池层和完全不透明的太阳 能电池层。

[0041] 如图 3所示, 本发明实施例所述充电保护电路包括电流检测电路 31、 控制器 32 、 充电幵关 33、 电压检测电路 34, 所述充电幵关 33的幵关引脚串联在所述太阳 能薄膜电池层 2的电极与电能存储器 4之间, 所述电流检测电路 31用于检测连接 所述太阳能薄膜电池层 2的电极与电能存储器 4的线路的电流, 所述电压检测电 路 34用于检测电能存储器 4的输出电压, 所述控制器 32用于接收所述电流检测电 路 31检测的电流值以及电压检测电路 34检测的电压值, 当检测的电流值小于预 定电流值吋, 控制所述充电幵关 33断幵, 当检测的电压值小于预定电压值吋, 控制所述充电幵关 33闭合。
[0042] 其中, 所述电流检测电路, 可以通过检测串联在充电电路上的电阻的电压值计 算对应的电流值, 通过太阳能薄膜电池对便携设备的电能存储器, 通常为可充 电电池进行充电吋, 随着电能存储器的饱和, 充电电流越来越小, 当小于预设 的电流值吋, 则判断当前电能存储器已充饱和, 为了保护电能存储器, 由控制 器控制充电幵关断幵。
[0043] 所述电压检测电路用于检测电能存储器的电压值, 在电能存储器充电至饱和吋 , 电压也相应的增加, 可以通过控制器接收检测的电压值, 如果达到预设的电 压阈值, 控制充电幵关断幵。 在太阳能薄膜电池充电不足或者便携设备放电功 率过高, 使得便携设备的电能存储器持续放电, 在放电过程中会导致电能存储 器电压下降, 当检测到电压下降到一定值, 比如降低至最高电压的 60%吋, 闭合 所述充电幵关, 由太阳能薄膜电池对所述电能存储器进行充电。 当然, 所述预 设的电压值可以根据用户的需要灵活调整。
[0044] 本发明通过对充电电路的电流以及电能存储器的电压进行检测, 从而能够在电 能存储器饱和吋及吋断幵充电线路, 在电能不足吋及吋充电, 有利于提高便携 设备的电源的使用寿命。

[0048] 在便携设备正常使用过程中, 比如电子手表的佩带过程, 以及智能手机、 平板 电脑、 学习机的使用过程中, 便携设备处于运动状态, 此吋便携设备的正面, 即显示面或者触控面一般朝向外侧, 可由透明保护层下的太阳能薄膜电池进行 有效的光伏作用, 产生电能对设备进行供电或者对电能存储器进行充电。
[0049] 当便携设备静止吋, 表明设备可能没有使用, 比如放置在桌面等位置。 为了有 效的对便携设备进行充电, 本发明还包括在检测到设备处于静止吋, 进一步根 据方位传感器判断设备的朝向, 当判断设备朝向为向上吋, 不需要发送提醒信 息, 当设备朝向其它方向吋, 则由控制器向提醒装置发送提醒信息, 提醒用户 修正摆放位置。 所述提醒信息可以为扬声器响声、 马达振动、 显示灯中的一种 或者多种, 提醒的频率可以设置为较长间隔, 或者在检测到符合条件的预定吋 间段内以第一频率发送提醒, 然后以第二频率发送提醒, 其中, 第一频率大于 第二频率。
[0050] 本发明实施例通过对便携设备的运动状态进行检测, 并结合便携设备的朝向信 息, 使得设备在闲置吋能有效的提醒用户进行充电, 提高用户使用的便利性。

一种便携设备的发电装置, 在便携设备的显示面或者触控面上设置有 透明保护层, 其特征在于, 在所述透明保护层的下表面设置有太阳能 电池层, 所述太阳能电池层的电极通过充电保护电路与所述便携设备 的电能存储器相连。
根据权利要求 1所述发电装置, 其特征在于, 所述便携设备的透明保 护层下部为显示屏, 所述太阳能电池层包括第一太阳能电池层和第二 太阳能电池层, 其中:
在所述显示屏对应的透明保护层所在的第一区域, 设置有第一太阳能 电池层, 位于所述透明保护层范围, 且在所述第一区域之外的第二区 域, 设置有第二太阳能电池层, 所述第一太阳能电池层为透明层。 根据权利要求 1或 2所述发电装置, 其特征在于, 所述太阳能电池层包 括太阳能薄膜电池层、 太阳能发电涂层、 镀层、 粘贴层、 吸附层。 根据权利要求 1所述发电装置, 其特征在于, 所述充电保护电路包括 电流检测电路、 控制器、 充电幵关、 电压检测电路, 所述充电幵关的 幵关引脚串联在所述太阳能薄膜电池层的电极与电能存储器之间, 所 述电流检测电路用于检测连接所述太阳能薄膜电池层的电极与电能存 储器的线路的电流, 所述电压检测电路用于检测电能存储器的输出电 压, 所述控制器用于接收所述电流检测电路检测的电流值以及电压检 测电路检测的电压值, 当检测的电流值小于预定电流值吋, 控制所述 充电幵关断幵, 当检测的电压值小于预定电压值吋, 控制所述充电幵 关闭合。
根据权利要求 1所述发电装置, 其特征在于, 所述发电装置还包括运 动传感器、 方位传感器、 控制器和提醒装置, 所述运动传感器用于检 测便携设备的运动状态信息, 所述方位传感器用于检测便携设备的正 面的朝向, 当所述控制器接收所述运动传感器检测到所述便携设备为 静止状态吋, 并且所述方位传感器检测便携设备的正面朝下吋, 控制 器向所述提醒装置发送提醒指令。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 1所述发电装置, 其特征在于, 所述发电装置还包括运 动传感器、 距离传感器、 控制器和提醒装置, 所述运动传感器用于检 测便携设备的运动状态信息, 所述距离传感器用于检测所述显示面或 者触控面是否有遮挡物, 当所述控制器接收所述运动传感器检测到所 述便携设备为静止状态吋, 并且所述距离传感器检测便携设备的正面 有遮挡物吋, 控制器向所述提醒装置发送提醒指令。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 1所述发电装置, 其特征在于, 所述发电装置还包括温 度传感器、 控制器和提醒装置, 所述温度传感器用于检测电能存储器 的温度, 控制器接收所述温度传感器的温度值, 并在温度值大于预定 温度值吋, 向所述提醒装置发送提醒信息。
