  • the scraper bar 160 and the side bars 164, 165 are arranged as a grid in the container corner portion and form a scoop retainer 140 with a large open area with a minimum of structural elements on which scoopable contents in the container may be caught.
  • the upwardly facing surface of the scraper bar 160 and the side bars 164, 165 may be arched in the height direction H, further reducing the risk of scoopable contents being accumulated on the upper surface of the scoop retainer 140.
  • the scraper bar 160 and the side bars may each have a width of from 1 millimeter to 5 millimeters.
  • Fig. 12 illustrates how a scoop 144 having a sideways oriented hook 143 at the distal end 153 of the scoop handle 150 will appear when hanging down from the scoop retainer 140.

  • the scoop retainer as disclosed herein may be applied to any packaging container for bulk solids having an access opening and being provided with a scoop for removing bulk solids out of the packaging container through the access opening including containers without reinforcing plastic elements.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un récipient d'emballage, lequel récipient comprend un corps de récipient (2) comprenant une paroi de récipient (3) s'étendant à partir d'un fond de récipient (4) jusqu'à une ouverture de corps de récipient (6), et un agencement de fermeture comprenant un couvercle (14), un compartiment intérieur (11) étant disposé dans le corps de récipient (2). Le compartiment intérieur comprend des matériaux solides en vrac pouvant être extraits à la cuiller, et le récipient d'emballage comprend une cuiller (44) ayant un manche de cuiller (50) et une tête de cuiller (51). Le manche de cuiller (50) a une extrémité proximale (52) au niveau de la tête de cuiller (51) et une extrémité distale (53) distante vis-à-vis de la tête de cuiller (51). Un dispositif de maintien de cuiller (40) est disposé au niveau de l'ouverture de corps de récipient (6), le dispositif de maintien de cuiller (40) comprenant un premier élément de maintien de cuiller (42) et un second élément de maintien de cuiller (43). Le premier élément de maintien de cuiller (42) est agencé de façon à venir en prise de manière libérable avec un élément de fixation d'accouplement disposé à l'extrémité distale de la cuiller (44) et de façon à maintenir la cuiller (44) dans une première position de maintien. Le second élément de maintien de cuiller (39, 47) comprend, ou est constitué par, une ouverture de maintien de tête de cuiller (47) qui est agencée de façon à recevoir à et maintenir la tête de cuiller (51) dans une seconde position de maintien, le manche de cuiller (50) étant maintenu à une certaine distance des matériaux solides en vrac pouvant être extraits à la cuiller (34) et étant dirigé vers l'intérieur à partir de la paroi de récipient (3) au niveau de l'ouverture de corps de récipient (6).
